Denny was at the door to greet us when we arrived on Saturday to get our new car. He was kind throughout our time with him. He made sure we were comfortable with all the special features of our new car before we drove it off the lot. He gave us a much better deal then any other dealer in the Midwest we talked to about getting a CX9. Denny did not pressure. He answered our questions with honesty and knowledge. We were VERY happy with our experience at Riley Subaru Mazda.

John Corfman was great in helping me with my purchase of my wrx. He collected all of my information ahead of time so when I came in to pick up my car it took about an hour and a half from walking in the door to driving off the lot. He spent time with going over EVERY feature of the car and even paired my phone to the car blue tooth and garage door opener. I would recommend working with John and the whole Riley Subaru team. Thanks John, my new Subaru is a blast!

John C. did a great job making sure this was the one I wanted. He showed me similar styles of other vehicles just to make sure this was the one for me. I love my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport! It has the 4wheel drive and a great warranty to give me piece of mind. They had the best financing available! Great experience and John K. made the paper work go so easy. Denny was GREAT!! Knew I wanted the new Subaru Crosstrek special edition. He found out information for me and keep me updated on the car pricing. Jim Riley, owner, worked with me so I got the right price that he and I could agree to. Thanks Jim! After that Denny finish the transaction .Denny keep me update on where my car was and when he thought it would arrive at the dealership. When my car arrived Denny got everything setup so all we had to do was the paperwork. Denny was very friendly and knowledgeable. John Krow had all the paperwork ready for my husband and me. Husband sign paperwork on his lunch break and I got the car I wanted.I would recommend Denny and the rest of the Riley Staff. Thanks you for all your help!!!

Went to Riley's on Thursday, 6/17, to test drive a Subaru Legacy. I was pretty set on the Subaru Legacy before I went to the dealer, but reaffirmed my decision by taking a test drive with Denny. He was very friendly and laid out all of the pricing options along with the features included in the Legacy. I received a quote and went on my way. I let Denny know the next day that I would like to lease a Legacy, but preferred a gray version, instead of the black that I test drove. They found the color I wanted on the lot and we set up an appointment for Monday. We were able to set up some of the financials before my appointment. Once I met with Denny at Riley's we were able to finalize the paperwork with John, the finance manager, and I was out the dealership with the new Legacy within the hour. Great experience overall!

I was looking for a new car after my truck was in a bad accident. I wasn't sure I wanted a Subaru, but once I went to Riley's and after talking with them they showed me it was the best car for me. They treated me with respect, dignity and left me feeling like I was really taken care of and not just another sale. We did some research on the internet, and got an immediate reply from John. We were happy to find Riley's, even though it was not the closest Subaru dealer to our home. No nonsense dealing, and they found the exact car we wanted in less than one day. We have driven Hondas previously, and are very excited about how the Subaru handles and rides. Ben made leasing our first Subaru a wonderful experience! We would highly recommend Riley and Ben Oberfoell. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process from test driving different models to ordering a car from Subaru. When the car did come in he called right away. We were very impressed how helpful he was! He introduced us to the staff and explained the service department. We were nervous about our first lease but he walked us through how simple it really was. Then, he took 20 minutes with the new car and showed us every button from the engine to the brake lights. We were extremely impressed. Thank you, Ben. We also want to give a shout out to Roger who helped us through the paperwork of leasing and made that very simple as well. We would highly recommend Riley and will be stopping back to lease another car with them in the next few months! Thanks again!

I had an unexpected baby situation. I needed to purchase a car with a back seat. Usually I take two years planning and researching models before even needing a car. Sadly I only got a couple of months to learn about Subaru wagons. I was having problems finding a used one that had done the engine work needed to not worry about things for awhile. I randomly stopped in to see if they had an older one for sale. Dan was so helpful, he had one that had all the services that I required down stairs being detailed. It was not even on the lot yet. With the services that they did and the easy no pressure atmosphere. I would recommend Riley's to anyone.

Between my husband and I we bought well over 50 vehicles in our lifetime including 6 Subarus. Dan's review of the vehicle at delivery was the most thorough and organized than any other purchase experience we've had!! I was really nervous about going to the car dealer, but when John came out to help I instantly knew I was in good hands! As a new car buyer, I didn't know the difference between buying and leasing. John took his time and helped me learn about the difference as well as explained everything I needed to know about the different makes/models. I recently purchased my 4th Subaru Outback from Riley Subaru. That in itself should tell you what I think of the dealership and customer service that I receive from them. Riley's is a first class dealership that has always treated me very well over the years. The customer service that you receive is outstanding, and you will never be treated like just another number. They take the time to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction and follow up to make sure that you are satisfied with everything from purchasing a vehicle to having any type of work done. This was my first time dealing with Ben Oberfoell as my salesman. I can't say enough about how well he treated me. He always took the time to answer any questions that I had, and never made me feel that I was bothering him when I would call with a question or concern. When my car came in he took the time to go over every feature of it and made sure that I understood everything about the car. Would highly recommend him. Ben has been a great addition to the Riley team, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Just an overall great experience. Dave was very kind and supportive. I am not good at making decisions so he really helped me weigh the pros and cons of all 3 cars I was interested in at Riley's. I am thrilled about my new vehicle. Ben has a lot of knowledge and patience; he is very easy to work with and I appreciate that Ben is working with us to resolve a problem with the factory-installed trailer hitch.

