Had a amazing experience with these guys. Called and scheduled a appointment with the manager Rob for my truck. Showed up and one of the salesman Lee came out with the keys and let me on my way with a test drive. No haggle or hassling at all. I knew what I was looking for and didn’t get pressured at all. They were also good enough to repair the things I pointed out at no cost. The service department rep Carlos has been outstanding in helping me get those repairs done. Overall best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. I’m super picky when it comes to any of my vehicles and I always do my own financing before and made that clear from the beginning and they respected every bit of it. Also finance manager was a great man to work with as well. Thank you Rairdons!

These guys were amazing. Told me they could probably get me approved. When I went in there they did get me approved interest rate was kinda high. They said not to worry that they would keep working with some lenders to get my interest lower and they did just that. Very happy with my purchase through Lee, Russ, and David. We live in Monroe so the dealer is close and my wife wanted to trade her escape in for a Cherokee. We ran into Rairdons after work around 4:30pm and scheduled an appointment online with Jacob Johanson, so he knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived. I generally hate buying cars and working with sales people at dealerships but this experience was different. They worked hard to dig cars out from the back and off the racks for us to look at. I wish we could have got more for our trade but I think it was fair in the end. I truly believe they gave us the best deal they could for new Cherokee trailhawk plus at rairdons Monroe they gave us 3 years of free oil changes. There were rebates that I didn't even know about which helped as well with the purchase. Working with Jacob and the sales manager. (sorry I cannot remember his name) was pleasing and small talk make it feel personal. I don't usually write reviews but I said I would and I was happy with the whole thing and how it went down. I didn't feel pressured and pushed into something I couldn't afford. I cannot speak for the service dept. yet because we haven't been in yet. Oh and Jacob was very familiar with all the gadgets in the car and helped us to learn them

Traditionally, I do not enjoy the process purchasing a car. I am easily turned off buy high pressure sales and I dislike being swarmed at a dealership. I initiated contact with Rairdon's via email. They responded promptly. Although they did have my phone number, they respected my request for electronic communication. I arranged a time to come see the vehicle I was interested in. They had the car ready to for me to drive and were waiting outside for me when I arrived. My salesperson, John Knudson, was personable and knowledgeable about the car I came to see. There was no pressure to purchase and he gave me plenty of space alone with my family to discuss the vehicle. I did not deal with any negotiations over the vehicle. The price I was quoted via email was fair. They do not have a sales person act as a go-between with the finance manager. Finance manager will sit down directly with you to discuss the sales price or negotiate the price with you. I had to drive 2 hours to get to the dealership, but it was well worth the trip for a stress freectransaction.

It's hard in today's word to find a dealership that actually listens to you, listens to what you can afford, and does not overly put pressure on. My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Patriot from Rairdon's and worked with John and Garrett. They made our purchased and financing(we were credit challenged) easy and actually dropped the price in order to get our payment where we wanted it, and therefor allowing us to purchase a more loaded option. We signed the deal and left with our Jeep. The next day they called and asked us to come back. Garrett had actually made some calls the next day with some lenders and got us a better deal and we needed to go back to ink it. This actually dropped our payment $64 a month. I know you probably think this is too good to be true...but it is. Want a Jeep, (best vehicles ever ) go to RAIRDON's of Monroe! We will go again...

After buying a used car here that lasted for 13 years, I returned to buy a new one. The sales rep listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. Then took me to several cars that fit my plan. He didn't high pressure me which was great. We drove a few and I narrowed down to the one I wanted. The closing was done as quickly as is possible. I had been looking for a new vehicle and wondering what would work best for me when I took my old van in for a recall repair. While "wasting" time I looked around the showroom. I was looking at a brochure on the big box vans and wished there were smaller ones, when they told me that they had one on the lot! Once I started looking at it they asked if I might buy one today. I told them yes IF I could do some research while waiting for my vehicle. They let me do as much research as I needed! I looked up reviews and asked questions. They found several around the area and then found one with nearly everything I wanted!!!! Found me a great interest rate too! They brought the new van to their lot the next day and waited until I could get there later in the evening. I bought a 2015 Ram ProMaster City and love driving it. In the last 30 days I've put 1800 miles on it and love its features! It's a very spunky vehicle. I stopped by the dealer this week to ask a question about how to change a feature and everyone tried to help me. Made me feel better about not being able to figure it out myself. I went in to look at a used Jeep Wrangler on their lot. Sales guy came out and I bristled for the onslaught of sales guy jabber usually encountered at dealerships. It was nothing like that and when I looked inside the Jeep I saw it was a stick shift-in my 46 years I never learned. I told the sales guy, I would buy except I couldn't drive it. So he took me over to the Freylands neighborhood and he spent a good three hours teaching me to drive a stick shift. I got a great deal on my trade and learned something new. Thanks guys!

Today I went in to purchase a 2007 Hummer H3 with my son and both of us were blown away bye this dealership. After driving in and being shown where to park bye one of the sales reps. we were walked in through the front door and met with many genuine smiles and were offered a drink, whether it be coffee or hot coco, for our wait, which there was none. They knew exactly who I was and we quickly got to the paperwork, all the while having friendly and easygoing conversation which made the short amount of time that I was there feel even shorter and at no point in time did I not want to be there or felt as though this process for buying a car was tedious, I felt as though we moved through things smoothly all the while feeling welcome to be there. If I had to guess I would have to say that the employees love to work where they work there with their comforting smiles and kind interaction. My satisfaction with this dealership in particular is incomparable to my dealings with any others.

I went to Rairdon's of Monroe looking to buy a 2009 Toyota RAV4 that I saw posted on Craiglist.com. My wife and I had been looking for the right vehicle for a solid month, and after many disappointing appointments to view vehicles that we were interested in, I was hoping that Rairdon's would be a more positive experience. When I got there I was not bombarded by aggressive sales people, instead they let me do my thing and then were ready to help me when I requested it. The vehicle was exactly as described on Craigslist and it was in fantastic condition, inside and out. The test drive showed to me that it was mechanically sound as well. I sat down with Rairdon's sales employee Mark, and we talked over what my wife and I wanted in a vehicle, and what our budget was. Our budget was definitely below the asking price for the vehicle, but Mark told me that he was going to do his best to make it work for us. After a couple conversations with his sales manager, Mark informed me that we had a deal. The final price was more than fair, and the entire experience was very low pressure. Mark was completely straight forward with me, disclosing to me everything about the vehicle that he could. I would definitely recommend Rairdon's of Monroe to anyone that is looking for a good car at a good price!

