I saw a vehicle online and I liked the price and the miles.I came in after speaking to Mr. Pascal, who is very professional!Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome that wasn't corny or cliche' in anyway. Mr Paul Parker then assisted me with everything from there. I have to say he was a straight shooter& there was no fluff or anything of the sort. Basically , he was a true professional who got straight down to business with a no nonsense "salesman" stereotype approach. Most dealers I visit, I literally feel like they are vampires trying to exploit an opportunity--NOT AT Priority Honda! Staff was awesome and again, no corny cliche' sales stereotypes of any sort. Totally fair and real! The way it should be! I got what I came for! Plus I got some really goodCoffee out of a machine from the future :)Basically, if you want to deal with real people selling real products that they don't have to "sell" you on...then get on down toMercury Blvd and look for Paul or Pascal or anyone there! You'll walk away feeling glad you did!

I was very surprised & actually enjoyed purchasing a CR-V from Richard. He accepted the lowest internet price from another dealership and honored the coupon from Priority Honda. There wasn't any pressure to purchase or having to deal with the manager for another sales pitch. He also took the time to show me everything I needed to know.

After some not so great service from a Southside Hampton Roads Honda Dealership we were contacted by Hampton Honda and agreed to purchase a vehicle from them. Nick Napier called and was understanding of the issues we were having and earned our business through his professionalism and promise to honor the deal we wanted. I scheduled my appointment a week ahead of time for routine maintenance. I arrived at my scheduled 930 am appointment time and I was told one hour it is now 1240 pm and no one has acknowledged me at all. I asked one of the reps here how much longer and she said not to much longer. I guess not since I have been here for 4 hours already. Very bad customer service.

Today, I went to Priority Honda for a scheduled service appointment, and the dealership failed to perform the routine services. Priority Honda is part of the Priority Auto Group which touts itself as performing "free oil and filter changes for life". I purchased new a 2016 VW GTI at Priority WV which is 90 minutes away from my home. The sales people there told me that the car could have the oil and filter changes done at any Priority dealership, so I located one close to where I live, which happened to be Priority Honda. I brought the car to Priority Honda two days ago and showed it to a service advisor, and specifically asked him if the car could be serviced there. I told him that I purchased the car at Priority VW, that it needed the routine oil service and tire rotation. The service advisor could see that the car was a VW GTI, and asked the service manager if it could be done there. He then told me they could do routine maintenance on the car so I scheduled an appointment for today(May 20, 2016) at 8;30am. My wife brought the car before the appointed time and checked in with Justin Williams. An employee attempted to drive the car to the service area but he did not know how to drive a manual transmission. This was apparent because he ground the gears and the car lurched forward and then the engine lugged as the driver was in the wrong gear for slow, careful driving. He should have acknowledged that he could not drive a manual and asked someone else to drive the car. My wife went to the customer waiting area and waited an hour. Then she was told the oil and filter change could not be done because an oil extractor was needed to change the oil on this car. Also, the service advisor told my wife that the engine did not have an oil drain plug. My wife called Priority VW and spoke with a service technician who told her that an oil extractor is not needed and the engine does have an oil drain plug like most cars. He said that an oil and filter change on the 2016 VW GTI is as routine as changing the oil and filter on any car. My wife googled "how to change the oil and filter on a 2016 VW GTI", and there is a Facebook video clearly showing that it is a very straightforward procedure, that any competent technician could do. The Priority Honda service advisor also told my wife that they would NOT rotate the tires either. Even though the Priority Honda service technician incorrectly thought he could not change the oil and filter, why were they so inconsiderate that they did not rotate the tires???My wife waited there for an hour! As my wife was discussing this service failure with the service advisor, the car was brought to the service reception area by the same employee who did not know how to drive a manual transmission. He then rudely said to my wife, "This car is in the way, I am going to have to move it to the fire lane." The service advisor was actually trying to help my wife find another Priority dealership where the car could be serviced at that time! That car driver was very rude and inconsiderate! This dealership is hugely lacking in customer service and well-trained, competent employees. My wife and I went through the time and effort to bring our car to Priority Honda twice to have routine service done, and came away with nothing but wrong excuses and inconsideration.

I worked first with my credit union, who has a partnership with Priority, then went on to the dealership. Originally, the car that we wanted was in Chesapeake, but Tim Godette found one on their lot (Hampton) -- closer to home. He let me take it home to show my family and we went over it pretty thoroughly. It was wonderful to be able to give the car a good inspection for ourselves without the pressure of the salesmen or the dealership right there. We ended up starting the purchase that night and finishing up the next day. We were fortunate in that we were able to see and handle the car before it had had it's "new car cleaning". We could better evaluate what we needed to see that way. By the way, massive, epic kudos to the detailing team! The original owner clearly had a dog and there was hair EVERYWHERE! They got it all out!!!In the course of our transaction we also worked with used car manager, Jim Hensley and they both went that extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything. Jim even verified that the engine guarantee extended further out.I really cannot say enough good things about these guys and we are very much looking forward to a long relationship with Priority Honda.

I had not bought a car in 9 years and was skeptical. My husband and I walked into the dealership and met Mike Brackin and instantly felt comfortable. I first was interested in the Accord but was drawn to the CRV. Mike went over both vehicles with us to show the comparisons. I decided to go with the CRV, so we sat down and discussed my options. We went out to the lot and started looking and then I narrowed it down to the EX-L. We took a test drive and I was very impressed. Mike was very knowledgeable on all the features the vehicles had to offer. During our test drive, he asked me to drive into an empty parking lot. There he thoroughly went over most of the features, which impressed me, no one had ever done that before. We got back to the dealership and then what I thought was going to be a stressful event ended up a smooth and professional process. My husband and I were very impressed with Mike and will recommend him to my family and friends.

Came in to test drive a CPO 2013 Honda Civic I saw online, they were welcoming as soon as I approached the door. Got right down to business, showed me the car and let me test drive without any hassle or naggingly sticking around. After that, Tim gave me all the necessary details and was straight up and honest with me (a rarity these days), he even put up with my endless haggling and negotiating. After coming to an agreement he clearly explained all the paperwork before asking me sign it, then I went over to the main building and met with a financer (can't remember the name, there was a lot going on) who patiently waited there while I read all the fine print and slowly signed. Great price, great service, great people. I would 11/10 recommend this to anyone looking for a car.

Yesterday I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Priorty. I had dreaded the whole ordeal of purchasing a car, but Priorty made it very pleasurable. My sales person was Mike Brackin, who was the most accommodating car salesman ever! He was not pushy and worked to get me a good deal. I was able to purchase the car for $1200 less than Williamsburg Honda offered, that claimed that I was a valued customer since I had bought two cars from them! My Sister-in-law was shopping for a new Honda Pilot. She wanted my wife and I to be with her to help cope with the pressure we all anticipated as a result of our previous, recent encounters with other dealerships. We spoke to Richard Jones on the phone and were kindly invited to stop to look around. Our first surprise was to find his "telephone" kindness was not a "tactic" to get us on the lot for a high pressure sales experience. He is a genuinely kind, gentle and knowledgeable person who never once pressured any of us. He knows he has a good product and, if you want and need it, wants to help you get it. We went in to help and "protect" my Sister-in-law do a deal and we were not at all needed. And, we learned so much from watching and listening as he worked with her, we recognized we too could benefit and upgrade our vehicle. So, that same night we too asked for his help. He assisted us to get a new 2016 Honda Odyssey. And, we are paying considerably less than we were paying for our previous older Odyssey from a Richmond, Va dealership. My Sister-in-law lives about 2 hours from Priority Honda in Hampton and we live about an hour and a half away in the opposite direction. We could not have been treated better than Richard Jones treated us and highly recommend you go see him if your in the market for a good car. Last year our Ridgeline would not start while we were out to dinner on a Saturday evening. After we were towed to Honda, we were stuck there without a ride home : no loaners/ no shuttle / no sympathy! We had to pay for a cab out of pocket to get home. . Thus afternoon we are in a Honda service in Durham ! Our Ridgeline was "checked out" a couple days ago before we took the drive from Virginia to South Carolina. So....why are we having issues as we travel!? There's a rattle underneath the truck body. We've been let down with the Mercury Blvd Honda service again.

