I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze from here and they never told me the car was repainted on some parts of the car you can see the difference when the sun hits the car and the other problem was that one the spark plugs was not completely tight so the car was making a noise on the motor Intel i did a tune up and the car now drives a lot better and my gas mileage has got better so I have not a good experience on this dealer, make sure to check any vehicle from this dealer before you purchase because they won't tell you of any problems.

Blown away at how comfortable I was when buying my beautiful 2008 GMC Acadia. I never felt pushed or uncomfortable when dealing with Rick "Clark", or Nicole Roka! Those two are a great team. They actually listen and genuinely care about the customer as an actual person, not just another possible sale. I get really anxious even thinking about going to a car lot. But as soon as I met these two, I felt no anxiety at all. So personable, and extremely accommodating. They listened and helped me find what I wanted. I didn't even feel like I settled for something, I got exactly what I wanted and it was actually even more than I wanted. Everyone at Power in Corvallis went above and beyond for me, and as a single mom of four kids, not having this be a stressful experience was such a blessing. I appreciate it more than they will ever know!

I think I would say that Power in Corvallis is not like other dealers. Mostly because they have Rick Clark, and Nicole Roka. But also because they all work together really well. And they work for the customer, they genuinely care and listen. I met Nicole over the Internet asking about a vehicle, that I went and checked out the next day. I wasn't real excited about it, so Nicole showed me some other cars on their website from other power dealers in Oregon. And said to take my time and look over the website to see if I could find anything I wanted to check out, and they would have it brought here for me to see. Just that is very good customer service I think. Well we found one. Something I never thought I could ever own. I had also relayed to her how extremely uncomfortable I get with car salesmen. She connected me with the best salesman I have ever met. I would even consider these two friends. That is how comfortable I felt. They are very personable and fun, and they actually listen. They have gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected. My car had a couple little things that needed fixed, and I was about to go on vacation. So through a lot of trial and error on my part they got me into the perfect loaner car. And when I got back, my beautiful 2008 GMC Acadia was waiting for me, all fixed up and perfect. They were so patient with me, and very accommodating to helping me any way they could. As long as I'm buying cars, I will be buying from power in Corvallis. From Nicole and Clark!

Much easier than I expected shopping for a lease could be. I worked with Nicole Roka, got an offer I was impressed with, and kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never came. She was warm and friendly, answered all my questions quickly and honestly, and didn't balk at my suggestion that I buy at another dealership that was closer to me though I'm sure it would have cost her the sale. Most importantly the deal at signing was exactly the deal we'd discussed. No surprises, After a little expected extended warranty push from the finance guy, I was out of there with just the deal I was looking for. I wouldn't think twice about recommending her to someone I know, and I'll certainly be talking to her again in the future. Very impressed.

Worked with Nicole Roka, their internet sales specialist. Very nice and easy to work with. No dickering with her, so she said as the Canyons are in extremely high demand and short supply. I did make them an unusual offer, which they accepted, so I did save some money. The offer was to throw in the 100K mile maintenance on my Saturn Vue, which they did. Waiting to see how well that worked, but over all on the sales side, very pleased.

Our family purchase a SUV here 2 years ago and it was such a great experience that we are planning our next purchase from Power Buick GMC. We have been searching the Power Auto Group website that has a huge array of cars and trucks. They can bring in vehicles from all over Oregon to Corvallis, So we don't have to drive all over the place. I have had great communications with their Internet Dept. Manager Nicole as she has been invaluable in try to finds Us just the right vehicle for our family. I personally dread car shopping as most men do. But, being able to do it online has made this a great shopping experience and Nicole Roka has changed my mind about car buying and set a new level of customer service satisfaction in my book! I must say I doubt I will buy a car anywhere else. My choice is Power Corvallis.