Want to send a thank you to Manny and John for the good experience. We all know buying a car can be a big hassle. And buying a used car is not always the easiest task. On 9-6-15 i went to Rairdon Dodge to look at a 2005 Denali that i had seen on there site for a while. The price had gone down a bit more into my budget. i had the same mentality i always do when going to a dealer....being prepared for the same old skit...doing anything they can to get you to sign and buy.... for the first time ever i didnt have that experience with a dealer..John came out and was friendly from the get go. i told him what i wanted to see, he got the keys and i went for a drive. after coming back Manny the sales manager gave me a rough estimate of what i could expect for payments. i was approved for the car with my money down and they even helped me pick out a warranty package to help ease me. i was never pressured with typical tactics. they were more than patient with me.....as i took a while to really think everything over. i dont know how much better things could have gone. but i want to say thank you again both John and Manny. and i cant remember his name.....but there finance guy was able to get me a lower rate at the end....as a first time car buyer i was very happy.

6/26 while driving to work my *OLD car cut out on me. This was my first dealership experience by myself. There was hardly any pressure and I was able to take my new (used) car home within an hour and half of meeting with Mark. While I waited for the paperwork to process, Manny followed me home to give me a ride back because I left my proof of insurance there. I followed up with a car wash the following Saturday and got to meet the Service team and learn the ropes to get my oil changes done for the next year.I was a bit disappointed in the price of getting a duplicate key made since I didn't haggle over the price of my Doug (yes, he is already named Doug the Dodge)

A few years back I would have not recommended this dealer to anyone. Recently I bought a 2012 for fiesta (slightly used) on 6/2/15. I had a great experience with everyone involved. I bought the car about 7pm at night after looking at it for 2 days, then the next morning at 430am the check engine light came on and the car started to stall. I called a tow truck and had it towed back to the dealership. I was honestly waiting for a battle. The a manager came out to meet me with keys to another car to use and was highly apologetic. The tow truck driver personally walked into the dealership to shake the managers hand as he has never seen such customer service (this is what it should be) I wanted to be mad but I assume their intention is not to sell a bad car. So they changed some parts 2 days later and they still couldn't fix it. At this point they could have rigged it and gave it back to me and tell me see ya. But no they towed it to a ford dealer who did about 700 dollars worth of repairs and they paid for everything. My car has not had any other problems since (thankfully). But honestly in this day and age I was really grateful with working with someone that wasn't a crook. Thanks to everyone there in Monroe Rairdon's!Ron

Like many buyers, I had checked inventory, prices and had a good idea of what I wanted before coming into the dealership. While still online, within minutes of sending an e-mail inquiring about my trade-in, John Wright called and asked if he could help. Surprised at this level of customer service I decided to check out the dealership that afternoon.John met me as I was getting out of my car, took me in to fill out the initial finance app to minimize waiting and then started discussing prices and options. I had made a very specific payment request and John was very diligent about making all the options for my vehicle, showing me some great options in that range. What John didn't know is that I had a bit more budget than I said in reserve, when I shot down the selections and moved up to a better fit for me, John didn't flinch and hooked me up with an incredible ride.A quick note on the car I purchased, a 2012 Challenger, a little under 24000 miles and immaculate. This is my first Mopar product and having owned Mustangs and most recently a Mercedes SLK Kompressor I've developed a taste for going a little fast. The Challenger did not disappoint, even the 3.6 I bought. At over 300 horses, it's plenty fast and responsive with a great interior for a muscle car. Once I made my choice, Rick in Finance took over the final leg of the job and got me out of there quickly without any pushy up-selling. He kept me in my "expanded" price range and got me out the door in the time it took to have the tank filled and the car washed.The next day, Shaun called to make sure I was satisfied, Rick called to see if I was satisfied, I think John did, too (it was a busy day). Talk about great service! I would definitely buy from them again, except I have no plans of getting rid of this awesome car!

My Chrysler Sebring convertible stopped running, my regular shop could not determine what was wrong and the other local dealership (Dwayne Lane in Everett) said they had about a 2 week wait to get my car in, and they really didn't seem to care at all. I have been a multi-year customer of Dwayne Lane's, and they told me I wasn't even in their computer. Then when they found me after all, they said they had never worked on my Sebring. Not true, I had service on it a couple times, but they really weren't interested. I got referred by a friend to Rairdon Dodge in Monroe, they said if I got it towed up there they would get it right in - which they did. They determined the problem, told me what it was and how much to repair (was a computer module), and how long it would take to get the part in. I told them to proceed, then also decided this was a good time for me to look at other vehicles, as I am gifting my Sebring to my son-in-law. They had a nice 2005 Nissan 350Z on the lot that had been a trade-in, only 25,250 miles, in great condition. I decided to purchase if I could get the price I wanted. We agreed on the price and I bought the car. Within 100 miles the ABS sensor went out - I called the dealership, they said to bring it in and they would take care of it - which they did, at their expense. No hassle, no problem. They also came in a little under the projected cost to repair my Sebring. They have gained a customer, and I am telling everyone what a good experience I had.

I had reluctantly planned to trade my 2008 Challenger in for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that was on the Rairdon's lot. We had visited three Dodge dealerships since May looking for a Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 truck. I arrived at Rairdon's to look at the new Jeep Compass. I was greeted by John Knudson who was not your typical car sales associate. He was relaxed, confident, and very pleasant to speak with. One thing that impressed me about John was his knowledge of the product. It turns out I was wanting something that was out of my price range, due to my credit history, and the desk supervisor was very upfront with that information. We spent the next few hours trying to find a suitable replacement and eventually settled on one that I was happy with and at a price we both could agree on. They are definitely not looking to just sell you a vehicle, but are dedicated to providing a quality experience so that they can build a relationship with you for the long-term. They understood what I was looking for and didn't attempt to sell me anything that didn't fit my wants and desires. Im a pretty reasonable person and I understand that people make mistakes. That being said, I expect people to be accountable for their mistakes, however accidental it may be. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case at Rairdons in Monroe.As a prior service customer (I owned a 2012 Grand Cherokee) I thought Id take my F350 in for an oil change utilizing their quick lube service that advertises it can take on all makes and models. It took a couple hours, no big deal. They washed it twice and were as friendly as ever and just what I had come to expect. I drove home a satisfied customer The next morning, my wife took off for eastern Washington in the F350 and about 30-40 miles out, the truck overheated, the engine shut down, steam was coming out from under the hood, and white smoke started pouring out of the exhaust. If you know anything about the 6.0 diesel Ford used in the mid 2000s, you would know that it notoriously has issues with the erg system that cools the oil which keeps the engine from getting too hot. Well, as my wife lifted the hood to see what she could see, she noticed that the coolant hose that runs to the erg (which just so happens to be directly next to the oil filter) was off and coolant was everywhere and the reservoir was completely empty.This common issue as Rairdons service advisor referred to it after having it towed back to the dealership for diagnosis, didnt happen naturally as it commonly does, it happened because the coolant hose that feeds the oil cooling system was accidentally knocked off during the oil change. Long story short, they took absolutely no responsibility for their mistake, continually told me that it would have happened anyway, timing of the issue was just a coincidence, and I was on the hook for the bill. Their only admission of guilt was to discount the price of their services. While that was a nice gesture, I feel they could have done a lot more to rectify their mistake. I was willing to take on some of the financial burden, but not $3400 bucks worth.By the way, if youre looking at the Black 2012 Grand Cherokee in used inventory listed for $37,500, it used to be mine they bought it for $26,000 and it needed very little reconditioning. Test drove a car on a Saturday evening, discussed the price and trade in values, went home to discuss deal with wife. Later that evening we contacted the dealer and told them we would purchase the car only to be told they increased the price by $5000.00 and would not Honor the price we started with. I understand car dealers are in business to make money, but to increase a price midway through a deal is bad business. I will be spending my money somewhere else.