For the past few weeks I had visited 4 separate car dealerships (including other Priority dealerships), because I wasn't sure which new car I wanted. Showing up to Priority Honda I had a couple of vehicles in mind, but I knew I didn't need a car that day if I didn't find something. I prefer a salesperson who hears me out on what I'm looking for as far as my budget, size, and overall price. No dealership I went to had much interest in my preferences, they just wanted to make a sale. After being approached by Katharine, I expected the same thing, but she was completely different. She listened to my situation, discussed what types of vehicles (even those that they didn't have) that I liked, and never once tried to pressure me into something I didn't want to buy. I ended up leaving that day telling her if she could get me a good deal on my trade, I might buy the car that day. I came back later, and they had on paper exactly what I wanted for my car, no questions asked, and worked with me to get a good deal on my new 2016 Civic. Overall I'm very happy, and fortunate to have stumbled across a good "salesperson" who puts the customer first.

Only reason i wouldnt give 5 stars is that the service department isnt all that great except Sarah who i always go to. Everyone in the service department looks like they dont want to be bothered everyday and if you schedule an appointment to close to the time when they get off good luck with getting your car done or they leave things out that you want them to look at. Found my 2008 Toyota Yaris online. Drove to see vehicke after hours. Submitted credit application online. Was contacted by my salesman Paul Parker and told application was approved. Put deposit on vehicle over the phone and told Paul that I wanted this to go very fast when I got to the dealership. When I got to the dealership Paul had everything ready to go. Myron was our sales guy & he was very patient with us and getting me a new car. & also very patient with my father who was everything done precisely and is all about business.I purchased a 2013 Certified Pre-owned CR-V. So far so good. Had to get an oil change and my tire pressure adjusted but even the service there was literally done with a smile. I'd give the place a 9/10. I love this car & I'm hoping I don't have to go to get anything done to it more than an oil change. We are EXTREMLEY DISAPPOINTED with our purchasing experience from Priority Honda Hampton.We purchased a 2014 Honda Civic from you in early June this year and Priority STILL HAs NOT SENT THE TITLE TO THE DMV!!!They cashed the check we gave them very quickly but has not held up their end of the deal by titling the vehicle. They even charged us an extra fee for them to title it, and 4 months later has not done so.Over 4 months have passed, we even informed Priority again 12 days ago and again yesterday! Why have they not titled our vehicle? Their lack of follow through on their commitments is getting extremely close to costing us a massive increase in our loans interest rateTo Priority Honda Hampton:Why haven't you sent the electronic title to the DMV??? When do you intend to MEET YOUR COMMITMENT???Do you at least have the decency to explain yourself? Or better yet follow through on what we paid for and you committed to?

Scheduled appt to have oil change,tire rotation, check a/c for freon and reattach rear view mirror. Appt at 8 am. At 945, Eric came out to tell me the mirror needed to be reattached and it would cost over $170. Seriously, for some glue? He also told me freon us needed. Pretty much new that since the unit works but doesn't blow cold air. He also told me about an $800 repair that desperately needs to be done. CV joint leaking? Not sure what this is but I asked for very specific things that it took an hour and forty five minutes for you to tell me needs to be done. Wake up. I brought the vehicle in knowing all this. What I didn't know was how badly you intended to treat me. Going to be 3 hours sitting here and several hundred dollars. Dealers have a reputation for over charging but I have never experienced it here prior to today. You have seen the last of me.

I came to Priority by tow truck, and wasn't sure whether to fix or replace my very high mileage 1994 Accord. While waiting for my ride, Eddie Williams, our sales rep, saw me looking over the vehicles on the lot and engaged me in conversation. He showed me a few vehicles close up even though at that point I wasn't really shopping. I could tell he was excited about the cars. Because of his friendly approach, when I determined that replacement was the right direction, my wife and I came back to Priority and asked for Eddie. He really bent over backwards to help pick out the right car and feel comfortable about our decision. He was very knowledgeable about the differences between the several models we were interested in and helped us try out all the various features (as well as road test each). He was very patient as we made up our minds and made us feel at ease. Since the car we picked would not be ready for delivery right away, we were provided with a car until it was. Wesley was such a blessing to us. My director and I came to the dealership the first time close to closing time on Superbowl Sunday. The first sales person we encountered said they weren't going to stay late because of the Superbowl, but gave us his card. So we left, and then went to visit other dealerships. I took in my 2007 Honda Pilot in for an oil change. This was the second time I brought it to them for an oil change and I was informed my oil drain plug was stripped. I asked why it wasn't identified last time and the service manager said it had many oil changes before and it must have worked it's way loose. We had a disagreement concerning the cause. I really appreciate having a dealership I can trust. I have been told that Priorities For Life was a gimmick until I experienced it. I try to have my own opinion on things, yet you sometimes can't help to wonder if what some dealers tell you are truthful. Priority sold me a new car and the experience was excellent. I also know that when dealing with large dealerships, things can take a long time. I was pleasantly surprised that everything went smooth and while waiting for finance I enjoyed the message chair. I went there to buy a used car on Friday and rolled it over to Saturday morning. Bought the car and said Id come back to get it cause I was on a motorcycle. They couldn't get my car in because service closed so they have me a loaner. Fine and dandy, then Monday never heard from them even after texting my salesman. 4pm roles around and is rove there and am told it's gonna be an hour. 2 hours later asked for a manager, the sales rep I asked come back out and explained what the manager said I can get a loaner and come back in an hour or tomorrow. When is it customary for a manager to not go talk to an mad customer???? No one bothered helping me the two hours I was there including the manager. Customer service was great until they have your money then you are back burner material. Honestly more upset with the managers then anyone else.

Harold Peterson is the real deal. I met Harold at a used car sales event at the Hampton Coliseum. Priority and Harold were not the first dealer and salesperson wet met that day. Quite frankly we had Terrible experiences with two other dealerships (Casey and Bowditch). But looking back, I'm glad we had those experiences first. When my husband found the car we ended up purchasing, Harold was our salesman. It was wonderful to find him. He was not at all pushy. He listened to what I was looking for in a car. He didn't mind that I had already arranged financing through my credit union. In a nutshell, I can honestly say, he is obviously a person who treats people the way he would want his family members treated. And that means a lot to me. You don't find that every day.I would also like to thank William Anderson for his part in a wonderful sales experience. Honestly, I had been dreading buying a new(er) car because of the whole sales process. That is no longer the case after dealing with Priority, Harold Peterson, and William Anderson. When I bought my used car from them there was a small scratch on one of the back windows. My husband asked if they would repair that. They are working to repair it now as I speak. They Do What they Say, when they say they are going to do it. I really can't believe how wonderful they are. I think I know why their motto is Priorities For Life. Although I don't need another car right now, my experience has made me want to tell anyone and everyone I know, go see Harold Peterson. You will not be disappointed!

