I recently leased my second vehicle with Pride Hyundai of Lynn. I have worked with the same sales person, Doug Mensha, and I must say, it is always a joy. Most people abhor car buying. And there is the belief that that sales people are trying to fleece you... this is not the case. Doug is honest and looks out for the customer. Furthermore, they will work with your budget. As for Hyundai itself. I love my car. I loved my 2013 Tuscon. It was cute, comfortable, and oh-so-me. However, my 2017 Tuscon blows my 2013 out of the water. The car is beautiful. The interior is lovely. I am so enamored with my car. I thoroughly recommend that you come to Pride Hyundai, ask for Doug, and buy your next vehicle there!

I went in already having researched the vehicle I was interested in. I did a very thorough test drive and decided to go ahead with the lease. I was adamant about having a particular color scheme that I know, unfortunately, is difficult to find. They found it in a very timely manner! I was overjoyed!!!!!!!! The process was so simple and seamless. Every feature of the vehicle was explained to me. I left the dealership with my new vehicle feeling confident that I knew how to use each and every button! I adore my new car and couldn't be happier. I have already recommended this dealership to a friend interested in purchasing a new car.

My sales guy was great! He was very informative and helpful. However, waiting for finance was very disappointing. We returned to the dealership an hour after we had agreed on a price. We then sat in the dealership for another 90 mins before we were seen. We had left our young child with family and was trying to get to her. The finance lady was very rude and unprofessional. I had to go back to pick up paperwork and she made it a point to tell me i had to come back in person to pick up wear & tear info. When I got there, she had changed the deal I agreed to with my sales rep. She would not let me leave with the deal i had signed and paid for. I was very disappointed and angry. I called and texted my sales rep after, and no word. I feel like Hyundai does not appreciate me as a customer. I am not sure if i will return after these lease is up.

Overall, this dealership is okay. You might have to work really hard to get a good deal. They take longer time than you expect. You might not find the whole process as straightforward and professional as you expect unless I am mistaken by expecting so from other auto dealerships!

Tysen went above and beyond for me. She is the BEST consultant for that dealership by far. I was a little disappointed with the GM he didn't come speak with me about the price and instead sent a sales associate by the name of Randy Cunha. He was extremely rude. If it wasn't for Tysen I would have taken my business elsewhere. All of the Sales Consultants could learn something from her!

The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and willing to negotiate price so that the customer is getting a good deal. Don't expect to get whatever price you ask for because in the end, they are a business, and they do need to make money off the cars, but they are fully willing to cooperate with customers to ensure that a fair price is met!

Permaul was great. He approached us right away, found us exactly what we were looking for within 5 minutes and we were on our way! We took it for a test drive and that was it. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't want and was very professional. Upon pick up, the car was spotless with a full tank of gas! I had a great first-new-car-buying experience at this dealership. I had contacted the dealership in advance, and upon arrival, I was able to immediately test-drive the model that I had inquired about, and then to talk through colors and options with a respectful and knowledgeable sales representative. The price that I was quoted in person was actually better than the price I had spotted on their website, and this dealership game me a good trade-in value for my 11-year-old car. I felt that I was a genuinely valued customer, and that my sales rep went through an effort to ensure that I was getting the best car possible within the price bracket I asked for. I bought an Elantra, which I absolutely love. The salesperson was terrific and the price was fair. My primary frustration was that the manager pulled a "bait and switch" by giving me a different Elantra with less features than the one that I selected, paid a deposit on, and had taken off the lot. Fortunately, the salesperson and finance manager were able to give switch back to the car that I selected. A secondary frustration is that I didn't get a registration sticker when I bought the car and took it home. I returned twice to the dealership to get my stick and twice they were unable to give it to me.Again, I love the car and the salesperson was top shelf. Unfortunately, the manager never called or emailed me to provide either an explanation or apology for the shocking "bait and switch."

