I towed my 5 series due to a module problem to the dealership. They gave me an estimate of $2500. I declined the service and towed my car back to my house called a friend he bought the same module for $6 ( yes just $6) and the car started right away and drives excellent. Be careful and think three times before you take your business to the service department.

Tom Adair is a great person. My wife and I went to BMW Roadshow to test drive a few cars and Tom instructed my wife to really test this car on acceleration and turns. My husband and I are on a road trip from NY and suddenly our air conditioning stopped working on our 328i when we hit Memphis. I Googled the nearest dealer and found Roadshow. We showed up at 3:00 today (on a Saturday) and asked if there was anyway we could be squeezed in for an appointment. Someone immediately came out to assess the problem and determined it was a thermostat that could be fixed today. Within 2 hours we are back on the road with AC and a washed and vacuumed car!

Mr. Stan Blount is the best car salesman with which I have ever had the pleasure of dealing. He's not your typical slick seller. He had a laid back attitude while still being very knowledgeable about his cars. We had a great test drive where he just allowed me to get to know the vehicle without prying about my intentions towards purchasing. I think he probably showed me every Grand Coupe on the lot to make sure I found the one I wanted. Then, when I thought might switch my pick, he offered to take me on another test drive if I wanted.Even though the dealership was going through renovations, everything about my purchase was accomplished in a very timely manner. The paperwork was simple and adequately explained, and the final price was outstanding.I would heartily recommend Mr Stan and RoadshowBMW to anyone in the market.

I had a below average experience at Roadshow BMW. My wife and I went to the dealership at 10:00 a.m. on a Friday to look at a used car that I had seen online. We parked in front of the dealership and started walking around their lot and found the car. We liked what we saw and started waiting for a salesman to come help us. After about 15 mins we walked inside the dealership and stood inside the entrance thinking someone would notice us and we'd get some help. No such luck. Well, after a few mins we went back outside and stood by the car we wanted to test drive and were thinking "really???" That we couldn't get any help. They didn't seem all that busy to me which is the baffling part. After a few more mins I told my wife that this is ridiculous and we started walking back to our car to leave, and as we were almost to our car a salesman came out and introduced himself. We test drove the car. I liked that "Tom" gave us the keys and let us go by ourselves and said to take our time. We liked the car and when we got back after just a few mins of asking some information about it we said we liked it and would like to purchase it. The car was already priced well and we didn't bother to offer any less and just agreed with their asking price. So, now I was becoming pressed for time because I had to be at work in the afternoon, and with it taking so long to get someone to help us I told Tom that I was running short on time and he said no problem and that I could just leave them a deposit for the car and pick it up the next day, or even the next week. I said sounds good. Tom left to talk to the finance guy and to charge the deposit on our visa. I got up a few mins later and walked over to where the two of them were talking to confirm that the deposit would count as a down payment. Here's where this whole transaction took a nose dive. The finance guy sat there and told me he wanted me to do the paperwork "Now". I said that's not what Tom and I agreed to, and he said him and Tom had another agreement. I then asked if he was concerned I wouldn't come back. He said "No, but that he had several other people in the dealership wanting that car and he wants it gone today". I didn't even reply to that because I didn't believe it to be true, and I simply turned around and walked back over to get my wife to leave and go buy a car somewhere else another time. My wife convinced me to stay and finish things. Tom came and said he worked it out with the finance guy and we could stick to our original plan of coming back. Which is what we did. If it hadn't been for Tom and his professionalism and good demeanor we would have left after the way I was treated by the finance guy and never gone back. Maybe he was having a bad day, who knows, but I do know that with the length of time it took for someone to help us, and then the treatment and disrespectful tone and attitude I got from the finance guy I can't rate this dealership any higher then average, and that's being somewhat generous. We did go back and pick up the car the next day, and thankfully had a different finance guy (chip) who was very quick and nice.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW through photos and phone calls only and Tom held my hand through the whole process.He and his team went the extra mile and took additional video footage of the vehicle. I really enjoyed buying the car but afterward it was not fun or enjoyable. I felt like all the client advisor Tom Adair was after was my money. And adding accessories was difficult and made me upset multiple time. Lastly I had order a gas and brake paddle and the original brake peddle was give. Back to me but I feel like they took my gas peddle and started giving me the run around. Also would not promptly call me back as they told me. So I am going to BMW Nashville now for service.

Roadshow MINI's Adviser Matt was very knowledgeable on the MINI Coopers and knew the answer to every single question I had about the vehicles. I looked at a few MINIS, found one that I liked, test drove it, and decided to make an offer, they made a great counter and I accepted. That simple. No pressure at all. A couple of hours later, I was surprising my daughter with a MINI Cooper parked in the garage. I can honestly say that I will be buying a car from them again for 2 reasons. 1. They were amazing. 2. The MINI Cooper is a blast to drive so I want one for myself now, LOL.

