I was in an accident in a different state, driving home to MI. As soon as I got there, Nick had a rental ready for me and made the process extremely easy. I never had to worry about anything. This was my first ever accident and repair, so I had no idea what I was doing. He kept me up to date on my vehicle and even personally cleaned out the shamrock shake that had spilt in my shifter. He went above and beyond for my husband and we are forever thankful! My car looks brand new and only took about a week and a half! Thank you Nick Alexander and the rest of the Randy Wise Chevrolet Body Shop Team!!!! :D

I bought a car from Jacobi D. at Randy Wise Chevrolet in Flint. They have the best customer service, everyone is so polite and helpful. Before my keys were handed to me my car was washed and gas tank put on full. The inside was super clean, eveything work great, tire pressure was good, and the oil was even changed. They will deliver your car to you and you get a reward if you do referrals.

Salesperson Derek O'Keefe was an excellent salesperson. He was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted for my daughter. The vehicle is very nice and we are very pleased. This is the second vehicle I bought from Derek O'Keefe from the Randy Wise Auto mall in Flint, Michigan. Took the three hour trip north on a Saturday to visually inspect a used truck I saw on the Internet in my wife's SUV. During the test drive I got the oil changed in her SUV. The service department not only change the oil but washed it for me too, nice touch. Returned on Monday to make the purchase with a set of new tires that were needed for the truck. During the paperwork the tires were mounted and balanced at no charge. The Internet price was about $200 below wholesale according to a good friend in the business I know locally, so the tire replacement I had to endure was no big deal. Dealing with used car salesman isn't my favorite thing to do, but my salesman Tim was helpful and friendly and the process was painless, I would buy again from Randy Wise Chevrolet.

They found me the exact truck that I was looking for, gave me a great trade as compared to other dealers, brought it in and it was spotless. The sales team spent enough time explaining all the new features and options. No complaints. This is my third car I've bought from Randy Wise, they have always done a nice job on the service side as well. Only suggestion for improvement is that when I bought my Ferrari, the dealer provided mimosas while we were signing papers and inspecting the car. I thought that was a nice touch.

2nd time leasing from this dealership, we drove over 50 miles, past 3 large cities with Chevy dealerships just because the customer service here was outstanding, our sales person (Rick Mazzola) was awsome, he answered all of our questions and took care of all the details, we have gone to other dealerships in the past and always left feeling pressured or like we were bothering the sales people by asking questions, but not here, we will continue to make the trip every time we need a new vehicle, thanks to Rick and Jean for all your hard work and dedication!

I always dread thinking of having to go to a dealership to look for cars worrying about pushy sales people but this certainly wasn't the case at Randy Wise Chevrolet. Don Srda was so nice and great to work with! I felt completely at ease and actually enjoyed the experience of buying my car. Everyone I met was very friendly and really wanted our experience to be great. The car I bought was such a good deal I almost couldn't believe it. I was able to get the car the I have wanted for awhile now with so many great features for a great price. No haggling or uncomfortable moments of trying to get a better price, such a breeze!

We honestly spent days and weeks looking for good vehicle for a good price for our daughter. I cannot tell you how many vehicles we test drove over a three week period. It was going to be her first car. We had a budget to work with, especially in this economy. However, we are in Michigan and every dad's worst nightmare is their daughter driving in heavy snow alone. We were looking for a vehicle that would keep her and her passengers safe, heaven forbid there was ever an accident. After a lot of searching we ended up at Wise Chevrolet, which is 2 1/2 hours away from where we live, but well worth the drive. These guys flat-out beat every dealership between our home and Flint, MI. I want to give special thanks to our salesman (Tim Johnson). He helped us find the perfect vehicle and kept us within our budget. Once again, I can't say "thanks" enough for their help.

We drove over two hours from Indiana to Randy Wise Chevrolet to purchase our Chevy Equinox. I estimate that we saved about $3000 compared to any dealership in our area. We dealt with Tim Johnson and had a very positive experience. While we were waiting in the office area for some paperwork to be completed, Jean from the finance department took the time to come over and have an enjoyable chat with us. So far, we are very pleased with our purchase. Sometimes car buying can be a grind, but Tim Johnson and the rest of the staff made this one a very smooth and pleasant experience. Thanks!!