Garrett and his manager were very friendly and easy to deal with when it came the price we needed to get into our brand new Durango!We love the 2014 Durango. I never thought I would buy an American car, but after test driving the Pilot and Ford we found ourselves not satisfied. We decided to take a chance on the new Durango and fell in love immediately. Smooth as butter, simple infotainment, beautiful inside and out. The Pilot has very outdated tech, cheap interior and uncomfortable seats.The Explorer tech is way too complex. Unless you buy the cheaper version, all button (center stack + touch screen) are touch. This forces you to ALWAYS look away from the road to do anything. Very bad design.The Durango has very sexy tech, easy to use tech, hard button/knobs for key things you do all the time (change temp, fan speed,...), very nice interior and features that make you feel like you are driving a luxurious vehicle. It is top rated in Consumer Reports as well for its class of vehicle.

These guys were easy to work with, friendly, and they bent over backwards to make me happy and secure in my purchase. They indulged me in my haggling and were more than willing to let me take the car off the lot to have a prepurchase inspection. In fact they took it to the shop for me and retrieved it. Though they thought the suggested timing belt replacement was a bit overly precautious, they went ahead and replaced it themselves with no additional cost to me. Another dealer might just as easily have disagreed and sold it as is or gone halfsies. The fact that they repaired it outright after very little hassle shows Rairdon's level of integrity. Plus these guys were simply fun to work with. I would buy a car from them again in a heartbeat.

This was my first visit to Rairdon's but this was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. My salesman, John Knudson, was friendly, very knowledgeable about the new Jeep but most importantly he never made me feel pressure to purchase anything. My wife and I went to Rairdon"s simply to look at what they had. We had previously owned an Avenger and chose to look at Avengers. Garrett Creal came out and discussed what we were interested in and after looking at used Avengers we went to the 2014's. Garrett listened to our questions and concerns and there was one Avenger that really stood out. We discussed the car, drove it and then crunched numbers. We traded in a 2012 Lancer GTS and are the proud owners of a 2014 Avenger SE Rallye. The only downside was the wait to discuss the finances but Garrett was great to talk to and as far as car buying goes it was a great experience. Garrett even went out and took our custom license plate frames off of our Lancer while we waited to sign papers.

Showed us a suv they had just got in.We liked it, test drove it, it was a little more money then wanted to spend, said they would work with me. I gave the ok rating on the price cause when I got home and kelly blue booked it, i paid 4000 over that and I thought I was being taken care of. I do like the car, felt I was listened to. I contacted this dealership through the web. The sales person contacted me right away, was friendly on email and not pushy. We decided to drive out to Monroe even though we live in Edmonds. We liked the vehicle, we liked Cody and since we like Dodge's we went ahead and purchased. They made us a great offer, got the deal ready within a short amount of time. The Office Manager was knowledgeable and quick. We bought several of the add ons such as the windshield sealant, the interior and exterior treatments, GAP insurance and the extended warranty. We felt that all these things would benefit us in the long run since we tend to never get rid of a vehicle until the bitter end. We have a Dodge Neon and Dodge Dakota. Both have over 150k miles and are still going strong. Even though we spent about 2 hours at the dealership, our 3 grandchildren were kept well entertained with a fun room, cable television and lots of hot choco!

Had gone to a few other local dealerships (won't name any names) and the sales guys were good, but managers would not take care of me like Rairdon Monroe. John was great. Definitely knew what he was talking about and was no pressure. Once we found a Jeep I liked I was able to sit down directly with the manager to discuss a price that we could both be happy about. First time buying a brand new car and it was a great experience. None of the hassle involved at the other dealership. Was in and out within a few hours with my new Jeep! We were shopping around for a very slightly used Expedition and came across a fabulous vehicle for sale at Rairdon of Monroe. Overall painless experience. Garrett patiently provided a number of used trucks for us to look at over a 2 day period. Paying close attention to our truck needs and our price limit. Never felt pressured to over spend or chose a truck that didnt suit our needs. In the end we purchased a very clean used Dodge 1500 truck at a price BELOW our target number! Garrett provided a complete vehicle history,even noting anecdotes about the previous owner who he had worked with on a trade-in. Very helpful knowing the previous owner and how the truck was used. I am a previous Dodge truck owner,and am actually enjoying driving this "older" model better than my previous 2011. Our "new" truck is great so far,and I also feel if any issues popped up that the guys at Rairdons would be helpful in resolving it. I would recommend, and use Rairdon's again..thanks guys!

What a great bunch of guys. Not your typical car dealer. I will never buy a car anywhere else. We signed the papers and took the car home but still needed to bring some financial stuff the next day. Mike told my wife that they were able to get a better interest rate than what we had already agreed on and signed. They don't just want to sell you a car, they want to save you money. Although we were pleased with our current vehicle, we needed something that could be flat towed behind a RV which brought us into the Jeep dealership. Jim took the time to find out what we were looking for and then showed us several vehicles that we thought would fit our needs. We started out looking at used vehicles and test drove a couple of them. The dealership offered us a great deal on one of the used vehicles that we drove. Although we decided to sleep on it to make sure we were making the right decision, we did not experience the high pressure tactics to make a deal right then and there that you get at some dealerships. We then went back the next day and Jim showed us other options which ended up being a better fit for us and our needs. Andy handled the price negotiations for the new vehicle and our trade in. It was through his efforts that we arrived at a mutual agreement for our trade in and the cost of the new vehicle. Jim came in on his day off just so he could be there when we picked up our new vehicle. Jim took the time to go over all the various features, helped set up some of the options and took us around to meet the crew in the service and parts departments. Jim made sure that we knew that we could call on him anytime if we needed anything. We would definitely use this dealership in the future and recommend it to our friends.

