On October 6th I brought my 2013 Corvette in to Quirk Chevrolet for a four-wheel alignment. I was greeted by Shaun Lessard and my car was taken right in for the work.In a brief period of time the car was done. On my ride home I realized just how great the car handled and steered. No high pressure to buy a vehicle and they met us half way with the value of our trade-in. I brought my leased vehicle in for routine service that is covered under the lease. The slimy sales manager Manuel sent Meghan to tell me I needed a 90 dollar al8gnment. It should have been covered under the lease and he had her lie to me and tell me it wasnt. He also had her try to sell me new headlights. This is a virtually new vehicle. Completely dishonest department. Now I'm told it's too late to get my money back even though they scammed me!! Don't do business here! They will rip you off!

Wow reviews are bad for this dealership , should have read them before going in there today. Went in today to trade my 2015 Chevy Malibu in pristine condition and only 10,000 miles on it. I looked at a 2015 Kia Sorrento. Everything was good until the final negotiations. Bank came back with an approval . However , but here's where it started to fall apart they wanted $3000 down . I wasn't putting $3000 down today. So I was told they couldn't do it . Ok oh well so I left. I got home and did some figures and came to where the dealers numbers were. I was never told what they appraised my car at but by doing numbers I came to an $11,000 trade in value ( wow seriously) no way . They have the same exact car on their lot with almost 25,000 miles selling for a cool $17,000 that's a $6,000 payday for them courtesy of me. So I decide to call the dealer and do their work for them and say to them come up on trade value cause they were at least $2500 away from trade value and I'd put $500 down. I talk to Jack the salesman and he told me he'd call me back. No call back , blown off yet again from another Quirk dealer. Quirk Chevy is notorious for not calling back as they've done it to me both in the sales and service department now quirk gmc does the same. Mr. Quirk doesn't want to sell cars unless you are padding pockets with huge down payments and going for the ride on below market trade values. No thanks I'm good no more quirky quirk dealerships for me , they can quirk their way to the bank on someone else's dime. Funny how I can go to another Chevy dealer today get an approval no money down and $2800 more for my trade. Watch your figures and paperwork before signing a deal at quirk they will take you for a free ride if you don't know how to drive . Your are now forewarned!!!!

I was not attacked by salesmen, nor pressured to buy anything. I wanted a new Sierra but my budget was tight. The manager, Steve, at Quirk GMC Manchester did all he could to get me where I wanted to be payment wise. I always drove BMW/Audi and this is my first GM vehicle. After the experience I had at this dealership and my satisfaction with my new truck, I do not see myself driving anything but a GMC in the future.

I purchased a (brand new) truck from this dealership a month ago. The night I was picking it up I noticed something on the door wasn't right so we asked the sales person what was. He said oh we can get that off just bring it back and we will have the body shop buff it out. I asked if it got hit on that door and he lied and said "No its just dirty". The next day I noticed more things wrong with the truck like the paint not matching along the right side of the truck and trim pieces missing, body lines not lining up and paint overspray. So I called and spoke to Steve O'brian the sales manager. I asked him what happened to the truck that caused all of this damage. He then preceded to tell me that the truck hit another truck in their lot but the body shop has made all the repairs. As I pointed out all the issues he did agree with me about the quality of those repairs and said he would have his bodyshop fix everything and that he wanted me to be a 100% satisfied. They kept the truck and two days later I got a call that the truck was perfect. I got to the dealership and looked over the truck. The paint repair was done with a crayon and the body lines and scratches where all still there. Steve AGAIN agreed with the poor repairs and asked if I would give them another chance to make it it right. I left the truck with them again for two more days and the results didn't change. And believe it or not Steve asked me once more to give the bodyshop one more chance to make it (right). I explain to him that I have lost all confidence in his body shop. So now I'm left with a "brand New" Truck that has already been in a accident, to a body shop multiple times and the truck is still not correct. Well I'm NOT 100 % satisfied Steve O'brian !!! WORST experience of my life.

I arrived with an uncertain and inconsistent problem--the radio/climate control area would sometimes emit 3 loud clicks--not always but sometimes and sometimes the hearer wouldn't work. I fully expected neither of these things to occur at the dealership. I took the women that wrote the repair order to my car and crossed my fingers --the clicks occurred when I turned the car on. The woman had a good idea of the cause. If turned out to be the actuator for the heating/cooling system and was fixed within the hour.

Bought a 2016 Cascada this weekend. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, not just our one salesperson. Finance team got us a great rate and made sure we were fully satisfied before we sign any paperwork. The car was prepped, clean and ready to go. Salesperson showed us all the features of the car and made sure we felt confident with all the electronics. Definitely would buy another cat here!

Had my 2009 GMC Acadia towed in with damaged/failed transmission (at96k miles) - Tonya was very helpful and the technicians identified the failure as covered by a warranty program. Upon inspection the team identified additional issues with melted daytime running lights and the start of steering column issue. I am very happy with the service I have received and would make Quirk my first stop when looking for a vehicle based on the high level of service. I am not happy with the quality of the vehicle, including transmission, headlamp electrical and steering issues that seem to be very common in this vehicle year/model.