The staff is not super friendly and welcoming but prices are excellent in my experience in comparison to other near by Hyundai dealerships. Staff could have been more professional and organized to get things done quicker, smoother and to make my experience more positive. The service was great...I was called in the morning and the service advisor told me exactly what was wrong with my car...he also stated it should be ready to pick up that same day..I was thinking no way am I going to have my car back before the end of the day but sure enough Donald called me later on in the afternoon and told me it was all set to be picked up.I honestly believe they did an excellent job and I have never had that kind of honest service at a dealership...I paid the exact price that Donald and myself discussed in the morning and not a penny more.. so that being said I am more than satisfied and maybe other dealerships would do well if they treated customers the way I was treated at yours..ty again

I think your service dept. management needs to freshen up on there vehicle info. skills. For example I came in for an oil change asked if my 2010 Silverado took the new oil rated for fewer oil changes 5,000 miles was told no still 3,000 or 3 months . picked up vehicle had sticker reading 5,000 miles. lets get them on the same page. I am a very loyal customer I have a lot of praise for the sales and finance dept. I believe your service dept. is lacking informative personel

When I arrived for my oil change appointment, I was unsure of the checkin procedure. A member of the service department saw me looking around and directed me to pull into the service bay area. After taking my information I was shown the waiting area and told it would be "about an hour." As I waited I noticed other customers who had arrived after I did were beginning to leave before me. While I have no way of knowing what service they were there for I was discouraged that after being told "about an hour" it had actually taken nearly one hour and fourth minutes. Though I was discouraged at this point I still plan on returning for future service here.

On my Husbands arrival the service intake was outstandingthe only small let down was in the shop my car came in for a routine oil change part of the service package is rotaing the tires tec should know to check tire pursure when this service is done under inflated tires or over inflated tires cause uneven ware my trie pursures were under.PS the luvers on the cars hood should be put back on the sides as a glaer is caused at night when light hits show up across the windshield,fuel for a 6cly could be a lot better. Other than that we love everything about are Enclave GO GM the Johnson

Roger Valladares, was my salesman. He was amazing from the moment I met him. I told him my budget, what I was looking for and that I was short on time. He was all business but at the same time extremely friendly. Over the cross of 5 days we spoke on the phone numerous times. when we arrived at your dealership we were under tremendous stress as our car had just broken down and had to be towed off the mass pike. Paul, our salesman, greated us with a smile as we walked in and listened to my story about the bind we were in. Paul put us at ease and walked us through our options. I called that morning to see if they had an appt to fix a brake light and they were able to fit me in after lunch alos i had received a call from pride stating that i was due for an oil change and they were able to do that service for me at the same time . much apperciated it saved a trip for me .

I think Pride is doing a wonderful job and I like the people there, however, I find it very annoying that I get phone calls and e-mails to participate in "How did we do?" surveys after each visit there and an e-mail from the Customer Care Manager "Your Satisfaction Is Important To Us". (1 phone call, 1 e-mail -- for surveys and 1 e-mail from customer care manager) Enough guys! You're filling my mail box with junk and interrupting both my workday and personal time. Ask in a survey if your other customers agree?

Last year, i leased a 2013 Chevy Cruze from Pride Chevrolet. I was extremely satisfied with both the vehicle itself and the customer service at the dealership. A few weeks ago, my car was hit by a drunk driver while parked. Pride towed the vehicle to their Collision Center, where it was deemed a total loss. I was devastated and unsure of how to proceed. The next day, i received a call from Jonathan Luna, the sales rep who sold me on the Cruze in the first place. Within 24 hours of that call, i was driving away from the dealership with a brand new 2014 Cruze; same color as my old one and everything. Mr. Luna and the rest of the team at Pride did everything in their power to make the transition as fast and stress-free as possible. I felt like they cared about getting me back on the road as much as i did. I've already told loads of people how happy i was with my experience at Pride; i don't see myself going anywhere else for a car anytime soon.

Everything went great with the service I got. The only thing was I was told I would be updated on the problem with my truck in a half hour. Two hours later I was then told my truck would be fixed in another half an hour. One and a half hours later...it was finally done. I didn't know it was getting fixed. Alexis took extra time to show me everything about the car I was interested in and made the test drive an informative, enjoyable experience. Ask for Alexis when you go to Pride Hyundai. Ed, the sales manager, was also great to deal with. Ed was very patient and responsive when I asked him to make yet another counter offer. I went out of my way by 45 minutes to go to Pride when I could have just driven to a dealer 10 min. from my house. I'm sure glad that I went the extra distance to deal with Pride!

