One of the few dealers in FL to have a rare Sorento color combo. We were from out of town heading home from a road trip and Holli was very accomodating and informative over the phone which lead us to make the detour. Although the exact Sorento we wanted had just sold, Steve quickly made up for the loss by upgrading our lease to the sxl without any additional cost. Also, coming from the SWFL area, we were very pleased to see a Kia dealer whose employees were so professional and well dressed. We definitely think it was worth the stop!

It was a great environment to do business and very helpful people to take care of me ,very up front and nothing cutting around the bush . The only thing would be to get another set of headphones for the DVD player because there are five sets in the back that would be watching it . But the biggest thing that is taking place there is the employees that you have at that location is that they will go way out of the way to not just sell a car but make the customers happy and satisfied. My experience with Regal Kia began when I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento. The vehicle has been excellent and the Regal Kia service department is the best that I have ever dealt with. I never took my 2011 Sorento to any other shop for servicing, as the customer obviously comes first to all personnel. In fact, the excellent service is one of the primary reasons that I went directly back to Regal to purchase a 2017 Kia Sorento. I researched invoice costs and other data and found Regal to be very reasonable and there was no pressure at all from Ms. Baker, who was the sales person. She was a pleasure to work with.I would highly recommend Regal Kia and Regal Honda based upon my experience with each.

I purchased a new Kia Sorento in 2011. Since that time (101,500 miles later) I have been extremely impressed with the vehicle and service that I received. Regal Kia service department is the most efficient, effective, and reasonable of any that i have visited during over fifty years of driving in Florida. The service personnel go overboard in seeing to it that every job is done to the satisfaction of the customer. As we need two vehicles, I purchased a 2017 Sorento, while keeping the 2011. Lyndsay Baker was the lady with whom I dealt.I did a lot of homework prior to purchasing the vehicle and wound up back at Regal to make the purchase. Ms. Baker saw to it that every point of negotiation that I brought up was answered to my satisfaction and did so in a pleasant, professional and personal manner without any pressure being put on my wife and I. I strongly recommend Regal for any purchase or servicing.

I had an agreement with kia buying 2 cars. Our sales person came back and said they could not honor our agreement that kia proposed.The sales manager said he never gave sales that price.The sale man said he was given that price by Mike but could not honor it. My wife and I just went to another dealership and bought.I would never recommend Regal to anyone!

My experience was positive. Sam was knowledgable and stayed after hours to finish up the sale on a Satirday evening. He followed up on Monday to make sure I came in to get everything set up and knew how everything worked and knew the features. I really didn't think I would be able to buy a new car, my old cars worth was half of the payoff, and it was falling apart. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was greeted with a great big smile by Greg Schmidt. He made me feel at ease from the very beginning. I have purchased well over 50 cars and trucks in my life time. This experience was the best by far. Greg showed me a few cars and we chatted during a test drive. I have never been asked what type of driving I do. After our chat, we both agreed that the Forte would be a good fit for me. After the typical pricing chat, we came up with a deal I was very happy with. Greg has followed up since the sale to ensure I am happy. GO GREG !!!!The process of the turn over to finance could have been better. Seems they were short that day. After a wait time, I ended up going to their sister store next door to do the finance.

Greg was awesome my wife and I came in late on a Friday night. We saw the vehicle we wanted online and when we arrived he had it waiting for us for a test drive we purchased the vehicle that night and we were there till about 11:00 and he stayed the whole time making it a pleasurable experience. When I had a small situation come up a week later he was there to help. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle I will definitely see Greg.

I visited this dealership as it's convenient to my parents who live in Zephyrhills, Florida, to test drive a Kia Soul from Savannah, Georgia, as I had been researching information about them online. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle as mine had recently been t-boned and totaled by the insurance company. I had originally looked at used vehicles, but after finding out that the prices were kind of high with lots of miles in other brands, I turned to the Kia Soul, as it offered a more affordably priced vehicle that was brand new instead! When I arrived at the lot and started browsing the vehicles, we were approached by a very friendly sales rep named Niko. He was extremely polite and very friendly and although he may be a young sales rep, I'm more about how I'm treated as a person, and the customer service I am provided, and Niko is top notch in both respects! He was kind enough to take my parents and I on a test drive and fill us in about all the features the Soul has to offer. He's very knowledgeable and his demeanor was a treat to work with. He's just a great guy! Even though I was really only there to test drive a Kia, Niko's exceptional and friendly customer service made us want to hear more about the bottom line, and how much it was going to cost out the door to possibly take one home! The price was a little over my budget, and I needed to return back home to the Savannah, Georgia region and work out the settlement details with my insurance company. Although I ended up purchasing my Kia in Savannah, I would highly recommend Niko if you are looking to purchase a vehicle in the Lakeland or Central Florida region. He's very personable and friendly as well as knowledgeable, and better yet, he does not push and pressure you! Thanks again Niko for all your time, assistance and wonderful customer service skills! It was certainly a pleasure to meet you!

