Best dealership I went to, if you’re looking to buy a Volkswagen hit my man Moe Ahmad up. Just bought a car from him. He’s a straight forward man and made the process quick as possible and explained everything to me clearly. I will recommend this place to anyone. Hands down 5/5 place. The most horrendous experience of buying a car in my life. Maria, the finance advisor, and Javier, the seller, were extremely rude and inconsiderate about problems they had caused. After a month and half of purchasing my car, I had to back to redo the whole process of buying the car. No one ever notified us of these problems. We were the ones who figured it out when attempting to make our first payment. No one at the dealership ever apologized for this inconvenience or accepted their mistake, only stating it was a “common error” (not true). Overall, terrible service and left me furious with their treatment towards customers. DO NOT recommend coming here.

I wish I can give this business a 0. 1 week ago I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced. The day before my appointment I get a call from someone that was extremely rude telling me her manager told me to cancel this appointment. The lack of professionalism, and last minute changes without care shows a lack of leadership and focus on customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

ok, so 4000 charachters is not enough space for me to rage about my terrible experience... they took what is supposed to be an exciting quick purchase and made me walk out without a car, in doubt of what i wanted and seriously questioning Mr. Rick Cases' business approach.1. way to many salesmen. counted more than 10 just sitting around staring at the door, waiting for their next victims2. very aggressive. now, i mean VERY. getting calls at night and early in the morning from various people (who obviously hadnt communicated) asking me if i wanted to go forward with a purchase. that alone made me quesion whether i would go back! 3. Different people involved with our sale. dont get me wrong, the initial salesman was very attentive, correct, and informative. a real host -he offered us a drink and sat us down to explain the ins and outs of lease vs loans. but as the time went on, and the hours passed, loads of other people were involved. from the sales manager to the floor manager- it all felt very forced, very fake and extremely ungeniune. 4. Took too long. its such a shame- i walked in wanting to purchase a VW Tiguan ON THE SPOT, having owned and driven VW for over 10 years...and on the way out, more than 4 hours later (!) decided to go for a jeep cherokee instead. Rick Case, a piece of advice, TIME is money for your customers. and the longer things took, the more I questioned the dealership. thats when i started looking online at reviews. wow- so many bad reviews! A FEW TIPs: -when a customer emails, answer back!!! -listen to what your customers want-manage labor based on demand (or they should atleast look busy) -stop hiring people who arent genuinely interested in your customers or their needs. very disappointed. very.

When you buy a car for Rick Case they promise the world. Take it for service, they don't really car. One of their service personnel, response was we are too busy, we can't provide guaranty the level of service you get when you get here. I should've mentioned that I was trying to make a service appointment.

Purchased 2014 Jetta from another dealer, few months later my AC started giving me problems blowing warm and sometimes it will stop working. Made an appointment with Rick Case Service, upon arriving I was greeted by a young lady who was expecting my arrival and guided me to the assigned service writer who helped me in opening a ticket and setting up a loaner. The next day I received a call letting me know that the vehicle is ready to be picked up. I learned that it was a software upgrade issue rather than mechanical, if your speed exceeded 70 miles per hour the AC would stop working. Vehicle was repaired and I was very happy with the exceptional service provided by Rick Case Service Center.

Bought my car from a different dealer just over a year ago. My AC started to get warm and sometimes it shuts down. I called for an appointment and they scheduled me for the very next day, upon arriving and as soon as I pulled in I was greeted by a host who was expecting my arrival. Then she escorted me to my service guy who checked in my car and offered my a loaner. Next day I received a call informing me that there was a software update and that my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I am happy with the service I have received and will definitely consider Rick case for my next purchase.

Ever since they opened, they managed to win my business. I have leased a Jetta for my self and a Passat as a family car. The experience was great. I love the positive vibes that the place brings and the big screen TV's is decently a plus. Last month I have added a new VW to our collection, 2016 GLI, I must say the experience was even better than the first 2 times, the only thing i wish they can improve is the process time......it takes too long....for as busy as they always are, i guess it is expected.