With the help of Pat Gillan Service Director he was able to provide us with our salesman, Doug Meshna who did everything he could to make our buying experience positive. The whole management team, service advisors and technicians at Pride have kept up their reputation to provide their customers with satisfaction above what a dealership should offer their customers. Our 2013 Sonata is our second purchase of that model. The color is Iridescent blue/silver and is a real eye catcher as it looks to change color depending on how much light shines on it. It also has very stylish lines that's currently seen on vehicles two and three times the price of a Sonata. We're 100% pleased with with it. I bought a "certified pre-owned" 2009 accent in july of 2012. During the test drive I noticed a knoking in the front end. Obviously the car was not checked out. However they did fix the car but I had to wait 3 weeks. 4 months later my front tires were worn to the threads on the inside. I had to have the front end aligned and bought new tires. 3 months later, same thing, need new tires and alignment + new front struts. Pride would not honer the warranty. After 3 days of battling with the service manager (Krista was no help at all to say the least), they offered to fix the car on good faith. Picked up the car, still had worn tires, the front end shook badly...and the battery was dead...oh, and one of my head lites was out. YES, THATS 3 SETS OF TIRES IN 9 MONTHS.Took the car to an independent service garage the next week. The tires were badly unbalanced and the front end needed alignment, AGAIN?I had them do the work and the car drives fine now. Long story short. Hyundia does not honor thier warranties and the service department is the worst of worst. I just have to accept that I wasted my money on paying extra for a "certified pre-owned" car AND the extended warranty above and beyond the factory warranty and bring my car elsewhere. I would not trust these guys to change my windshield wipers. Sears would be better.

I was in the market for a new car and found interest to the upcoming Veloster Turbo. I build the car and on the Hyundai website and send it to a few dealers and Pride Hyundai Lynn was the first to response to me. John internet sales contacted me and told to me come by because they have one coming that's my preference. So I went down to the dealership and worked with Leroy to put a refundable deposit on the car which will be arriving soon. When the car arrived at the dealership Kenny the manager give me a call to come down. So I went down to the dealership the next and Leroy brought me out for a test drive and explain all the functionality of the car to me. Also the car had only 10mi on odo; Leroy held the car for me so no one could test drive or sell the car to someone else. When working with Leroy on the negotiation was extremely easy and fast. I got a great price for my trade-in and the price I wanted for the new car.The best thing about Pride Hyundai is that they don't charge "Market Adjusted" to the cars which most dealers does.On the day to pick up the car was a quick process; doing the paper works with Brian was very easy and quick. Before the left dealer Leroy took car of me and made sure I got everything I need and even gave me a tour and introduce me the some staff. I'm 100% satisfied with this experience on working with Leroy and Pride Hyundai of Lynn and highly recommend him.

this is a retraction on a review i wrote earlier, about pride motor group and my experience buying a sportage. i contacted the owner Micheal about the way things were done and the experience i had buying a car at his dealership. he was very horrified to hear what had happened and was very willing to help make things better. he offered to take the car back and get me a car i could use and afford. Went to consider buying a car. Did a test drive. Gave them credit information..I have a credit monitoring account..They made two inquires to my credit instead of one. which is not good. Then called me and asked if I still wanted a car. I told them I bought a car some place else.They then sent me a letter saying I do not qualify for a loan. What is up with this? I have good credit. Them by them doing two credit checks,I find it is not necessary and not good on my credit report. Then they send me a rejection letter after calling me and finding out that I bought from another dealer who approved my loan....This is petty........my credit points decrease with each inquiry......Thanks.......

I bought a car that was 1.5 hours away from Pride in Lynn,Ma.They called me to say that the car is ready for pick up. We drove there that night to pick it up and they informed that i could not take the car that night because they didn' have a title for it. Needless to say i was angry. The title came in the next day and we had to drive all the way up there again. Why did they have me drive all that way if they didn't have a title? That's poor business. Make sure you have all the paperwork ready before you call the customer. Make sure they have a title before you sign anything from them.