I purchased on 7/16, and noticed a problem the next day. Weeks later I learned my 2011 Honda Accord had axle problems. Though the problem was repaired (1 month later) I insisted that the vehicle be exchanged. I was then strung on a chase of unfulfilled promises and money sucking tactics. Spite the fact they sold me a car with a broken axle Kerry Whithurst, Used Sales Manager and CEO Keith Dennis, insisted they have done everything to rectify the matter and I should be happy. I was told to trade my car in and PAY an additional 1000 down and my payment would increase and then offered a "collateral exchange" but again my payment would increase. Bottom line Priority Honda Hampton took advantage of me and continue to hide behind a piece of paper, opposed to doing right by me..a paying customer.

About a month ago I looked on truecar.com at vehicle pricing. I was not aware at that point that it would submit my name to various dealerships once I had hit send till after the fact. After a couple of days Royce would send me an email but mostly call and leave messages. I remember one of his messages asking what would it take for him to get me in to see him to get a new car. Honestly, I remember being annoyed at the calls. Hadn't recalled what dealership he was from at the time. Earlier this week I stopped in to priority honda of hampton to get my car appraised and to look at a used car and ironically, the lady I was speaking to set me up with Royce. I'm glad she did. Royce was such a pleasure to work with. I feel he has gone above and beyond in Customer service. He even took the time to come to my place of employment to show me a car and pick up my car while I worked and got it appraised. The only time I spent at the dealership was for the final signing. I didn't leave with a used car, I left with a new 2014 Civic. I will be recommending Royce to anyone I know in the market for a new car.

My wife and I purchased our 2013 CRV from Priority Honda and were very pleased with the process and subsequent service we've received at Priority. So when our 2007 Civic a/c stopper working properly I decided to bring it in to Priority for service. When we arrived for our appointment the service writer, David, explained we'd have to pay for diagnostic service to determine what was needed. We agreed and came back later to find out that our compressor needed to be replaced. We were told Priority didn't have one in stock, but could order one. We asked them to and call when it was available for installation. No one has called yet. I've called several times and spoken with Parts once who informed me that no one had ordered one for us yet. Steve(?) in Parts said he'd speak with David in Service and one of them would call me back. No one ever called. I called Service and was told David was with a customer, but would call back as soon as he was free. No one ever called back. I now plan to go to an independent shop for my service. I'm very disappointed.

I have leaned towards the Honda brand for years. I had brought my older Honda vehicle in to have a problem diagnosed. They were very helpfull and unfortunately delivered some bad news to me about the condition of my engine. Though I was not ready to purchase a new vehicle they were able to immediately meet my needs and put me in a vehicle that fit my budget. I have been in the car business for 28 years and this is defiantly one of the best dealerships that I have been to. It is all about the people and Priority has some of the best people in the business to deal with. I purchased a vehicle from these guys and once I left the lot, the problems started. They wouldn't work with me to resolve issues and they were making money off what I was owed for payments on the trade-in. I paid over $1000 dollars on my previous car before they finished the paperwork. The extra payments were not expected as I believed they would pay the car off as quickly as possible. Instead it drug out. They informed me that I would receive all the money I payed on the previous car back. Instead I received about half because they charged me for them to process the payment? They make money off what isn't theirs. They give you the run around. I would recommend you never deal with these people. Their motto is "the customer is our priority", but they don't care about the customer. They only thing that is their priority is the $$$. Don't waste your time...otherwise they'll waste more than you have.

I very much dislike dealers!! But when I arrived I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who assisted with my purchase. He totally changed my view on buying a car because I had a horrible experience at Casey Chevrolet when i bought my first car. But the office was very friendly and I felt at home there. The customer service was excellent and they took care of everything for me. The dealer didn't try to fast talk me just to get a sale he gave me great advice on how things worked and I felt as though that was needed because its a big decision. I did end up with a great purchase and I would recommend Priority Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a car. You won't leave empty handed lol

Harold was exceptional. At first he worried me, making me think he was there to "make a sale" at any cost. After looking at some vehicles his sales manager stepped in and suggested the car that I purchased. Being worried about the purchase, Harold took great care of me. He ensured the service department fixed some issues prior to my acceptance of the car. On the day I went to pick up my car, the key broke and my air conditioner had quit working between the time it went to service and the time I arrived. Harold took it back to service to get the issue fixed and key replaced. So far I am very happy with the car even though it is old and high mileage. Harold was very professional and wanted to make sure I was taken care of.

But Mike Brakin and Nick Napier at Priority Honda made this process the best I've had thus far. They are some of the most reasonable sales reps that I have ever met and did not let me leave unsatisfied in any way. Mr. Brakin is very customer service oriented and his one and only goal was to make sure we knew all the options and we got what we wanted. He also worked his hardest to make the deal work and get us into the car that we wanted. Mr. Napier is by far the best upper management personnel I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He made us feel as if we mattered and really listened to every single one of our concerns. Nick really catered to our needs like very few dealerships in this area are even close to willing to do. All in all, they made the process as quick and smooth as possible with no surprises or bumps along the way. Harold was awesome. I wasn't feeling well and had very little patience with the car buying process. Harold made it so much easier. He was very honest and give me a bunch of lies. I came there specifically for my Malibu and Harold did everything possible to get me into that car and that same day. He took me to a different city to pick it up and he stayed late. Royce Hall knows his product, something that most salesman don't know, whether it be in the car business, computer business or pencil business. He was able to answer every question I had, and was very thorough with his explanations. He was not a "pushy" salesman, and I didn't feel high pressured at all during our visits. He was easy to get along with, and very professional. I believe Joel Harvey gave me a very good deal, something we could both live with and he too was very professional. Again, at no time did I feel pressured by Mr. Harvey to buy an automobile from them. He gave me the best price he could, I believe, and within the limits of what I expected to pay. Levi Whitehead, the finance manager, was extremely thorough and was able to answer all of my questions. He was courteous, efficient and is a nice young man as well. The buying experience from all three of these gentlemen was excellent, and I would be pleased to recommend and recognize these folks as really first class people to deal with, should you need to purchase an automobile.

We found a minivan we were very interested in at Priority Honda and decided to go out to test drive it. On our first visit to the lot, we were greeted by a man who had no clue what he was talking about. When he tried to give me a business card, he pulled an entire wad of cash out of his pocket and sifted through it before realizing he didn't have any business cards (completely unprofessional, in my opinion). After going back inside the building to go get a business card, he came back out and had completely forgotten to get the keys to the vehicle we were interested in, so we just left.We were still really interested in the minivan though, so we went back the next day. This time we were greeted by a different salesman (thank goodness) and we took the van for a test drive. We went home that night and decided we wanted the vehicle. We told the salesman that we would be coming back that night to purchase the vehicle. He told me to give him a call when we were leaving the house and he would get the van ready for us out front. We showed up at the dealership, expecting to purchase our vehicle and drive home with it that night. Instead, when we got to the dealership we were informed that another person was test driving the van but they didn't have any kind of finances lined up yet so we could get the paperwork in and the van would still be ours. We got most of the way through the extensive paperwork when we were informed that the salesman didn't realize the people who were test driving the van had gotten their financing lined up before driving the vehicle, so they had first refusal on it. Needless to say I was livid since we'd spent over an hour doing all the paperwork to purchase the minivan. The communication between the salesman seemed to be non-existent. The salesman asked if we would be interested in a comparable vehicle if he could find one. After waiting almost another HOUR, he comes back with a vehicle that had a lot more miles, was almost $3000 more expensive, and was not the least bit "comparable." We left the dealership quite disappointed and upset. We ended up going to a different dealership where we found a much better vehicle and an amazing staff.It didn't help that Priority Honda's used car dealership is in a bare-bones, tiny building where none of the salespeople seemed to be remotely happy about their job. The dealership we ended up going to didn't treat their used car buyers like second-rate citizens, ostracized to sub par facilities.