From the very first communication I had with Roadshow Mini, I knew I'd made the right choice. Brittany was the perfect intital contact person. She was enthusiastic and seemed truly excited that I was considering a Mini. She then sent me over to Matt Crowell. Matt is exactly the type of salesman I like. He was pleasant and easy going. Chip Elliott was our sales rep. Another agent met us but didn't have a card and within a minute had moved on to another customer. We were wanting to test drive a car and he was getting into a vehicle with the other customer. Chip came through and asked if we were being helped. He was very patient and believe me my mom took her time with everything. He never rushed and he explained everything. He gave us different finance options and looked out for my moms best interest. This dealership, and specifically the salesman-Tom Adair, is one of the most disingenuous that I've death, and will fail to own up to misses they've made when delivering a vehicle. Purchased a leased vehicle and Tom Adair failed to inform me of a second key, thus I never received it. Upon return of Lease I was charged for a key that I never received. Dealership refused to remove this liability. No return call from General Manager when I emailed complaint, not Tom Adair. Also added additional lease damage charges that were above and beyond what they informed me would be required during the Lease Return Inspection. Poor Service, non responsive and unprofessional staff, with elitist behavior. I consider them to be an unethical, non caring group. They only car about the sale, and could care less about earning your repeat business

Ill start by saying I dont like shopping at dealerships. I usually buy used and I feel more comfortable with private party deals. I looked high and low for a used Lexus GX470 with no luck. I was hesitant to call Roadshow when I saw they recently traded for one but everyone from the receptionist to the finance dept. were great to deal with. Our salesman Stan Blount was great, you could tell he enjoys what he does and wanted to help us anyway he could. He got us the car we wanted, at the price we needed as caring and hassel free as possible. Thanks Roadshow!!

I had been researching Mini Coopers for quite a while, when my husband told me he would get me one for my birthday. We went to Roadshow Mini for a test drive of a Countryman with a manual transmission (what I had wanted to start with). The only one they had at the time had been owned by a cigarette smoker, and it was not really the smell I wanted to breathe. Ashley was so nice and fun and easy to ask questions. She explained everything with not only words, but show and tell on everything I asked her. My husband I came back to look at a different mini - the 4 door Hardtop, and I took that for a test drive, but didn't really feel very comfortable in it size wise as I had in the countryman (I am tall and my husband is very tall). I decided that I would be okay with an automatic transmission, and Ashley started to show me what she had, and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. We bought my 2015 Mini-Cooper Countryman S right then and there. Ashley went over the details of the vehicle with my husband and me from top to bottom, and we felt like we understood all the nuances of this car. We were treated like we were special while we were there. We ended up staying past closing time, but never felt like we were being rushed out of the door. It was a terrific low pressure sale, unlike many of the other places we had gone. I can only highly recommend Roadshow Mini to anyone who is looking for a fun car that has good safety ratings and is great to drive! I have had mine just a few days and I must say, I love it and the experience I received while test driving it and purchasing this vehicle.

I purchased my very first BMW after 5 years of dying for my dream car. I finally decided to pull the trigger on a used 535i. I will admit, this is my first used car as I now fly 200+ days a year and didnt need a new one. Anyway, the web stated all of the options correctly and the sales rep stated that the floor mats were in the trunk (I should have check, they were not!). The only other thing missing was the MP3 iPhone cable and it was listed on the site option. Keep in mind, they did a thorough inspection of the car while I was in financing. When I left for my hour long drive home, I noticed they had pulled up all of the sunshades up and I had missed that a warning light was on for my entire trip. When I arrived home, I lowered all of the shades but was unable to get the automatic rear one to go down. I also discovered the warning light and it was for the seat being out of calibration. I attempted to calibrate it for the next hour with no luck. Seeing as I was missing the cable and mats I chose to drive back the next day (2-10-2015). Upon arrival I checked in at the front desk where I was told my salesman for off for the day. She said I could call him on his cell, and I replied, Id rather not can I just talk to a manager. She processed to tell me no, that Ive have to call the salesman and she handed me his cell number. Reluctantly I call and he asked me to check with service on the rear shade and I didnt bother him with the cable and mats, after all is was his day off. I processed to the service department and waited an hour or so, to discover the seat calibration was fixed by updating the software (should have been done in my opinion). I also learned that the shade was doing to cost quite a bit as the motor needed to be replaced. Even after all of this, I was never allow to speak with a supervisor. It just sucks having dreamed of this day for so long, only to have a very bad taste in my mouth and wishing I could return the car. So here I sit several days later with no floor mats, no music, and broken rear window screen. Thanks Road Show, I feel so warm and fuzzy insideNOT!