Even though I didn't end up purchasing the car, the experience with Nicole was beyond reproach. Anytime I have walked into a dealership I've felt the need to have my guard up and be extra cautious. This was the exception. Nicole was honest, helpful, efficient, and understanding when things didn't work out. If only it were always so easy!Note: vehicle was actually VW not GMC, I believe the dealer has just recently added the marque.

Kirk was friendly and showed us the car we had talked about over the phone. He described it well over the phone and answered all my questions since we were driving 200 miles each way from the dealership. The financial department worked well with our credit union representative over the phone so an agreement could be made. We came to terms and purchased the vehicle that day. The car was clean and had enough gas in it to make it home.

We stumbled upon the Power Dealership in Corvallis by accident. Jim came out to greet us and from there we began the search for our car. Jim listened to what we were looking for and gave us tons of possibilities. We test drove several cars and Jim was honest about his backseat driving experience in each car. I saw a truck that I was interested in online. I called the dealership to ask some questions and get information on the vehicle. Luke Webb was the sales person that answered my questions. He is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. He definitely made the purchasing process pleasurable! We were there to buy a car for our daughter and that went so well, we decided to have Kirk look for a car for us. We had a specific type of car and parameters for it and there wasn't one on the lot that we loved. So Kirk called around on a car we had seen on the Power website but that wasn't a possibility. When we came back from lunch he had taken an xterra in and let us drive it. He said he had a similar one on another lot about an hour away with less miles and a couple years newer. Sold! He got the car to Corvallis fairly quickly and meanwhile we completed the paperwork contingent on us liking the red xterra. I was impressed with his ability to find the perfect car for my college age daughter and then my husband and I. He went out of his way to make it all work out for us financially. I felt comfortable and I did not feel pushed into buying something I cannot afford and although he offered maintenance and other packages to add to our deal he did not push us into accepting. We did purchase the extended service agreement though and I am glad I did as my local mechanic told me it is one of the best. In addition, my daughter had an issue with learning to use some of the features of the car a couple days later (we live about 3 hours away) and when I called the dealership Kirk wasn't there but Tony was and told me that she could just stop by anytime and they would show her whatever she needed. They did and fixed a minor issue with the dome light and then washed the car for her!! I am impressed with the positive attitude of everyone there and their willingness to help even after we purchased the vehicles. I was dreading the experience but it turned out very posititive and I would absolutely buy a car there again even though I live 3 hours away!

I showed up on the lot to look for a "new to me" used vehicle in good condition and in a price I could afford. Luke helped me find exactly what I was looking for. We gave high makers for the great experience we had purchasing our new vehicle. It was overall just a really great experience. From start to finish Kirk our salesman provided professional, relaxed, and unhurried service. He gave us ample time to test drive and we didn't feel like we were getting a high pressure sales pitch. Hi! I had a great experience at Power. First of all, they were open on Sunday, which, for me, made all the difference. I went to 2 other lots that day, but they were closed, and the trucks I wanted to drive there, were all locked up. Luke came out and met me right away in the lot, and after a few questions took me to a couple of trucks that fit my criteria (except for color - but what can you do!). Anyway, there was the usual "I have to go to my manager" stuff that I've come to expect when buying a car, but I had done my research and knew what the truck I was buying was listed for on KB, as well as my own rig. Power gave me a very fair deal and I think they were happy, and I was happy when all was said and done. My only complaint is with the detailing of the vehicle. Whaterver cleaner they used on the window left a smear that nearly blinded me on my drive home directly into the setting western sun. Also, the interior console still had some stains and mold that I need to get a Q-Tip on to clean out. The vehicle overall was clean, but it just was the details that could have been just a bit sharper. I hope I can recommend Power to my friends, and I will tell them to go see Luke. He is a great guy, not a pushy salesman type, earnest and kind. He was easy to talk to, and did a great job building rapport. He made me want to buy a car from him, and I didn't feel "slimy" afterward like I've experienced at other dealerships. He should go far!

