The people at Road Ready are friendly and courteous. the salesman Paul that helped me was very attentive, he listened to what i wanted and addressed any concerns i had all without the high pressure sales pitch you may get somewhere else. we looked over the vehicles i was interested in and i left owning a car. i would recommend Road Ready to anyone looking for a vehicle, they have a huge selection. Thanks Paul and all who work there

Bill and Dean were straightforward, honest, and helpful. I wanted a truck but needed to sleep on it (the deal that it is, not the truck itself). I put down 1k with a handshake deal that if I called back in 48 hours, I could be fully refunded. I ended up changing my mind, called back and was refunded--no problem. These guys let me put a car aside for a few days and then they were cool when I ended up going elsewhere. Good people deserve good reviews.

I bought my Mercedes E350 2 months ago and I’m really happy with my new car. From the Sales and Amanda in finance everything went as smooth as possible. They showed me all records of repairs that were performed on my new car totaling over 1500 in reconditioning.The car looked brand new after awesome detail job! Don’t hesitate to shop for your next new used car!!! See Dean he’s a real character.

I just purchased a car from here and I couldn't be happier. I was helped by Ryan and he was awesome. He helped me choose the best car for me, for the best price. He checked everything and answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured to buy nor did I feel as if I was being taken advantage of. They checked my car over and replaced a few things to make sure she was road ready and safe. I highly recommend getting a car from here.

This dealership is awful. I bought a Honda Element and discovered when I got home that the underneath of the car was fully rusted. The car was advertised as very good. What was disturbing is that they knew this without disclosing the true condition and that they sold me an added cost of $799 for an undercoating that was paint. I guess to try and cover up the true condition. I repeatedly sent messages to the owner but Ron never replied. Beware. They may be nice in the beginning but the follow-up is deplorable. Form is temporary; Class is permanent. Well there you go, you saw Ron's response. He called when he finally saw this review. I reminded him that I never complained about the service getting to the dealership. I thought it was fantastic and much appreciated. Isn't that what you would expect -- exemplary customer service? Most likely I wouldn't have flown from Kansas City with my dog to CT to buy the car if not for Chris, the sales person. I thought it was an indication of their overall service. It is the service AFTER you buy the car that is worrisome. Check out the other one-star ratings and you'll see the majority have to do with the service after you buy the car. By the way, Ron was in total denial saying there was no sign of rust and ended up disparaging my character and called me a liar. How's that for customer service? Very unprofessional. I have never in all my years of buying a car ever sent a bad review but I just couldn't in all good consciousness let this poor service go by without warning others. This kind of unprofessionalism should be exposed. Truth matters.
