Engine light came on and Riser was able accept the vehicle on Monday and was able to get the car back to me on Tuesday with repairs completed and additional work accomplished. Service writer Kathy kept me informed and handled the warranty repair paper completed with no work on my park. Very happy with experience.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Every person I dealt with was friendly and very knowledgeable. I purchased a lower end Ram 1500, you woulda thought I was buying top of line by the way everyone treated me. Thanks to all the Riser employees that helped. My salesman Clay Lot was the best.

They change my oil, rotated my tires and done a 16 point inspection on my vehicle at a reasonable price. They were friendly and courteous. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less.

I have to say John Hemund was a great salesman! After being made to feel like my business did not matter by another salesman John stepped in as I was leaving to go to another dealership to buy a new truck and won my business and my wife's business back! He worked really hard to make sure I was getting the truck I wanted for a price I was willing to pay and made sure I was happy with my purchase!!! I will definitely go back to John when I'm ready to buy another new or even used vehicle!!! I would give this dealership a 5 star rating if I had not had the bad experience with the head salesman!!!

Best place EVER to buy a car! They made it a pleasant experience, got me the best deal and even delivered my vehicle to me! All around great people and awesome to work wirh.