I purchased a 2015 Sierra Denali from Quirk. Initially I had a good experience with them, however when I started having an issue with my truck they proved to be very unprofessional to deal with. It seems that GM is having a major issue with vibration with their 2015 and 2016 vehicles. Both the dealer (Quirk) and GM are aware of this issue but refuse to resolve the issue for their customers. I purchase a $56,000 vehicle that has seats vibrating at 70+ miles per hour. After making a lot of phone calls, I ended up taking a couple new trucks for a test drive to potentially switch out my vehicle. The truck I drove (2015 and 2016) had the same if not worse issue. Finally went for a test drive the customer service rep and he mentioned that my truck was borderline and they won't do anything about it. I would recommend if you need to buy a GM truck, buy it from another dealer, otherwise I would consider going to Ford or Dodge for a more reliable product.

Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. She was very good and we got the deal done. My only complaint was I had a trailer brake installed and they just used double sided tape to hold it on and it fell off the first day. I have since put screws in the mounting holes to attach it.

Ultimately, my 2015 Sierra Denali has been experiencing excessive vibration at speed. Quirk made a very little attempt to resolve this issue. I later learned that GM is having issues with vibration of their new line of trucks and offering a buy back program to get their customers into a new truck.I have been working with a representative from GM to get support in working with the dealership. Quirk GMC on 3-different occasions, promised that they had vehicles coming in that I could test drive and then sold them and never called me. I mentioned this to the GM rep and she tried to call Quirk to understand what was happening. Quirk would not connect her with a manager and would not tell her when someone would get back to her. The GM rep suggested that I go to another dealer to get my issue resolved. I recommend that you do not buy a car from Quirk. Although they will be nice to you while you are buying your car, they will not help you resolve an issue when and if you have a problem with your car.

I had a woman service advisor who sat in the last desk on the right hand side. She couldn't have been less personal and seemed bothered by even having to deal with me. She didn't even look at me when I was brought over. She just stared at her screen and started asking questions. After being told my vehicle was ready, I went to pay. As I was signing, I noticed a hand-written note regarding alignment and severe inner tire wear. I asked the cashier about it and she said that they normally go over that when they come to get me. That didn't happen, so she called my advisor over. She seemed annoyed at needing to get up and just said that it was in the notes on my receipt. I guess that's correct, but how many of us go over a receipt for an oil change with a fine tooth comb?! I am in sales, and this is not the way to build customer loyalty.

I went to Quirk GMC in Manchester for a new Sierra 1500, and I can tell you now that I will be buying my next vehicle from them as well. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. My sales rep (Max Von Pichl) was great! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient trying to work around my busy schedule for a time to come in. On top of that he was always very prompt in his replies no matter how I contacted him - phone calls, emails, texts, etc... He and walked me through the entire process & I left the dealership as a very happy customer. Also thanks to Mike the GM for his assistance with the sale and pushing the process along.

I gave my cell phone number to the person who checked me in for service at 9AM. I got a phone call to ask about which type of tire to replace those on the car. I replied to use the same type and we would like to have the car back by 1PM. I was told that this would not be a problem. I returned at 2PM and was told that the car would not be ready for at least another hour due to the type tires. Finally got the car back at 4PM. You have a communications problem. I should have been told that there would be a delay.

We went to the dealership just kill time. First we went to Chevy to look at the Colorado but the guy wanted nothing to do with us so we decided to look at the Canyons because it was close to a Colorado. We got approached by Andrew and he was very professional and easy to talk to. We then went in to see if we would be able to get a truck by trading in our Honda Civic that we were underwater with. We were to look at a GMC Sierra and drive it home to get our Honda and come back. My husband fell in love with the truck then we found out the payments were too much. We were then showed a GMC Terrain, which I have always wanted, we test drove it and fell in love with it! We were able to make th payments work and went home with a brand new car and absolutely love it! We didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at all and couldn't be happier with our decide to buy a new car. The back up camera was a great bonus that we weren't told about at all until we backed out of a space and the screen lit up!

The sales rep was great and brought out the keys to any vehicle I wanted to look at, very friendly.I was a bit upset over the lack of water, or refreshments or the lack of offering. It was a 90 degree day and I had to get up on several occasions to drink from a fountain.The whole process took near 5 hours, much longer than expected.

I arrived at the dealership around 7pm on Friday not realizing the closing time. I was interested in GMC Terrain that was posted online and Stephen Winer was more than willing to let us look at the vehicle. I then set up an appointment for the following day and Steve had asked if there was anything else he could do to that day to serve me. He had already stayed later than he needed to let me look at the vehicle, which I appreciated. The following day Bob Corey and I met to review what vehicles fit my needs and what I was considering for options. It was approaching lunchtime and I was hungry so I inquired about a vending machine. There was no food available but Bob was kind enough to offer run over to the Mobile station to grab me something - although I declined his willingness was noted and it spoke volumes about the dealership. I had multiple previous experiences with other dealerships but they do not compare to the customer service and attention that I received at Quirk GMC. In particular, Bob Corey and Stephen Winer as both went above and beyond in addition to fulfilling all of my expectations from a dealership and vehicle standpoint.

