Jeff Gilbreath (service advisor) was excellent! Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better service representative. He even helped me receive my GMC reward credits to apply toward the service bill. I had real difficulty operating the GMC app to gain my reward credits. GMC needs to look at a redesign of it's app.

Initially when we arrived, no one helped us and we actually wanted help. One person did acknowledge us and said he would let someone know we needed assistance as he was with a client. The other person that was with a client and right by us said nothing. It wasn't a big deal because usually we are attacked when we go on a lot...this was polar opposite. The man who acknowledged us came back out, noticed that we still hadn't been helped and said he could help us know since he was done with his client. We really appreciated that he initially just said something to us and didn't just ignore us. His name was Seamus, not sure of the spelling.

Elvis was our Service contact for our last visit and he was the best! There was a tear in the leather of our ATS where there was a crease in the leather. The ATS is only 2.5 years old and we were not happy about the leather deteriorating. Thanks to Elvis, the tear was going to be a one-time, non-warranty fix that the dealer was going to pay for. As it wasn't a warranty item, they weren't going to give us a loaner car so we made arrangements to rent a car at our expense. Elvis didn't want us to have to do that so he went above and beyond getting me a loaner car. The loaner car was a 2016 SRX which is the next car we were considering purchasing. I got to test out the SRX for 2-days and I am sold! Told my husband that my next car purchase will be an SRX in July. Without Elvis' help, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to test out the SRX. And honestly, after the leather repair and needing new tires at 26K miles, I wasn't going to be looking at Cadillac for my next car. Without Elvis, Cadillac would have lost a customer!

We did not know anything about leasing a car. In the past we have always purchased a vehicle and we had purchased a vehicle from Reliable Cadillac in the past. One of the things that is most impressive about this dealership is that the sales persons know the vehicle . They are able to show us all the little things on that vehicle that make it better than another they know how things work and they know what they have available. The most important thing to me is having a sales person who knows about the vehicle and also understands what we need in a vehicle. The dealership was highly responsive and within minutes of me sending an email looking for additional information about a lease, I got a personal phone call from a sales person who was willing to answer my questions and set up an appointment to look at a vehicle. When we arrived the vehicles were ready and available. I thought the sales person worked with us regarding payments and did provide us with every incentive that he had available to him. He gave us incentive we did not even know about and it saved is a lot of money. We are very pleased with our new Buick and we certainly will use Reliable Cadillac again in the future.

I believe the service was satisfactory. The problem appears to have been solved. I am not convinced that my issues have been completely rectified, but hope that within the next week or two to be able to decide if I still have a problem. The car is still hesitant when I start it in the morning. Leading me to believe that I still have an issue with the performance of my car. I understood that the mechanic and the Service Writer "could hear the problem". If that is true, does this mean that the hesitation that I hear at the "ignition of the engine" that the problem is still present?

We had been looking for several months for the perfect SUV for our family. It was daunting, since there are so many good choices out there. But when we arrived at Reliable in the Roseville Auto Mall, we were welcomed like family, and Doug helped us decide on the Yukon Denali. I purchased my Enclave in Roseville, but I work in San Jose. I recently needed to come up from San Jose on the weekend and wouldn't have had the opportunity to have the much-needed service done at any other time. When I contacted Ken for an appointment on Saturday, he explained that he was booked up, but that I could drop my car off in the morning anyway, and he would see what he could do. While waiting to drop off my car, I watched/listened as Ken dealt with the folks who were ahead of me. None had appointments. He was completely professional and assured everyone that their cars would get taken care of. His approach was friendly and professional, and never varied between customers. I was really impressed with the level of service and the courtesy of all of the employees I met that morning! Five stars in my book!

Not a great experience on the sales side (bought my Cadillac SRX somewhere else), but the service department rocks! My service rep (Art Veloria) is extremely attentive to my needs and consistently goes above and beyond. Any time he says he will call, he follows through. That is important to me because I detest poor customer service. Elvis provides a loaner car when needed and is equally great at his job! Always have a pleasant experience every time I need service.