My husband and I were set on finally upgrading after driving the same cars since graduation. We zeroed in on this dealerships used Kia Soul Plus. Long story short, this team did everything they could to get us out the door with our zippy little sub compact. Tim had our car ready to go the minute our paperwork was finished. My salesperson, Don Srda, at Randy Wise Chevrolet made it quick, easy, and smooth to trade in my 2014 Dodge Journey for my new 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. They gave me a great price on my trade in and a great price on my new vehicle. I did everything but drop off the old car and pick up the new car over the phone, e-mails and text. I recently purchase my first vehicle from Randy Wise. I found this vehicle while searching the internet, since I do not enjoy shopping for cars in person and feeling as though I am being stalked by sales people. I found a vehicle that met my needs so I submitted an inquiry. Donal Srda contacted by text within a very short time, informing me there was a pending offer on the vehicle but he would keep me posted. A couple of days later he again sent me a text letting me know the vehicle was available. What I appreciated most about my experience was that I did not feel "hounded" by a sales person and Don respected my request to only communicate through text initially. When we did speak on the phone it was only AFTER he asked permission to do so. I would recommend Randy Wise and Don Srda to family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle.

Purchased a 2014 Malibu from Tim Johnson. He listened to what our specific needs/wants and helped us find it. He was not pushy and allowed us to take the time to make the right decision while providing us with the information we needed. Tim encouraged us to drive the cars on the highway so we had a true "test drive" experience. He couldn't have been more helpful. He was also honest about cars/options that would be best for a new driver. I would buy another car from him (and Randy Wise) and I have already recommended him to my friends and co-workers. Lon Keely also helped us while we were trying to decide between new and used. Both men were awesome and I will buy my next car from these guys.

Purchased a 2015 Impala from Tim Johnson on 6/6/15. We found it on the internet and called Saturday morning to make sure it was still available. The salesman that picked up was Tim. We were driving 3.5 hours to look at the vehicle so we wanted to make sure it was still there and available for sale. It was, so off we went. We already had our financing in order so Tim took all of our information and had everything ready to go when we got there if we liked the car. When we arrived the car was sitting right up front freshly washed and ready for us to drive. We loved the car and decided to purchase. Since we had our financing already set and Tim took all of our info prior to our arrival, it was a very quick and easy process. Thanks again Tim, we love the car and will check back with you when it comes time to find a truck.

Whitni Berry was the first to follow up after I inquired about a newer Malibu. Out of all the other dealerships in the Genesee County area, she was the quickest and the most efficient at initial communication. I arrived and she personally greeted me and set me up with Don Srda. I have horrible credit and they said they could get the deal done, and they DID. The transaction was quick and my new car was perfect. Clean and full of fuel and I did not even have to ask for them to do anything to close the deal. They knew my financial situation and treated me with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend driving to this part of town instead of the larger dealerships cannot compete with the level of service Randy Wise offers. The price on my new car was the same as all the other dealerships. Upon closing, I was not pressured into buying anything extra or talked into something I was not comfortable with. Truly a well rounded ran business. I was in the business world for many years and I have a graduate degree in business management consulting and this business definitely gets the job done and gets it right.. Found a Sonoma online. Whitni Berry answered my email quickly and went the extra distance to make sure we had pictures that accurately reflected the condition of the truck. When we arrived she came to greet us, and handed us off to Don Srda. He was very helpful and honest in his appraisal of the truck. We wrote a check and left with it in short order. rick sold me my truck 10 yrs ago and talked to me..didnt talk down to me or treat me stupid because i am a woman...that was very important not to be talked down to...he treated my daughter the same...and we didnt feel like we were woman walking into a dealership that we could be talked down to or made to feel stupid about buying a car(this has happended at your service department before when i was asked if i let my childern crawl through the back window of my truck...because the window was leaking..he assumed because i was a woman he could talk to me that way..i left this dealership and didnt come back for any service on my truck)so thanks rick for being patient and answering all of our questions and making this sale memoriable:)

This dealership operates like a well-oiled machine. Rick is a low-pressure salesman who answered every one of my questions in a straightforward way. Then I was led smoothly through the process, working with two other employees to complete the sale. Altogether, including test drive, it took 2.5 hours to trade in my vehicle and lease a new one.