In general, work was done correctly. This was the first time they washed and vacuumed the car which was a pleasant surprise. Miguel help deflect the sting of a full brake job. Overall a good experience.

My service advisor was Jed over at the Chevy facility next door. From the time I sat down at his desk, I could tell he knew what he was doing. He was very thorough and professional. We got to talking about golf, cigars and our affinity for the Honda Ruckus scooters. He even offered me a cigar while I waited! My service was done in the timeframe he specified and it was completed properly. Can't ask for much more than that. I had an excellent experience and will be back in the future.

We found the service manager Tanya Moran very helpful and friendly & polite.we were scheduled for our work and offered a shuttle ride home and pick up after work was completed. After picking up our vehicle we learned that we needed another repair and scheduled another appt. excellent was had again on 7/20/2015. The shuttle drivers are very polite and friendly!

We went in to talk about a trade in for a lease. We were interested in the GMC Terrain and met with Joao Lopes. He was a gentleman throughout the entire process. Joao was not pushy at all and represented Quirk very well. I had done my research on the vehicle and knew that was what we wanted but Mr Lopes recommended me to at least drive the vehicle around the parking lot (which made sense). The person in financing was also very easy to deal with. Joao and the entire team at Quirk made sure we did not leave until all questions were answered. I would recommend Quirk to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle.

My Husband and I went in looking for a truck. The sales man we worked with was very pushy... Felt as though we were being told we needed to make a decision right then and there on the first vehicle we were shown which was out of our price range. I didn't like the way I was being spoken to. I got a bad taste in my mouth about the place as soon as he started talking with us. He also stated "Most people don't come back when they say they are going to look around a little" I'm wondering why that is? isn't that putting your dealership down and making people think there is a reason for that? I would not recommend this dealership.

Tanya and Miguel at the Service counter were fantastic and very friendly and provided a welcoming atmosphere. The repairs were done very quickly and I am very happy with the vehicle. I also appreciated that my salesman Todd recognized me from several months ago and went out of his way to say hello and ask how I was enjoying the vehicle. Todd was a great salesman to work with. Quirk has a great team and I have had nothing but outstanding service from the phone reception, to the service/sales, and to the checkout counter. I would recommend them highly and will come back again. I have been impressed with the quality of the GMC Canyon and I feel like a got one of the best vehicles around.

Received a call 4 times from the same number within one minute. Thinking it was an emergency, I stopped everything I was doing and called the number. The call was answered and no one spoke. I hung up and checked that my family was safe and not involved in an emergency. I tried the number a bit later and Quirk answered. I asked why I was called 4 times within a minute. The response was, I don't know but probably to tell you that your car was ready. I was annoyed. I asked that the service manager (Sean) meet me in 5 to 7 minutes at the service department. They responded OK will do. I got there 6 minutes later and told them who I was and to give my Wife the car and I will talk with Sean. The adviser started ignoring my Wife and spoke to me with excuses and I asked if she was Sean, No she responded so I asked her to check my Wife out so she can leave and where is Sean. She responded in the other building. I asked to get him. She checked out my Wife and called Sean and told him "He is here and wants to see you" I waited, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. I waited longer and I could not wait any more. I asked for the GM's name an the adviser did not know. I went to another desk and got Michael's (the GM) information and left.I called Michael and he was not there. I will call him 06/25/2015. I will let you know how it goes. As I was getting into my car the adviser told me that he was coming now to which I responded it was too late I had to go. I was made to think, if but for 10 minutes, their was an emergency in my family due to the poor customer service of a dealership.

I really appreciate the sales tactics of the Quirk sales team. I have been shopping for a good year or so for my truck. I have been to multiple dealerships to feel out the sales team. Mike and Bob treated me like family and never pressured me to purchase which was very important to me. I even when to Quirk Chero let and was treated like garbage. Especially by the GM. Mike, on the other hand was a straightforward and honest with class and integrity. Thats for everything.

The best care buying experience I have ever had. I was in for an oil change, all my fluids were topped off, my front rugs were vacuumed. I felt that they really cared and took the time with my vehicle. I only go in about 2 times a year with the small amount of miles put on my vehicle but my salesman and my finance manager remember me. And it's not that I am on the books and they give them a heads up as I just drop in at times and as soon as I walk through the door, my salesman addresses me by name (it was 2013 that I got my vehicle).

I purchased a vehicle in February and I am completely dissatisfied with the finance department. I was told by Steve that Quirk would be registering my vehicle and sending the plates to me. They "guestimated" what the registration fee would be and told me I would receive a check for the difference. I did not request this option and have no idea why the dealer does so. They seem completely unorganized and are unable to do this task . They did not get the plates to me in a timely manner and I have called on the status of the refund check 5 TIMES and have been blown off by Steve 4 or the 5 times I called telling me he just needs a few more minutes to figure it out. I also insisted on speaking to his manager and of course the manager just stepped out of his office and he would call me right back......Still waiting. Oh wait, just got a call from Steve that my check is in the mail. Pretty pathetic customer service.