The sales staff was great. No back and fourth over price. The test drive was good. In 1986 I owned a Cadillac which I had for almost 10 years. Great ride, great service. this car is ok, does not ride like my other Cadillac. But I will get use to it.

I was shopping for a smaller, higher mpg, pickup. Specifically, had selected a 2015 Canyon. My bride didn't like the room in back nor the way the seats folded. So we decided to look at a Sierra. I've owned my Cadillac ATS about 2 1/2 years, during that time I've been to five dealers and service managers when my car needed service or maintenance. Only two have stood out, and Art Veloria at Reliable Cadillac is one of them. When I call to make an appointment he is friendly and responsive, he researches my concerns and let's me know how long things might take. When I arrive he handles my write up quickly and has the loaner team prepared for a fast turnaround. As the repairs proceed he lets me know how they're going and if they'll need to keep my car overnight. When the car is ready he promptly calls to let me know, and when I arrive the checkout is efficient and without surprises. Art is a great service manager whom I don't hesitate to call when I have questions or need service. Great job!

We went from service customers to new vehicle owner in a little over a day, all in a positive way. My wife and I were in Reliable simply for maintenance on her 2007 Yukon. We decided to test drive a new Yukon. I had spoken with Marty and Ryan in Internet Sales at the beginning of the year, so we picked back up with them for a test drive. Ryan explained the vehicle very thoroughly for us and talked about some of the promotions GM was running. We left with a decision to make and the next morning decided it was a go, so back in we went. Marty accommodated all our questions and test drive needs to make sure we got the vehicle and options we wanted. The process moved along quickly and I feel they negotiated a fair deal with us for the new car and our trade-in. Freddie in finance was great to work with as well. The final nice touch was a picture Marty sent to our home of my wife and me next to our new vehicle.PS I can never say enough good things about Jeff in the service department. He has always treated us fairly and made me feel like he is putting our needs first.Thank you Reliable.

The people were very nice & we love our new car. The only thing that bothers me is that we had to have it serviced at 2800 miles because the engine light went on. The service department stated that it was fixed and I got off work early to meet my wife there, but as we were sitting in the driveway of the dealership, we never moved the car just loaded our stuff including our 6 week old baby, the engine light came on again. It only took another day for them to fix the car but my wife was going to visit her dad in the Bay area that weekend and had to postpone it because we did not have our car. We were given a loaner, but it was not the same and so the visit had to be moved to this upcoming weekend. The vehicle was fixed the 2nd time around, but it was a severe inconvenience that it was fixed right the first time.

Brian was my salesman and Daryl was his boss (I think) and it was probably one of the easiest transactions I have had with Reliable Buick. My only complaint and it has nothing to do with the employees is you have to simplify the process (this is why I couldn't give you 5 stars). Nobody has time anymore to go sit in an office and wait for everyone to figure it out. Emails are needed and everything needs to be done so we can come in sign, grab the car and go. I am in Real Estate and when I started we carried big files around all of the time. Now we don't have files. It is all done electronically. You guys need to jump on board! I think more people will be satisfied with that process. Fortunately, I couldn't stick around so Brian and I did most of the negotiating by text message. Paul in Finance is awesome! Spend some money and get rid of his dinosaur equipment! poor guy.

Reliable Cadillac has always done a great job in addressing my concerns and servicing my Cadillac. I have been taking my Cadillac's to them for service over that last 15 years. The only area that needs a little help is the Detailing Dept. If you are going to wash a customers car, do a good job. If its going to be a "Spray & Wipe" then just don't do it at all. There is nothing worse than climbing in your car and looking through a water-spotted windshield. (Especially since the day before you washed it yourself) Over All I am very Happy with their service.