We initially went in because my trucks transmission went out and due to its age we were going to buy a new vehicle. After we test drove a Pilot, and went home to think it over, we decided to fix the truck. We also decided that if the dealership could work with us on price, we would still purchase the pilot because we liked it and figured this was a good time to buy. The staff at Priority were wonderful to work with every step of the way. Mike Brackin was extremely polite and courteous and went out of his way to help us find exactly what we wanted without pressuring us. That went a long way... He made the experience enjoyable! That mentality was continued with everyone we dealt with. Matt Davis, Nick Napier, Jerome in the Business Office were all wonderful to work with. Everyone made us feel welcome and like we were part of the family from the moment we walked in. The vehicle we wanted was in stock with all of the options already on it we were interested in and there was a good selection of colors to choose from. Mike made sure we knew how to set up the blue tooth and answered any questions we had concerning the other options. The Priorities for Life is awesome and was a big factor in our visit to begin with. When we took possession of the car it was spotless! The gentleman (I think his name was Elroy) did an outstanding job on detailing the vehicle. We have a Honda Accord that my wife purchased in Richmond some years ago and we recently switched over to Priority Honda for the routine maintenance and have been very happy with them. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a quality automobile from a quality dealer to purchase from Priority Honda of Hampton. I Came to the dealership with my wife after her car died. Harold met us in the lot and said if we have any questions to let him know. There was no hassle and no one trying to point out features on all the cars. Once we found a couple we liked, we asked if we could test drive them. He allowed us to test drive the cars without the dealer with us. We were in a hurry, the wife's car died and we needed a car ASAP. He and the sales manager, along with the entire finacial department worked diligently to find us a deal for two cars with a trade-in. The catch was the trade-in had a good deal of negative equity. They were able to give us two vehicles we wanted ( a Pilot and a Civic) for around the same payment as the trade-in. Harold Peterson help us choose our used Honda Odyssey. We had done our homework online to search for a used vehicle. When we came to Priority, Harold greeted us with a smile and a handshake. We told him which van we wanted to look at, so he offered us a test drive. Harold is a very personable guy, and he and my husband hit it off immediately. They both are from New Jersey, so they discussed places they both had lived. I liked the way Harold also engaged in conversation with our 13 year old son, telling him about the features of the DVD player and other accessories. He answered all our questions about the car and even brought the manager over to tell us we could take the van home for 24 hrs. Wow! During our paperwork session, Harold made sure all of us were comfortable. He offered refreshments and even found the TV remote for our son to watch a program. We all feel that Harold went above and beyond his duties in making us feel welcome and made the car buying experience the very best it could be. I really wanted a small SUV to replace my sedan. My mind was set on a Nissan Rouge until I met Mike Brackin. He not only sold me on a Honda CR-V but easily won me over with allowing me to feel confident in the decision on my terms. We were currently in a Honda that wasn't worth what we owed on it. Melissa emailed me to see if we were interested in trading it in. I told her there was no way she could get me what I owed. She assured me she could. She told me to fill out the app and she would do the rest. I filled it out and she called me to come in one day. I came in and the payment she quoted me was out of my budget. She asked me what I could pay. I told her and she made some adjustments and made it happen. I could not be more thrilled with my new CRV. I went from having no warranty, no GAP and no hope, to having all of the above. I went from a 2008 to a 2013!! I would tell anyone who will listen to go see Melissa Gary for a new car and Mike Timmons in finance as well. He was the initial reason we were even associated with Priority. I was in the market for a new car after a bad accident so saftey was my number one concern. I was indecisive to exactley what vehicle I wanted to purchase, a Toyota Camry or a Honda Accord? I was very impressed with the priority for life and the other feacture that I heard advertised. I did not want to travel to Chesapeake for the Toyota since I live in Hampton. Therefore, my husband and I drove to the lot in Hampton, and there we met Harold, We struck it off right away, he was very attentive and listen to exactly what I was looking for, he could not find it on the lot, but his persistent to find the exact car I was looking for unloaded one off the truck that was available. He explained in detail all the saftey features that I was most concen and interested in, since I was T bone in my previous car accident that had no side airbags. He also explain the positive perts about purchasing a Honda Accord verses a Toyota Camry. He did a follow-up courtesy call to make sure everything was alright and he is there for me if any additional questions or service is needed. My overall experience with Harold is A-plus and I'm loving my Honda Accord!

I just visited the Honda dealer to make my dad happy. I was thinking and telling him I can't afford a Honda and am going to get another Sonata. We met Melissa shortly after we started looking around. This I liked immediately, meaning she didn't rush right out there right away nor was a"pushy sells women" I told her why I was there and how surprised I was in prices, the room of the civic and how Nice the Accord was. She had me test drive both and explained both of the cars to me, especially what they already came with, with no extra packages. Again she was not pushy; said she could get me in one to night but did take no for an answer. However, by the time I got home she had sent a pleasant email telling me to call her with any questions. I had already done major research on the Sonata so that night I did the same about the Accord. All in all research wise both were neck in neck. However, the space and comfort won hands down when I visited Melissa the next day with my mom and step-dad. Yes, all parents agreed the Accord wins hands down. Melissa answered all questions, explained the benefits of buying from Priority, and made my family as comfortable as she did me. When she was able to get the price I was willing to pay (which I have to admit surprised me that she was able to do that) with not a lot of haggle, knowing one of my best friends is on her second Accord and third or forth Honda product, and the reputation of Honda in itself, I never even called the other dealer back to see if he could beat it. Then came Levi Whitehead, the Finance Manager, who Melissa introduced us too, I give him high marks too! When I got confused on some of the numbers, he stayed calm and very friendly. Listening to my concerns, then re-explaining it and doing all he could to make me smile again and enjoy this experience. In the end I understood I had calculated something wrong and everything was as they told and promised me it would be the day before. Knowing he was willing to go the extra mile to make me happy again, when he was right all along, says a lot of his customer service and wanting my first experience with Honda to be the best. You can not teach employees that, it comes from his heart of loving his job and respect for the company he works for. I would recommend Melissa and Levi to anyone. I never thought I could own a Honda but the both of them made me realize I could. Oh, I forgot, Melissa had to find the color I wanted, which she did about 50 miles away, and had it for me the next morning. The Accord is beautiful and the price was great!!!

