I found the exact car I wanted online at Right 1 Auto by Keffer through True Car. Did an inquiry and the following morning Chris called. Long story short I went there and Chris asked me what my concerns were about purchasing the car. Made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and was very detailed about everything he explained to me. I never felt like I was being misled or being taken advantage of. That’s how I knew I was in good hands. Made the deal with a little negotiation and I’m now the proud owner of a Lexus IS 250 and I’m very pleased with the car overall! I got my Kia Soul in June 2020. Doug Kitchens worked very diligently to get me in this car. The best car buying experience I have ever had and I'm 63! I wanted to sell my 2014 Pathfinder. I was offered a more than fair price, and was given a check on that day! My advisor Thomas made the process seamless. They purchased my vehicle even though I am not buying a vehicle from them. Right 1 also went above and beyond and allowed me to have a loaner vehicle while I wait on delivery of my new car! To me this speaks volumes to the level of customer service and care! It was a very pleasant experience, and Thomas is very professional! Mark and his entire team goes over and beyond. John did not make excuses saw a issue and handled it no excuses mentally. Harrison made sure the process was streamlined. Honorable mention to the “professional grandpa” and helped entertained our children while we waited for the car detail to finish. The name says it all “RIGHT 1” Auto. I personally would recommend my friends and family!!
