I usually go to Reliable for my services which I normally schedule online. They do a great job at servicing my Suburban. But don’t ask for anything else when scheduling online. I had asked for my “check engine” light to be checked out while I was there. The service guy asked if I had it scheduled it and I said I thought that that is what this was. NOPE! Only an oil change. He was unable to get my “check engine” light looked at. Nothing more he could do. I was sent into the waiting area and my car was taken to the quick lube. This dealership does only what you schedule, nothing more. ***Update*** Had a excellent experience on my most recent visit. Chance was my Service Advisor and did an superb job! I think it really depends which Service Advisor you get. I will recommend Chance by name!

Just bought a vehicle from Jason Moon at Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield, and couldn't be happier with the it, and his service. He was helpful, knowledgeable (despite it being his first week), and very patient with us as we came in over the course of a few days to look at the vehicle and make a decision. He made the buying process as painless as possible. I wish I could say the same of his managers though. They could both take lessons from Jason on tact, communication, and Rapport-building. Thanks again Jason!

We worked with an awesome salesman that made us feel important and listened to all of our needs and wants as well as answered our questions. He was very friendly and stayed with us for the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly. He was extremely nice and personable, and gave us a fair price for our trade-in. He gave us an amazing price on our new car without being pushy or hard to negotiate with. It was a great experience and we will definitely come back to Reliable Chevrolet to buy from Eric again.

My check engine light had come on while I was traveling from Atlanta to Springfield to visit friends. I called Reliable Chevy and spoke with Sean. He told me bring the car in he'd get it looked at and he would have it back to me in time to leave on Sunday heading home. He had it back to me the same afternoon. Sean was personable professional and just a very nice guy. It meant a lot to me to be able to leave Sunday and know my car was safe to drive. I cannot express my appreciation enough to Sean and Reliable Chevy.
