Eddie from the service dept. was fantastic, I live in Ft. worth Texas which is 57 miles from Reliable Chevrolet, We bought a car from Moritz Chevrolet in Ft Worth and that was really bad. We will have to take our service to Dallas instead of Ft. Worth.

The Service department needs to learn how to communicate effectively with it's patrons. My car took to long to be fixed and no communicated my part was in, that I could bring my car in to complete repair. Once my car was in the shop, no called to give an update on my car after it had been in the shop for over 24 hours. Then when the repair was completed, there was a charge of almost $700. I am under warranty. So clearly a lot of small steps were missed. Do better!

I was greeted my Ernesto. He was so friendly, kind and helped to get the sensors adjusted on my car and my tire repaired. My guys in the Same Dept were also very friendly and made the arrangements for Matt (I think, the Courtesy Shuttle Driver, to drop me off and pick me up quickly. Awesome!