I contacted the Internet Sales prior to coming over and by the time I arrived they already found the vehicle that most suited what I was looking for. I went to Regal KIA for an oil change,and was promptly met by a service employee.After speaking with the man,I was told that they would get right on the oil change,so I walked into the waiting area,and relaxed.After a while I got up and started walking around and noticed my car was still parked near where I drove in,but other vehicles that came after me,where on the racks,being serviced. I asked a lady who works there,was there a problem.After I brought the issue to the nice lady...everything started happening very fast.Soon my car was returned to me,with the oil change,and cleaned very good.I was,not charged for the oil change, but it must be noted...one can purchase a KIA,from any dealership, but why? I am like most people, dreading to buy that car. What kind do you get, will you be treated right, not taken advantage of your money. I can say right here & now, Regal Kia on Bartow road was awesome from the moment I walked into the door. I met with the Manager, Larry Riddle who came out, spoke assured me that whatever I needed that they could help me with, they would. From that moment, Paul Gernoski showed me as many cars as I wanted to see, with my long list of must haves & cars that I wanted to look at. Paul, had me drive & look over all my wants, & must haves. I found the car. It was perfect. One that was not even on my list, but when I sat in it, that was the one. I came back 2 days later on Saturday, tried it out, they worked with me, gave me an awesome deal, & I am the proud owner of a new Kia Soul. I was also introduced to Jason Smouse, who assured me that I would be taken care of when I brought my car back in for service. I could not be happier.

Went by for a test drive and I met Greg Schmidt and Tony and they made me feel like I family. did the test drive and talked to them about the Soul, the price, and discounts etc,etc. The next day I called and talked to Greg and told him I was coming by. My husband and I have been purchasing vehicles for many years and we have never been in a more friendly and courteous dealership. Our salesperson Jose went above the call of duty. We came into the dealership with a problem caused by another dealership and between Jose, John and Cris they had this matter taken care of for us. The service department, of whom we didn't meet had to be just as great as they removed a hitch, replaced a hitch and a mobility lift not once but twice. We would and have already recommended this dealership highly. Even the folks not directly involved with us were very friendly. Jose is one outstanding individual in our book. In all my 65 years buying cars, I've never, never met such a pleasant and friendly group of people as I've found at the Lakeland Regal Kia dealership, both in sales and service. And I must add, I've never been happier with an automobile as I am with my Kia Soul. The only downside was the fact that it didn't come with a spare tire and I had to purchase one.

If I could give a negative review I would. They fill you with false promises of deals they can't keep, smile and laugh with you about how wonderful life will be with this new car that you find out later isn't really yours, then let weeks pass by before calling you to threaten with police coming to your door to pick your car up. It may be legal (read it in the contract latter)but it is so unethical the way they do business! You're left finding words to explain to your kids why this place is so unfair and on foot having to find ways around because THEY couldn't find a way to get you the financing THEY promised! I will never go there again, and I suggest you keep your distance. They are LIARS!

Everyone in the service department is knowledgeable and courteous. If I do encounter an issue with my vehicle they are quick to find the problem and repair it. The waiting room for the service department is also newly upgraded; providing a lovely area to relax if there is a wait.

My purchase of a KIA Forte started as a referral from COSTCO. Initially, the model I wanted to purchase seemed to be going well. However, my wife wanted a white version. The white model was more expensive due to additional options - which was OK. The purchase went downhill because of dealer added costs of $2,899.00: A lifetime power train warranty which started after the car was 10 years old (and required inspections as the car aged), service loaners, pin stripe, lifetime nitrogen tire fill, 24 hour roadside assistance and free car wash with service. I regret not walking out. I wanted none of these add-ons. Granted the minimal pin striping was already on. So what would the striping (which were most likely be decals) be worth? I live an hour and a half away and I am in New England 5 months a year so the other add-ons were useless. Much arguing later, the dealer add-on costs were reduced by approx. $1,450.00 (a $500 bump-up in my trade in value and about $900.00 reduction for the dealer add-ons). Again, I should have walked out, but my wife wanted the white model.February 6, 2016: It is with appreciation, that I make clear that Royal Kia has contacted me and has made a considerable effort to make me satisfied.

Fadhil came out and asked me if I had been helped and from there it was an exciting experience. Fadhil worked hard to get me into the new Kia that worked with my budget. I have known of Regal Kia for years, since my boss and the owner go way back. Lakeland just seemed to far away to go to buy a pre-owned car, however when my vehicle 'broke' two days ago it set in motion an awesome purchase experience. From our salesman Duke, who went way above and beyond making the car buying after dark work for us, to Kyle in finance, who was very knowledgeable and competently helped us thru the paper signing process, well it's only been two days but still liking the car!

We are very happy with the service we received when we got our new Cadanza ,Dealing with Cody was a great experience he was so helpful and pleasant to deal with.Thank you Cody.The only thing that upsets me is the car wash, it takes entirely to long and when it was finished they took it to the wrong place, and told no one it was ready this happened twice to us with the car we traded in, We waited almost 3 hours the first time and 2 hours just 2 weeks agoWe were in the Chevy lounge and it was over by Kia.

Unfortunately for me, I am disappointed, because I was not made fully aware. It was not clearly disclosed to me that I would continue to have to make payments on the car I traded in - a 2013 Kia Soul - as part of the contract. I am paying an outrageous amount of money nearly $35,000 over a 75 months period of time on the contract for my 2015 KIa Soul. Nearly $12,000 carried over from 2013 Kia Soul.It doesn't seem right that I am still paying on a car that is not sitting in my driveway. Now, I owe for two cars instead of for one. Someone else will be driving that 2013 KIa Soul and will be paying for it too! Seems unfair to me. And I wonder if this is a customary practice?I feel as though I was gipped as a first time new car buyer with a trade in. I am partly responsible for the misunderstanding, but I am also fully aware that I was not cautioned, advised, or invited to the full disclosure before signing. I would not have bought, if I had known this.