The customer service department handled my call with speed and the informantion was spot on. The saleman I worked with was super and the sales manager could not have been kinder. If youre like me shopping for cars is worse than getting a root canal. I like looking at the cars but I hate negotiating the purchase. Ive owned Toyotas for many years but decided I had to at least try the Hyundai Elantra since every review I read about the corolla mentioned the Elantra as a great competitor. I looked at the online stock for local dealerships and went to Pride Hyundai in Lynn, MA. I walked in the dealership and within minutes I was driving down the Lynnway in an Elantra with my salesperson Guersy Lindor who was explaining all of its features to me. Wow what a fun car! We got back and within another 15 minutes Kenny Bettano the manager had given me a price on my trade in and the price of the Elantra. The trade in price was more than I had hoped for and the purchase price was right on the mark based on internet research I had done. It was very simple, very clear and extremely fair. I had never had an experience like that at a dealership. The story doesnt end there. These guys bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with everything and as it turned out it did take about 7 days to get an ELantra but at the time I bought the car all of the dealerships in the area were waiting for deliveries. When I completed the paperwork with Angel in the finance department he made sure I understood every aspect of the paperwork and patiently went over the figures with me several times until I was satisfied. There was no pressure to buy additional packages or warranties. He was extremely polite and extremely helpful. I would go back to these guys in a minute and tell everyone I know who is car shopping about my experience there. Every time I called them with a question they got back to me in about 5 minutes with an answer.This is the business model of the future. Hyundai should be exceptional proud of this dealership. We went to look at the sonatas. Test drove the Hybrid version. The agent that drove with us did not know much about the car itself. He could not answer most of our questions and it turns out we knew more about the car than he did. When it came to get a quote, they started playing the usual dealer games: kept us waiting forever, agent kept going back and forth between us and the back office for some reason, and when he finally showed up, he just went straight to the monthly payment and cash down requirements without even saying what cap cost he would give the car at. We had specifically asked to negotiate the cap cost first before deciding how much cash to put down. They completely ignored us and hoped that we would not care after waiting for that long. We just got up and left. Keep away.

This is the first time I've ever posted an online review of any business. I'm furious.Because I have back and shoulder problems, I called Pride and requested extended solo test-drives of new and used Sonatas. Mind you, every other dealer (Hyundais and non-Hyundais alike) has been understanding and accommodating. Not Pride. On one occasion, I was told a pre-owned vehicle w/ a specific trimline was available; when I came in (that day), it wasn't. Wasted trip. On another occasion, I was told I could take an extended solo test drive of another car. When I came in, I was told I couldn't take said test drive. I stormed out.Giving these guys another chance (they're located nearby), I called sales, explained my prior experiences, and was assured I could definitely take the car for an extended solo test-drive. I got names, I got clearance, I got assurances--the works. When I came in, all bets were off. Excuses abounded. They guys even lied to me: "We were told you were coming in late morning/noontime." I never said such a thing, and I'd never say such a thing, b/c I'm never available during those hours. I said I'd arrive early- to mid-afteroon, and indeed I did. Again, I walked out irate. And for the very last time, I promise.I realize I have "special needs" and require accommodation, but other dealers have been professional, understanding, and courteous. I've never dealt with such a bunch of two-faced, unscrupulous, unapologetic, unprofessional car salespeople as I have with Pride. And I've been around the block.