I needed my GMC Acadia liftgate repaired and Tanya of the GMC service team was able to confirm my warranty benefit and get me scheduled right away for the repair. Jeff the shuttle driver gave me a ride from the dealership to work and picked me up from work and returned me to the dealership when my vehicle repair was complete. They give fantastic customer service! Oh, and my car is working great!

My experience at Quirk GMC could not have been any better. I spent time with 3 personnel there, 70% Mr. Lopes, 20% Mr. Boulter, and 10% Mr. Dailey. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Further, Mr. Lopes should get a "gold star". He was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling and is very much a people person. Don't let that statement take any credit away from the others, its more that I worked with Mr. Lopes predominantly. I came into the dealer with my guard up thinking I was going to be hassled, pressured, etc. It did not take long to realize that was not the case. Thanks gentlemen for making this a low-stress and hassle free experience.... and of course helping me get a great deal!

Was asked when I arrived if I wished April state inspection done while I was there; I answered affirmative but inspection wasn't done (didn't realize this until I was already back home). Was told this routine service "will be about an hour" and actually took a little over an hour and a half.

I purchased a 2015 GMC Canyon today at the Quirk dealership in Manchester NH. My salesman was Ryan Boulter. Thanks to Ryan, he made my auto buying experience a very pleasant one. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. There wasn't a moment that I felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions. The purchase price was very fair and Ryan went over and above to find every discount and rebate that I qualified for. The bottom line is this. . . . Ryan worked hard on my behalf, and I sincerely appreciated his effort. This was a great customer experience. Quirk is fortunate to have such a wonderful person in their employ. Thank you Ryan!

We were in the market for a SUV. After visiting several dealers in Mass a family friend recommended going to Quirk GMC in Manchester, and to ask for John Gilman. Right after walking in the door we were greeted by John. I explained to him my situation with my current car, and where I would like to be. We talked and decided on a vehicle that may work for us, and decided to run some numbers. Quirk gave me the most money for my trade in. John and his team didn't play any games with us, they were able to get us where we wanted to be. Shopping for a new car with a 1 year old poses its own challenge. The entire sales team was great. They all interacted with my son keeping him entertained. We signed all the papers that night and Quirk was able to get my car registered in Mass, I was able to pick up the vehicle the next day. That day John kept me constantly updated, and he assured me my car would be ready. They cleaned and parked my car right out front away from all other cars. The car looked even better that night, I couldn't believe that was the car. I highly recommend going to Quirk GMC in Manchester and ask for John Gilman.

I hate to write this about this dealership because I was told this was the place to by a truck. Maybe if your buying a huge fleet they take better care of you. From the start of the purchase the lies started. This truck I bought had and electric start in it prior to me buying it. It was a factory one so it came with it new. When I bought it the salesmen said that I cold do it through onstar. Come to find out now that it is winter the remote start has to be enabled threw the dealer and that will cost around 350.00. Funny cause I found the prior owner and he said he had it on his fob. QuirK takes the fobs off and puts older ones on so they can charge you again. Customers could really never know unless you have the original window sticker. Plus to top it off you get no follow up. No full tank of gas not even a half tank. This place promises but fails to deliver.

While out diving with my 2 young children my car started making noises and shuddering. I called mike in service and asked him if he could squeeze me in. He told me to bring it right in. They diagnosed the repair and got me out in rental. It really saved my day. I'm so thankful there are still people that care! I have been spreading the word how great this service department is!

My husband and I had been searching for a new truck and we able to locate exactly what we were looking for at Quirk. We showed up early on a Sunday morning planning to only test drive it because we wanted to see if we liked the 2500 diesel. We were greeted by the general manager Mike who immediately brought us out to the truck we were looking for. He showed us all the features and explained everything about it. He simply provided us with the information we were looking for. We had such a good experience that we decided to work numbers with him. Again, I was expecting the dog and pony show. But Mike gave us a more than fair number the first time around, which coupled with the pleasant test drive, compelled us to purchase the vehicle. We couldn't be happier with our new truck and our experience at Quirk. We will definitely be sending our friends and family there as well as purchasing our future vehicles from them!

My local dealership was unable to diagnose an annoying sound, so I tried Quirk Whom I had done business with in 1995. The service representative was familiar with my issue and diagnosed it before the vehicle was put on a lift. What a difference in both attitude and experience. this was an hour and a half trip one way, and worth every mile. Quirk has earned my loyalty! The purchase of which I wrote of was a 1995 pickup that I drove for twelve years, and had 188000 miles on it, It was still very nice when I parted with it! I thought buying local would be a good Idea, I was wrong, Quirk GMC is worth the trip! Thank you Mr. Quirk.