I was not planning on getting a vehicle at this time because I just took in my older Acura for service. Unfortunately, according to the service department the Acura needed a new radiator, new hoses and a part for the transmission. After talking to the service tech he told me it needed these parts to get pressure buildup for the engine and this "might" not fix the problem. Well, $1600 later I was told it had a blown head gasket and it was my bad guess on paying for the work to be done. I had to talk to the service manager who told me personally he would not have taken the chance so I talked to Matt Davis who said he could make me a deal on a new car. I was ready to talk before Christmas, but no one called me back to offer help or advice. We got back from our Florida trip 12-31-13 and went to Priority Honda to see what was going on. I was told they just forgot about me, but could still help me now. The help only amounted to $600 for my overpriced service job for the Acura and to get that much I had to trade in also my Silverado truck. I wound up getting a used Fit and a used Ridgeline. I feel my salesman Tim Godette did a great job in helping me through the 7 hour ordeal on 1-1-14 to get this straight. My wife and I wanted more for the Acura since we spent $1600 to get it repaired for not being able to drive it. Overall, the people were very friendly and helpful, but I wanted more of a deal than what we got. I already own a Honda Odyssey so I am a repeat customer and got nothing for being loyal.

My wife and I came in knowing what car we wanted from the dealer's website and Harold was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating as we inspected the car, took it for a test drive, and completed the sale. We like the Priority for Life deal with the free oil/filter changes and state inspections for life and have been happy with our previous service visits at this dealership. We even bypassed a closer Honda dealership in favor of this one due to our experiences with their service department and larger selection of vehicles.I will ding them a little in that the sale took 3 hours after we said we wanted to buy, even though it was a cash deal and there was nothing that should have held it up for that length. Also, when negotiating the price, the dealership's initial ask was around $2000 higher than the price listed on their website. If I had not done my homework, I probably would have paid a lot more than I did.

When we arrived we were pleasently surprised that there was no high pressure sells techniques and that we got a fair trade in value on our vehicle. I am leasing a 2013 CRV and I have the Butler paint service. I have taken my car in for this service twice. The first time after having it done there were swirl marks all over the paint in which it took a good wash and waxing for those to now show up anymore. This last time, I was asked if I wanted a pre-wash of $29.99 to get rid of bugs and tar before the treatment. I was never told that there would be an extra charge for doing this, but I was okay with that. I asked what it entailed and the service department said that it did include getting the bugs and tar off as well as vacuuming the inside of the car and whipping it down inside. There were marks on most of the plastic that are over the tire welds, looks like scuffs from a buffer, the paint looked good this time without the swirl marks from what I have been able to tell, but the car was not vacuumed. It still had some debris in the back floorboard from me having a passenger and also in the very back of the car. I am not sure that I will pay the extra next go around if they aren't going to do what I am supposedly paying for. My experience here as far as purchasing or leasing this Vehicle and the 2012 Honda Civic last year was a great experience, but I am truly not happy with the service I have received regarding this Butler paint service. Someone should really be double checking the quality of work that is being done by those employee's performing this work.

I received a call from Mr. Royce Hall making me an offer I believed he could not make happen. He was very kind and walked me through the lot in the freezing weather to select a vehicle I could afford. I fell in love with the Fit Sport but it was out of my price range, he tried all different options to get me in the car I wanted but I decided to go with the Honda Fit Base to keep my payments low. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He got me cocoa and showed my the quiet room with the massage chairs (my favorite part of the deal)!!! I took an extra 15 minutes in there. : ) I didn't feel rushed or compelled to make a quick decision.I was then introduced to Levi Whitehead, the financial manager who was also extremely pleasant and willing to listen to what I wanted and what I would agree with in order to get me into a newer vehicle. Bottom line, they did every thing right and worked quite well as a team!! : ) Priority Honda has two superb employees on their team. GO HONDA. When my niece is ready for her car I will be taking her to Priority Honda. Excellent Service.

I knew I was interested in buying a honda, and had actually been shopping around the peninsula to find the perfect car for me; but kept getting frustrated with the various salesmen at other locations. They were rude and pushy, which turned me off. I really had lost hope and gone home; until I called Priority Honda. Joe Giltner answered the phone and answered all the questions I had for him with ease, and actually had additional information and told me about other specials that I might be interested in. Within a few hours, I went to the dealership, test drove some cars, and drove away with a brand new Honda Insight. I was very happy with my experience with Priority Honda, and was extremely pleased with the overall quality of care I received from Joe. He truly did make me feel like his number one priority.I ordered a few extra things for my car to include splash guards and a data dot dna. Since I bought my car so late at night (service was closed), I had to bring my car back to get the detail and the extra things installed. Somewhere between parts, and service, priority honda messed up and lost my splash guards. They told me I would have to bring my car in a second time to have the splash guards installed separately. When in fact, I knew they had the splash guards in. Joe helped out the situation by physically going to the back of the parts department and locating the parts they needed without any problem. I just want to say that also in that regard, Joe was able to help, when others were not, or more likely just did not have an idea of what was going on. Thanks, Joe.

Tim remembered us when I called several days after we met. We hadn't talked long that first day, but he remembered the smallest of details. When we returned to look at that original car (it wasn't a perfect fit), he showed us the perfect car. The Honda had been traded in days before, and not many people knew about it. Well, now that car belongs to us. He truly listened when we spoke to him so that he could do his job better. Thank you for that because we met too many salesmen at other dealerships that didn't listen well.Levi knows his job well. I was impressed how he could answer my questions correctly and quickly. He also made me feel like he had time for my finance and warranty questions. Too often I find that once the sale is in motion the paperwork is put into high gear without regard to the customer. Thank you for being swift with the paper but patient with the customer.This was my daughter's first car purchase. I was along for guidance and cosigning. Your dealership did well start to finish. I was all set to purchase a vehicle from an out of town dealer. I looked up the Priority web site just for cost comparison. The web price could not compare but an ensuing conversation with an internet sales consultant brought me into the dealership. At first glance, the dealership was impressive, everyone I had contact with was helpful and friendly, and I was taken care of quickly without pressure. I discussed with the 'out of town' deal with the Peter. Nearly $4000 less than the advertised price Priority was offering. Within 45 minutes from the time I walked into the showroom and WITHOUT having to meet with 4 levels of management, Priority equaled the deal and gave me a fair deal on my trade in. The vehicle needed to be ordered and Priority worked with me and a fairly busy schedule for delivery. William (our finance guy) put a movie on for my children while in his office. Wow. Nice move. Did not pressure us into purchasing extras, and explained everything very well. In and out less than 30 minutes and one of the first times I've left a finance office without feeling like I've thrown money away. The vehicle is amazing, Hondas usually sell themselves. But, Priority was able to steal my business from another dealership with old fashion curiousness.

The entire sales team had great ratings. I chose Mike Timmons. From the 1st phone call to the final signing of contracts,Mike was patient, very knowledgeable and thorough. He accompanied me on my test drive and is to be commended for his bravery! However, he was respectful during the entire drive through tunnels and bridges! I knew the car I wanted was going to be the Honda Accord EX-L in white orchid pearl, with ivory leather interior, 4-Cyl. Mike made it happen at the best price. When I arrived at the dealership the car was right out front.YAY. Went for the drive, received a fair trade for my 2005 Chrysler 300. Signed what seemed like endless paper work and finally I was set to drive home in my beautiful new car, which I love, love, love. Only 3 days old! The only issue I had was contacting Mike, the dealership has switchboard issues. Took me a day and half to finally contact Mike, was certainly not his fault. I moved to Hampton roads from west coast and found the dealership online. I submit quotes through edmunds.com. Joe Giltner, the internet sales manager responded quickly and offered decent price. Because I have a preferred color, it seemed the dealership need transfer it from other regional inventories. It took 5 days to identify the car after I put the deposit. Meantime, I got several competitive quotes in the region. Fortunately, the dealership loaned a demo car for my local commute. it is very annoying in extending the permit to use dealership's vehicle. Things didn't always go smoothly, but in the end, we worked it all out and my family enjoy new Odyssey. I enjoyed meeting with Joe and wish him the best of luck in his position here at Priority Honda.