I have done business with Randy Wise prior at the Genessee Valley Auto Mall so it was easy for me to come back to a Randy Wise dealership. I found a couple of vehicles that they had on line at the price I was looking for and I came down to check them out and found exactly what I was looking for. Found a vehicle listed online and drove down to see it the following day ... it was exactly what I was looking for! Tim Johnson was very easy to work with and I did not feel pressured into anything! The entire transaction went very smoothly from test drive, to paperwork/financing, to driving out the door with my new vehicle in less than 3 hours. The finance person - Jean (I believe was her name) - was also very courteous and complete, and explained everything very well. We had the best experience with Randy Wise. The complete reason was Tim Johnson. He was amazing. He was so helpful and so calm even though I was not. He made me feel as if I had known him for years. I had been looking for a newer truck for a few weeks looking on the west side of the state. Started looking on the east side of the state and found a lot better deals. Best one I found was at Randy Wise, three hours from where I live. Tim was very easy to talk to and there was no pressure to buy at all. I had a great experience especially for someone with less than perfect credit. The sales and finance team did a great job. I had found the car on their website prior to visiting the showroom and I left the dealership with it the next day. I would highly recommend Randy Wise In Flint for so many reasons but primarily for customer service and satisfaction. I was a satisfied customer and I felt like my business was appreciated it does not get any better than that.

I recently purchased a 2014 Silverado from Randy Wise and I couldnt be happier! I had gone to Randy Wise specifically because of Jean Oskey. I had dealt with her in the past at a prior dealership and always had fantastic results. She now works in finance and she sent me to Don Srda for the sale. Don always got back to me promptly, and made me feel like I was his top priority. They did not have the exact truck I wanted at the dealership, so he made sure to find it for me! He took lots of time making sure I understood all of the features and options, and never made me feel pressured. I've met lots of salesman in the past that talk down to you or make you feel like as long as they get your money, they don't care about anything else. That couldn't be further from the truth for Don and I highly recommend him to anyone looking! Jean was fantastic for my financing, and made sure to explain everything to me in depth rather than trying to skim over things and push me out. She is an incredibly friendly and sweet lady and I couldn't be any happier with my experience there. I will be making ALL of my future vehicle purchases with them!

My experience at Randy Wise, was quite the pleasant one. My wife found the car she was interested in on line, after a phone call, she realized the car was in a different location, instead of asking her to go there, they instead had brought it to the location most convenient for us. I thought that was a nice touch. After the test drive, our salesman, Don, was very easy to deal with, he had an out going but, relaxed type of attitude, we felt very comfortable. I would certainly recommend Don/ Randy Wise, to anyone willing to listen.

Just bought a used car here! The people I worked with (Don and Jean) were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The car I was interested in was just sold to their other dealership twenty minutes before I showed up, but they shipped it back and I bought it the next day. They were very good at explaining things and putting my mind at ease about buying another used car after previous bad experiences. I found my new HHR on Cars.com on 6/17/2014. I was directed to Randy Wise GMC of Fenton MI. I emailed the dealership regarding the HHR and got an immediate response for Dana Suess. We talked about features and price, I made her an offer and within 20 minutes she called me back with a very reasonable counter. I drove over an hour to see the car. It was just as she told me...no dents, dings etc...just a flat out clean car. I test drove it and purchased it minutes later. Dana was a true pleasure to work with!! She knows the business and how to genuinely care about what people want. She's a keeper and blessing to have at your dealership. Previously I purchased my first vehicle from Patsy Lou; they really sold me a lemon. Had a 2001 PT cruiser that had 23% interest and cost me $7000.00 in repairs the first year and a half I owned it and no one seemed to be able to help me get out of it. I came in was greeted immediately, talked about what I was looking for and the situation I was in (they even offered a tour of the place.) Rick gave me the best deal he could find, applied incentives and reminded me about using the GM discount from some of my family members and put me in a car I absolutely love went through every aspect of the car with me, kept in touch over the weekend as I went over the insurance (even got me an estimate on insurance prior to that) and made it extremely convenient to come in and get everything done in about a half hour or so. To add to that both he and Kim went over the smart lease, gap coverage (so glad you guys offer that) and mileage options that made me feel so much more secure after the anxiety and helplessness I had in the last car. Jean finished up signing with both my father, the co-signer, and I in which time she went over all the paperwork and made it really easy to understand in just a few minutes; no one just handed me a pen and said sign this like the other place. At no point in time did I feel like I didn't want or had second thoughts about buying from this sales team, I felt extremely satisfied with their attentiveness, attention to detail and customer service. My dad has bought three or four cars from Rick and after buying this one I wouldn't want to go to anyone else.

