Daryl was a very wonderful person through any process I’ve ever brought my car down for. His customer service skills are amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of any questions and concerns i had. Daryl also went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. He is definitely one of the best ones down there. As long as he’s there , they will always have my business.

My appointment to have my 2008 Chevy Impala serviced was at 9:30am on 8/5/21. I was on time and my car was taken into service on time. Daryl was my service rep and he has always been professional and courteous to me. He has answered every question I have thought to ask. My car was taken care of and the reason for the engine light being lit has been handled. I will tell all my friends that own Chevys to take them to Riverview and ask for Daryl for great service. Thank you Daryl for having patience with this senior citizen.

DAYNA IS AMAZING 🤩 She made the process easy and even went above and beyond to sit on hold for a long while with our insurance, getting us all fixed up. Everyone is friendly and even though we brought our two small children, they were so kind to us. Some dealerships don’t like kids being around. I’ll be a returning customer!!!!!!

I called Riverview Chevrolet to get an oil change I talk to Daryl Staples, as they give me an oil change and went over my vehicle they realized that I needed brakes and pads .Daryl called me and told me about my brakes , I was grateful to him that Riverview Chevrolet check my car and let me know about my brakes . I have bought two vehicles from them in the last couple years and their service department is the best when I called about the oil change Daryl said what time would be good for you to come down and I said I could come now that’s OK bring it down. The service department always has worked with their customers and I will be buying another vehicle in a few months and it will be from Riverview when I walked in to the service department Daryl greeted me with a smile and a hello they make you feel comfortable being there and you know they’re taking excellent care of your vehicle as I said before you could not find a better service department.