This is the 3rd Kia Sedona that my wife and I have purchased with this being the second one from Greg (he would have had the 3rd one to if he would have been there that day) and I cannot say enough nice words about him. We had only stopped in to find out why our keys were not working correctly for our Kia Soul. We were immediately greeter by every person we interacted with. They are a very friendly service and if we had any questions they found the right answer for us. Our salesman Paul Henchey was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure he worked hard to get our payment price. He introduced us to the service department personnel and made sure the car was detailed and full of gas before we left. It was the first time we looked for a car and wanted to go home and think about it and the salesperson did not get push threaten, and be out right rude. They did call us to see if we had any question, but never pressed us. When we went back three days later they were still friendly and still NOT pushy.We bought the Cadenza from Sam.However the detailing of the car wasn't very good. We waited close to 45 minutes to get the car.

My previous vehicle ( not a KIA) was a lemon to a degree. 28,000 miles and 2 years old it was literally falling apart. I was so stressed and sick about it and being stuck in those payments was really weighing me down. My salesman Cory and his manager Chris were awesome at KIA. I can't thank you enough. They not only helped me get out of the loan but put me in a new Optima which I LOVE.. It was more than what I was wanting to spend but that is due to not having bought or looked at cars, minus the 2 year old one, in over 18 years.They did show me two vehicles in my targeted price range but I wanted something more. Cory mentioned the Optima and I wanted to drive it so we did. That is what I bought. But either way they made the process easy. They were never pushy. They gave me time to deal with it all and were just incredibly nice. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you very much.

I had an appointment with Sam Rager at Regal Buick in Lakeland, FL, through Costco Car Buying Service. Sam was very professional and sincere, which made my husband and I very comfortable. He showed me a 2016 Kia Sorento EX with Navigation System, which is what I wanted, but they didn't have the color I wanted, which was white. At first I was disappointed, but after Sam showed me all the bells and whistles and we went for a test drive, I fell in love with the vehicle and the color, Platinum Graphite. When it came time to talk financing, I felt Sam was working for me. After a few trips back and forth to negotiate, Sam returned with a fair deal. I would recommend this dealership and especially Sam. He is an excellent salesman.

I researched on Regal Kia;s internet site and had my heart on a new 2015 Kia Soul. I moved from New York City to Plant City a year ago and never have had a vehicle in my life. I am 58 tears old, but in New York you don't need a car. The person who was going to take me to the dealership, backed out because they called him up to do overtime. I called Regal Kiia and they sent Herminio Avellonet to pick me and my partner up at our my apartment within a half hour and drove us to the dealership. Herminio made us feel comfortable and friendly..he rates # one in my book. Then not to be left behind was salesman Greg Schmidt. He guided us through the whole process from the test drive to all the paperwork with my banks financing and getting car insurance. I would recommend Real Kia and Mr. Schmidt to anyone who seeks no nonsense, professional employees. We drove our new car off the lot and love our new car!!! Then on top of this Greg follows up with several calls to make sure you are happy with your purchase. That's what I call going the extra mile!!!

Amazing...I hate to right internet reviews but this dealership left me no choice. I emailed everyone including the owner and got one phone call from the salesman and that was it. Below is the email I sent to 7 people in management and sales at Regal Automotive and got no response. It is amazing how fast the respond if you want to purchase a car but how the do not respond at all if you have a problem. Letter below! Sonny, I am in receipt of your letter dated 1 June thanking me for buying a Kia and asking if I had A Different Experience Below lays out my experience with Regal Automotive Group. 1. Took over 6 hours to drive away in the car even though I had financing before I arrived. Huge backlog at the financing office cause severe delays. Made me sit in the lounge for over 3 hours waiting to close the deal. I know it a Kia and not a BMW but that seems a little extreme. 2. Upon closing the deal they could not find the car. They left me standing outside for 40 minutes. The manager made a page but had little concern. When I went back into the office and asked where is the car the manager told me it was in detail. The car had been sent to detail over 3 hours beforehand. He was just telling me something to make me go away. The care was found at the Chevrolet dealership. An apology may have been nice. 3. Then once the car arrived there was no gas it in it. The assigned a guy that barely spoke English and told me to follow him to the gas station. No Kidding!!!!! He was confused and asked me the customer what he was supposed to do. I went back in to the manager again and he paged for any salesman. No one showed up so he took off in the vehicle to fill the tank. 4. Told the salesman I drive over 800 mile a week and picked the Kia for it ratings and gas mileage. What vehicle today does not have cruise standard? The FORTE! I did not notice the vehicle did not have cruise until I started my commute yesterday. OMG what a shock. It is my fault but a good sale reprehensive would have explained what I was giving up in the cheaper model of the Forte. 5. Finally I contacted my salesman and several other email addresses to get the cost of installing cruise control in the vehicle. Finally, my salesman calls me and gives me the price. I asked if he could see if there was any way possible to lower this cost and he was going to have General Manager get back with me. I have heard nothing. Overall the experience was not good. I think the car is fine but would recommend using another dealership to purchase your Kia. I drove from Tampa to Lakeland to buy this vehicle and this was a mistake. If you could please respond on the cost to have cruise installed as soon as you can. If not I will just go to another dealer to have it installed. Well, yes, it has been different. Thanks,

What an example of what an quality dealership and staff! Helped my wife and I work through leasing a vehicle (we are both newbies at Leasing). The KIA staff and the financial staff went out of their way to ease us through the process. Great discussion about the Lease vs Buy options.Left with a leased vehicle - very satisfied!!.Have also had additional KIA vehicles serviced at this dealership.Service and Follow up is also excellent.