I found my Chevy Equinox on-line at Randy Wise Chevrolet. My vehicle was on-sale and the price was excellent. Similar vehicles with the same options were several thousand dollars higher at other dealerships with the same options and trim package with similar miles.My sales rep was Tim Johnson. He took great care of me. When I called -- the vehicle was at another Randy Wise location -- and he volunteered to go get it for me so I could test drive it. He was extremely helpful, very professional. I would recommend working with him to anyone.Regarding the sales/delivery -- that was also great. No pressure, and everything was up-front and in writing. I also want to point out that I was given a fair price for my trade based on my own research. When I asked to get a trailer hitch installed, that was taken care quickly. Regarding the price on the hitch it was a little less expensive than I expected based on my own research, and was also of better quality than I had expected. Overall -- my experience working with Tim was great. My experience working with Randy Wise Chevrolet was great. I have not had an opportunity to have any service work done yet -- but given the free oil changes I was given with my vehicle/purchase-- that is just a matter of time.

I do not believe that Mark Zerka wanted to give me a good deal on a vehicle. He was looking to sell a vehicle not gain customer appreciation or retain future business. I believe that he played with the numbers and tried to make me believe that he was doing me a favor but in actuality he was trying to recoup money by charging me a ludicrous amount of money for nonsense such as a $200.00 fee for paperwork!? The vehicle on the lot was priced at $ 8994.00. He said he would give me $500.00 as a trade in on my 1999 Silverado but the bank required a $1000.00 down payment. The paperwork shows he gave me $1000.00 on my trade in but the actual price he put on the vehicle was $8500.00. When I tried to get an explanation he kept repeating the fact that he was "eating $500.00 on the trade in" The vehicle has been on the lot for several months and it looked great but mechanically I believe it was not worth the price I paid. When I left the dealership, I was happy to have a different car but I really felt like Mark Zerka was proud of his ability to dance around the truth and gain a profit off my inexperience. I feel it is important to mention that I did not feel the same way about the salesperson, Don Srda. Because Mr. Zerka is his supervisor, Don did not try to help me understand the numbers game and made mention of the fact that he "wasn't good at math" I am recently divorced after 25 years of marriage and this was my first time buying a vehicle on my own, I am looking for businesses that I can trust. This is not one of them.

Rick is by far the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He takes care of everything. My first vehicle I purchased I hit a deer on my way home from signing papers. He came in before hours to have a car ready for me so I could drop my car off at the shop on my way to work. With my most recent purchase, I went in on Monday to look at a car I had seen online and was motivated to purchase. I drove away with it the same night! It had a minor repair needed and he made sure the part was ordered and ready for me to take it to the shop when I had time to get it in. I have purchased many cars over the years, but never one online. I live in Virginia Beach and bought this car without seeing or driving it. In this situation you really have to depend on the sales-person. Tim was excellent!! Good attention to detail, good follow-up and a pleasure to work with. I retired as a Sales Manager this past March. All of my best sales-reps had those same skills. It was a really good buying experience!! I would also add that the dealership was first-class!! They worked hard to make sure every thing went smoothly and stood behind their product and their sales-person!!