Ok, I'm in the process of buying the new Golf, so I went to Rick Case VW. The first thing they told me was that the car was hard to get. I totally understand this but I wanted to order the Car, the salesman agree to call me the following week. 2 weeks passed and never called me. I went on a Sunday and I talk with the same salesman, he was sorry because never called me so I told him again I wanted to order car. He answer was sorry is a busy day you came the wrong day.. Really?? Ok, so he hand me a form to fill it out and ask me for 3000 dollars, of course I didn't want to give them money so I told him to order the car and I would come to give him the money no problem, Also the sales man told me that the car will come with price adjustment and will be more than MSRP... Mmm... weeks has passed and I haven't heard from him again! How is possible I have to beg them to buy a car??? Is unacceptable!! How hard is to take customers seriously. They are not giving me anything free I am paying for it!

Recently went to pick up a vw that was in for a repair ($900+). I guess I was an easy target for their "special" sales people that try to get people with large repair bills to instead walk out with a new car. They did talk me into a new vehicle, and I signed all the paperwork and left the dealership Saturday, unfortunately without discussing with my wife. To make a long story short, I had to return the vehicle. I texted the Finance Manager(JA), who I signed with, and the Customer Relations Manager(RC) Sunday in the morning, and was told to come in after 11am, when they open. I sat in the showroom waiting for the same Finance Manager(JA) that helped me the day before, he saw me,we discussed my situation, and after two hours, was told to come back Monday because Sunday was a very busy day for them, plus they would be getting in a large number of trades, that would be more appropriate for my circumstances. Showed back up at the agreed time Monday (noon) and spent a similar 2 hours in the showroom watching people run around, and the Finance Manager(JA), telling me to hang on. Eventually he sat with me and informed me that the Used Car Manager had a huge pile of trade ins and it was going to take him all day to sort out, and he asked if I could come back Tuesday. I agreed, but asked, since I was there, could I see what they currently had in "Used" stock. I was taken upstairs in their garage, and viewed the stock, actually finding 2 possible replacements. I informed the Finance Manager(JA) of my findings, and he said he would let the Used Car Manager know of my findings. I returned Tuesday night, saw the Finance Manager(JA) again, and he introduced me to the Used Car Manager, who personally took me upstairs to view the inventory. I test drove 2 vehicles, wasn't thrilled, and asked about a third, a Hyundai. We looked at it, but it had too many miles; he then said I could look next door at their sister dealership (Hyundai), and see what they had. It was now after 9pm and the Hyundai was closed. So I was told to come back on Wednesday to look at vehicles at the Hyundai dealership. So, I went back to Rick Case VW on Wednesday,yes my 4th day in a row after purchasing, and now I met back up with the Customer Service Manager(RC) from the initial purchase. He tried to act like he had no idea what was happening with my deal. He went to various people to "try" and find out what was going on. Eventually he returned, basically telling me that it was too late to do anything, the deal already closed. I remained rather calm, and asked how does this happen, after I have been trying to work this out, with no less than 3 managers, and atleast 4 sales people. He gave me the company excuse of "large company, lots of arms". I then again stated, "We've been dealing with this for the past 4 days, how come no one "marked" my file, noting that there may be an issue, let's hold this for a day or two". He then said once a file is signed it is put into a sealed case, and dropped into a locked room that no one can get to. The the controller's department comes in Monday and begins inputting deals, and once they are booked, checks are cut, and deals are done. Now, regardless of my reasoning to want to cancel, I can't believe the lack of communication in an organization of this size. Plus, the mere fact that the staff wasted my time for the past 4 days, just waiting till it was long enough for the deal to be closed and get the docs out of the building. My reccomendation is be very careful with this dealership. They will drag it out till it is in their favor.

I was quoted a price, drove down there (an hour+ to get there) just to find out they didn't have the car. They said there wasn't one in the state of FL. And the price they "quoted" me, it was only if I take their financing even though I told them I had already gone to my bank and had my own financing. There's was a whole point more than mine. Why would I take theirs? So they didn't have the car and they wouldn't give me the price they quoted. Also, beware, there is an additional expense for their package. They call them "options" but you have to take it, not optional.

