I have been to a couple different Mazda dealerships and this is by far the best. Everyone there is friendly, timely, and transparent about what needs immediate repair vs. what doesn’t. I have had Seth the past two times and he was great and tried to accommodate repairs with my work schedule. Would highly recommend!

Riley Mazda is a standout.The staff at Riley Mazda is GREAT. From the sales staff to the service department, everyone has been great. I have a long history with Riley, spanning almost 10 years and two different Mazda's. I purchased one at Riley and serviced one that was purchased elsewhere. Throughout the years the staff at Riley has always been courteous and professional. The purchasing experience was easy and stress free. There were no hi pressure tactics and I received the best price in relation to other Mazda dealers in the area. Do your research, go in knowing what you want, and get a good deal; simple.If you need service, Seth at Riley is a great guy. He's been the "face" of the dealer for me as once the purchase is complete you'll be dealing with him going forward. I went through a concierge broker to find the best price on a number of different car models - the best deal was on a Mazda 6 and Riley offered the best overall terms - I dealt specifically with Hunter Smith at Riley who was very accommodating and professional. He found the exact model I was looking for rather quickly, and upon arrival, the car was shined up nicely (along with a red bow on the hood - nice touch). Paperwork was perfectly in order according to the terms of the deal, and plenty of follow up to see if I needed help with anything. So far, very good experience.

I only buy a new car every 10 - 13 years, or so. When I decide to "go for it", the dealership and sales people are definitely part of the equation. From our first visit to Riley Mazda, just to look, to today when I drove my new baby off their lot, the experience was a positive one. We had a couple of "discussion points" during the process, but our salesman, Dennis White, was always professional, courteous and did his utmost to make this a wonderfully positive experience all around.We will recommend Dennis and this dealership in the future.

Sorry to say that my experience with Riley has consistently gone down hill. Their service department does not seem to have any parts in stock. This is the second time it has taken many days to fix a relatively simple issue. 3.5 days to fix a brake caliper and a switch for an adjustable seat. The last time we had work done it took two trips and the work was not completed properly resulting in an emergency visit to a Mazda dealership while on vacation in Rhode Island.

Working with Riley Mazda and Dennis White was not your typical car dealership experience. No games - Provided a more than fair value for our trade-in and then an excellent price for the car (CX-5). Dennis knows how to mix the proper amount of follow-up without overdoing it and putting pressure on. I came back numerous times to test drive and they were happy to have me do so. They didn't have the exact model with options we wanted -- so they found it and had it waiting for us a few days later. Dennis - thanks again. Oh and did I mention easy and very low fee financing from Mazda.

What a wonderful experience. I started off emailing Dennis, and then we spoke on the phone. He even said he'd come in on his day off if I was sure I wanted the car - talk about great service! I decided to come another day instead and when I offered to come down there in an Uber, he told me that wasn't happening and he'd pick me up. Amazing. The price was great, and the process was simple and straightforward. Dennis helped me to be in and out of there in a day, which was phenomenal. He was very professional and was happy to answer all my questions. I love my new Mazda. I was actually dreading going to the dealership after hearing what happened at other places, but it is pretty clear that they've never been to Riley Mazda. I can't recommend that place enough. If you're considering going there, stop considering and just go. Ask for Dennis White - you'll be glad you did.

Rich and Trevor made the numbers work, and I left with the car I selected. They matched my trade-in amount, they matched an on-line price from another location and they came in at the monthly payment amount I wanted. I was downsizing from an SUV to CX-3; after driving it for two months it's a nice car, but I wish I had stayed with a larger model. Next time.

I would give a negative rating if I could. Beware people! Never had a more disappointing sales experience! My car sales person Fatos was rude and full of attitude. Why would anyone even put such a person in the front office? And guess what.. he's their Master Sales Consultant! Riley is the only Mazda dealership in the vicinity, and I guess this has got into their head. They couldn't care about customers any less. They are never certain about their inventory, and never meet the promised deadline to deliver. They get customers only because of their pricing.As I mentioned, we don't have a lot of options around Stamford and so my friend went there and had a horrible car buying experience as well! They couldn't get a car for him in time because of which the deal went over to the next month after which on the delivery day they even refused to honor a discount they'd given him saying that the offer was not valid this month. All this on the delivery day and as if it was his fault if they couldn't locate a car in time. They told they'd give me a referral bonus of $50 (which is xxxxxx I know), but they didn't honor that too! Like seriously.. saving 50 bucks?? I would highly recommend you to go somewhere else, and stay away from these bunch of crooks if you want anything close to a satisfying car experience.

Went Into the dealership ready to work out with a brand new car purchases and walked out before I even got pricing. I had one of the most unenthusiastic hellos from the two salespeople at the door and wasn't even introduced. Then when I started to talk about the car it was as if I was taking up Fatos' time despite being the only person in the dealership showroom. I've heard from others that have purchased their cars from here that this is one of the worst dealerships and had this confirmed with my visit. They asked if I was trading anything in and asked to evaluate my trade. After looking at the car they gave me a ridiculously low number and I knew it wasn't worth my time to go anything further despite having been prepared to walk out with keys to a new car or the paperwork for a car in order.

He was friendly and knowledgeable and he was able to get me the vehicle that I wanted. He worked with me on a trade-in price for my car as well as a good price on my new CX-3. He was courteous and patient as he went through the financials for the purchase as well as the details of the car when I picked it up. Buying a car from Riley Mazda was beyond fantastic! We wont soon forget our great experience.We had originally planned to purchase a CX-5 from a Mazda dealership closer to home, but after a very frustrating exchange proved they were unwilling to work with us, we drove to Stamford. Unsure if this dealership would be as bad, we discussed the possibility of buying our other option, a Ford Escape, instead.Thankfully, our salesman, Dennis, knew exactly what he was doing. He got us a great deal and was respectful of our time and us; the entire process took no more than 20 minutes. We were glad to buy a CX-5 from him.Plus, our experience picking up the car and signing papers was equally smooth. Trevor was awesome during the financing portion. Basically, everyone was great at Riley Mazda. Fair, considerate, and happy to help!

As a woman in her forties, I have leased and/or bought several cars and have never had a great experience until Riley Mazda. My salesman Jonathan was incredibly knowledgeable about Mazdas, which was incredibly helpful since I had been loyal to another brand. He took me through the safety features of the car and took me on a test drive that wasn't just around the block. He did all of this with humor and professionalism. I never felt pressured or hassled like I had at many other dealerships. When I explained to Jonathan my concern about getting out of my present lease, he handled it with ease. Curtis, the manager, ran all of the numbers while I was out on the test drive and when I got back everything was settled with no hassle or haggling. When I returned the next day to pick up the car, the business manager Trevor was wonderful, making the financial part a breeze.Great salesman, great managers, great deal, great car!!!!

My little son wanted me to get a blue mazda when we were looking at cars online. He has special needs. After visiting numerous dealerships that wasted my time with their inexperience and lack of wanting to sell a car from their lot.