Regal showed why you can trust them. They had the best prices out there and their sales people were honest and straight forward. From beginning to end this was a great experience and I was anticipating the worst! Ed Box was truly professional and friendly with his mild manner. His sincere personality really came through and I was comfortable from the beginning. Everyone was super friendly and polite. I did not feel pressured in the least. I showed up late, actually after closing officially, I met Ed Box and Howard who showed me multiple vehicles as I was looking for a Kia Soul and you guys must have 100 or better on the lot. We talked, joked, played around in the parking area, took a test drive, discussed the vehicle and the deals and then went to the credit manager in the show room area. While I was waiting for the guys to review credit and give me deal options, they broke out a red velvet cake that a customer had dropped off for them. We had cake and coffee, laughed, joked, discussed backgrounds, children, work history and I felt like I was at a family reunion. Ed box was special. Made me feel at home from the start. This is my third vehicle from Regal dealers, but the first from the Kia location on 98. These guys are tops, beat the rest twenty to one. Mr. Campeze (spelling?) - you should really be proud of this crew. I would drop in again just to say hi to them. Have already recommended this dealer location to friends at work. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Ed, Howard and the rest of the crew. Special.

My husband is 6 4 and has a hard time fitting in cars with leg room.The Kia has a lot of different options. We upgraded from a 2013 Kia Soul to a 2015 Kia Soul Plus....and we are loving this one better! Our sales person was Cody Hicks...what a nice young man....very pleasant, a good listener and a wonderful sales person too! He and Michael, his boss gave us a TERRIFIC deal....a deal that we could not turn down! We then talked to Jon Guy....he too is a very nice young man....very pleasant and he was the one who got us the best financing deal out there.....we were very impressed with his tenacity too! We are so impressed with everyone we came in contact with. We will be bringing our little Soul in for service all the time...just like we did with the other Soul we had. The Service Department is wonderful...the people are very nice and pleasant to work with. All in all....Regal Kia is a great place to buy a car. Last year a friend of ours liked our Soul....he went in and bought one for himself...and I will continue to tell people to buy their next Kia with Regal Kia!

I have been to four other dealership and called three other ones. Before regal, when I emailed they were prompt on emailing and calling me. I let them know I live far away and have cash offer. Eric was friendly went above taken care of me. He didn't pressure me, he gave me space, shown me respect, and answer my questions When the deal was made we went to Charlie, he was nice, explain everything to me and made sure I had a good deal with the bank.

Usually buying a car can be a stressful event! I experienced quite the opposite when I visited Regal Kia a few days ago! Upon arriving I was given a greeting and warm welcome from my salesman Greg Schmidt! Greg listened to what I was interested in, what mattered to me, & assured me he would do the best to make me happy! He was not pushy or intimidating! I never felt pressured at all! After a great experience I left with a brand new 2015 Kia Forte! Huge kudos to Greg, as well as Jennifer Dumeng who explained my owners manual to me! The dealership goes out of it's way to make sure all your needs are met. From the Sales to Service, the staff is always professional and friendly. We are very happy with Regal KIA! Greg Schmidt has been our more than just a salesman - he is a friend who has our best interests at heart. It was extremely easy to find the car that would fit our needs at Regal Kia. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, eager to make our visit there as pleasant and productive as possible. Cooperation among sales persons was impressive; they obviously see themselves as a team.The only disappointment was the amount of time it took to complete the sale. We were there about six hours, mostly waiting on paperwork. There should be some way to speed this up and not keep customers waiting.

My wife hates car shopping because of all the bull crap you have to go through this was not the case with Regal your sale person Justin made it one of the best exsperiances we have ever had. We sat down talk to him told him what we needed and wanted in a vehicle and he suggested a Kia Soul I laughed and said no way first I didn't think we could get a brand new car and didn't think I would like the soul. I was wrong I love it!! It was the perfect vehicle it had everything my wife wanted and is very comfortable and i am a big guy. I recently purchased two new Kia Souls from Regal and I must say that my experience was wonderful. I initially began inquiring about purchasing two vehicles via text messaging, and was impressed with the fast and knowledgeable responses that I received. While inquiring about the vehicles, I asked for the walk-out the door price, including all taxes and all additional fees. Regal provided me with the bottom line price, via text messaging and then called and spoke with me over the phone. After slight negotiation, I drove to the dealership to make the purchases. While there, the people at Regal were great. Not once did they try to manipulate the price or add in extra fees. They were courteous and friendly. They took the time to answer all questions and to meet the needs of our demands, without seeming the slightest bit annoyed or agitated (this was not the case at the other dealerships that I had visited). They offered a very good price for our trades and kept their promise about the agreed upon price. Additionally, they beat the offers that the other dealerships had made. At the end of the day, we walked away with two new Kia Souls in the colors of our choice. I was beyond satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Regal to others. Staff and service was great! I will plan to return for my next vehicle purchase. Also, I would like to make a quick shout-out to Justin as he was extremely helpful and patient!