I walked in to Rairdons needing to lower my car payment while still getting a capable car for me daily driving. At first we looked in to several models of wranglers. They where friendly and answered all my questions while trying to find a jeep that met my needs. I also mentioned that I would prefer a truck. They came up with some excellent offers on the jeep but none really sold me. So I left the lot. About 30min later Chris called me and told me he had just the truck for me. They had a beautiful Ram 1500 that they got in my monthly payement range and this isnt a base model truck. I was very pleased with how they worked with me.

First off I would like to say thank you to everyone at Rairdons of Monroe! By far the best service I have had in all my years of buying cars. The one thing I noticed is that they really seemed to care? I first found a truck online, filled out the contact form and was called very soon by Mark Stevenson who let me know in detail about the truck I called about. He told me to come down and he was sure we could make a deal..weve all heard that before! I live 5 hours from Monroe. I thought , Im in for it, he knows its my dream truck, hes got me! He then said it was his day off, and it was 8:00pm. I had other dealers not even follow up after a week, and hes calling me on his day off. My first thought was greed, Im sorry to say. He then said, Come down tomorrow, its also my day off but I will come in if you are driving that far. I did, and I am so glad I did. From the start the staff at Rairdons of Monroe made me feel welcome, Mark Stevenson and Jim Polk worked with me to get me into that dream truck I found online, and after 13 years driving minivans, My wife said I deserved it! When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, my wife and I began looking online. Based upon what we could see, Rairdon's had a great selection of vehicles, and even though they were a 2 hour drive from my home, I felt it was worth the drive to go see the vehicles in person. My wife and I were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler, and Rairdon's had a remarkable selection.Working with the sales team was pleasant, as they didn't push anything on us, but simply listened to our needs and provided information about the different models and features available that fit our needs. Once we agreed on the vehicle, negotiating and agreeing on a price was nearly as pleasant, and quite the opposite from what I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. Lastly, the follow-up and customer service at Rairdon's has been excellent. I have owned the Jeep now for just over a year, and my dealings with the service and parts departments have prompted me to provide a review for Rairdon's. Normally, I do not take the time to write reviews, but since this dealership has been pleasant to work with, and gone above and beyond, I felt compelled to do so. Based upon my experience with Rairdon's, I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and I will be shopping at Rairdon's when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle.

I went in as they were the only few dealers having 2012 Durango, then after talking for an hour I said I'd get back to them as I felt the price they offered was not great Mark was friendly and tried to make a deal. The next day evening I went, and thought I'd finish the deal and drive the car home, but enter "Scott" supposed to be all-knowing, condescending, general manager (they said). He wrote down his final price, and I offered my final price which was $700 lesser than what he offered. Then following are his actual verbatim words."This is luxury, you should probably look at used Prius, if you are thinking about $700 dollars on 35K you probably have a lot of financial problems, I should'nt sell you this car" one of his side kick "John" said I have a used 2007 Prius do you want to test drive?I thought that was very rude and I didn't expect them to give me financial advice, because previous day Mark respectfully said I cannot sell at the price you are asking because I will be in loss.I dont know why they went on giving financial advice and pushing on a V6 where as I was very specifically wanted V8. Next day I bought the same car with Rairdon Kirkland, and Jeff Gentry was a pleasure to work with and offered a great price.

Very aggressive, very pushy, condescending, bait and switch tactics, rude...Took us 3 hours to try and leave, the kept pushing us and trying to make us buy a different car on the lot than what we were looking for. We were very simple and up front and honest about what we were looking for, yet they kept pushing us onto different vehicles (at first a far more expensive model), because they did not have the model and color we were looking for (Grand Cherokee Laredo). Then tried to get us to buy a used older model, and were very condescending. They honestly didnt even show us ANY options of what we had said we were looking for. I would have returned at a later date once they had the model/color we were looking for, but after that I experience I would never go back. For months after, we received countless emails and voicemails, every day... very harrassing... I would not recommend this dealership. I am not someone who typically writes reviews, but my experience was that awful. I can only say that of the particular salesman we dealt with, and the manager. We ended up buying from Lithia of Renton about 6 months later, and had a much more pleasant experience.

Last weekend my sons drove by the site and a truck caught there eye. After negotiation and the right loan with the interest they agreed upon they had a new truck. *I say "they" as my older son co-signed for his younger brother*A sales man rode back to Seattle to pick up my sons truck/trade in, and my youngest was enjoying his new truck.Four days later Rairdons called and said loan didn't go thru **(They had original loan paper work stating they were approved)** and they need to come up with an additional $1700.00, that they had found a different loan with a higher interest rate.Ok, so from my understanding this dealership is at fault of the truth and lending act...My boys returned the truck last night and said no to there quick scheme, at the dealership the manager got loud and used foul language when my son's started to inquire about there sales practices. He brought up the fact he was filing a complaint with the attorney general and from his understanding this was not the first time someone has reported them, and the manager got very defensive and said he had been there only 2 months and was trying to clean the dealership up from the past reviews and service reported.I can not say to much in regards to the service center either as we had our Dodge in there 4 times a couple years ago to have the valves replaced **Still under warranty** and they never did fix the problem. Had to take it to a different dealership out of the area.This dealership seen a couple young men come in and like a truck, they got there hopes up and tried to pull a quick one, however we all have choices and these boys were smart enough to ask questions and take this truck back to Rairdons, and go give there business to another dealership that has integrity.*** This dealership should be rated -5 stars, however had to rate it 1 to write a rev

My husband and I had a great car buying experience at Rairdon in Monroe. Chris was very helpful finding a truck for us. We purchased a truck, and were in and out very fast, we weren't stuck waiting there for a long time to do the paperwork. A couple of days after buying the truck, we found a problem with it, and gave Chris a call. He told us we could bring it back, and said he would find us another truck to meet our needs, and in our budget. I was in a state of panic, even though they were very nice about it. We don't buy vehicles often, so the process seemed scary to me. The gave us our trade in back, and refunded our whole down payment. We didn't have to wait for a check to come in the mail, they just had it ready for us when we got there. All we had to do was sign a piece of paper cancelling the deal, and they handled the rest. This was very easy, we didn't have to beg or argue with them at all. They just assured us that they wanted us to be happy and satisfied. A couple days later, Chris found another truck for us. We went back in, and ended up with the truck he recommended. We had it inspected, and the mechanic told us it was a great truck.We will definitely go back to Rairdon when we're ready for the next vehicle. Everyone there that we dealt with really wanted us to leave satisified. Brion in financing was great too.