I bought a chev Tahoe from Dan ( big tall guy with dark short hair) and from the moment I brought it home I have had problems....heater, battery, surpintine belt, heated seat stop working gas gaudge reads wrong and the tranny is slipping and my loan was for 10,000!!! When I relized the rear heater didn't work I had to pay and extra $300 to get it fixed from randy wise offered to split it with me well it was winter and my CHIlDREN needed heat!!! When I relized my transmission was starting to slip Dan called me for a courtesy call and asked me how it was going I told him horrible well then he said come out and maybe we can figure something out so we came out there and talked to Dan and he said he would work on it and get back with us!!!!! He never called again!!!!! 10,000 under and NOT happy!! He could have already called and said I can't find nothing but I will keep u in mind and keep working in it! I also had to chane the axel in the front and other little thing that I won't get into!!! Not a happy customer at all!!!!!!!!

I was planning to buy a truck in the fall but, I had started to surf the net trying to decide what features I wanted and so on. One day I had inadvertantly typed in a year newer truck than I was looking for and I stumbled accross the truck I now own purchased from Randy Wise Chevrolet of Flint. I live in Milwaukee, WI and Randy Wise beat any comparable truck in my neck of the woods by thousands. I purchased the truck over the phone and internet all the while getting excellent customer service. Jacobi answered my emails well into the night, long after the dealership had closed. I then rented a car and drove to flint to pick up my new truck. They drove my truck to the airport, I drove the rental car to turn in, and the courier drove to DMV to get the temperary plates and then to the airport to meet us there. I left with my new truck from the airport. After I returned home, Jacobi called me the next day to make sure I had made it safely and asked how I like the truck. A few days later, I was unable to find the wheel lock key. After a few quick emails with Jacobi, I found it. It was nothing but excellent customer service from start to finish. Obviously I can't speak of the service department as I won't be taking it there for service. But, the used car dealership was great. If I had anything negative to say it would be to question all the features that are listed in the ad. The ad stated that the truck had remote start. It didn't. It also said there were new tires. There was only one new tire.For the record the truck I bought had everything I was looking for and it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. So, if you know what you want and you've done your homework, I'd take a look at Randy Wise. I'd do it again if they had a vehicle I was looking for.

Just a quick thank you to Randy Wise's Body Shop and Steve Brock is doing a great job at the Randy Wise Chevrolet in Clio MI. I had my truck into the body shop while we were in Florida last week and the timing was great. All the work was completed on time and schedule and I was able to pick up my truck the night I returned to town. As always the quality is top notch, and they did an excellent job detailing the interior and exterior after the project was completed. I'm a life long customer.

I was satisfied from the start. I was welcomed and felt that they genuinely appreciated my business even though it was insurance repair work. I was promised a loaner car and they came through. The loaner car was great and I had my needed transportation while my car was getting fixed. When it was completed I was thoroughly pleased with the job done. It looked great and I was thanked for my business. The entire experience was wonderful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are very friendly and do excellent work. They make you feel like you are important and that they are there to serve you.

Found the vehicle that I was interested in on the internet and spoke with Jacobi and had the paperwork in order to trade in my car and financing started before I arrived from my 2 hour drive to the dealership. Called about a used HHR and was pleased with the entire transaction and fair value given for the trade in that was presented to them. Tim was very informed and helpful along the way. Financing was even looked at and a lower rate than I had been locked into through my credit union was made available, A really great experience overall.

I was in a car accident and my car went straight to the Randy Wise dealership. From the moment I landed there with my baby girl, we were treated amazingly. Friendly, courteous, caring, respectful, polite...they anticipated my needs and delivered! Their level of customer service is top-notch in my opinion. I returned my car three times because I felt that something was still wrong and although I felt a little nervous about being 'that' kind of customer, they listened to me, verified what I noted and took care of the problem. One of the road dangers in Michigan during the fall is deer - and my wife hit one on the way to work, damaging essentially the entire front of the vehicle (engine was not effected). The folks at Randy Wise were helpful right from the start, guiding my wife on vehicle drivability (the body shop manager talked to her on the phone), vehicle drop off and contacting the insurance company. The vehicle was fixed quickly and looks like new - which was quite an achievement considering the extent of the damage. The entire experience felt more like we were dealing with family, and less like we were dealing with a business. Thanks to everyone who helped us through this experience.