Bought 2 cars from these guys already , a new 14 Vw cc a year ago and a used 14 Subaru wrx . Very happy with both purchases . Got to talk to the general manager who was nice and helped me fit the payment into my budget . Also got a 10 year warranty for free which is pretty awesome . Give this guys a chance , they have a trophy inside the showroom saying they were number one Vw dealership in the country 1st year in business ... Must be for a reason .

Came in to get my 2015 GTI and I could not have been happier. Everything from the professional and friendly staff to the car selection and facilities was great. When I came back for my free 30 day check up, I was impressed again by their service department. They have a very nice cafe with great coffee and they were nice enough to treat me for breakfast while I waited. It is nice to know that even though I did not purchase a more expensive German car, the treatment I receive is first class. They even gave me a car to drive for the day when I had my tinting done. Recommend this place 100%

I have purchased several volkswagons in various dealerships and this place is the worst!!! To begin, they make you sign papers even before they give you a starting number. When we denied it, I was asked to sign when my spouse was not around, I denied it. We waited four hours with our baby and in the end bought nothing. Low price they did, but what does that mean when you are called a liar and they try to cheat their way.. They defend each other and have poor customer service. If You are out to buy a new vw DO NOT COME HERE!!

One my first visit to Rick Case, I did not have the best experience. However, their Customer Service Manager persuaded me to come back in. I did, and they set me up with Tiffany Shelton. If I had worked with her the first time, I would have bought the car then. She was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She was knowledge about the cars and their features and she did not try to push anything on me. She listened to my needs and concerns and did what she could to help. I would buy another car from her. Additionally, even after the car was purchased she has continued to follow up to make sure that everything was going well. If you are going to buy a car you need to go see her.

Our experience with VW Rick Case dealership was super. We just bought our new Passat SEL. Our contact person was Tiffany Shelton, nice, genuine, passionate about her job and knowledgeable on every detail on the car. Tiffany made me and my family feel welcomed as friends. We went to check other dealerships but because of her nice personality and professional approach we came back. So if I have to give here a rating I would say she deserves no less than a full mark. Two other people from the team whom I rated very nice and professional, Sam Balkiss and Jeff Almodovar. Now, I am very particular when it comes to the service of the car, and I am yet to see how things go with that experience.

The dealership itself was beautiful clean, modern and full of light. My salesperson Russell Johnson was very friendly, to the point and offered me a great test drive. Unlike the other reviews below, I received my license plate and registration within two weeks from buying my new car. The service department is great as well full of friendly service advisors. Overall it was a great experience and have recommended this dealership to all my friends and family.

When I went to see a car my father found online, I was happy to find the car I liked, but at signing documents I was rushed to sign, they included insurance policies I did not want which I later cancel and up to this moment 2 months later have no response. My mileage was different than their sales statement in over 1500 miles. And to complete the experience I have been waiting for 105 days for my plate, which has not yet arrived in the mail as they said. How frustrating!! I can't update my insurance nor any parking permits for my college, and have been about to be fined more than 5 times for not having an updated temporary tag.

Worst service I could have ever imagined. The head carsalesmen lied about how much they were going to bring down the sticker price & then the finance manager just made up a number for my monthly lease payment that ended up being almost $200 difference from what I was actually charged. It has also been 3 months since I purchased the vehicle & they still havent sent me my permanent tag & license plate. I've had to be issued temp tags twice & they have screwed up the registration 3 separate times by claiming that my car has been 3 different colors. Horrible business practices with incompetent employees more worried about selling a high volume of cars than even decent customer service.

Don't believe their line of "best price guaranteed"' even if you've gone back and forth with emails and text. I drove an hour to go to this dealership because I was "assured" they could beat my best deal at the identical criterial only to be informed they needed $500 more down and $15 more a month. I was furious but cornered because the other dealer sold the one I had on hold within hours after I released it. Rick Case even sent me a bill for "extra licencefees" until I sent an email to the GM. He never even responded but had customer service call to say they we're "sorry". Big Freeaking deal! They could care less about the customer........ They are only interested in getting you in to swindle you. Lbw