I visited Dodge of Monroe based off a friend recommonation. I was in the market for a new truck and wanted to see what kind of deal I could get. After arriving I was welcomed by a sales associate. I told him had spoken with Chris Jurden and he tracked him down for me. After listening to what I wanted in my next truck he suggested several models and offered a test drive. Chris explaned the financing and rebates along with the Rairdon 7 day return policy. I was very impressed with the entire staff. I purchased a White Ram 1500 SLT. After a few days I was kind of having doughts about the vehicle I purchased and after contacting Chris 5 days later I returned it and got the one I really wanted. They were incredible. I went in because of an advertisement, the original salesmen that met us on the lot was GREAT (NOAH) he showed us car after car but due to his experience we were handed off to James (big mistake). We picked a car but not one they had on the lot, because I wanted a specific color of interior. We didn't make the deal that night we called back 2 days later with an offer and James told me it was approved. We got into the office and started to write it up and the numbers changed and when I told him no he turned it around like it was our fault. I was very clear on the phone and he repeated it to me. We finally came to a new agreement and signed the papers. I was also told on the phone the car would arrive in a week tops. I was ok with waiting for a week, that seemed resonable to me. We signed the papers on 10/14/11 and received the car on 10/30/11. That is more than a week on any calander. When I would call to get status James told me he would call me right back, I said you swear, he said yes I swear. He didn't call back I called him back the next day. The status went from your car will be here Friday to next Tuesday to Wednesday, then Saturday then Sunday. On Sunday Chris called me and told me that is would for sure be here at 6:00 Sunday and e would call me when it arrived and if we would give them an hour to detail it we could pick it up at 7:00. No one called at 6:00 so we called at 7:00 and were told it was there. We got there to pick it up and it has a 1/4 tank of gas and a low tire (tire monitor is one). Not to mention the features I thought it had like Uconnect that I found out are not enabled. I didn't realize I paid 30,000.00 for the low end of a Jeep Patriot. I am so irretated with Rairdons of Monroe and James specificlly. I have bought 2 cars from Rairdons of Smokey Point and walked away happy both times. I don't know what I was thinking. Everyone in Monroe knows not to go there. I guess I do too now.

Great service. Made going to the dealership a pleasant experience, which is not typical! I bought a black Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Love the car and may well go back and get another Jeep for my wife if the service and price is as good again. Kevin was great (non-pressuring)to deal with John was extremely knowledgable and passionate about the Jeep. Only slight downside was waiting a long time to get it detailed - I felt they could have done a better job with that since I noticed it didn't actually seem ultra-clean. Oh well, just a minor criticism and overall I was very satisfied. Also, it's hard to beat the 0% interest deal, which made getting a new car way more affordable. Smart move on Jeep's part.

After a lot of internet research on the purchase of a 2011 Dodge Charger R/T, I found just the vehicle I was looking for at Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Monroe. They clearly have the best selection (my car's color and options combination is rare), as well as the best prices in the area bar none! I called last Saturday (7/2/11) and spoke with John Knudson in the sales department to check that Rairdon's still had the car I had seen on their internet site. John checked while I was on the phone and arranged for me to test drive the car 30 minutes later. When I arrived at the dealership John had the car I wanted to see, already washed and parked in front of the showroom. John was very freindly and extremely knowledgeable about the car showing me all of its features including, opening the hood and removing the 'HEMI' cover to show me the engine. We then took the car for a test drive with John continuing to point out facts about the safety and performance features of the car that I was unaware of. Following the test drive, I was ready to buy. Rairdon's great internet price made the negotiations straight forward and Larry White the finance director was a pleasure to work though the paperwork with. Overall it was a very pleasant car buying experience.

Complete liar! Convinced me to believe that he has the car I want on his parking lot, once I got there it had to be shipped from elsewhere, but he wouldnt ship it until I sign the papers and pay for it, and then half hr latter that car was sold and he offers me something else. 5 years ago I went to Dodge of monroe to trade a vehicle, I had a doodge 2500 Cummins and traded for a dodge 1500 V*, They went thru the sales and made the deal, and though I do love my truck, They did not tell me about the title issue, the truck had been destroyed and rebuilt, it has a ditrty title and I have not been able to resell it, also about 4 months after the trade the tie rods went out and they refused to repair it. Jsut one week ago we received an offer on my wifes auto, for 5000.00 over the payoff price with would have been a total of 17000.00 when we drove to monroe they change the offer to 13000.00 with is about 1500.00 over payoff. This car has everything. and I do mean everything. The salesmen said he would look up the vin number and that would tell him what is on the car. NOT...the DVD/Video system was not on the list,that is jsut one item. Dodge Of Monroe is A RIP .. would never do business with them again

It wasn't an all day event either, which we all know no one likes. I went in, got it handled and had loads of help. James Dupuy and others wasted many hours of my time doing paperwork and on the phone to sell me a 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 Inaugural Edition they didn't even own or have access to. I left the dealership on 3-3-11 thinking I had purchased (gave them a check $$) a specific car with a specific VIN number only to be told the next day that they didn't have access to that car...that it belonged to an unrelated Seattle dealer, but they "would try to find me another car from out-of-state." THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO MENTION THEY WERE SELLING ME A CAR THEY DIDN'T OWN OR HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELL!!! I wound up buying that particular Challenger from Town & Country Dodge in Seattle after I pressed/insisted Kevin to tell me who actually did own the VIN car that I thought I bought in Monroe. Total "Bait & Switch" tactics...avoid them like the plague! Total Slimeballs!

I went to Rairdons Dodge with my fiancee to have the oil changed in the Calibur she purchased there a few months ago. At the time of her purchase, we had a great experiance dealing with the folks there. They were having a BBQ and we went "just to look". The service was outstanding and we purchased her car. Great price, good deal and we left completely happy. Since we had some time to kill while waiting for her oil to be changed, we took a walk around the showroom and lot. John approached to say hi and asked if we had been helped. We explained why we were there and were not interested in purchasing a car. We stood outside for several minutes talking and decided to head in. I asked John a couple of questions about an SRT 4 that was on the showroom floor. He showed me the car and we talked for several more minutes. He asked if I would be interested in looking at the numbers. I agreed and he went through the process. During this time, I never felt pressured and I was very upfront about what it would take for me to trade in my "07" HHR and purchase the SRT. He was able to meet my needs and I purchased the car. Thank you John! I have purchased several cars from other dealerships, this is by far the best experiance that I have had. My fiance and I both agree that the service and customer relations at Rairdons is great and would recommend them without hesitation.