I leased a GMC Terrain in December 2012 for my son from another dealership. My son loves his car so we decided to look at another Terrain for our other son. Quirk lied to us about the lease quote via email to just get us in the door. We have the quote in writing but did not honor the written quote when we visited the dealership. Their staff right up to the GM, who I got involved, are very shady and deceiving characters. Since they lied to us we lost out on a Terrain (our color choice) from another dealership. Therefore, we leased a competitors vehicle.

Nick and Adriano were wonderful to work with. My less-than-stellar experience at a competing GMC dealership brought me to Quirk as I had my heart set on an Acadia. Nick and Adriano brought me every Acadia on the lot that met my criteria, were clear on the options, and didn't try to pressure me in any way. I found the Acadia that was the best fit for me, and they stayed late to make the deal and close my financing so everything would be ready the next morning. Finding a dealership that cuts through the BS, has an unbeatable selection and a friendly team was so refreshing. It was especially helpful as my husband and I were trying to work around two young children at home so finding a team that was willing to work around our scheduled/child-free availability was very helpful. I was very happy with my experience at Quirk and plan to transition my husband into a GMC truck over time as well so our driveway is full of Quirk vehicles. : )

John Gilman went far and beyond expectation as we could not complete all the necssary papers, etc that evening, he came in on his day off, Tuesday January 29th. John wss very accomodating, explained everything we asked of him. Over the next few days we had other questions about the vehicle and when we drove up, John was there to help us. I would in the future go back to GMC and have John be out dealer.

I really wanted a GMC Acadia, and I looked at various dealerships, although I live in MA I thought I would venture up to NH. I initially spoke with Bethany she was very friendly and assured me that it would be worth my time. I purchased my new 2012 Yukon Denali from Bethany Juneau... What a wonderful experience I had everyone was so friendly especially Bethany the Business Development Manager I talked with her on the phone and she gave me all the information I would need to make the best informed decision before I came in. Once I got there I was greeted by a very warm crew even the ones that were with customers stopped to say hi and greet me. Everyone else was busy so Bethany took time out of her schedule to assist me in test driving and finding the exact vehicle I wanted and guess what she doesn't even sell vehicles lol but she was happy to assist me with any questions I had. No pressure at all from Bethany or any one else they wanted to make sure I was making the right decision because this was a big investment. Plain and simple this is the best dealership that I have ever been too and it was a pleasure to work with Bethany! She still follows up with me almost every month to make sure I don't have any questions or concerns and to make sure I am happy.. Wow what a different atmosphere at Quirk Buick/GMC. If you like high pressure sales tactics and unfriendly people go somewheres else because you will not find it at Quirk if you want to feel comfortable without high sales pressure and tactics then go to Quirk Buick/GMC you won't be disappointed! ..... I agonized over purchasing a new car for awhile. The reason was I always felt pressured into making a deal I was not totally comfortable with and ended up with buyers remorse. This was NOT the case with Quirk GMC. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by John Taylor, I felt totally at ease. He is a real down to earth person who made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. He spent a lot of time showing me the vehicle I was interested in and discussing the bottom line pricing on the vehicle. I did leave and check out another large local dealership to see how they compared to Quirk. The bottomline price at Quirk was actually a little better and I really felt more at ease at Quirk. I went back to the dealership and went over the numbers one more time. The sales manager, John Hocking, was able to get me an even better deal than we first discussed as their were additional discounts he located for me (Presidents Day Specials). The price that he offered me on my trade in was actually better than I had expected. This was the first time I ever dealt with a Sales manager who did not leave me feeling pressured and uncomfortable. I ended up getting a new GMC Terrain for the price I wanted and in the color I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle in a no pressure environment.

The Buick Regal is a sweet car. Nice ride and amenities. It was Kyle's first day and he was attentive and answered all our questions, or found out the ones he didn't know. JP did a great job in working with us on the pricing to be competitive with other brands we were looking at. I first went to the Quirk website and fell in love right away with a 2007 Jeep Compass. I contacted John Hocking to see if I could come in and see the Jeep ASAP.. He had me come in the next day and I took a test drive. I was so impressed with how nice the Jeep looked for being used. I was treated so well as soon as I walked through the front doors of the dealership. I was able to buy the Jeep within a week, and it was very painless. From the moment I walked into the Buick showroom at Quirk Buick I realized it was not like dealerships I visited in the past. I was immediately welcomed by a salesman by the name of John Taylor (JT) who encouraged me to take my time as I viewed the best of what Buick had to offer. At no time did I feel any sales pressure and JT made himself available to answer all my questions. I took a Lacrosse for a test ride and was so impressed with the vehicle that I decided to purchase the car. I've had bad experiences in the past purchasing cars from other dealers, so I wasn't sure what to expect when it was time to make a deal. JT called in the Sales Manager (Steve) and the two of them put a deal together that I couldn't pass up. This was by far, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I picked up the car a couple days later and it was stunning! It was completely detailed and looked awesome! I've owned it for about three weeks now and JT has called at least 3 times to follow-up to make sure everything is going well with the new car....now that's impressive. I feel like I'm dealing with a friend more than a car dealership. I would highly recommend visiting and purchasing a new vehicle from Quirk Buick / GMC in Manchester, NH and ask for John Taylor (JT) when you do. You won't be disappointed.