Edward Box and Dayna Emerson went above and beyond to get me into a NEW car! Dayna was personable and made sure that we were taken care of, she went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. The delivery relations specialist Jennifer Dumeng made sure to keep us calm and kept us occupied while Mr. Box was trying to finish up the negotiation in the business office, it was MUCH needed. Fast service, reliable service and friendly service. I was made comfortable in the lounge with water, coffee, cold drinks and snacks plus popcorn. They only had one table with chairs before but they have added a additional table and chairs which is great because the lounge chairs are too low.

Our salesman, Steve Burgher, was courteous and attentive to our needs. He stepped us through all the (new to us) features in our Kia Sportage. He walked us through the Service Department and introduced us to several of the staff. Everyone there, from the receptionist on up, greeted us with a smile and an offer to assist. We were able to sit comfortably with a cup of coffee that Steve provided us with as we "talked figures" for our new car. I will be returning to Regal Kia the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle. Meanwhile, I coujldn't be happier with my new Kia Sportage with all its' bells and whistles (heated seats, back up camera, etc.).

Tom Young was a great salesman, he took his time explaining most of the features of the 2015 Sedona, and was patient and took us around the lot to view the available inventory. Once we settled on a vehicle, he was attentive, and mindful of our time constraints (2 kids in daycare needing to be picked up). Cris was also very helpful and nice, and corrected a mistake in the trade in value when we pointed it out to him.The only rough spot was when we had to go back a few days later to sign some revised paperwork. We showed up for an appointment with Ken in the Chevy building. I had told him we would be there by 5pm, and when we arrived, we were told by a man on the raised platform in the dealership that he would be "5 minutes", and he would tell Ken we were there. Over an hour later (with 2 restless toddlers), Ken came out of his office, and when I told him we had been waiting over an hour, he apologized and said he had not been told we were there. We finally got everything done, very quickly after entering Ken's office, and the only remaining disappointment was that we couldn't add the free maintenance agreement with our financing. Not Regal's fault, I assume...Overall, a good experience, and we will be back when it's time to buy another car.

I was thoroughly pleased with the sales experience; Justin was more than helpful in all aspects. Now that I am in the process of changing my insurance coverage over to the new vehicle. I am slightly disappointed in the finance officers clarification of the insurance requirements of a leased vehicle. I went in to this lease knowing what I could afford; I can chalk this experience up to my failure to understand the details of a lease option. I just think that the insurance requirements to enter in to a lease option should have been explained in more detail; had it been explained in more detail I would probably have stepped back and researched my insurance options before closing the deal. I do however hold myself accountable for not completely understanding the requirements. I would caution anyone thinking of a lease option to understand all fees; including taxes, maintenance and insurance coverage. I would however recommend Lakeland Regal Kia for any of their car buying needs; just understand the language.

Regal KIA has the best, friendliest and most courteous people working on any given day and time...the service and care is always consistent!Greg Schmidt is a really knowledgeable and tremendously helpful when it comes to the KIA brand and sorting out what it is I wanted in a new KIA without breaking the bank. My Husband and I bought my first KIA (2013) and returned for an oil change and service recently,(great service dept. Patient and willing to spend the time to answer questions!) only to end up leaving with a new KIA (2015). Greg and Charlie Norwood worked to help get us into the new KIA without breaking our pocketbook, understanding numbers, paperwork and made sure all questions and concerns were answered (No Pressure). Keith was very accommodating to me and my friend when we arrived. He asked what I was interested in and then offered to bring the vehicle to us. I have never had someone offer this to me at a dealership. Keith listened to all of my concerns and tried to address all of them. I went into Kia Regal to "look around" after receiving a flyer in the mail. Greg Schmidt introduced himself with a friendly smile and warm handshake. He was very attentive when I described what I was looking for because he left and drove back with exactly what I had in mind. Greg never gave me the impression that he was in a hurry or that I was pressured to buy the vehicle right then. After test driving the car I was sold. Greg made the most painful of the car buying process (the price negotiations ) as painless as possible. Greg was with me through all the steps necessary to get me into my new Kia Sorrento and on my way home. I started with a Sportage and upgraded to the Sorento. Then, my son needed a car, and I persuaded him that Kia was the way to go. My reasons are simple: Greg Schmidt has always been professional at each of our three purchases and offered me options that make financial sense for me. I purchased my KIA Rio in December and I have to say, the main reason was my salesman, Sam Rager. He gave me his cell number and is always available when I have questions. Last week a light came on that indicated low tire pressure. I called Sam and he told me to bring it in to the Service Dept. I did and was helped right away by Jeff. He checked the tires and they were low. They corrected the problem and within a short time I was through. While there I chatted with Sam and Jeff brought me my keys to Sam's office. He shook my hand and explained everything. Another salesman came into the office and introduced himself. Before I located Sam when I arrived yet another salesman asked if he could help and answered a couple of my questions. My experience has been wonderful to date and I am sure will continue to be in the future!

