Prestige Ford of Mt. Dora is a great dealership! If I could give them 10 stars I would. The customer service is by far the best. Service manager Bryan is the best. He's very informative and personable. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!!

Top notch! Everyone was so friendly and Eli really went above and beyond to take care of us. What can sometimes be a very boring and Long experience was quite pleasant and surprisingly quick for us. So grateful we drove the extra miles for this location.

Went to this dealership to look for a vehicle. They really did not have what I was looking for in stock. They did run my credit a few times. That was totally OK.I ended up not buying a vehicle from them. But the courtesy and friendship that I made there was like none other. I’ve only been in Florida for about two years now. We must’ve been in and out of that building over 1000 times my wife and I. The guys would stop talking just to open the door for us. Their finance manager looked for a vehicle for me for almost 6 weeks. I went back to these guys a few days later. With my Challenger R/T.They were so stoked and very happy for me and they were so happy that I brought it by.I would go back to these guys to get another vehicle any day because not only do they work hard but they have fun until they let you be the driver behind that wheel and really test vehicles. Not in a bad way, but so you know what you’re buying is truly what you’re buying and is it making you happy. Thank you to all my new brothers there.

Prestige Ford gets it done. Customer service was great. Very respectful people they hold the door for you and most importantly get you in the vehicle you want I recommend all people to buy a vehicle from them with they’re (life time power train warranty)it’s hard not to. Mike was a great help