I bought my Jeep from John K on a Tuesday night. It was almost 8:00 when I got to the dealership and it was pretty oblvious that the dealership was about to close. John came out into the rain to say hi and what brang me in. I told him that I was looking for a very specific jeep and that I would just come back tommorow if I saw something that I liked. After telling him what I was after he showed me exactly what I wanted and we took it for a drive. When we got back he asked me if I wanted to buy the vehicle and I told him that I didn't want to keep everybody late. He said that it wasn't a problum and that at that moment I was the most important customer they had. We quickly went over numbers and the price was about 1,000 less than I expected so I bought it. This was the only dealership that I visited that I felt like I was taken seriously and not like someone who was just wasting the salemans time.

James was always in communication with me from the beginning. We had setup a couple appointments for a test drive but due to my work schedule I had to postponed a few times. The day that was free for me was actually his day off, but he was willing to come in. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it when he was at the dealership. When I called him to let him know I was coming in, he explainedhe had a prior engagement but assured that I would be taking care of. When I arrived at the dealership I was linked up with the manager who then linked me up with Ted Davis, James' partner. Ted immediately setup the test drive with the vehicle I was looking at and answered my questions. During the negotiation period, he was pretty straight forward. His customer service skills are on point. With a background in HR and customer service relations, I appreciated his service. We negotiate for a lil bit and came to an agreement. Even though I think I could have gotten a better deal, I was satisfy with what I got. I was willing to 'pay' for the great customer service that was offered by Ted Davis. As a consumer we always try to get the best deal possible. I got the price range I was willing to pay and have to say both sides came out as winner. This was the best car shopping experience I have dealt with. The best thing was, it was straight to the point. I truly am enjoying my Lexus IS 300 and would recommend to others. Over the past 15 years I have purchased nine different vehicles and dealt with nine different dealerships. My experience with these nine other dealerships is they will tell you just about anything to get you to come in the door, then do whatever they can to keep you there. Furthermore, I am often confronted with words such as: "We need to keep the lights on", or I'm told they're offering their best price and as I walk out the door they lower it by another $500. I am always wondering what the real "best price" is. Rairdon's in Monroe was completely different. I was looking for a somewhat unique vehicle and after searching the new and used market for some time I concluding that Rairdon's had the largest selection of the vehicle I wanted. I started correspondence with Ted Davis via the internet and showed up at the dealership later that week. I really appreciated Ted's straight forward approach with the search process. He was quick to read my personality and equally as quick to find his potential in my search process. This is a rare quality, as I find far too many people who try to force their methods and ways upon me and I am quick to shut off communications with this approach. Going back to the beginning of my review, I determined a price I was willing to pay for a vehicle on their lot and during my discussions with Ted they exceeded my expectations, over the phone. Of course I was still apprehensive as I drove for an hour to get to the dealership. I would like to report however, Rairdon's and Ted really did deliver. They not only came through with the exact figures we discussed on the phone, for the product I wanted, they went above and beyond in every way. I am really pleased with the whole experience. I've already told 10 people about my experience and I have every intention of returning for a future vehicle purchase. Thanks!

We initially called for an internet price for a Dodge Dakota and went to Monroe to drive it. As it was late at night, we didn't make our decision until the next day, but when all was said and done, the price Ted Davis quoted us was EXACTLY the same. No add ons, no back room deals, etc. Ted was completely honest, professional, and upfront with us, and we felt no sales pressure. I've been tossing back and forth a F-150 or a Dodge Ram for months. I found Dodge of Monroe and looked on their website and saw they not only had an almost new F-150, but they had a great selection of new and used Dodge Rams. I called and made a appointment with Manny and he walked me through both trucks. His knowledge and his pros and cons for each were honest and truthful, I don't think he pushed me into a Dodge. I purchased a brand new Dodge Ram 2500 and I dealt with Chris in finance to get it financed. Everything went really great, it's been at the ranch for a week and it's the best employee I've ever had. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a new truck, they know their stuff.

I hate pushy, in-your-face car salesman, or really ANY salesman that is like that. I had looked around at a couple of dealerships in Seattle for a used Jeep Liberty. After reading the blog that Jeep of Monroe has, I found the perfect Liberty. The only problem was it was gone by the time I got there, but they showed me a new one and got me into it for what I was expecting to be paying for a used one.If you are looking for a down to earth, no pressure and honest experience, I highly recommend going in and working with these guys. I found the the people at this dealership easy to work with and they all went out of there way to see that all my Questions were answered and that we all worked together to communicated the needs that I was looking for. I feel that I got a fare deal and that i did not feel like i walked away being taken advantage of in any way. I plan on doing all my service and add on parts with Rairdon of Monroe.

Don't get me wrong, I love Dodge vehicles. I am a disabled mom of one 5 yr old and one on the way so, I went to trade my car in for another more family friendly but, the salesman, James Potts, was very rude, decieving, and lied about pretty much every thing. I was taken advantage of so I later talked to Mr. White and he was very kind and understanding, and set things right for me.

My husband and I went to this dealership to look at two used cars we had seen on the website for this dealer. I called first to make sure that both cars were there and they advised me that they were and we could come and look at them that day. When we arrived at the dealership they advised me that one of the cars was sold and no longer ava. but they had some other cars on the lot that we could look at. We did end up purchasing the one car that they had there that we wanted but did not get the other one as they told us it was sold. When we received the car it only had one key with it and I asked the salesman if there was another key as the one he gave us said spare he advised me that there was another key but he would have to find it and get back with me when he did. I never heard back from him so I called a couple days later and he advised me that he was still looking for the key and would call me back, never got a call back so I called the manager John Brody to complain. They did find the other key within a couple of minutes and my husband went to pick it up and when he did they told him they had tried to call but the number they had was no good funny because about 10 minutes after I talked to John, Jimmy called me and advised me that there was not a second key and we would have to get one made for the car how could Jimmy call me back if the number was incorrect. Overall the experience with this dealership was just not good and I do not think I would ever go back to this dealership to purchase another car. The saga continues with the fact that a couple of days later I went on the website again and the other car we wanted was still on the website so we called the dealer in Kirkland and they advised us that the car was still ava and was in Bellingham and if we wanted to see it they would get it for us. My husband told them yes and they sent someone to Bellingham to pick up the car. Funny that they told us in Monroe that the car had been sold. I am going to give a rating for the Kirkland store also which will be wonderful and if we ever do need another car or have any friends who need a car Kirkland will be the store we will be refering them to.