I was amazed when I say this was unlike any dealership experience that I've encountered. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle and I was able to take my time with the purchasing decision. Everyone one I dealt with treated me with respect and decency. I know that this may seem like something obvious that a customer should get but that was not the case at other dealerships. The staff members that I had the pleasure of doing business with are absolutely fantastic. Suffice to say I'm loving my Buick Regal Turbo!!!

I have been in need of a new vehicle for some time now. I was hesitant to get into the car buying process because it can be a very intimidating experience for someone who has not done it before. On a recommendation of a close friend, I decided it was finally time and they mentioned Quirk GMC of Manchester. Throughout the entire process I can not imagine being more comfortable and at ease despite my previous hesitations. Both Mike and John went above and beyond any expectations I could have ever had. They were courteous, polite, informative, and patient. The car is great, but the experience of purchasing my first vehicle from these two Quirk employees is what really put it on the top, and the lastly impression they have made will keep me going back to Quirk GMC for all my car buying needs.

I bought a brand new sierra 2500 from Dany . He and his manager Tony bent over backwards to make sure I got the best trade in value giving me WAY over book value . Just when i thought the deal could nt get any sweeter I pretended to go over to the chevy dealer and the manager gave me an extra 1500$. I then asked for a commercial rebate and OMG they gave me another 1500$!!! I thought for sure i died and went to car deal heaven . Thanks again Dany and Tony !! Adam the Dentist

We went in looking for a used car, then they reviewed options with us and really listened to our needs and concerns. We decided that leasing a car was the best option. We left with a GMC Terrain, and we love it. Leroy explained all the options on the vehicle and was very helpful. We traded in our old vehicle and left we got a very fair price and we are happy with the lease aggreement.We would recommend Quirk to friends and family. We felt No pressure what so ever, and felt they listened to our needs.

At first, I was pleased with my experience. Then I got called back to re-sign paperwork. This seems to be the "trick" of this dealership. Everything goes really well and then you get a call a day or two later saying that something happened with the bank and you have to re-sign papers with a different bank. When you go back in, you expect things to be the same on the paperwork except for the one change that was mentioned over the phone. Well, they are not and if you are in a rush and don't pay attention you will end up with a higher loan amount then what you had agreed to the first time. You could end up paying a loan that is hundreds to thousands of dollars more and they stretch the term out to make the payment close enough that you don't go digging into the contract. Buyer beware! ALWAYS look at EVERY number on the contract, even if you are just going to re-sign the laon with another bank. Be very careful, or you too could get threatened with a lawsuit when you dispute the up charge. Also, get a copy of all paperwork BEFORE they take it away from you. The document you sigh with your "offer" and that they agree to, will disappear when they bring back the contract for you to sign with different amount on it. You will never see it again if you don't take a picture wit hyour phone or get a copy and when the time comes for you to prove your case, you will be left with nothing.