Tom Adair was very patient with us as we had trouble choosing a model. After several weeks of deliberation, the decision was finally made. I brought my potential car in to have Roadshow inspect. They gave it a clean bill of health. After my purchase I found that the oil was low, the hood latch was broken, and there were several electrical issues. Adding it all up, I don't believe that they ever inspected the car at all. They were happy to take $150 though.

Not having bought a car in 8 years, I was wary. Would I get a pushy salesman? Would I get a car perfect for me? Back and forth negotiations can stress anyone. However, from the minute I arrived, Stan was calming, knowledgeable and found the perfect 528i for me. He didn't make me feel stupid, learning how the shift mechanism works. The car drove beautifully and I loved it. The best part? He came back the first time with an honest price. Jan was fabulous, too, guiding me through all the paperwork, making it easy to understand. I visited Roadshow BMW looking for a used convertible. Carl Smith worked with me. After test driving a MINI and a BMW 128i, I decided to purchase the 128i. I was unsure whether I really liked the color or not. Carl let me know when the dealership received other convertibles to see if they met my needs. In the end, I purchased the one I test drove. I came in to fill out the paperwork. They suggested I run some errands, and in less than 2 hours the car was ready to go. I did not know how to work all the controls on the car and they have all been very helpful with showing me how to operate the car's features. I have been very impressed with how nice they have been even though the car I purchased was one of the least expensive on the lot. This our second experience with Roadshow. Both times have been with used cars and we have been pleased.

Stan found the car we ended up buying, a trade in just days before that he new was on the lot...somewhere :) Randy and Mike were afraid they didn't have anything comparable to what we were looking for, and Stan came pulling the silver 535i around. Though dirty, as it had not been through CPO yet, he felt like this was the car, and it was! We were trading in a black 528i, and wanted something a bit different, so Stan went to work! You could not ask for a more pleasant experience throughout the dealership, including the finance department! It is our 2nd BMW from this dealership, and both times we came away astounded with the friendliness, knowledge of cars, willingness to do what it took, and overall just the best experience in purchasing a car! Terry Davis was our saleman for the purchase of a 2014 BMW X3. Terry had sold us our first car when we came to Memphis in the 1980s. He was a very calm, professional and responsive. When I saw him at the BMW dealership, I was confident that we weould have a positive experience. At our first meeting, I told him we were also considering the Mercedes Benz CLK. He made a pitch for the X3 and said we would not be unhappy if we chose the BMW. We also told him we were planing a lengthy vacation and would not make a decision until we returned. He said he would be available whenever we were ready.My husband and I visited the dealership when we returned from the vacation, took a test-drive and placed an order for the car we wanted. Terry kept us informed of the manufacturing process and called us when the car was delivered.We have had the car for about six weeks and are very happy we made the decision to purchase the BMW. I have tried several times to have some things fixed on my car. Mechanics hear sounds or agree that work needs to be done but the shop foreman always denies the work. Also, I have regular scheduled maintenance and have gone to every one of them despite it being over 100 miles away. Pulled out my air filter at 27k and it looks like it gas never been changed. Braked sensors have indicated I need new brakes and they said they were fine and just reset the sensor. So is the sensor bad or the brakes? Either way neither of them have been replaced. Wind noise coming through windshield and the first mechanic that drove it said he could hear it. Then, the next day the shop foreman comes in and he couldn't hear it. So it wasn't repaired.

I saw the Nissan Altima on the auto trader website and called to see if it was still available. It was and we decided to go take a look at it. When we first arrived at the dealer, I saw that it was a BMW and MINI dealer. I felt nervous at first because we were going to see a $7000 car in a dealer that sales cars over $30,000. BMW was not initially one of my choices in buying a new vehicle. I was not very familiar with BMWs. As soon as I entered the dealership, Gregg walked me through all the options. He showed me all the models and explained the differences with each. He asked what my needs and wants were in purchasing a car and directed me to my "perfect" car. He was extremely patient and helpful in explaining all the features and how to work each one. My husband absolutely hates the process of buying a new car, but after our experience with Gregg and Roadshow BMW his attitude was changed. Let me start by saying this is the second Mini Cooper that I've bought. My first, Bonita, is a 2003 with over 236,000 miles on her and each and ever one of those miles are mine! It's a very committed relationship. We don't drive - we MOTOR. I'd thought for sure she was on her last legs and it was time for a new car. Without question I wanted another Mini. Since Bonita has had several "spa days" at Roadshow (she's been to several dealerships during our time together) I chose to return there for my purchase because I genuinely like their staff and they way I'm treated there.My sales rep, Carl Smith, is extremely knowledgeable about Mini Cooper and the specs on the vehicles. He didn't try to "sell" me anything. He answered all of my questions and waited patiently for me to decide. I chose a new 2012 Mini Cooper Coupe S. I've had the car for 2 days and already have had people come up to me or knock on my window to gush over it! And Bonita? She's having a "spa day."