It was my first time buying a brand new car & I was not looking forward to it. I had been to several dealers & ended up at Pride. Chris Nelson was our salesmen, he was friendly, professional & very helpful. An hour and a half later, I made my decision & we had a deal. That night I changed my mind, I felt I got a good price, but the car was going to be driven from NY. I called next morning & spoke to Kenny Bettano, he was understanding & told me he would start looking in the area. I asked about my deposit but he said me not to worry he would find me a car & if he couldn't my deposit would be refunded, no problem. Still nervous, I called other dealers. Eventually, I found one up in NH (45 minutes away) that had one car I wanted with more options for a better price. I called Kenny & told him. He didn't think it was possible at that price, but said take a look then let him know how it works out. An hour later in NH, the car was there but someone just bought it & the price listed on the internet was a mistake, so cars that were being delived two weeks later were priced over $1100 more! I felt mislead & was not happy. I called Kenny back AGAIN, & told him what happened. He said he was still looking for my car, offered me a few other choices in colors & options, but not what I wanted. Next day, they found the car, with everything I wanted at the agreed price & matched my APR from my credit union. Hopefully I won't have to buy a car for another 10 years, but if for some reason I decide to, I won't hesitate to go back to Pride in Lynn.

I went into the dealership looking to purchase my third Santa Fe. I was met at the door by the sales manager, Ken Bettano, who immediately made you feel like you were important to them. His professionalism and genuine friendliness was a breath of fresh air. He proceeded to choose the perfect salesman for me, Ralph Hosking, and also what turned out to be the perfect car for me as well. Ralph is a top notch gentleman who has managed to undo the "typical car salesman" stigma. His professionalism, genuine friendliness and concern for the customer go unmatched. He listens to you, the customer, and what it is going to take to get you into the car and makes it happen! Then I met with the finance manager, Jason Bradley, who did an incredible job working the numbers out and making sure that I was taken care of. His friendliness and ability to do what he needs to do for the customer, not just the company, makes the experience a very enjoyable one. I was having a hard time getting financing, and finding the car I wanted. I called Pride Hyundai and got Kenny on the phone. Kenny was upbeat but cautious, and promised to follow up as soon as possible. He did exactly that. Kenny went out of his way to get me the car I wanted, and financing I could afford. He followed up on his day off - a real pro. Ed was great in dealing with paperwork. He helped me get a reasonable interest rate and even managed to shave some off of that as well as get me some service coupons. Chris was as polite and capable as you could possibly ask for. I got the car I wanted. They got the sale. I would recommend anyone to Pride Hyundai.

Very pushy dealership!!!! Makes a ton of excuses when I caught them in a lie. There after sell products are extreamley over priced!!!! Gap 800? on 48 months. should be less than half and there 10 year 100,000 mile wrap warrenty 3188? I did some research and that warrenty should be $500 to $600 I was willing to pay 1200 for it but not 3188!!!! And lets not talk about interest rate. They came back and told me my rate was 6.9% but if i took a warrenty the rate would be lower.. Is that legal? I laughed and said I had 2.79% through AAA my credit score was over 800. I decided to buy from someone else. Avoid these theifs!!!!!!! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE WEB PAGE FOR PRICES!!!!!!!

Outstanding! This was my 2nd Hyundai Sante Fe purchase in six yeras. I'm only sorry that I did not check out Pride Hyundai the first time! Permaul was terrific. He has a vast knowledge of the vehicle and was very laid back and non-threatening throughout the whole process.I had done my homework. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and receive for my trade. Negotiations were quite painless. Calvin Day reviewed my payment options in detail and was a pleasure to work with. I looked, test drove and purchased within 3 hours. My vehicle was ready for pick up the next day. Permaul spent another hour with me explaining the features, setting up my Blue Tooth conection, introducing me to the service department, a tour of the facility. Are you kidding me!!! I felt like a celebrity. I have NEVER had such a comfortable experience at a car dealership.I'm hoping my service experience with Pride will be as positive. GREAT job, I have already recommended Pride to my insurance agent!

I am more than pleased with the customer service I received from Pride Hyundai. The quality of work exceeds ones expectations and they treat you like a family member with the friendliness they showed from the original phone call through the whole process while at the dealership and in my eyes they went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of from A-Z and fully satisfied which I have to say was one of the best experiences we had buying a car and stand proud that we bought the Hyundai Elantra Touring SE. It is a great car with a whole lot of features for a great price. Overall Experience I have to rate this dealer with an A+ with a score of 100%. Everyone from the first phone call to(Kenny Bettano) sales manager, the follow up by (Leroy Nelson) sales, to the finance dept. with(Vinny) who explained everything in detail and took the time to write it all down and recommend the best option for us.