This is the first review i've ever given on any service person in my entire life as i can recall. I told myself long time ago that no service could ever earn my good opinion on feedback because i never felt any given was deserving of it. It would take a selfless and phenomenal individual to change that, and that's Bill.CUSTOMER SERVICE: He's a needle in a haystack. When i initially inquired into getting a vehicle with rairdon monroe, the only single thing i needed was someone to get back to me as soon as possible and then we'll figure out the rest from there. Bill got to me quicker than anyone has ever had and i didn't need to wait, every single inquiry i've sent his way was addressed always faster than ever. I appreciate that because i like fast service and it tells me that rairdon cares about me as a customer and what i need. Rairdon in Monroe definitely has retained me as a customer for the long run because of this difference Bill's made, the impression across the board is exceptional.QUALITY OF WORK: I loved his 'listening skills' because i explained to him what i was looking for but not really knowing what that was and he was able to present a few options of vehicles and in it was the perfect thing i was looking for. It didn't take very long to pinpoint exactly what i really needed and got us moving into the paperwork and financing sooner. This is a great 'care element' to have because you save the customer's time and you also impress them at the same time.FRIENDLINESS: The moment i met Bill i was comfortable working with him and am thankful that he created that environment where you feel that its ok to say what you need to say. Customer service can be the most difficult job because not all customers are happy all the time, but Bill was very flexible, understanding and remained calm during my picky points. I appreciate that a lot because feeling understood during moments of frustration and being treated how you want to be treated is a big 'differentiator' with competitors in the market. As long as you have a supercool agent who can address angry customers with confidence and ease, then its a win long term.OVERALL EXPERIENCE: I don't know why i decided to come to rairdon monroe but i live in monroe and i just decided one day that i'll check out the local dealership first before i venture out and i'm super glad i did that. I thought that giving the local dealership the first opportunity to make a customer out of me would be great, you guys are here to convenience locals so its only fair. The major deciding factor in my decision to purchase another dodge is Bill's customer service, for me, the service comes first before the product and Bill delivered on that above and beyond. My first vehicle was a dodge from Bellevue and the same type of fast and responsive service won me over, and this is definitely a repeated experience except Bill's service is inexplicable outstanding.PRICE: Bill was straightforward with the price, i saw the price in the car lot and i understood and accepted what i was in for. I am appreciative of the price, it's fair and i don't have an issue with it and wouldn't have any issue at all if it was any higher, i wanted the vehicle i wanted and would do what it takes to get it anyway. I really don't care about the pricing, all i cared about was that the dealer could let me drive off with it and $$$$$ on that never concerned me. Bill, thank you for being amazing and making a difference in what you do. You definitely show you care about your customers.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealer. We took out daughter in-law and son in to get a car due to their broke down. And while I was there I got my 3rd one a 2010 jeep. We worked with Chris Jurden (sales) John Brodie (Manager) and Larry White (finance). Not just are we happy with working with them but our kids also had a great experience there. We all know how people feel about care sales but if a new car is needed they are the ones to see. I have always had a good time working with them. They are the best.

My son desperately needed a car, but his credit was "poor" My husband had recently purchased a truck from Bill Primozich at the Monroe Rairdon Motors so I took my son there to see if Bill could get him into a used car that would fit his very limited budget. Bill treated my son, a first time buyer, like he was buying a top of the line car. He took his credit and his budget into account and very diplomatically steered him into a car that is perfect for my son's situation. Next, Larry White, the finance manager worked some magic and got my son amazing financing. I felt confident that Larry knew where to look and am extremely pleased with the rate and loan he arranged for my son. Both my husband and son are happy new car/truck owners!

John made this transaction painless for me. John took the time to introduce me to Andrew Plata Sales manager, Larry Halford TSM Green Team and Brock Garrett Parts Manager. Each manager explained how they would assist me when servicing my new vehicle or purchasing addition items for my new Truck. My experience started out as superior but ended up being extremely misleading. I put money down and had to work through finalizing my financing pre-approval. They completely backed out of a deal that would have had the sale nailed down. They lost what would have been a good deal all around for them. I often refer people to the dealerships I buy vehicles from. I was told my deposit would be mailed back only to have the dealership call 4 days later to ask if they could deposit it. WHAT A JOKE! I will say James was awesome as he was my salesman but the management needs to learn how to treat a customer. I was warned prior to going from someone who had a similar experience. I should have taken the advice, lesson learned!

We found a Dodge Nitro at this dealer with an attractive price. My fiancee called and spoke with a salesperson. She advised the car we were interested in and the trade-in car she was offering, and the price she wanted for the trade. We live in Gig Harbor, and wanted to be sure it was worth driving 70 miles to Monroe for the vehicle. The salesman said it "should be no problem" to work out a deal within these parameters. We drove up, and examined and test-drove the Nitro. The salesman tried to get me to sign a statement that I would buy the car that day if we could get a payment in the range we wanted and the desired trade-in value. No other terms (interest, length of contract, total price, etc.) were included. I refused to sign. I understand that this a sales gimmick and refused to be pulled into the games. He spoke with his boss on the phone, and wrote down some numbers. He refused to discuss them with us because he didn't want to offend us, and the numbers were "only the first round." I told him I didn't intend to take all day and just wanted their best price so we could decide whether to buy or not. After a couple of trips to the back room, he brought out the sales manager. This dolt got our names wrong (showing no real care for the customer) and then started making a list of excuses why he couldn't offer the trade-in value we asked for (which was $500 below NADA book trade-in value). He offered $4,000 below book trade-in value. We walked out.We called the salesman to ask why he had wasted our time when he couldn't offer us anything near book trade value. He asked us to come back and he would try to get us a better deal. We gave a price we thought was a fair one for the purchase and trade-in (the trade-in was a negative equity situation). The salesman countered with another number, $2k higher. The general manager called, and asked if we could get a deal done. He gave a number that was another thousand dollars higher, claiming that the salesman "rounded off" his number. I responded that rounding down over $900 was ridiculous, and I certainly didn't want them doing my taxes! He laughed and said the new (highest) number was the best he could do. This was $3 grand over the price we had offered. The salesman pleaded that we return and he would work on getting us a better deal. We returned, conditioned on not seeing the face of the used car manager again. When we returned, we got another two hours of runaround, and not one cent of budge. The salesman claimed that the Nitro had been priced with no leeway (it was attractively priced) leaving no room to work with the trade-in value, and his manager had not told him that there was no wiggle room on the Nitro price. I told the salesman that if the manager had failed to tell him this, after we told him the exact vehicle we were interested in, and the exact trade-in we had, and the exact trade value we wanted, then the manager was an ass and forced the salesman to lie to us to get us to make the drive to Monroe. I asked him why we should reward the dealer by buying rather than going back and buying in Tacoma or Puyallup. To his credit, the salesman looked me straight in the eye, said I was right, and apologized. His honest apology for the deceitful actions of the management and the obvious efforts to try to get a deal done, were the only reason we ended up buying the Nitro from this dealer. The manager didn't budge an inch in the end, but the price was still competitive and we had invested 8 hours by this time and didn't want to see it totally wasted just because the sales manager and general manager were jerks.In the end, this was without exception the worst sales encounter I have ever had. The salesman, I believe, tried very hard to make a fair deal and ran into a brick wall with management. The paperwork took nearly two hours once we had agreed on the price, and the attitude from the GM was crap. The F&I manager and the salesman were okay, but this rotten fish of a dealership certainly stinks from the head. Ironically, the counters have certificates claiming that 100% of their November 2008 customers would recommend the dealership to a friend or relative. I didn't get a customer response form to offer my opinion. Wonder why... It's probably easier to get a 100% positive response when you only solicit input from the happy customers.