My significant other recently sold her Lexus RX 350; she has owned 3 of them in the past. She was in the market for another vehicle. She likes the higher driving position of an SUV and, of course, the winter traction of all-wheel drive. We did a great deal of research and we looked at a new RX, an Audi Q and several others. Based on the high ratings and reviews we narrowed our search. A friend has a 1015 3.6 Outback Limited...she drove it and was completely satisfied (for $18,000 less than a new RX). We found the car we were looking for online (had to be "green"). We found it at Riley and the car was marked as in transit to the dealership. We placed a down payment and waited to hear that it had arrived. The car arrived several days early and we went to collect it. As we approached the front door we were met by Steve H. who introduced us to the rest of the Subaru crew. After the paperwork, Ben O. introduced us to the service department, parts department and showed us several short clips detailing the Eye-Site operations and safety features. The whole process was well thought out and pleasant. We then headed down to the delivery bay. The car was ready for us...it was flawless really. I don't think I have ever had a better prepared delivery. Ben went through everything in complete detail. Spent over an hour making Shelley feel comfortable in the car. He wasn't bored with the process (which, we are sure that he has been through many times)Bottom Line...a fine dealership. Highly recommended.

Went to dealer ship to just "sit and drive" a Forester. Talking with Salesperson Dave Regan, he showed us a vehicle that fit our needs and budget and we traded that day! All went very well, and this is our second new vehicle from Riley's (both Subarus) and have not been disappointed with sales, service. All is very good. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at Riley's. This is my first car purchase. Whencompared to my experience at two other dealerships in Dubuque, there wasa night and day difference. One dealership asked me a bunch of questionsand discussed finances before I could even get into a vehicle. At thesecond dealership, I walked around their lot for 5-10 minutes looking atmultiple cars, salesman walked past me, and never once did anyone evenacknowledge I was there. At Riley's, the salesperson, David, was very helpful and knowledgeable.He wasn't pushy. Roger, who helped me with the paperwork, also did agreat job. All the staff was very nice and treated me with respect.Overall the experience was excellent. I would definitely recommendRiley's, and will go back in the future.

I walked in and was immediately approached by multiple salesmen. Denny Webber helped me throughout the processes. I told him I was interested in 2 vehicles and he not only showed them to me but he brought them to the front of the store so I didn't have to even leave his office. He allowed me to test drive both vehicles and told me about them as I was driving them. But it wasn't like he was a salesman. I felt like I was driving around with one of my long time friends. We then went back to the dealership and negotiated the price. After a short time, we agreed on a price and the vehicle was mine. I was very pleased with the dealership and the employees. The owner of the dealership even came over and asked how I was doing. That's impressive cause usually the owner hides in back and plays games while he/she gets rich. This dealership is definitely a top notch, five star dealership!

Ben worked with us over 2 months. We never felt pressured to buy. Ben answered all of our questions during each of our numerous visits. When we did buy, Ben showed us in detail all of the controls and levers. He even paired up our phone and garage door opener. Ben explained the many safety features built into the vehicle and even showed us where the roof rack rails were stored. The buying experience was a pleasure. Thanks Ben ! !On our last visit while Ben was working with another customer, Roger Rollinger saw that we were waiting and asked to see the car we were buying. I had an absolutely wonderful experience when I went to Riley's. Greg Johnson was my salesperson, and he was easily the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. He was able to tell me the ins and outs of every model we looked at, complete with the car's history. Everything from mileage, who owned it and how they drove it, how often it was serviced at the dealership, etc. In the end I drove home with a Legacy at a great price, and the car has been nothing but amazing. We traded 2 cars and bought one car in 2013. We have had no problems with the dealership. The salespersons were kind, courteous and answered all of our questions. David took the time to let us drive a variety of cars so we could decide what options we wanted. We did not feel pressured to buy our car. Spent the last two weeks trying to sell my car and purchase an Audi from here. I showed a lof of interest in the Audi and had talked to these mongrels everyday about it. I had already been pre-approved from my own bank for a loan to cover the cost of the car plus taxes and fees before even stepping foot on their lot. (told several employees: John and Dave). Since they care so much about their customers, they tried to tell me they could get me a better interest rate through a credit union (sarcasm). On a Thursday, I put money down to hold the car from being sold, money to hold the car for myself (didn't want anyone else to purchase it ya know...). Low and behold they couldn't get me approved for a loan and sold the Audi underneath me (even with a deposit). We agreed on a price of $7,400 so if you are the person that purchases the Audi, I hope you know that you are paying about $1,200 more than its worth and they probably sold it to you for more than what they offered me. I would not recommend these people to anyone, they are very pushy sales people, they are complete liars and very deceitful. DO NOT BUY A CAR from them go elsewhere. All they care about is money and their customers are a means to their end. What a bunch of bs!!!

I highly recommend you avoid this dealer for service. I wouldnt trust this service department to fill my fuel tank. I took my WRX here for warranty work several times and have had a huge list of problems. Here is what Im able to remember:-Sensor damaged while performing transmission warranty work, charged me for the sensor since this was not part of the powertrain warranty.-A nut was reused during transmission work. Subaru instructs to replace this nut every time. The nut came loose within 50 miles causing terrible noises in the transmission.-Grease left on floormat.-Oil spilled on turbocharger and not cleaned up. This caused extreme smoke once the turbo got hot. Neighbors came running thinking the car was on fire.-Transmission mount bolts seized. Rather than cleaning the threads so that the bolts could be tightened, they left the bolts loose. FOR THE TRANSMISSION MOUNT!-Bolts left out in several places around the transmission.-Harnesses not secured properly and allowed to rub on the driveshaft.-After changing the synchros the first time, the service manager blamed me for using synthetic gear oil in the transmission. Amazingly enough the synchros went out again with the oil they put in. Then they found out there were updated synchros available.