Going to Hampton Priority Honda turned out to be a great choice. The friendiness and the prices are the best around. I traded in two vehicles, one mine the other my late husbands truck. I was suprised at what I got for them. Thanks to them I am driving a (used ) 2013 Honda CR-V. I went there to look at 2008 CR-V. Tim Clark the salesman came out to see me and ask if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and that I wanted to trade my vehicles and pay the balance in cash. He said let me show you this other CR-V. It turned out to be the 2013 instead of the 2008 one. Tim could have just showed me the 2008 one, but he thought that I would like the 2013 one better. I went for the test drive and could not smiling after that. But for the prices for quality used cars, trucks and Suvs, you will not find better anywhere nor will you find that you are teated better. On August 9th is Tim Clarks birthday. I hope that he has many,many more. Thanks again to the Priority Honda.

Working with Joe Giltner was an absolute pleasure! We filled out the form on the Costco website, and within 10 minutes I received a call from Joe. This was on a Sunday afternoon at about 3:15. At 4pm my wife and I arrived at the dealership, where we were greeted by Joe. He immediately gave us a no haggle, bottom line price for a new Odyssey that was an even better price than we expected. We went for a test drive, and by 5pm we had agreed to purchase the vehicle! We then spent about an hour (after closing time) that evening completing paperwork. My wife came back the next day to complete most of the remaining paperwork with Levi Whitehead as well as agree on an acceptable price on our trade-in. I came back on Tuesday to sign the final paperwork and we drove off with our new 2013 Odyssey EX-L. We love it! Joe was great to work with. The best thing about it is I liked the car he picked the color and it was in my price range. I really didn't have a car in mind either so that worked out perfect. We were contacted by Joe Glitner after filling out an online form Joe was friendly and outgoing on the phone and we made an appointment to go to the dealership. Joe was just as nice in person as well as being low key. There was no pressure, we told him we were looking for a CRV so we took one for a test drive and then returned to negotiate the price. It was a relatively quick & painless process. The color we wanted was not on the lot so he found one and we returned the next week to pick it up and do the contract paperwork which took about two hours, again relatively quick compared to other car dealers we have dealt with. There was again no high pressure tactics when we dealt with the business manager - we didn't have a trade in and we knew what we wanted as far as extras were concerned. We purchased the Auto Butler for the CRV - we have for our 2010 Highlander and highly recommend it as a way to preserve the finish any new vehicle. The entire experience one we will be happy to repeat for our next vehicle.

Overall, a very good experience. Our Sales Consultant Tim Godette was friendly and informative, but not overbearing. He always stayed on an even keel throughout the negotiating process, which I would say was mutually respectful. Eventually, after what I considered to be a very fair price for my family, we agreed to purchase a 2012 Pilot(Touring), an absolutely fabulous vehicle. Our next stop was meeting with one of the Priority finance managers, a Mr Levi Whitehead, who laid out various finance options, one of witch I agreed to accept, something I had not thought possible before I set foot in his office as I had all ready set up a finance option with USAA and did not think I could get a better offer. In conclusion, The whole experience was pleasant and without pressure and harassment, and I had a good vibe from the beginning in dealing with Mr Godette and Mr Whitehead, whom were both very professional. I would without hesitation recommend those gentleman and this dealership to anyone who is considering buying a new vehicle.

Richard was very considerate and took great care to address all my wife's questions and concerns. We had a Ford lease that was going to expire at the end of June, but our new car would not be available until the first week of July. I went in to Priority Honda based on good online reviews, person experience buying parts, and the experiences of people I know who have had their car serviced there. John Hodges worked with me to test drive a new Fit while my trade in was being appraised. I had done a significant amount of research before hand and knew quite a bit about the car, so he let me look over everything for a while without pushing features, or quotes at me. I was able to test drive the car without being forced down any specific routes, which allowed me to drive it on streets I would normally be using. I was able to hop onto the highway as well to test the ride and check out the road noise, which was nice. Once we got back to the dealership, John worked to get my monthly payments down to what I felt was reasonable. I then went to talk to Nick Napier, who worked out all of the finances for me. He went over what costs were going to, and how a lot of things, such as my key replacement plan and interior/exterior packages would work. Even with the basic coverage package, it worked out that I was covered for almost any unforeseen circumstances. We wrapped up paper work, and I was on my way home. I had bought a 5 speed that needed to be delivered, so I was unable to take my car home that day.Unfortunately for me, I received a call the next morning saying I was turned down for a job I was supposed to receive because the contract was not accepted. This meant I wouldn't be making enough to make my payments on the car. I went back up to Priority and explained the situation. John Hodges and Nick Napier both worked with me for a few minutes and we able to get the monthly payments down, and I would still have ended up with a 7 year warranty, and GAP coverage in case of any accidents that totaled the vehicle. Although they were able to work this out, I decided it was best for me to simply part ways with the new purchase at that time, and simply keep my current car, as it was a better standing for me financially at the time. To cancel, I had to speak to the General Sales Manager, Matt Davis. He was very understand of my situation and was still willing to work on selling the new Fit, but I explained that I felt it was best to not purchase at this time. He allowed me to back out of my purchase agreement, even though it's something they generally do not do. I am very grateful they were wiling to work with me and allow me to walk away from this deal.My walking away had nothing to do with how I was treated, or the service, or the car, just a simple financial issue. Everyone at Priority Honda was polite, helpful and friendly. They were honest and worked exceptionally hard to try to put me into a brand new car based on the reasonable price I was willing to pay. I highly suggest purchasing from them, and especially working with these three individuals. They treated me with courtesy, and in the future I plan to come back to Priority Honda for my purchasing needs.

Purchasing a new vehicle is probably not near the top of anyone's list of "fun things to do." That said, Joe Giltner was great to work with. We liked his approach of asking questions while not being over bearing or making you feel pressured. He was being a salesman since it is his job, just NOT the typical "car salesman" people loathe. We were allowed and able to take the test drive we wanted to take, i.e a route that had a good mix of road types, to get a good feel of the vehicle. Not some short and quick around the block drive that I've experienced in past purchases from other dealerships. That's huge in my opinion. After the drive he left us alone to decide what our next steps were. We decided to negotiate a purchase of a new Accord. Joe is very knowledgeable and even the negotiation over the price of the NEW car was solid, had good back and forth, and not exhausting. The only drawback was we (meaning us and the dealership) were no where close on the value of our trade-in. That's probably the main reason we didn't give the overall experience at top score. Lesson learned: do more homework if you're thinking about trading in your current vehicle.Nick Napier took over once we got to the financing piece and he was quick and got us in and out of that part very quickly. Good job there!Side note: I left "Quality of Work" as N/A since I didn't feel it applied to purchasing a new car. To me, that comes into play when having a car serviced.