Tim Johnson was our sales guy and he was very good to deal with. We drove 1.5 hrs to meet with him because they had the car we wanted. He was courteous and went the extra mile with us. When I test drove the car there was an annoying squeak and rattle in the center console. He had his service tech look at it and took apart the console, removed the squeak and rattle and it was like brand new. Miles on the car didn't match the advertised mileage but he was good enough to knock off enough to make me happy. Mark was the sales manager and he was courteous when we arrived. Most of their sales are internet but they seem to have the right inventory for their dealership. It was under construction when we went their and I found a nail in my tire. Mark and Tim had no problem replacing the tire with a brand new one. They really did a good job making sure we were happy with the purchase. I strongly recommend them.

Tried to set up an appointment to test drive a used car. Told the salesman what day I'd be there to test drive it, and he said he'd call me back to set it up. After not hearing anything back from him, I emailed back, and they sold the car out from underneath me. Horrible customer service. You're better off going to a small town dealer where they actually care about the customers, not just selling cars.

Nick Alexander & Steve Brock in the Body Shop were excellent. Nick was very helpful, knowledge and patient throughout this process. Steve and Nick were very personable and professional. Dwayne from Service made sure that I was taken care quickly when I initially dropped off my car. I would only trust Randy Wise with repairing my car. And of course Michael Banks sold me the car only two weeks ago. Michael Banks is best sales person, he really gives his customers a personal touch everytime he works with you. This team is the best.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a used vehicle to replace our old Lumina. We started our shopping online and found Randy Wise to have some vehicles in our price range. We started there as they were right down the road from us. The buying experience was pleasant/friendly. While our salesman wasn't extremely talkative while we were considering the vehicles, he was friendly and put no pressure on you at all. We started with our credit union for the loan but were denied. I contacted Tim and asked what they could do for us as far as financing, and within two hours he got back with me and had us approved with a good rate. We ended up purchasing a certified used Impala and the price was very competitive for the same model cars in the area with similar mileage. All in all it was a pleasant buying experience and I wouldn't hesitate to start there again when we're in the market for another vehicle.-Josh

I was treated with respect and all the people I dwelt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. The sales staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the transaction. The service department helped with providing the installation of a spare tire kit that did not come with the original vehicle. I recommend giving Randy Wise Chevrolet and in particular, Tim Johnson the opportunity to help you with either a new or used car purchase. The vehicle I purchased is a 2010 Buick Enclave as a certified GM vehicle. With the included extended warranty it's as good as a new car deal.

I purchased a used vehicle in January of 2012, I was pressured by Kim Gatz into purchasing the "platinum" extended warrenty. So I did, and a few months later, I received a letter from the warrenty company stating that my vehicle did not qualify for the platinum coverage and was dropped to the silver package. I tried to contact Kim Gatz several times and left several voicemails and I never got a response. I even contacted the used cars manager and told him my situation and he said "he will look into it"....yeah, no call back from him either. I would not recommend this dealership because If you end up having a problem, the employees there don't know how to deal with it. Its funny that everyone is so nice to you and as soon as they get your money they forget who you are.

We purchased a used Saturn Vue from Tim Johnson. We were very happy with Tim's attention to our requests in that we live about an hour away from the dealership. We test drove a couple of vehicles and, when we had chosen one we were interested in, we were allowed to drive the vehicle back home to have our own mechanic perform an inspection. There were a couple of minor repairs that were needed and Tim was instrumental in getting them completed in a timely manner. He was also very helpful and accommodating in the closing process, even when we showed up a day earlier than we had arranged. We had an excellent experience working with Tim Johnson and the Randy Wise dealership and look forward to many years of enjoyment from our recently purchased vehicle. I contacted Clay via phone on a Mailbu he had on his lot, Clay was very upfront about the vehicle and told me that it was previously owned by a heavy smoker. After talking to Clay about the vehicle he told me that he has other Malibu's that might work for me. Clay went above his job duties and really worked with me. I live over an hour and half a way from Rany Wise and extremly busy at work so i could not get away to go look at what he had. I asked Clay to be my eyes, he personaly went out and looked at every Malibu I had questions about, took time to go over all the work they have had done to them and answered all my weird questions. He was very layed back and was not pushy at all. I took Clay's option on all the Malibu's and after a couple days picked one ( of course it was one off their Ford lot, so he had to go get it). Clay had the vehicle delivered to my work and it was everything he said it was. So a long story short, I bought a vehicle sight unseen because of the person I was dealing with, you could just tell he was a honest person. Thanks Clay! My mother in law will be seeing you soon.

