I went to three dealerships around my home. Two of them either never got back to me or ignored me looking at vehicles in their lot. I drove 100 miles to Standish, pulled into their lot and was greeted by Tim immediately. I test drove the car I was interested in within 10 minutes; they gave me a great trade in on my current vehicle. I purchased my new vehicle all within 1 hour. The next day my new car was delivered to my house. I would highly recommend Richardson dealeship to anyone looking for a great deal and helpful salesmen.

We drove over 3 hours to come to Richardson Chevrolet to look at a car, and it was worth every minute! We had been communicating with salesman Heath Schmidt by phone and email, and he did not disappoint! He was incredible! There was nothing that surprised us about the vehicle, the price, or our trade-in vehicle. As much as possible was worked out prior to coming, so that there would be little to work out if we did want to buy the car. When we arrived, other staff helped out while Heath was busy with another customer. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and polite! When the decision was made to buy the car, Heath and his manager, Aaron, nicely worked with us on the final price, explaining everything as we went along. They made us feel completely comfortable purchasing the vehicle. I would highly recommend Richardson Chevrolet!! Thank you!

I have been buying new and used cars at Richardson's in Standish for the past several years, and here is why...First of all the staff at Richardson's is very friendly and greet everyone that enters the building. They made me feel comfortable right away by saying "hello", offering me a place to sit down, and offering me a beverage if I desired. The staff that included salesmen, secretaries, mechanics, and the owner spoke with me, however at the same time were not pushy in any way.The facility itself is beautiful. It is bright, clean and inviting. It made me feel that they were sincere and valued their business and their customers.The salesman that helped me made my experience easy and pleasant. He listened to my automobile needs, then proceeded to help me find exactly the vehicle that would fit my needs. He discussed with me my family needs, the distance I would travel, how the vehicle would drive on snowy or icy roads, gas mileage, and the cost of the vehicle, and quickly answered any other questions I asked. Sometimes buying a new car can be stressful, but not at Richardson's in Standish.When I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase the fiance person also made me feel comfortable. He explained everything and answered all my questions.When my car was ready for me to leave the dealership with; my salesman went with me in my new car to explain all the features and how they worked. He also invited me to stop in the dealership if their was anything I didn't understand anytime. He was so sincere and helpful, I couldn't thank him enough!We live in a small community so when I saw my salesman out of the dealership he was eager to find out how I liked my new vehicle and did I have any questions. It is that kind of treatment you get when you purchase a vehicle at Richardson's in Standish, I will definitely continue to buy all my cars there in there in the future.

Our salesman, Tim Banning is a great salesperson and we have been treated like family. He is honest and caring and wants us to be satisfied all around. I am writing to share my good experience at Richardson Buick and Chevrolet dealership in Standish, Mi. I went to this dealership in response to a gift card offer for test driving a new Chevy and was not planning on releasing a new vehicle since my contract has some time to go. I was offered such a good deal by sales rep, Mike Volk, a deal I could not refuse. Today I am happy and pleased to be driving a new 2016 Silverado an upgrade from my turn in at much lower price. Based on my results I highly recommend this dealership to any one looking for a new Chevy.

We were ready to switch out out 2013 Equinox and had seen the TV ad for Richardson's. When we walked in we were warmly greeted by Bill Garza. In a short time he assessed our needs and came up with a great lease deal on a 2016 for the same price we were paying for the 2013. Our experience started due to our end of lease and an offer from GM for a lease pull-ahead. We were looking for a new "full-size" SUV and the Suburban caught our eye. After taking a test ride and getting numbers from another dealer, we decided to shop. Our on-line shopping led to an offer and quick response the next day from Richardson Chevrolet in Standish. Taking a trip up to look at the vehicle we saw online, we met Bill Garza, one of the sales associates at the dealership. He gave us the keys to the brand new Summit White Suburban LT, with 8 miles on the odometer. We added another 4 miles on the test ride and we were sold on the vehicle. Jumping back to reality and heading home, we discussed the need to sell our old SUV Ford Expedition. We sat on this for almost 5 days. The limit on the offer was ending at the months end and we needed to make a decision. Then we got a call from Bill, who stated, "we know you had to sell your Expedition first" and he made an offer I could not walk away from. The next day, we headed up and signed the deal. Richardson went over and above to make the deal work and my wife and I will not forget it. My sister, who may be in the market soon, is heading up to Richardson, when she is ready. As for the Suburban, Bill took the time, step by step, showing us all of the controls, more than we had expected...and handed over the keys. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Richardson and well worth the 50 mile trip north.

