Great friendly service, Carlos helped me find a excellent used Honda Accord with low mileage. The whole experience was surprisingly easy and very pleasant. So much that I brought my son to buy his first car.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff personally made sure that every step of the car buying process was perfect. We had trouble with our credit but the finance department fought for us and got us a great rate! If you are looking to buy a car or truck, you have to take time to stop in at R & B!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They would return all my calls and answer all my questions until I felt comfortable. I made the best choice for me with the help of TONY GRACIAS! The service was excellent! They made myself and my family feel very welcome, however not pressured. We showed the sales man the truck we wished to purchase and we were done! My kids especially loved the popcorn in the lobby. Thank you R & B.

Recently I was considering buying a used car and happened to stop at R & B to look around - I ended up driving one home that afternoon. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone I met and worked with were friendly and helpful. Dave Desey was my sales rep and he's NOT the typical pushy, annoying salesman. In my industry I deal with plenty of sales people and account reps on a daily basis and Dave stands out as someone who's just an honest, exceptionally knowledgeable and easy-to-get-along-with kind of guy. He pointed me toward some cars in my price range and answered all of my questions, the financing process was surprisingly painless and as I mentioned I ended up driving one home that day. I was just looking for affordable transportation but it turns out I LOVE this car! Thanks R & B Auto Center and thanks Dave Desey!

This was the best experience ever buying a car here ... They never pressured me and gave me that old sales pitch, I was able to test drive several vehicles until I found the right for me and at the right price. Great team and I would highly recommend them!!

I had a difficult time finding a mechanic who would service my car except for the Audi Service. Through my AAA membership I was encouraged to contact R&B. I contacted them and brought my car to them and serviced my car . They performed their work very well and am very happy with the results.

The dealership offers free oil-change for those who test drive a car. They have great cars but the pricing is off..its lower online than going into the dealership and honoring the price online is something they should practice. I was approved for a car and something happened a few days later because they randomly called me and had me come in and re-sign another agreement to lower the payments which is good for me but they never explained why and that made me a little uncomfortable. The car gave me problems within days of the purchase but I took it in and they fixed what they could and I have to fix the rest i guess. I wouldn't buy used with them again, only new.

My wife found a beautiful clean low mileage vehicle we were looking for. We called on the vehicle and spoke to the sales rep Sam Massoud. We told him we were interested in this particular vehicle and we had spoffy credit. He said to fill out a credit app online and he would let us know what they could do for us. About an hour later, he called back and said they could get us into the vehicle with our down. We made an appointment for Sunday at 11am. He came in on his day off and we arrived at 11am and he was waiting for us. We walked over to where he had put the vehicle and checked it out. WE liked it, and did the paperwork with Chris the finance manage. We were on the road with it in about 90 minutes in all. Very happy with the purchase. They even called us and told us he was able to lower our payment. WE went back the next day, resigned at a lower rate and less payment, and were on our way. Thank you R&B., Chris Goddin, and Sam Massoud. You both helped us out immensely and we couldnt be happier. Will tell all our friends about you.

I was looking for a used car on CL, thinking I wouldn't be able to get financed for a used car at a dealership because of my poor credit history and unfortunate repossession in 2009. But I gave it a shot and ended up leaving with my 2005 Honda civic (: All thanks to the financing man and KRISTA MOYER. The whole staff was friendly, but Krista went above and beyond for me and for that I'm grateful! Now I have a great, reliable, absolutely perfect car that will last me for years to come. First time buyer and just out of school I had to get my dad to help out with co-signing but they got me financed. I thought for sure I was not going to get the car because I have no credit, but you guys did it. I was very happy with the service, quality and care that I received while buying my first car. My car died. I found a truck that I like on-line. I went out to R & B at 6:30pm on a Friday night. I was driving away with my Ford F250 at 8:00pm! 90 minutes to buy a car! Never in my life has it gone that quick! Truck runs great. No problems. I recommend them.

I was looking forward to buying a car from R&B since they were a local car dealer I'd heard good reviews from and seen around for many many years. However, I was sorely surprised. The customer service was HORRIFIC!!!!!!! They quoted different prices constantly, they lied to my face and said there was a spare tire (it took three for me to convince them to at least look at the car only to find that I was right - there was no spare!), they refused to give me all of the discounts promised online and on their business cards, the associate we worked with refused to work with us until he was prepared - and ended up being constantly late, THEN he had the audacity to ask my husband in their language of spanish (which I do speak even though I am of no hispanic culture) if he was with me for my family's money! And if that wasn't ENOUGH they called back the same day and suggested that my father who was our cosigner had an expired license and demanded the car back immediately until they were given a new ID. THE FINANCE MANAGER YELLED AT THE ASSOCIATE THAT I WAS THE ONE WHO NEEDED TO RE-CHECK MYSELF only to be called back five minutes later and apologize for the mix-up. AND if that wasn't enough, they didn't have us fill out the paperwork "correctly" and made us come back in a week later to completely revise the contract!!!!!!! And a month later they send me an email congratulating me on my new car, and named a completely different make, model and EVERYTHING! It wasn't even the same body style! They're absolutely unprofessional and not at all well put together. I'm disgusted with the way I was treated and with the product they gave me. After four months I traded in their product on another car at a different dealership. Now I find it ironic they're asking for a good review - but I will not tell a lie. I did not have a good experience at their place of business. I will NEVER go back to that sorry excuse of a car dealership. Neither will I EVER suggest anyone go there.