Randy Wise's website was the easiest to find what I was looking for. One of the cars we were considering was a manual transmission Cruze. Although most dealerships are using the same software, often the transmission type isn't listed in the gallery. I had to look at the window sticker to find it. Randy's Wise's website let me find that information without hunting. They also have pictures of the actual vehicles which made me feel more confident about what I was seeing. One dealership used all stock pictures of a silver car, no matter the actual color. That did not expedite my search! Then, when I was ready to ask for an explanation of the codes used for incentives, I called Randy Wise Chevrolet, was connected to Dave Olson, and he answered everything in detail without industry jargon that I have no glossary for. When he gave me pricing on specific cars, he went through exactly how it was calculated. And while he asked qualifying questions and encouraged me to visit, I didn't feel I had to make a decision on the spot. The entire experience was easier and much more pleasant than I expected. There are several closer dealerships, but it was worth the 26 mile trip.

We came in on a Saturday morning with a specific car in mind. Tim was great! He pulled up the car took a little bit of information and we got to test drive the 2010 Chevy Malibu. I was in the market for a specific model of used car, HHR SS. Randy Wise Chevrolet had a very good, Certified Pre-Owned model at a very attractive price. I live an hour+ away from the dealership, so business was conducted via email and phone for the most part. I was able to arrange a visit and test drive.Following this, I had a couple of items I wanted taken care of before making the purchase. Randy Wise Chevrolet and Tim Johnson made these requests happen without an issue. They were accommodating and flexible, which I really appreciated. I actually was looking to make my purchase in another week or two, but the attitude and flexibility sold me on making my purchase early. In addition, the sale of most vehicles today includes the offer of additional warranty products. Fortunately, there was no hard sell at all. I prefer, when possible, to work on my own vehicles still, so an extended warranty over and above the CPO product isn't desirable to me. There was absolutely no pressure, which is a big turn off to me.Overall, I am very happy so far. I will willingly update this review as my experience of ownership unfolds with a vehicle from Randy Wise Chevrolet.

The workers were extremely friendly and fair. They took care of all the credit union work and got the plate for us which was very convenient. They offered a great and affordable 5 year warranty plan. We shopped around at several dealerships in the area before going to Randy Wise in Clio. Visiting Hank Graff in Davison we noticed the prices were very high, at Patsy Lou Williamson in Flint the salesman didn't even want to deal with us saying he would call us the next day and never did, at Lasco Ford in Fenton they tried financing in house rather than going through my credit union where we were already preapproved. Heather Knight at Randy Wise was able to get my husband into the car that he wanted for the price we were able to pay. They were never pushy about selling us something we didn't want. The staff was More than willing to do what was necessary to make us feel comfortable. They took what could have been a nightmare and made it so easy. They also gave us good money for our trade in.I would highly recommend that anyone who is in the market for a new or used car to check out Randy Wise in Clio. I will be heading back in the Spring to purchase a larger family vehicle, and will NOT be going ANYWHERE else!Thank You Randy Wise Chevrolet! :)

I just purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze from Randy Wise Chevrolet in Flint. I had GREAT service from start to finish. I bought my car from Rick Mazzola, he was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the perfect car for me. They gave me a great price on my Cruze and offered me a fair price for my trade in. I would definitely recommend this dealership. If you do go there make sure you ask for Rick!

Rick is a very positive person with 25 Years of knowledge. I had very specific needs as to the truck I wanted and my budget. Rick listened and then went into action for me. I always see Randy Wise commercials, so I decided this would be my first choice to go look for cars. I know I picked the right place!!! Heather, which was my sales associate was wonderful. She got me a car when I didnt think I would be able to. She was patient with me, even though my mother butted in a couple of times!! She answered any and every question that I had, and I really appreciate all the hard work she did for me. I've recommended my older sister to her, hopefully that works out too. As long as I live in MI, Randy Wise will be my choice!!

