I have stopped in to look at Dodge Ram trucks on a few occasions. Each time a sales person came out to ask me if I needed any help. When I told them I was just looking they gave me "space" and allowed me to look on my own without clinging to me the time I was there. I appreciate that.This week I decided it was time to buy and went back. I was greeted at the entrance and met a new salesman. He was very honest that he may need some assistance and another salesman helped him. I appreciate their honesty and I think it was a good training session for the "new" salesman. Both of them took a lot of time with me explaining what the vehicle (2016 Dodge Ram 1500) had installed and what it was capable of providing me. I am a previous Ram owner and have been impressed with their trucks for years. The sales manager was up front with me and we both worked out a deal that was good for me and them. I picked up the vehicle yesterday and am very impressed with the ride, handling and the numerous additional items that came with the vehicle. My hat is off to these guys. They did and continue to do a great job. Follow up is important also and I wanted a bed liner. They called the company who does that, sent up an appointment for me and that is going well too.

I just got back from deployment and been in search of a car for awhile now . The reps. Helped me out greatly over the phone and through email . Unfortunately I did not purchase anything because I cannot afford what I want exactly but they gave me different options and what not . Great dealership great people

I just bought a 2016 hellcat Challenger yesterday, from riverside. It's motto is " It's so eeeasy" and they live up to it. Aaron Williams was my sales rep. and was through and professional during the entire transaction. I had bought a 2015 scat pack 15 months ago through him and he helped me with the trade-in process. I like the low-key approach which is his style. To be honest, it must be a little easier to sell Dodge Challenger's, in my opinion they are "world class". Do the research and they will basically sell themselves. By the way, Aaron knew I liked my 2015 scat pack, but we had talked in the months after the sale, and he knew that I was interested in the Hellcat. He called me 04-04-16 and said they had several cars available, and the Hellcat itch turned into a rash. At the time of the phone call, a new car purchase was the farthest thing in my mind. I would say the combination of Aaron's salesmanship and the aura of the Challenger Hellcat was an "offer you can't refuse".

John Hanzell Sr and Riverside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Subaru has been my dealership of choice since 1999. From helping me purchase my first automobile while I was on active duty to a brand new 2015 Subaru Forester, John (known by his friends as "Senior") makes buying a new or used automobile so easy. The service department is top notch and when I visit the dealership, it feels like I am visiting family. Riverside sells new Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Subaru, and Mitisubishi automobiles, however, they have a little of everything in their pre-owned department. I would recommend Riverside for all your automotive purchasing needs.

I have visited this dealership a few times. First was with a friend: I am a Mopar fan and was trying to get him to check out some of the newer lines. We aren't spontaneous buyers and said so when we arrived. The salesman took the keys to my friend's truck and started the sell. We reiterated that we aren't spontaneous buyers, to which a "supervisor" approached and first tried guilting us into a sale - "do I go to your job, ask a ton of questions about your products and never buy?", then tried outright intimidation, which almost caused an altercation. The most recent visit was about a month ago. I built the car I want on Dodge's website, got a price I was happy with, and showed interest in buying. Riverside contacted me, stating they could get the car I want. I took off from work to go check out the car in person. The initial interactions were very pleasant... Then the pitch started - which is fine, their job is to sell... But as I explained my situation (first-time buyer, no credit since my business is a cash business) instead of remaining pleasant, providing options for the sale, and talking with me, he chose to be condescending. When I said what price I would be comfortable with, and the car the website had, I was told " well these are what we have, so these are your options". No mention of helping me get the car I want (not even the COLOR I want - again, "this is what we have"), the price I was given for a car with fewer options that was the wrong color - $475/mo. The website quoted me $285/mo. There was also no explanation given for the huge difference in pricing. Everything was a constant air of "you'll take what we give you". When I recounted my experience to other friends in the area, they all said they had similar experiences.

I wasn't sure I was looking for a new vehicle so I was just checking out the dealers in the area. I stopped at one and the salesman showed me what they had based on my description and that was it. They only had one truck. I checked another and didn't really see anything that interested me. So I continued to Riverside, where I first met Molly. She was very friendly and helpful. she showed me several different types of vehicles and helped me consider the pros and cons of each. After taking up her entire afternoon I decided to go home and think about it. I went back on another day and was helped by Gary. He showed me a Subaru Outback limited. I liked the vehicle it had just about everything I was looking for. I say just about because no one vehicle has it all, there has to be a compromise somewhere. I can't get great gas mileage and a huge hauling capacity plus 4x4 with all the amenities and still keep the price in my range. Besides my wife didn't like the look of the trucks I was considering and the vehicle is going to be primarily for her, So I chose the outback. During the process Gary and Bill were very friendly and willing to do almost anything to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Gary showed me the car and helped me make comparisons, while Bill worked the numbers over and over to get the price point to work. In the end I was able to get the new car, keep payments in the range I wanted, and feel like I had made new friends in the process. . Thank you Brian

I went to Riverside Mitsubishi looking at a used vehicle and ended up buying a 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage. My sales persons name was Tim Mitchell who I found to be one of the most awesome car sales people I have ever dealt with. He was very friendly and worked hard in trying to find just the right vehicle for me and my family. I am very excited about my new vehicle and so happy I found Tim to help me with my purchase. 2 thumbs up for you Tim and the crew at Riverside.

I am a repeat customer to Riverside and having Greg McCormick as my salesman. This is the third new vehicle I've purchased (also one used). Why would anyone purchase 3 vehicles if they were not 100% confident in the dealership! This time I had decided to shop around other dealerships in New Bern just to see if I was missing something. That's a laugh... mostly I found a "take it or leave it" attitude and that if I didn't, well then someone else would. I have never, ever been treated that way at Riverside which is a big part of why I keep coming back. I am always treated with respect and almost like an "old friend." Friendliness is awesome, but for me being treated with respect and that I matter as a customer is even more important. I appreciate the customer service in that we get to the bottom line without all the games. I am always satisfied with my purchase and the deal. Greg knows what I am looking for and is always the consummate professional. He always makes sure I am driving away with a huge smile on my face. Everyone there knows what they are doing and go to great lengths to make the experience "so easy"!

Excellent customer Service. Will Williams has been the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Most salesman pressure you into buying something you really didn't want in the first place. Will's customer service was far from that. He listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle and he delivered to us just what we asked and when the opportunity to offer us something better presented itself he explained to us what we could do to obtain it. The overall buying experience was painless and effortless really. My daughter and I really loved Riversides family atmosphere. When Will stepped away to tend to other business there were several other employees who eagerly jumped in to offer us the best customer service they could. Found a vehicle I had been searching for on riversidecjd.com and worked with Tia and Philly in the internet department. Was able to negotiate price and put vehicle on hold before ever coming in. Drove from an hour away to come get my vehicle and would definately do business with them again. Everyone at Riverside had great energy and was excited with me about my purchase. I Bought a used pick up truck from them and it came with a new bed liner. All was good until I removed the liner to apply Rhino Lining. I discovered that the liner was put in to cover up bolt holes and rust in the top of the bed. When confronted with this the Sales manager said there was nothing they would do except buff out a few rough spots. To me this is a very shady practice and i woulsd have refused to pay what I did for the truck if I would have known this first. But then again, so did they.