From the time we walked onto the lot we were treated with respect and courtesy. We spoke to Greg on the phone earlier in the day and he asked we stop by. He wasn't available right away, but we were acknowledged by other employees, and they saw that we were attended to until Greg was able to talk to us. My wife & I had been looking to replace my aging Honda, and the KIA Soul was recommended by one of our family members as a great alternative to another Honda. We tried a dealership in our area, but their stock levels were iffy to non-existent on the Soul and their sales tactics were very heavy. After doing some research, we contacted the Regal KIA dealership in Lakeland to see if they had any Souls in stock. From the start, the dealership was able to tell us over the phone how many were in stock,and referred us to a sales rep (Greg Schmidt.) Despite it being late in the evening when we arrived, Greg and staff devoted the time for us to test drive, ask questions, discuss pricing and financing and stayed late so we could leave with a new 2014 Soul. I wouldn't normally describe the purchase process as enjoyable, but it was here. They made it easy and straightforward, and best of all there were no games. They worked with us past closing time to get the financing taken care of with John Guy. We left with a new car and KIA gained a couple of devoted fans. Since the time of the sale, Greg and every member of the dealership has remained helpful and engaged with us as customers.Their Service Department is quick, efficient, and very helpful as well. I can't say enough good about Greg & this dealership, they are simply awesome. We are recommending this dealership to all our friends & family, and we will be back to see Greg the next time we need a car!

Every time I need maintenance on my 2012 Sportage, I always go to my dealer Regal Kia. Even for an oil change, they're not more expensive than any other service place, but they will wash and vacuum my vehicle for the same price.If there's a recall on something, they will take care of it as well at the same time, since they have my full vehicle history on file.I did the best possible deal and experience when I bought my Sportage two years ago from Gregg Schmidt, and I've never had such good experience with any other dealer's service dept for all the vehicles I've owned so far, and that's many since I'm 56 years old.

They took the time to explain the different features in the two models we were interested in. They never rushed us or made us feel like we were asking too many questions. Back in 2010 I decided it was time to replace my 2000 Mazda 626. I went to many Dealerships. I started here and the Sales rep that greeted was very nice and did not pressure me he showed me the Forte and the Optima. I then left and went to other dealerships. I went to the L A M and the sales rep there took my car keys to look over my trade in. when he returned he returned without my keys. It took me threatening to get his manager to get my keys back. The following day I went to back to Regal Kia. I had gone there with buying the Forte in mind as I felt it was more in the price range I was looking for. I left the dealership with an Optima. Not because of any sales pressure or under handed sales tactics. The sales person came back with the numbers for the Forte like I requested and they matched pretty closely the numbers I had pulled off the web and Numbers for the Optima. Due to rebates and competitive upgrade rebated and that the 2011 Optima was about to drop I was able to buy the Optima for less then the Forte. So we shook on it and started the buying paperwork. When it came to signing the final documents we needed my and my wifes signature. My wife had just got home from the hospital after some surgery and was pretty much stuck in bed. The sales rep handed me the keys to my new car and followed me to my house to get the signatures from my wife. They made the whole process painless and easy. I swore I would buy another car from them the next time I needed one. The following year I replaced my wifes car and we went back to the same dealership and the buying experience was just as good.

Best time of my life. I had fun while being attended to professionally. Heather made it fast and fun to see a sales rep. Heather was courteous and responsive to all questions over the phone/internet. Pete was very friendly and did not pressure us into purchasing a vehicle on the day of the visit. Even when a flaw was found on the vehicle being considered, Pete's manager inspected the car and was going to fix the flaw at no additional cost. Ultimately, we did not purchase a car that day, but the staff wrote down my criteria and will continue looking on my behalf.