I called and made an appointment to have a simple seat bolt replaced and an oil change. Three and a half hours later my car was ready. What good is an appointment if it takes such a long time to do the work? When I picked up my car I told them that I wasn't a happy camper. I have never had this kind of a problem in the past. We traded in our old DTS for our Cadillac SRX at Reliable Buick GMC Cadillac about a year and a half ago. Even though it's a bit of a trip (about 40 minutes to get there from home), it's worth it to take our vehicle to them for service. The service agents always remember me, and I always feel welcome. They have a comfortable lounge where you can watch TV, as well as desks with electrical outlets for while you wait. (They have a separate room with toys for customers with children.) The last time I was there, I sat in the lounge and was able to finish a couple of sessions of a video course which I'm taking on my laptop! Alternatively, we have used their loaner vehicles when the car needed time-consuming work. I came in for a oil change and recall notice. I ended up getting a loaner because a light came on in my car on my way in. When I picked up my car the next day, I turned in the loaner, they sent me to the cashier, gave me my key and sent me away. I never spoke to anyone regarding what had been done. I had to remove the paper and number from my car, and I didn't get a wash.. I only know what they did from the receipt. I felt a little pushed out...

I bought a new Cadillac there in 2010. That experience was ok, not special. As with my previous Cadillac, I had decided it was easier and more convenient to have all maintenance and repairs done through the dealer. This worked ok for routine things like oil, filters, tire rotation, etc. Without going into great detail, I have found their service department to be sub-par, at best. And a recent incident there, where my repair took 4 full weeks to complete, and a loaner car experience that was, again, without going into detail, nothing short of infuriating, have left me absolutely disgusted with this dealer. I had commented to the service rep that I would soon be buying another car when I dropped my current car off for repairs. After his dealership was done with the "fix", I am through with this dealership FOREVER.

Art was very helpful with the problem I experienced with my Buick. I thought it was some how the fault of the dealership because I had just had a transmission service only 10,000 miles ago but when I looked at the date is was more than a year ago. So when I got the news that I needed a new transmission I was freaked. Art was very supportive and understanding during this whole process. I had called other car service stations and found that the dealers price was actually much better with the warranty which made it an easy decision. I always prefer to have the dealer work on my car but sometimes the prices warrants something different. I was so glad that I was able to have the work done at your dealership and the loaner car was a big help.

We found a car that met our needs and our budget (yes, we LOVE our 2014 Buick Verano). We made an appointment to come back and purchase the car at a later time. I love the car I own a 2014 E350 Mercedes Benz I drive the Buick more because I bought it for my granddaughter and my 6 ft 4inch father to ride in comfort gas is cheaper and I drive a lot better. The ride is just as nice. And my granddaughter can eat in the Buick. The Buick does it all I love it the drive is nice, The care i nice and everyone does not have it is the best secret around. I got white with ebony seats. I traded in my Honda civic that was so much smaller and hard to put granddaughter in and out of the car seat. The car was a two door the ride a little rough compared to Buick.

i am very disappointed in the Buick as i felt it would be vehicle with more leg room and body space. a lot of the advertising was quite misleading. drove it one day parked it and it still sits in the garage. i didn't even bring it to my home. i am confused and don't quite know where to turn but safe to say my next vehicle which may be soon won't be a Buick. i am forced to move to a non-American vehicle which i don't like either but am forced to move on.

I had a lease expiring on another vehicle and wanted to explore other car options. We visited Reliable to check out the 2014 Cadillac CTS and explained to the sales person that we weren't in a hurry to buy-- we simply wanted to see what else was available. The dealer had several incentives available and without pushing, asked if we were interested in getting a quote. In less than an hour, we were able to close on the vehicle at a very competitive price, and we are thrilled with our choice. We noticed that the car had a slight scuff, and the service department took it in without question, and offered to shuttle me to a nearby mall for lunch while they were detailing the vehicle. I found the car I wanted on Cars.com.Reliable Buick, GMC was helpful and efficient. Negotiations were professional and they were very willing to accommodate my needs. In addition,the salesperson located a second key set ($350 cost to replace). I very pleased with my experience and would recommend this dealer.

Fred is the Internet mgr and a class act 10! He earned my business and got me to buy from him by being very informative and persistent but not over bearing and annoying like what many expect a salesman to be. We negotiated the price fairly and I was very pleased with his willingness to listen to my offers even though the first one was considerably lower than what they were willing to sale the car for, btw I brought an 07 BMW 530i and love the car. FYI Fred is the Internet mgr and very personable.