I was very pleased with Steven my salesman. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make the deal work for both of us. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he was selling. He also was very patient and listened closely to what I was looking for. Being a smaller dealership, I didn't have to deal the high pressure sales tactics. Making me feel comfortable and at ease. My new car purchase journey began on the internet exploring those cars that were fuel efficient. I focused on the Ford Focus, Chevrolet Cruze and Toyota Prius. My wife and I did our "homework" extensively on-line and also visited several dealerships. We had decided we preferred the Cruze and visited Randy Wise Chevrolet to get more info and look at cars. Upon our arrival, as we were getting out of our car, we were warmly greeted by Mark Crane. He was friendly and so helpful but NOT AT ALL pushy. You good see that he really just wanted to be accommodating and to assist us as might be necessary. Mark is sincere and honest and really created a comfortable feeling that made my wife feel relaxed and unhurried. After helping us select a car he put the "frosting on the cake" by hooking us up with Kim Gatz (the Business Manager) who saved us $793 on financing costs compared to the financing we already had lined up through our credit union and a bank. Friendly, courteous, great car, good deal, money saved.... Randy Wise is my Dealer and Mark is "The Man" (Mark Crane)!!!!

Heather was very attentive and friendly. She worked with me as to what I was looking for and keeping the price in my range. She also worked very hard on getting me my financing as I have bruised credit. I would recommend Heather and the Randy Wise team including Kim as she explained all the GM protection plan and GAP insurance to me which I bought because it was a good deal. I am very happy with my vehicle and it was so clean and shiny just like a brand new car!!! I bought a used 2009 HHR. Very good experience for me. Thanks Randy Wise team!!!

I have had such a great experience with this dealership, they go above and beyond any other dealership I have dealt with. This is my third vehicle I have purchased from Tim Johnson since 2009. Tim is very knowledgable and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect when I pick up my vehicles. Tim also makes sure I understand all the options and how they work. I have brought my vehicles in for service and the service department is fantastic. Everyone I have come into contact with at this dealership has been so friendly and helpful, I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

The service is still great, even though I bought my car two years ago. Byron & Duane are always there to assist me whenever a need occurs or arises. Most car salesmen try to take advantage of women. Not them. When I first bought my car Byron listened to me and then he told me what car he thought would be best for me as far as warranties etc. I'm so glad I listened.

I enjoyed my experience with Lon Keely getting my new Traverse. He made the whole process from beginning to end as painless as possible. I told him what I had to have on the vehicle - he found what I was looking for - called back gave me the payments and options. The service deptartment was very friendly with putting on new luggage rack. And to top it all off Lon delivered the car to my house... It's nice to work with the same sales person and dealership when looking for that particular truck or car. If they don't have what you are looking for they always seem to find it and in very little time. When I need work on one of our vehicles they will pick my car up at work and leave me a car for my personal use.

When we decided to get a new vehicle, we went to Randy Wise because our favorite sales person was working there. We have bought vehicles from Jean Oskey before and were very happy with her service. We were also pleasantly surprised at the service and attentiveness of the Randy Wise dealership and its service department. Jean worked with us when we decided on a 2011 Equinox. She helped us order it and walked us through the features of the car, financing, and when we could expect delivery. She even came to my workplace for the paper signing and offered to deliver the vehicle if we wanted her to. (We decided to drive it home from the dealership ourselves). When the car was due for an oil change, the service department was very busy that day, but we did not have to wait long for it to be completed. The assistant service manager, Dan Newbold, was very helpful and asked if we needed any other service that day. I half-jokingly said, "Yes, can you wash it for me?" His answer was, "Sure". They washed my Equinox at no extra cost. The service department also worked with me and honored coupons I had to give me a better deal.Overall, I am very pleased with Randy Wise Chevrolet and would definitely recommend the Randy Wise dealership to anyone who wants a new Chevrolet. I would also recommend Jean Oskey as a salesperson. She is the best!

This was my first time purchasing a car, and I had such a pleasant experience working with Tim. He answered all my questions, took time to explain all the qualities about my car that were important to me, and took me step by step through the buying process. There was never any pressure and no rush on anything, which is always great. Randy Wise as a dealership was just wonderful to work with. The manager, Mark Zerka, was very welcoming and personally introduced himself and thank me for making my purchase at Randy Wise.