To start, I encountered heather by phone .she talked me into coming to visit the dealership because I was thirty five ,forty min. away. when I arrived ,I saw her out side and she and I had a long talk, she showed me a 2014 Sorento SLX which I did purche. She then introduced me to a sales person. Since that day of inception, I have seen her three times and while talking with her and waiting for my vehicle to be serviced she stopped what she was doing and took time to listen to some of my concerns. She left to talk with management , when she returned she said every thing would be taken care of. It seems when ever I visit the dealership, she is there. She is very pleasant to talk to. She would stop what she was doing and listen to any of my concerns, She is an asset to your company and you should have others like her because she would stop what she was doing and, listen to your concerns. I say that she goes beyond to make you feel comfortable and part of the Kia family.Others in your parts and service department are also very helpful and explain every thing that is being done and how doing the work correct it. I was in search of a specific Kia Sorento. I had dealt with three different dealerships who told untruths, made broken promises and tried to sell me what they had on the lot...not what I wanted. I went online and filled out Kia's internet search for the vehicle and Meagan, the Internet Manager contacted me. I told her what I had been through for 5 days with the other guys and she said, "let me see what I can do". At 5:05pm that afternoon she called and said my car would be on their lot the next day. I made her PROMISE she was telling me the truth, as we live an hour from the dealership and had been down this road before with the other guys. She said I will call you when the driver leaves to go get the car and I will email you a picture when the car arrives on our lot! She did just that!! Talk about going the extra mile to make me comfortable. When we arrived Friday afternoon, Meagan and Buddy, the car salesman, met my husband and I. Our horrible car buying experience turned into a most pleasurable experience after meeting these two. The paperwork went smooth, the price was what we agreed on, our car was clean and full of gas and every option on the car was explained to us in detail by Buddy. I was looking for a new car and my Grandson mentioned that he loved the KIA Optima so I checked them out and fell in love with everything about them. I contacted another dealer first and they responded four days late.. by then I had contacted Regal Kia of Lakeland via internet. Heather answered me right away and then Greg Schmidt. Heather made me feel so comfortable and Greg contacted me for an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment the next day, Greg greeted me and made me feel very comfortable about choosing the car that I wanted and not one that I was pushed into buying. He gave me plenty of time to look everything over and when I found the exact one I wanted (which had some upgrades)... we worked out a price with no pressure!! I have never felt so comfortable buying a car! He went over all the features and was excited as I was!! I am so Happy with my New 2013 Kia Optima!! The experience (thanks to my salesman Greg Schmidt) was the best experience buying a car that I ever had!! If anyone out there is looking for a new or used car... go and see him. Very personable, professional and efficient staff. Family owned dealership that provides concierge customer service. Pleasant, hassle-free buying experience, the easiest car purchase I have ever made. My last car purchase was done online and via phone since I dislike the whole car buying process. I am a Costco member and submitted an inquiry online. I was contacted by Stevie Arant from the internet dept within 12 hours and she was happy to answer any questions and set up an appt. I made an appt for later on in the week and was contacted by salesperson, Rita Rank the next day to see if I had further questions and to see which color vehicle I was interested in so she could have it ready to view when I arrived.The test drive was much longer than previous ones I had taken, and Rita answered any and all questions we came up with. She explained the special features of the vehicle and thanked us for coming out of our way(we live 70 miles away) to test drive the 2013 RDX with her. After some number crunching, my husband put a final value down which was accepted. Al, the sales mgr noticed that the business office was backing up due to other people purchasing vehicles as well so he pitched in and ran our paperwork to expedite the sale and get us on our way. One of the internet specialists(whom I never had any contact with) came over to thank us for taking the time to come into their dealership and wished us a happy holiday. Everyone we passed in the buildings, out on the lot, in the customer service trailer, greeted us with a smile and hello.Our new vehicle was shagged, gassed up and parked next to our other vehicle. Rita gave us a quick tutorial of all the features and told us where to find more information, as well as offering assistance at any time via phone. She thanked us for coming in and for our purchase. Al also made us feel well taken care of and thanked us for our purchase as well. He encouraged us to call with any questions that might arise in the future. I chose this dealership today as it was recommended by Costco auto program. I will purchase cars from them, and recommend others to do so as well, in the future as they are welcoming and truly appreciate your business. I thank them for their concierge customer service and for making us feel at home. Happy Holidays

My experience with Regal Kia and my salesperson, Scott Smith, was very positive. I had already visited another Kia dealer in another state so I knew something about the Kia Soul but Scott showed me all the features and how they worked. The salesman at the other dealership was not thorough and did not even mention many of the features. Scott was very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process and has been in touch several times since to make sure all was going well, even though I'm presently living in another state. (I live part of the year in Lakeland and part of the year in another state.) I will certainly recommend Regal Kia and, in particular, Scott Smith, in the future.

My experience at this dealership was great from start to finish! Gerry was great help from the moment we got to the dealership. He was honest and friendly and only showed us what we wanted to see, instead of trying to get us to do a deal that we weren't interested in. We didn't find anything that met our wants on the first visit, so I came back a second time about a week later. I asked specifically for Gerry since he had been so great the first time we met him. He remembered who I was and what I was looking for. He happened to have an Optima that had just come in that was exactly what we wanted. I told him the amount I could pay, and he worked hard to make sure I got it. I highly recommend this salesman and this dealership, and I will by another car from him again.

I have nothing but praise for the KIA dealership in Lakeland, FL. Special thanks to a wonderful salesman; Gregg who walked me and my wife through the third purchase of a KIA. We met Gregg when we relocated here about 6 years ago. We were somewhat reluctant to deal with a dealership but put these fears aside when Gregg helped us in every phase of car ownership. We have much admiration and confidence in the products that KIA produces. However, Gregg's professional attitude and demeanor is what convinced us to buy a Sedona, a Rio followed with a purchase of the Sportage. I was very impressed with my whole experience with Greg. From the start of the sale to the closing Greg did a great job of laying out my option and never made me feel presured to make a quick choice. He also handled a lot of needed phone calls with my insurance company and made sure I was getting a good deal there also.Greg did such a good job that recommended him to two other people that both bought Kia's from him.

Fantastic Experience !! I highly recommend this dealership !!I contacted Regal Lakeland because I was interested in a Kia vehicle. I contacted Stevie Arant via e-mail - she at once got back in touch with me. I had limited time and Stevie was excellent, v efficient, friendly and straight forward. She arranged for me to meet with Greg on Friday - he was great, very friendly and helpful. As a trade was involved i needed to bring my car in - I took my car in for appraisal on Monday. Greg was not in - but immediately I was welcomed by Jennifer Dennis. She was very friendly and very welcoming. She took great interest in my purchases, understood my budget and tried to fulfill all my preferences with regards to the features of the vehicle. She was straight forward, and honest. She spend time answering my many questions, and explained the process to me. She was fantastic. Stevie was the very first person to call after our on-line inquiry. She answered all of our questions. She has a warm and friendly personality without coming across as a big phony--that set us on the right path to begin with and make us want to go to Regal for our business. When we arrived at Regal, Greg Schmidt attended to our every need and question with a good and truthful attitude and answer. He was never pretentious, condescending, or trying to be slick. we had a great experience with Regal overall and would not hesitate to go back to them or to recommend Regal to anyone we know who is looking for a car. We were greeted right away by John, he asked us what we wanted and jumped right into the Kia Soul. He was very friendly and helpful with explaining everything that has to go along with buying a new car for the first time. No hidden fees, market upgrades or unreasonable dealer fees, unlike all the other Kia dealers gave us. We spoke to the store leader which made it in our price range with the loan and monthly fees and we were off to meet Al in finance. He was great! He also explained everything to the T and was helpful explaining everything we were signing. Legal Kia is by far the best in the area! Thank you!