I have lived in the Monroe area for 4+ Decades; I wanted to deal locally for the purchase of my new Dodge Truck. Huge mistake on my part, these guys wouldn't know the truth if it smacked them in the face. Sales Manger(s) John B. and Yost D. are antagonistic and untrustworthy to say the least. The Salesman John K. wasn't any better on the trustworthy issue. These are facts on Monday Oct 20th 2008 I contacted Dodge of Monroe about a vehicle they had in Stock, (the bait) a White Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie Pkg. Clearance Lights Spray-on bed liner, all things I told the Salesman John K I wanted on my new Truck. I was given a quote of ($36,420) it seemed very fair, so I told John K find me a blue one and I'd be down to buy it. After about a hour I was contacted by the Salesman saying he had located a blue one but it was a bit more expensive because it had Step Bars and Wheel Well Liners and Mud Flaps. I said how much? He said $37,995 I countered with $37,000 .........Ill have to talk to my manager and call you......called me backhe said you have a deal, when can you come in? I agreed to come down later that afternoon, they showed me a similar truck we drove it, everything seemed fine, we went over an extensive list of standard and optional components on the blue truck, at which time the Salesman informed me there were no clearance lights on this truck, and it had bucket seats not the split bench I had preferred. (Even though I told him I wanted my truck exactly like the white one except blue(the switch begins) I conceded the seat issue and agreed to pay $225.00 for the $500.00 clearance lights I wrote them a check for my down payment in good faith and went home. The Salesman called me the next day (Tuesday) said they have the truck it was on the lot come on down and have a look. Upon arrival and visual inspection of the truck I noticed that the mud flaps were removed, there was no spray on bedliner, no bug guard and no block heater cord. (the switch continues). After I pointed these issues out to the Salesman he reassured me that he would make it right where the bug guard, mud flaps and block heater was concerned, I was fine with that because these were items I distinctly remembered going over on the fore mentioned extensive list of components. Although the bed liner was on the white truck, I couldnt specifically remember it being on the list so I told him I definitely wanted that on the truck before I took delivery and that I would pay for it $350.00. The next morning (Wednesday) after running some numbers in my head on my way to work. ($200 or so on the clearance lights $350+tax on the bed liner now Im up to $37,600ish on a truck that was originally supposed to be like the white truck $36,420 except it had step bars, wheel well liners, and mud flaps) I decided that I didnt want to deal with these people anymore I just wanted this whole thing to be over. So I e-mailed my Salesman and told him I wanted the Bug Guard installed the Block heater/Cord installed, Mud Flaps installed and a Spray in bed liner installed all by the close of business Thursday. I didnt hear anything all day from my Salesman, then the Sales Manager John B called me and started grilling me about who was going to pay for the Blockheater Cord and installation and the Bug Guard and Mud Flaps, that conversation concluded with the understanding that my Salesman would pay for the Mud Flaps and Bug Guard and the Dealer would pay for the Block Heater Cord and its Installation..and John B said the truck would be ready, everything on the truck, Thursday C.O.B.Thursday afternoon around 4:00pm I get a call the Truck is ready. GREAT this is almost over, my wife drops me off, I go in and pay my $379 or so for my bed liner, go out and look around the Truck, Razor blade on the back seat, back and top of cab not washed and NO Mud Flaps on the Front wheel wells. John B lied and neither he or his so-called stand in Sales Manager Yost D were willing to make things right in fact Yost D said he couldnt believe I was making a big deal out of $90 mud flaps. I told Yost the big deal is that John B and the Salesman John K said they would make things right. So in conclusion, it is my recommendation to anyone considering purchasing a new or used Vehicle from Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Monroe, DO NOT under any circumstances purchase from them.

I bought an 07 Jeep Cherokee which the dealer did not have in stock, but said he could get it. We agreed on the options after several hours of back and forth negotiations. The sales manager insisted that I finish the deal even though the car had not been delivered. He assured me it would be just as I asked. He waited until the three day back out period was passed before he brought the car to the lot. When it arrived it did not contain the skid plate package that I had required. After some time trying to convince me that I really didn't need the package he sent John to check on the price of the package. After some whispering out of my earshot, the manager wrote skid plate on the order. I failed to read it thoroughly and signed. I am 68 years old and my sight is not perfect. Later when the time came to have it installed, the shop told men that they had only ordered the FRONT skid plate. Igot hold of the manager and he said that I should have read the order before I signed it. He and the other salesmen and the parts man all knew what I was ordering and they deliberately decieved me. I talked to the manager and the discussion grew quite heated. He told me that I had just better MAN UP and admit that I had made a mistake. He refused to make good on the deal and since he knew that I was from out of state was aware that I could not stay and attempt to force him to do the right thing. I refused to accept the FRONT skid plate since it was not what was requested.THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. You will likely be very sorry of you do. I plan to ask Chrysler to invervien but doubt that it will do any good.I only regret that I had not seen the previous notes on this site. I surely would never have gone on their lot.

Our experience with the monroe dealership was by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We were told one thing before arriving at the dealership, only to find out it was completely misleading, then continued to recieve false information throughout the negotiation process on vehicle value and our personal credit information. After we were yelled at from across the room by one employee regarding our credit information, we were then confronted by a second man who attempted to initiate physical confrontation by ultimately chasing us out the door yelling at us and bumping his chest against my fiance's. I am appauld at the lack of professionalism and customer service provided by this dealership and have had no success in trying to resolve this issue with management. I would NEVER reccomend attempting to conduct business with this dealership.

They agreed on an out the door price I was very specific about. We went to get my husband to do the paperwork and then the price went up a couple thousand. After all the wasted time and driving 40 miles to get my husband!!! Then they say they can't do it for what they told me. It put me in a very awkward situation with my husband after dragging him away from work for nothing...DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!!!