We selected Priority Honda of Hampton to purchase our next family car, a Honda CR-V. Neither my wife or I had ever driven a CR-V or similar car before, so the vehicle search was a little different for us. We were introduced to Joe Giltner through the online process and he was with us every step of the way. Joe was very patient with us during our decision process. We had to narrow the field down to the trim line with its options and then of course the color. Through our first visit and the test drive, Joe was knowledgeable on most aspects of the vehicle and informative, but not pushy.Our first visit limited us to only EX and EX-L models of the CR-V to view, even though we were considering the LX (lowest mdoel) to start with. Priority's inventory changes quickly in regards to the CR-V and it was tough to lay eyes on the trim line and then the color we eventually picked - it took multiple trips.The first visit concluded with us undecided about which car was the perfect match since we did not see a LX model. The sales manager Matt was difficult to deal with upon leaving, condescending at times. Part of this was I am sure that he thought the sale was lost once we were out of the door, but you need to give educated buyers some credit. A new car can be the second most expensive purchase a family can make, and we want to get the best for our needs and moeny. Joe was positive during this and followed up politely the following day.Two additional trips were required to eventually see the trim line and the color, and Joe worked with us to find when a vehicle was available. He even took photos for us regarding different features of the LX that we could not see clearly from brochures.Eventually, our decision was made and a deal was struck that worked well for both parties, the difficulty was finding the vehicle. The CR-V is a popular model given the price point and its features, but Joe and the Priority team worked to find us a perfect fit by exchanging with another dealership. The final process of the car buying experience was very long (almost 4 hours), which was a bit much, since a price was already agreed upon and the car was on site. The paperwork took allot of the time and involved many more individuals, but Joe kept us informed during the process. It was great to finally have the keys in hand.Joe Giltner made the process much more acceptable and I would highly recommend him. He takes the initiative to find what the customer wants and trys his best to match you with the vehicle you need, not what the dealership wants to sell. We would also recommend Priority Honda of Hampton as well for the car buying process.

I took a detour to this dealership just to look once more at the Odyssey. I had visited another dealership when the 2013's first came out so I knew what I wanted. I had bought my previous vehicle at the Priority Hyundai dealership in Newport News & liked the dealership and the service I received at that time. Royce approached me as I walked towards the lot. He was very easy to work with and I was texting and calling my son out of town to get his input (he works in the industry). Mike Timmons was a fantastic salesman! He listened to my needs and found a car for me. I stopped at a number of dealers and his was the only one I came back to. This was due to his approach to me. He was not "a vulture" as I see most car salesman (sorry, but true) and he was helpful without being pushy. I will recommend Mike and Priority Honda to everyone!

Looking for a car for your child is never easy but Mike and the whole team at Priority Honda made it less stressful and actually a pleasant experience. From the first call to Priority I knew that Mike was the person we prefer to work with. He was down to earth and listened to what we were looking for. Before we arrived he had lined up numerous vehicles for us to look at. Even though he had another customer at the time he took the time to come and check on us and allow us to test drive the car while we waited. Sure we could have saved a small amount of time and worked with another sales member but we knew Mike was our guy. The small wait was well worth it. Everyone was very nice and eager to answer any questions we had. I will definitely send friends and family to Mike for a new or used vehicle. He makes you feel like you are working with a friend not a salesman. The whole team at Priority was friendly and courteous. Thank you guys again for being so great to my daughter and myself. Royce was amazing he helped me get into my new accord which I love. He had to deal with me and playing phone tag with the bank I financed with and was patient through the whole process. I would buy cars from Royce all day long. Even though he had customers scheduled he found the time to help me when I just "showed" up and made my dream comes true.

I was very impressed with the people and the process. I felt comfortable. I did not feel pressured. They accommodated me by making sure that I was able to purchase the exact vehicle I wanted (color etc.). I had a bad experience at another dealership weeks prior to this and the process I experienced at Priority Honda was refreshing in comparison. They worked well as a team. Mike is the most amazing sales person. A few years ago, he sold us a beautiful Cadillac CTS (mind you, we did not come into the dealership to buy a car that day). Mike worked not only with us but FOR us to get that car. We were very happy with it and knew that Mike was always there should we need help. The other day, we came into Priority to get a new warranty for the Caddy (again, not planning on getting another car). After discussing the price it would have cost us to get a new warranty, Mike helped us and, again, we got another new car. Mike worked very hard to make it happen for us. We know that Mike always has our best interest in mind and that his goal is to make sure we are happy with what we drive out with. Our running joke now is that someday we will come to Priority with the intention of buying a car. Trust me, we will definitely be back and will make sure that Mike is our sales person. I have already recommended Priority and Mike to a few friends. We are love the fact that our oil changes and inspections are covered for life and I enjoyed having my nails done and having a cup of Starbucks while waiting for the car.Mike is definitely an asset to Priority Honda. He makes sure his customers are happy, feel at ease. and lets us know that he is always just a phone call away should we need any help.Thank you Priority and Mike for everything.....you have a customer for life!!!!!

At times, even the best workers make mistakes. The difference however between a 'worker' and a great worker is what is done about the error. Such was the case here at Priority Honda. When I first went to pick up the Toyota Sienna van, it was not ready to my satisfaction. However, the salesman apologized and his staff did what was necessary to make the vehicle ready to my satisfaction. They did above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. This they did. Today, I picked up the van and brought it home. My wife, who has a knack for cleaning and cleanliness, expressed her satisfaction at the cleanliness of the van-which in and of itself is an amazing feat. Also, Priority Honda gave a me a fair price on the car I traded. To conclude, even the best make mistakes but they show that they are best by making the wrong right. Thus, I would recommend Priority Honda to those who are looking to get a used vehicle. Thank you Royce for all you did.

Overall excellent experience. Joe Giltner was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgable of the Fit and very friendly. I never felt overly pressured to purchase accessories or the extended warranty although givien the opportunity to do so. Only recommendation is to shorten the time needed to finalize the purchase. I believe 5 hours is too long...may 2-3 hours max would enhance the experience.

First off we were attracted by the ad on tv, then we did some internet searching about the vehicle we were interested in and really liked what we read and of course talked to other people who swear by Honda vehicles. We were impressed with you oil change for life, inspection for life and other offers but then when I went on line and put my application in I was more impressed when Joe got in touch with me. I feel I'm a pretty good judge of character and was very impressed with the way Joe talked to me over the phone, there was no pressure, I actually got so excited and took the day off of work and met with him and walked out with a new car and I felt good about it and my husband was even impressed and belive me that is hard to do. I'm excited to be with this team and I love my car too.