It all started with a polite inquiry for some brochures. I received a reply from John Elsten at the dealership where he told me he was putting the brochures in the mail that morning. I found out later that GM no longer prints brochures. The fact that I was told a bold lie within my first two sentences of interaction with Quirk GMC/Buick, should give you an idea of how the rest of this review is going to go.After receiving some email flyers with links to broken webpages (I guess this is what passes for brochures these days), I decided to seriously consider purchasing a Buick Enclave and decided to test drive one over the weekend. Sometime before that though, I received a message on my voicemail from Groves regarding a used PT cruiser with no backseat that he thinks I would be very interested in. Apparently, after inquiring about 7 passenger SUV's, Groves immediately thought of me when he found a two-seat pseudo-sedan.Nothing so far is show-stopping, of course. At worst, it's just sloppy business. I test drove the car, liked it, but decided to keep looking around in hopes of finding a color combination I preferred. I asked when they might receive new vehicles in, and John told me that he did not know.The next day, a slew of new Enclaves appeared in Quirk's online inventory. Surely these were not a surprise. I don't believe that no one at the dealership knows what new inventory will be arriving and when. If they had bothered to answer my inquiry truthfully, and made an attempt to find out when the car I wanted would be available, alot of this frustration could have been avoided.I sent an email inquiring about the car that I wanted. I referenced a stock number and noted the color and trim information. I asked that they contact me via email, or wait until I would be available by phone a few hours later. About twenty minutes later (while I was still at work), I got a phone call from Steve discussing specific numbers of a deal.He told me that he had the car that I wanted in stock, and that he could give me a great price if I can close the deal by the end of the month.After that, we started discussing some specific numbers. The MSRP that he quoted just a tiny bit off from what I found online. After questioning this, I found out that we were not even discussing the car I wanted. Even though I had referenced a dealer's stock number and noted the color and options in my inquiry, I was being offered a deal on a completely different car!Further probing revealed that the car I wanted had not actually arrived at the dealership yet. I was willing to wait. It was March 29th, and Buick's rebates and incentive offers were good until May 2nd. I had time to wait. However, finding the exact color combination I wanted was proving difficult and I understand the dealership wants to make deals sooner to pad their month.After some phone calls on Tuesday afternoon I was told that someone would "go and get" the car and I was congratulated on my new purchase. I was told that I could come in either Wednesday or Thursday to "close the deal". I guess I was naive for thinking "close the deal" and "pick up your new car" are different things. I made arrangements with a babysitter and planned to leave work early. During the day on Wednesday, I even sent an email to the dealership asking if they were able to obtain the payoff information on my trade-in. In that email I identified myself and said specifically that I planned to be there around 6:30 to "pick up a new Enclave". I even got a voice mail from Luc during the day that said that "everything was all set".When I arrived, at the specific time that had been discussed via email and phone calls, no one was there to meet me and shake my hand. I went inside, used the men's room, and then started looking around for someone to help me. After some floating around, I was introduced to Luc who immediately had me filling out forms and signing documents. I stopped and asked to see the car. I was insistent that I did not want to sign any deals until I actually saw the car. I wanted to make sure that the car I pictured in my head, was actually the car I was buying.During this time, they took my current vehicle (which they had already appraised for trade just a few days before). I saw someone get in it, drive it around the building and then park it in a different location. When I started making inquiries about where my new Buick was, and insisting that I wouldn't sign until I saw it, someone went out and moved my car again.When I was ready to leave, no one had my car keys. There was a lot of "uuhhh, I think Tony has it..." and other slimy tactics to prevent me from leaving. Finally, Steve found my car keys and brought them out to me. He wouldn't look me in the eye, he didnt' shake my hand, he didn't thank me for coming in. He handed me the key and turned around.It's obvious to me that this dealership deliberately distorted the truth and used ambiguous language to lure me into the dealership so they could pressure me to close the deal before the month ended. Based on the discussions over the phone, and the documented email correspondence, it should have been clear that I expected to drive home with a new car. They guessed (correctly, I might add) that I would not have gone to the trouble that I did to drive from Lowell to Manchester on a worknight just to fill out the paper work and meet their internal deadlines. So they only way to get me in the door, was to lie.It almost seems as if this whole experience was executed perfectly by Quirk. I mean, I used very clear language, referenced stock numbers, and was very specific in my descriptions of what I wanted, when I wanted it, and what I expected to pay. Could all four of the sales people that I talked to be that clueless? How could no one among the four of them realize that there is a big difference between a black car on your lot, and a brown one that is somewhere else?It's clear to me that this whole experience was choreographed in an attempt to pressure me into a deal I'm not comfortable with. They deliberately tried to confuse me about the numbers of the deal by switching cars. They lured me into the dealership with false hopes of driving home a new car. And then they trapped me there by constantly moving my own car and my keys.I would not buy any car from this dealership, even if they gave me another $10,000 off of the agreed price. The whole experience was slimy, and this organization cannot be trusted.Brian Lessard

The biggest part of buying a new car aside from the cost, is feeling like I can trust the person I am talking to. It took me a while just to find a sales person that I could trust. I went to many dealerships and finally found Danny at Quirk, he is very knowledgeable in the field and very friendly. He got me a great deal on a new car, the service was impecable, I was made to feel like I was his only customer. He took the time to learn what it was not only that I needed but what I wanted in a new car. When making such an expensive purchase it is important that I get exactly what I want. I came in with low but hopeful expectations and within minutes I felt comfortable and at ease with our sales person (jonathan) He listened to what I was trying to do and took the better part of what Im sure was a busy Saturday and got me into the price I needed in a car. I called ahead and got a price quoted over the phone and to my surprise I got not only that price but an even better deal once we arrived. Went in on Saturday and drove home in my new car. Great deal and great people. Our sales guy was top notch and a very likable guy. Jack was great, he was honest and friendly and made my time there fly by. The customer service throughout the dealership was amazing and well worth trip. They had a great selection of vehicles and if they dont have it they will certainly go and find it. I have been searching for a new truck for several weeks, and finally bought one from Quirk GMC in Manchester, NH. As we all know buying a car or truck is usually a painful and long process. But I have now found a salesman and dealership that have changed my view on this process. I called several dealers in the area trying to get the best price. The only dealership that would work with me was Quirk! Josh spent several days working with me via email and text message to get me the best deal. Even though I was to busy to drive to the dealership, I was still able to turn my lease in and get my new truck. This was the best experience I have had with a dealership in many years and I will being doing business again with them. If you don't want to deal with the "dog and Pony" act, this is the place. When you call, ask for Tony (I think he was the manager) or Josh P, they were great!

I needed a work van for my company. I went there and met Josh. The process was quick and plesant. He found the right van and made all the arraignments for my accessories. I bought the van and had the work done. He brought it to get the accessories put it and even went to another state to have it registered. Went to Quirk being that Saturn of Manchester had closed its doors, and of course I reside in Manchester. Feeling a bit apprehensive & not knowing what to expect, Robert & the folks at Quirk pleasantly stepped in and picked right up where Saturn left off! All my warranties and service plans still intact!! They handled everything very professionally and were committed in making me a new valued customer. I personally felt that the Service folks at Saturn were outstanding, and I was very comfortable going there. So, for those out there feeling a bit unsure by the loss of Saturn and what to do... don't hesitate in using Quirk as a viable option!