After a month of searching I finally found the truck I wanted, 430 miles away at Richardson's. My request for info was met with a near immediate response verifying that indeed it was still available. That was the beginning of the most pleasant, professional and expedient vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. If your like me and dread the thoughts of battling with a dealership for hours to get a deal you can work with, you need to expense the Richardson difference. Within a few hours of my first contact with them I had decided to make the drive and see if the truck was everything they said it was. To my surprise not only was the truck much more than they stated, the dealership and every employee there went above and beyond expectations to make my purchase as smooth and pleasant as possible. Ninety minutes after my arrival I was on my way back to Pennsylvania with the truck of my dreams. But the service hasn't stopped there. I was in need of some paperwork in order to complete my registration and once again Richardson delivered with an overnight FedEx package waiting at my door the next day. I seriously doubt I could ever buy another vehicle from any other dealer. If you're tired of the typical dealership hassles and games, give them a call, you won't be disappointed. I saved thousands over other dealers prices and received more for my trade than any other dealer offered. This is how car buying should be, and is at Richardson's.

We found our truck online and were nervous about driving 2 hours from home to check it out. But our fears were unfounded as everyone we worked with at Richardson was friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout the buying process. From Sara who took our initial phone call, to Tim the Sales Rep., to Steve who handled the financing, to the Service Dept. who installed a new bed liner quickly and correctly--each of them exceeded our expectations. They made buying a vehicle simple and enjoyable. We totally appreciated that this was not a high-pressure sales experience! These folks are just downright friendly and helpful. Plus the truck we bought was priced very well. We also received 2 coupons for free oil changes in the future. We will most definitely be back when we need our next vehicle.

We recently perched our 4th car from Richardson's Chevy Buick. The sales staff was great! Steve Kuberski did everything he could to make sure we got into the right truck for us! Financing was clear and simple and week explained. We won't buy anywhere else. Even the service department has been great! They make sure everything is done right and your vehicles are in great running condition. No one is pushy, but they make sure you're well informed in all decisions related to buying, trading, and even repairs and service. Definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new or used vehicle!

I'm a 68 year old retired man (Vietnam War veteran )that wasn't really ready to go in debt , but life doesn't always go the way we wished it would. It got to the point recently where I felt I had to go out on the limb. My salesman was Bill Garza who found out a little about me and my needs. Not being able to afford a new pick up , I was hoping for a good deal on a used one. Not only did he find what I wanted, the color is one I had my eye on in the past. From that point we worked on a price that made it a little easier to bite the bullet with a smile. The big guy ( owner of dealership) runs a tight ship with pleasant well unstanding people. I felt understood and respected. This was the best most comfortable, not pressured, buying a vehicle experience I ever had . My hat goes off to them all , and I will surely and enthusiastically, recommend them to everyone I hear or know that needs a vehicle whether it be a new or used. Thanks again everyone at Richardson. I have leased 2 trucks and a car from them through the years. I knew Larry when he was gen. Manager at gettels in sepewaing. I go after the best price on my leases don't care about buying local if I can save a buck. Larry dropped the vehicles off at my office so I never had to drive there. This is the second car I have leased from this dealership. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The salesman I had was very helpful in finding me something that was affordable to me. I went to them looking to replace a Chevy truck that was wrecked. I walked in and was greeted right away, They showed me a nice ford ( didn't even consider one at the time) and I was impressed with the truck. The sales lady (Sam) was real good at explaining the functions of the truck, and was extremely pleasant. They let me take the truck home and have my wife look it over. The next day i brought it back and they worked real hard and I feel I got a great deal. They even took the paperwork to my wife's work because she could not get to the dealership, and had her sign the papers. No fuss what so ever. Plus they gave me a full tank of gas. I haven't found any dealer still willing to do that anymore. My father in law came with me and was real surprised on how nice everyone was, and said that they are really going out of there way to work with you, and he is hard to impress. So yes I will be back when I need to purchase another vehicle, whether its a ford or a Chevy!!

Overall an excellent buying experience. Sales staff and service was great and not pushy. They met our every need and we are picky buyers that like to buy mostly immaculate vehicles at reasonable prices. See Steve Kuberski for a great buying experience. It was worth the 109 mile trip for the savings and quality of vehicle we purchased. After purchase Steve addressed a few issues with the vehicle and they drove to us when completed. That was outstanding since we did not want to have to drive back that distance to pick it up.
