The staff was welcoming and helpful. They have real dairy product (half and half) for coffee. Since no appointment was necessary, I thought the service went quickly. The price I paid was not much different than other places.

Awesome service every time. I love 30 miles north in Albany , come down to Catskills for service. Done right first time every time, fair price, service advisors will tell you what you need abs what you don’t, they don’t try to upsell, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend R C Lacy.

I live in Greene county and have never purchased from Lacy's. I usually lease a new car every 3 years up in Albany,, but bought my last one..went to Lacy's to trade it in and go for a new Impreza. I wanted to purchase and get service locally now that I work in Catskill. I can't stand the high pressure used car tactics in Albany and the upsell in the service departments. Jared was very efficient and answered all my questions. The pandemic has caused serious problems getting cars, but Jared had the perfect car coming in a month or so. We put together a very fair deal and the car should be here soon! Probably less then 1 hour with the test drive! Thanks!