I wouldn't recommed buying a car from this dealer. I purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia in June. The salesman - Dave was okay, but the car was not ready when they said it would be. I did not receive a call to let me know this. I organized a ride and took half a day out of work to go pick it up. I called to say I was on my way and they inform me that it wasn't ready. Not the salesman's fault, so I figure I would give them another chance and had my first oil change done there. Bad idea - the service dept was even worse. There was a recall on the safty belt and I asked how long it would take for both - half hour for the oil change and half hour for the recall fix. 2 and a half hours later no one could help me. I asked for the manager of service and the person went to get him. As I waited 15 minutes for him to materialized, I watched 4 employees sit around doing nothing but play a video game on their work computer, two service employees and one saleman sit around and laugh and joke. Not once did anyone ask who I was waiting for. The manager had to go and get my car from the back. I asked if the oil life was re-set and was assured that it was. Two weeks later I noticed it was not, and I had 41% oil life. Should I believe it was changed or just not re-set? I had to drive back to pick up the paperwork which was never given to me and have them re-set the oil life. To top things off, I was selected for a random customer service call and spoke with a lady from Quirk HQ and have yet to received the promised call back from someone in Quirk's HQ office. Run quickly away from this dealer, in this economy they must not need the business because the employees don't really care if you come back.

I was having trouble getting quality service work from the dealer that I bought my Cadillac from. Having bought from Quirk before, I was always happy with the service I had received there, so I ask the Service Manager if they were able to do warranty work on Cadillacs. He said they could, he made sure I got a service loaner, and he went with me on a test ride to see the issues I was reporting.Within 2 days, Quirk seems to have been able to resolve the biggest issue I was having. The Caddy dealer had my car for over a month for this issue, spanning at least 4 visits.The entire staff has always been helpful and friendly. They treated my teenage son and his truck with the same respect when he went in for late warranty service as well.

After being ignored at Lowell GMC, (I guess because I was in work clothes) and left standing in showroom while sales personal yaked with each other, maybe thinking that I purchased my last truck there and now a sure sale for them, I just left and headed for another dealership, QuirkWorks in Manchester, NH..From the time I got there, till the sale was made, my sales person, TIM, the sales mgr. TONY and how could I forget, the money man, MIKE, all treated me like a real person and not just another sale. I like being treated like that!!As far as I know, all GMC's come out the same door for all dealers at the plant they are built at, so the price is pretty close at all dealers, so the sale should be made by the way you are treated...............(or not treated, as by Lowell GMC)I purchased a $36.000 truck from real people.

On September 17th 2010 I picked up my new 2011 GMC K2500 from Quirk GMC in Manchester NH. I arrived before the sales department opened and walked around. I found that the service department was full of vehicles being worked on while the floors were being scrubbed with automated equipment, the showroom full with new vehicles of all types of GM products and a line at the parts department. This store was up and running well before 8 AM and fully engaged in the days business. I was amazed at the scope and size of the operation and all the new vehicles on the lot. Whenever I stopped to look around someone would ask if I needed any help finding anything. The sales department opened and I met with Tony Dillberg the General Manager and Michael Palmer the Finance Coordinator who walked me through all my paperwork. Then I got to see my truck go through some of the pre-delivery steps by three men and driven outside for me. All of the dash controls including ON STAR were gone over with me by Michael Palmer, Tim Larson and Dan Szopa. They even activated ON STAR which gave me step by step directions to go home and my new cell phone number. What an experience! This is the place to go to for your next vehicle. Great location, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and GM products with very fair pricing. I recommend Quirk Chevy GMC Buick to all and I will go back for my next vehicle

I was towing a 28 foot enclosed trailer with my 2003 Chevy Silverado on I-93 late in morning of June 9 when a fan belt and tensioner failed. Both vehicles were towed to Quirk Chevrolet where I met Fred Parisi and Perry Cataldo. Both are members of the service department staff and their professionalism was apparent from the start. I explained that my trailer contained a race car scheduled for testing and the crew and I had prepared for this day for many months. I was desperate to get back on the road as we had arranged to rent the race track that afternoon. Fred and Perry made every effort to get my truck in the shop as quickly as possible and they turned the task over to service technician, Fred. In a little over one hour from the time of its arrival on Quirk's lot, Fred completed the repairs. Remarkably, after Perry prepared my invoice he ushered me to the cashier to make certain that I moved thought the process as quickly as possible. Amazing. We continued on our way to a successful test session. After setting our personal best that afternoon at 191 miles per hour we knew that the only thing that moved as fast we did that day were the folks in Quirk's service department. Quirk has set a new standard for service excellence and customer satisfaction that other dealers will find hard to match.

The repairs are quality, the vehicle is left clean with not oils or stains seen at other dealerships.