I had a very bad experience there twice. The first time I let it go, because thing happen. But then they had an ad in the paper that they will pay $2K more for my trade -in then Kelly Blue book. Then they offered me $14K for my 2008 Lexus ES350 with 40M. That is not a salvage car and was in good shape. Then they were lying to me saying that my car is not eligible to be assessed by the Blue Book!!! However, the car they tried to sell me was in a worse shape then mine. Terrible experience over all!

I was lied to from the moment I arrived at the dealership until I left with my truck. I told them how much I could spend, and after setting the deal I came back the next day with the amount agreed upon, in cash, and they thru a paper on the desk that was $400 more. Having to write a check, I paid $200 more than was agreed upon. They said they would deliver the truck to me the next morning, and after calling them several times I found someone to take me to pick it up late in the afternoon. When I got there I discovered that they didn't even wash the truck, and later when I got home found that there wasn't a spare, and then came the final lie, that they would get me one. I've told everyone in my family and everyone I know..

I came to trade in my car to this dealer because they send me an e-mail that they would give me 25% over than regular trade in value for my car. They lied!!!! They did not even check a regular value and gave low low price - lower than everybody else for about 5 K!!! do not trust them. They lie and are rude to customers. It was 11/23/11 around 5 - 6 p.m.

I went with the mindframe of finding something I could afford that I liked. When I got to the dealership I was greated with a smile and a handshake. Chico worked to find me what I wanted, a Kia Soul, for a price I could afford. He said "I don't want you to look outside at your awesome car and look in your empty fridge." It really made me feel like he cared if I could afford it and would be happy, not just about his sale.

CAME IN TO REGAL KIA TO LOOK AT THE NEW SPORTAGE AND JUST SHOP WE MEET CHICO AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS,HE HAD SUCH A GREAT PERSONALITY WE FELT AT EASE WITHIN THE FIRST 5 TO 10 MIN, WELL WE DID NOT BUY THAT DAY BUT CAME BACK LATER THAT WEEK AND TOOK OUR NEW SPORTAGE HOME.THANKS TO CHICO AND THE REGAL STAFF

My experience at this dealership was tremendous. I was greeted immediately, dealt with in good faith, received the rigth price on the vehicle I was interested and generally felt like I had known the salesman for years. Superb sales, management, and finance staff.

Our salesman was Robert Shiver. He continued to search for the kind of used car my wife was looking for (for several weeks). When he found a good match, my wife and I were pleased the car was just like it was advertised. Robert and the folks were friendly, took their time and walked us through the process. We are very happy with the car my wife drove home today and will recommend Regal and Robert to our friends. Good job!

I went in looking for a used Kia Sorento( about 2008) and walked away with the new 2011 Kia Sorento,which I just love the car. Chico and the other gentlemen were great. I didn't have to sit in a back room somewere while the salesman ran back and forth. They all worked with me to make a deal on my trade-in and the price of the new car that was both acceptible to the dealer and myself. I didn't have to spend all day and night sitting there waiting. They actually listened to what I had to say and they treated me with respect and dignity and I didn't walk away feeling like I had just been taken to the cleaners. I had previously taken my 2005 to this dealer for service and been treated so well so that's when I decided to go back when I decided to trade cars. I'm really glad I did. I have referred friends there and anybody that's makes a remark about how nice my new car is I tell them to go there, they are great to deal with. My daughter is looking for a car and I've told her to come over when she can and I've told Chico we'd be in to see him one of these days soon.Naureen Bodkin

We went to alot of dealerships we were looking for a new car for my wife,Regal kia sales staff from the salesman (chico) to the sales manager were very friendly and helpful.From the time we got there to the time we left.They showed us a lot of cars and answered alot of questions we had.They even stayed late so we could keep looking.We returned the next day and purchaced a 2010 kia soul.Everybody at dealership from the salesman to salesmanager,fiancemanager,to even the youngman who detailed the car for delivery treated us with respect and made it a enjoyable experence. I have sent several people there to buy there cars and will continue to do so.My wife and i have bought many new cars from other dealers and have not come away from them.The way we did from Regal KIA Feeling like we got a great deal.we will always keep coming back for our future car deals.I can't wait to see what kind of deal i can get on a new chevrolet truck since i found out they are the chevy dealer in town.

Went to Regal just looking at the Kia Soul. Came home with a 2011 Kia Soul. My salesman was Chico, who is so informative and personality plus. The whole experiece was just a delight. I would highly recommend Regal Kia and Chico to everyone.