I bought an 89 Buick from these guys recently. The customer service is excellent! Very friendly sales people, and they were much easier to deal with than most car salesmen I've dealt with in the past. I would DEFINITELY recommend shopping for cars here. A couple of days after purchasing my car, I locked my keys in the car and they came out to my location and got into the car for me, free of charge. Seriously, good people that seem to really care about giving customers the best car shopping experience possible :)

After searching for a particular year, make and model of car for a few days, we found it through Craigslist at Power Auto in Corvallis. Even though it was a 2 hour drive from home, we talked with Kirk Murphy by phone he gave us some information and gave an honest assessment. We appreciated Kirk's pleasant nature and low pressure help. He didn't exagerate the car or pressure us in any way. He was just straight forward and we both enjoyed our time with him on test drive and paperwork. We would go out of our way to work with him again.

We were looking for a used vehicle for our daughter. We called ahead and asked to have a vehicle prepared for us when we arrived. When we got there, Kirk had the vehicle ready. We decided the car was not the right one for us; therefore, Kirk found another vehicle for us. The 2nd vehicle we ended up purchasing. Not only was Kirk so helpful in finding our daughter the perfect vehicle, but he was kind and made sure everything from start to finish was perfect. The vehicle ended up having a few problems and we took it back to the dealership within days. The service dept and Kirk made sure everything was fixed prior to closing the deal out. I would recommend this dealership and Kirk to anyone. Loved the customber service and overall dealership service.

Jim met us as we were exiting our car. He was friendly and low pressure. We looked at several used cars and talked prices and what we were actually looking for. Price range, year, and age requirments. He finally steared us to a New car that fit our requirment. Because it was on sale it allowing us to get a new car at what we thought was a used car price-point. We test drove it, and he walked us through the trade-in and paperwork process. He has been honest about all vehicles, I have bought new and used from Jim, he calls and checks to make sure the vehicles he sales are good and its what you want. I had been looking for a carfor 6 months and had been having difficulty with other dealerships. Jim Williams found the car I wanted in less than 15 minutes and ordered the car. He called and let me know at each stage so I did not have to sit and wonder. The price of the trade in and amount of the new car was perfect. When my car came in, I was able to come in and leave with my new car in 45 minutes. Jim is by far one of the BEST car salesman I have come across and will refer EVERYONE looking for a car to him. Comments : We were in Corvallis last weekend to drop our son off at OSU. Fri night our water pump went out. Sat morning we went to your service department where Mike Traeger and Phil graciously stayed over to repair our car even though they already had a full schedule. Customer Service: Clearly Jim knows his work and knows people don't like to be pressured into buying. He let the cars do the talking and was able to answer questions when asked without beating around the bush.Quality of Work: Jim knows the business and was able to work much faster than I had expected in order to get our paperwork quickly completed. I've had to wait far longer in the past with dealerships that wanted to pressure me into buying at an inflated price. This was definitely not the case with Jim. I knew what I was getting into when I started the process and there were no surprises along the way.Friendliness: Jim shines in this department and he really makes you feel at home as though you've known him for a long time. He's very friendly and even willing to put up with the likes of my babbling daughter. I always expect some pressure when buying a car, and while every dealer wants to put you in one of theirs, Jim did nothing to push us into the car we wanted. He only made himself available for when we had questions, wanted a test drive, and then ultimately wanted to purchase it. I would definitely advise anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to consider checking these guys out.Price: The price was very affordable and accurate when considering the features and the mileage and then looking at Kelly Blue book. They include a carfax, which made it clear what we were getting into with this vehicle and how well it was taken car of. Overall this was probably the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.

Not only was my experience shopping at Power Auto fantastic, but working with the staff was even better. Jim Roe was the dealer who helped me, and he made sure to listen to all of my suggestions, questions, and comments. He also helped me make a intelligent and conscience decision while choosing the car I will be driving for the next couple of years. This is the second vehicle we bought from Jim Roe, and will definitely keep going back to him in the future! He knows exactly what we want and doesn't try to push us into things we aren't interested in. Overall our time at power has been very comfortable and the whole process from the test drive to the signing of papers went very smoothly. We felt like we got a pretty good deal on our truck as well. I like that everyone is very upfront instead of trying to hide flaws from you, that helps build trust and makes you even more comfortable with your decision! We will continue to come back for our next car!

