I had been looking at a car online for the last couple of weeks and I had time to look at it finally with my hectic schedule. When I pulled into the lot someone was waiting for me and greeted me with a kind and sincere hello. Nick asked what brought me in and genuinely wanted to help me find a car that worked for my budget and my needs. I ended up going from not being sure to feeling welcomed and obviously going with the car I had been eyeing for so long. Every step of the process was honest and direct, two things I value the most from someone trying to sell me anything, whether it’s a sandwich or a car. Nick was not aggressive or any other negative stereotypes that get assigned to sales people, he was the right kind of sales person to get me comfortable and give me accurate information to make a call on buying my car. I went with Raptor because I had read the reviews and they all convey an overall tone of feeling respected and valued. No car company can be perfect, but this car dealership was able to make me feel comfortable and empowered to buy a car that I had accurate information about and was able to test drive and adjust to my needs. If you’re looking for a car, especially if you happen to be a woman or an individual outside of the conventional gender binary, Raptor automotive has a car for you, and most importantly, a kind and sincere hello when you pull right onto their lot. Eddie was very nice and easy to work with! Wasn’t harsh by pressuring me into a car but let me do my own thing which was awesome! Would definitely recommend him at Raptor Automotive!

Eddie Macias was our salesman for our purchase on our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited! He was definitely one of.. maybe best actually salesman I’ve personally ever dealt with. Helped us with all the knowledge we needed to know about our vehicle and we both felt in no way pressured to buy anything. It was like hanging out with a friend and chilling while going thru the process of the purchase. Very good at explaining every single detail of our loan agreement, and what insurance they needed as well. Once we left the lot we found days later our horn was not working and I contacted Eddie and he immediately set us up and appointment to get it fixed and fixed for free at that. I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Eddie Macias at Raptor for your next purchase and see for yourself what the difference is between a pushy salesman to a very friendly and helpful salesman is. All of their vehicles are very nice and the people are nice as well. DEFINITELY a place you want to check out!!! We were so happy with our purchase and we will definitely be back down the road!

Looking for a new car can be a very overwhelming task. I came here with a good friend of mine to help her choose a car. Nick is so helpful in answering every question she had throughout the whole process. She never felt pressured to make a decision and he was very honest and upfront with her.
