Rob Bernard - what a professional, straight forward, no pressure salesperson. A delight to deal with. We went through purchase of a new Cayenne and traded in our previous one - all without a hitch. Numbers were honored and easily determined which made the process simple. His continued attention as we went through COVID related delays was helpful as well. Highly recommended.

I built a relationship with Rob Bernard to lock in a new Taycan 4S. He was thoughtful, diligent and a great listener to what we were looking for, and made recommendations which ultimately made the final selection, what we wanted. He always made himself available and when there was more follow up work, he always delivered. The Porsche experience is second to none and I would recommend Rob to anyone seeking to not just purchase a car, but to build a relationship which comes with the added benefit of driving a new Porsche.

Loyal Porsche owner here. This is the second Porsche I've bought from Porsche of the Village and the experience keeps getting better. Rob Bernard is the most knowledgeable sales guy I've ever bought a car from. He did quite a bit of legwork to help me determine if the Cayenne or the Macan was the best fit for me and my lifestyle. Ultimately, I decided to go with the Macan this time, but Rob helped me understand the difference between the Macan and the Cayenne so it didn't feel like a downgrade. I'll be back to get another one in a few years. They've got a loyal customer and a friend in me.