Tim was very professional and courteous. We went to the dealership not sure if we wanted to purchase a Honda or not. Tim met us on the lot and answered all of our questions without feeling pressured. We left, thought it over, and made an appointment 2 days later. The buying process was one of the best experiences buying a new vehicle we have encountered. I WAS SEARCHING FOR A CAR ON-LINE AND COMPARED 4 OTHER VEHICLES AGAINST THE HONDA PILOT. I SENT AN EMAIL TO PRIORITY HONDA INQUIRING ABOUT THE PILOT. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE TALKING WITH JOE. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. AT NO TIME WAS I EVER PRESSURED. HE INTRODUCED ME TO JOEL HARVEY, SALES MANAGER AND HE TOO WAS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. I HAD TO LEAVE FOR OTHER BUSINESS AND THEY SAID IF I HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS CALL THEM OR COME IN. My experience with Priority Honda in Hampton was wonderful. I had come to priority because my husband has always been interested in getting a priority vehicle since our previous vehicle was totaled due to a manufacturer issue. We came upon some rough times and had some credit challenges, but was in desperate need for a vehicle. I wasn't sure if we would be able to due any financing because we had just went through bankruptcy and a lot of places we spoke with told us it would be very difficult, but we tried any way. I originally was searching online and came across the Honda Pilot on Priority Honda Hamptons website, so I decided to give them a call to see if they would be able to do anything for us. I originally spoke with Levi Whitehead who assured me if was possible and more than likely could get me into something. I went home and discussed it over with my husband. When I called back I was put through to Mike Timmons, who was wonderful. He was very quick and helpful throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable with him and he seemed very determined to help us out. He also was not pushy at all. I know a lot of dealers we have visited in the past is determined to make commission and I did not feel that way at all with Mike. He wanted us to be satisfied with the vehicle and comfortable with our payments. The original car we looked at was a Nissan Pathfinder and was very nice, but when it came down to payments, we weren't sure we were comfortable with the price. Mike helped us look through other vehicles and ran a Honda Pilot which we loved. Payments were lower and we felt this was a great vehicle for our family of four. After buying my car he contacted me several days later to see if I was happy and satisfy w/my car. I brought my 2004 Camry from Priority Toyota in Chesapeake in the spring of 2004 and brought a 2012 use car from Priority Honda this time. I first met with John Hodges (the new guy) who showed me a car like the one I wanted to buy, but in different color. He arranged for me to take a drive in a new Honda Accord and I loved it right away. Joel came over to assist John in informing me about prices and financing options. I came back a few days later with my wife and took John for another drive. All well done. On another visit, John was not in, but Matt took over and assisted me with setting a price equal to my USAA target and began trying to get me a car of my color choice. This process took a couple of weeks, but I finally got my car with chosen accessories. When I lost some of my paperwork, Nick pulled up my scanned records and made copies of the papers I had lost.All in all, everyone has been courteous and very professional on each visit or call I have made to Priority Honda. And I love my car, my second Honda Accord.

My husband went to Priority Honda in Hampton on Saturday April 20th 2013 a and spoke with Richard Jones I went back today and prior to arriving I spoke with Richard and he was not there but he told me they would take care of me, while I was talking to Royce he called to make sure someone was taking care of me. Royce was very pleasant and helpful, I purchased the Pilot today and I fill I will be very satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone.

Priority Honda is not the first dealership that I have visited, it is however, the dealership that I would prefer going to over any other. In fact, I would like to see more dealerships that have a genuine concern for the customers, Priority Honda did just that. My salesman, Mike Timmons, was the most accommodating sales men i have ever worked with. Other dealers seem to place their less honest employees in the used lots, that is certainly not the case for Priority Honda, it seems that only the best and brightest get selected to work there. Would be more than happy to purchase another vehicle from Priority Honda, would be thrilled to work with Mike again.

This being my first time buying a car on credit, I was unsure that I might have problems in getting a car. When Mike Timmons came up to us, he was very casual, friendly and very down to earth, making our experience a memorable one. I appreciate that and that is what I hoped for someone friendly and not pushy. He had extreme knowledge of what was on the used car lot. He asked us what are needs were and what price range was we looking for. He quickly sent us to a car that was in my price range and very, very low in milage. He showed us the engine, explained to us the specs on the car and talk with us about the car being taken care from previous owners and provided proof of that by showing us the carfax and going over it and explaining it to us. He took us on a test drive and I loved it. He also let us know of all the different things that came with "priority for life" that comes with purchasing of a car. He made sitting down and filling out the pre-pack of paperwork for financing of the car very comforting and easy. When he came back and told me my credit score and I should have no problem with getting the car it really made my day. Upon completing the pre-paperwork and sending me to the financial department, he told my he was sending the car to back for clean up, so it would be ready to take home when I was finished. The gentleman in the financial department was also very casual and friendly making that part of my experience a quick and easy transition. Upon completion of financial paperwork, Mike gave me my registration and tags and walked me to my newly purchased car. Mike again thank me for buying from Priority Honda and if I needed anything to give him a call. Again, I just want to say thank you to Mike for helping me get a vehicle I badly needed at a great price and very low milage. I will always remember my experience with Mike at Priority Honda and I would recommend him to my friends and family for future purchases.

My husband and I were looking to trade in our car for a newer model if not new SUV. Everything was great the customer service the friendliness and willingness to help that came from dealers that weren't even working with us was great. The one issue i had was mainly with the customer service on the used car side. They were friendly when they needed to be, but it seemed as soon as we sat down and they( the managerial staff) knew that we were for sure going to purchase all of they proffesional bearings went out of the door. My family stayed focused on the task at hand and continued to keep our spirits high and thank God for we had been blessed. Joe was amazing and he definitely kept us in the loop and worked with us as much as possible. His hard work has definitely made my family happy and again we are blessed and thankful.

The employee above was very helpful in explaining to me prior to my visit how things would go. Also was very helpful finding me the correct fitting car for my uses while getting me a good trade in value on my old one. I gave the overall experience a lower score because I am still a little frustrated with how a few details were handled. First off I was charged for new tags instead of transfer tags and a week later am still waiting for the refund. Also my trade in car was suppose to be paid off, but has yet to be done. How this would be handled (steps, timeline) was not discussed with me. It concerns me because this car was sold the day I purchased mine, but legally I am still liable for this vehicle as it still has me making payments.

New to the area I had to find a place to take my car. Previously, I had taken my car to the same shop and they new it inside and out. Nervous about a new dealership/service shop, I took my car to Peninsula/Priority Honda. Since day one, they have been welcoming and taken good care of my car! Since I moved to VA, my car has been through a lot, oil changes, crashes, 100,000 mi check up, new tires, and more, and they have helped my with all of it. I was most impressed with my last visit. I got a flat tire on the way to work and took the car into the shop to replace it. While I was there, it was time to replace all the tires, so they did! A week later I felt like I was having trouble with the alignment. I took the car back in and they looked it over and the mechanic (Nick Salter) even took the time to ride in the car with me to assess the problem. I have asked for this before at other shops and they still won't do it. All this and I was out of the dealership by lunch! I appreciate the hard work and sincerity that Peninsula/Priority Honda puts into helping their customers, it shows!I also appreciate the estimates they (Erick Orendorf) provide me for the work done and the work that needs to be done, I really help me budget for car expenses and lets me make the decisions. I appreciate the way Mike Timmons and the finance manager, Levy, listened to my concerns about the car I wanted and the sort of warranty I wanted for the vehicle.When I told Mike my budget, my preferred makes and preferred mileage, he found cars on the lot that met those parameters.He showed me the 2005 Toyota Corolla Friday afternoon, and I bought it the next day. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we did not have to walk around and wait for someone readily to assist us. Mr. Timmons approached us offering his assistanace. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgable about the hondas. He provided his expertise along with the difference in each vehicle we looked at. The customer service we receive I can't explain but have not one complaint, it was the best. Mr. Timmons provided excellent quilatiy service that I have not experience in a long time from any place of business, it made us so at ease in our effort to purchase a car even when we felt that there was a possibility it might not work, he assured us that Priority Honda was working hard for us. Other staff during our visit would come over to ensure that we were comfortable and that they understood the long day while informing us how much longer it should be. Though I don't know much about where the pricing of cars should be, I do believe that we received a great deal on our vehicle. My overall experience was excellent, again no complaints and I look forward to continuing my relationship that I have initiated with Priority Honda and hope I receive the same customer service in the service department.