Luke made an excellent effort in finding me the right car. It took several trys and he was persistent, courteous, and knowledgeable about the features of the various cars he showed us.Kirk was efficient and knowledgeable. Chris' tactics of getting to a bottom-line price made me very uncomfortable. I very nearly walked out rather than be pushed and pressured.We are long-time customers of this dealership's predecessor, Signer motors. I will continue to do business there.

I had an issue with my fuel tank gauge not registering and it was fixed the day after I called. They were extremely helpful in helping me get the repairs done with the warranties that were available. I will not hesitate to return to them with any future issues as they were not only helpful in the warranty, but very kind and friendly thoughout my visit.

While going from Portland to Corvallis for my son's high school graduation, the wheel bearings on my Cadillac Deville decided to go out. After having it towed to Power after hours, Pete Osgood called promptly the next morning as promised. While we were able to make it back to Portland that night, leaving our Cadillac at the dealer in Corvallis, we had to fully trust he and his staff to be competent, honest, and efficient via the phone. They absolutely were! We came down later that night to pick up our repaired vehicle, and they obviously did a great job. I wanted to take the time to write this review, for if they treat a client they will most likely never see again, it must be great for their regular clientele. Thanks again, Pete!

I stopped in on a whim after class and the great salesmen there found me a great deal, the right financing, and the PERFECT vehicle. I wasn't even really thinking of buying a car at the time, but it all worked out so well, I couldn't say no! Matt was very helpful in finding a car I would like, Victor was exceptional in working out the deal, and Kirk got me the best financing rate I have ever had on a car loan. My experience was amazing, Jim Roe was very helpful and went out of his way to get me the closest he could to what I wanted. The sales maneger was very helpful in trying to work with my requests as well. Pete Osgood was very helpful with the repairs needed on my new car, and he even spoke to sales about changing my brakes.All in all I felt like they were concerned with my long term satisfaction as opposed to just getting another car sold. I will be going there for any other cars I need to buy in the future, as well as recommending them to friends looking for cars.

Victor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the used cars that were available on the lot. He was very intuitive and seemed to know what style/model would fit my needs. He asked very good questions. I chose the KIA Amanti. I was hesitant at first but I trusted his judgment and advice. This was after I had only talked with him briefly. Jim and Mo were very professional and made our car buying experience very pleasant. They listened to us and searched for vehicles that they thought we may like, brought them to the Corvallis dealership for us to look at and drive. The entire process took us about a week. Throughout the process, we never felt rushed or pressured. I walked into power greated by Luke, he practically lead me through the whole thing answering every question I had with great confidence. After realized I could not finance the car I wanted, I stumbled upon a truck that my eyes glued to immediately. I asked him how much the truck was and was dissapointed to find out it was well over my range. He proceeded to his boss where he got me a deal in my price range and dropped the price down over 2 grand! I drove away in my truck and was more then happy to have found such an excellent car salesman as Luke.

went to this dealer. had list of must haves and like to haves nd a dnpayment amount and monthly payment tha we could afford. In short time they came up with a vehicle that matched all of our criteria right on the money excep for he payment amoun. It was 100 dollars more but the vehicle was so perfect for us that we will find a way to work with. all done from start to finish in few hours. no haggles or pressure. definately good experience all around especially aftr being screwed around by other dealers closer to us. great courteous and professional crew and comfortble dealership. This particular dealership is beyond mediocre. First off the sales are extremely pushy and manipulatative. We felt as if they thought we were stupid and had no clue what we knew about the vehicle of our interest. Its as if they assumed we had never once been on the internet in our lives.