It went downhill after that. Worst experience I ever had at a car dealership. I sent detailed email to dealership General Manager, Randy Patton. He replied with a heart felt apology and asked me if I would return I would be treated differently. And yes I was!!! Is there a secret code to getting service at Roadshow BMW because everytime I visit this place it is bad. I guess these cars sell themselves for the most part but the salesmen were more concerned about the SEC championship game than getting out and working. I just can't do business with this company. On the day we went to Roadshow BMW I was very unsure if I wanted to purchase a smaller 125i or the 335i convertible. Chris Ewell with Roadshow was very knowledgable about both of the vehicles, he gave us the information we needed to make the best decision for us. I would recommend Roadshow Mini to anyone looking for a Mini Cooper. I contacted Brett Calhoun by email and he worked with me from the very beginning of my purchase. I told him what I wanted and could do and he took care of everything. I would highly recommend him. My purchase of my dream car was probably the least stressful and best dealership experience I've ever had.

Henry Fiur is an excellent sales representative for BMW Roadshow. He helped me do the tradeoff between new and used vehicles, and he helped me sorting out my needs regarding vehicle requirements. He worked with me in test driving 4 vehicles to validate my needs versus wants in specified features. Ultimately, when I narrowed my search to 2 models, one of which was on the lot and the other needing to be built, he helped me evaluate price comparison along with promotions, lead time for new build order, feature differences & ride differences. Based on a thorough evaluation I purchased my new car. Afterwards, the purchase process was quick and comprehensive. Last, Henry gave me an excellent tutorial regarding the cars operation given the sophisticated navigation system and other electronic features, and he provided very good coverage of the accessories to consider.Overall it was a great experience doing business with a seasoned professional.

Roadshow BMW + MINI is great! I went in for a regular service appointment on my 2007 Cooper S. Amber was my Service Advisor. I had only met her once before several months prior and she greeted me immediately upon walking in, even remembering my name. I was provided a loaner Cooper to use around town all day long while they gave me new brakes. After hitting the town (it was a Saturday :P) for a while, I returned back to the dealership only to fall in love with a 2012 Cooper S Bayswater on the showroom floor. The MINI side of the business was very busy, so I was introduced to a very astute representative from the BMW team named Henry. He set me up with a great deal, and even hooked me up with his car insurance agent. A couple days later, I drove home in that Bayswater. Love that car, and love this dealership!

Carl is an exceptional salesperson. I am a guy with 1000 (or more) questions. Carl patiently answered all of my questions. Those issues he did not have at his finger tips, he quickly got back to me with the answer. He was most helpful in the decision of which addons to purchase and why. I was very comfortable that he was giving me the correct answers to my questions. He is a pleasant persons to deal with.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Carl, he's a very friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth person that didn't pressure me into buy the car that I purchased. I came back on three different occasions and drove 3 different cars and not one time did Carl "push" me to make a decision. I had a superb experience completing the purchase of my new BMW 335i that was delivered to me at the BMW Welt in Munich. I was able to drive 775 miles on the Autobahn, which was an awesome experience and the thrill of a lifetime. I will do it again, no doubt. Henry Fiur and Michael Routh at Roadshow BMW in Memphis are excellent, easy to work with and know my taste in BMW's. Would love to share my Germany experiences.

Vehicles on website do not reflect actual condition. Drove 3.5 hours with my check book ready to trade. Vehicle had mismatched tires with one in need of immediate replacement. Center console fell of into the back floorboard. Wiper blades were curled and did not clean windshield. 7" scratch filled in with paint stick. Corner molding on each rear corner was loose and scratched. None of this shows in the pictures online. When I called before I left to confirm they still had the car, I described my trade, which is a BMW, so it should be easy to trade. The dealer representative said it sounded like our vehicles would be an even swap. Expecting to probably have to pay $1,500 or so to trade, I headed out to Memphis. When I arrived, the offer was $4,500 trade difference on a $14,900 purchase. After I sent the salesman back to the manager he said $3,500 to trade. Hardly an even swap. Especially on a vehicle in need of $1,800 of TLC. Needless to say, I left.Arrogant.Go to Nashville or Atlanta. Do not stop here.

I had an EXCELLENT experience at this dealer. I had a key + central lock malfunction on my X5 and couldnt have asked for anything more from them, or to pay any less. They got my car in immediately, ordered the part and fixed it promptly, and all of my dealings with them were quick and friendly. As a poor medical student living off of loans, it was extremely important to me that it be affordable. I had priced the repair through at a BMW dealer where I used to live and it was spot on at Roadshow. I didnt even have to ask for the diagnostic fee to be included since the door panel had to be taken off either way when I got the bill, it was just done. I was told what to expect and was kept updated about when it would be done, and a loaner car was provided for a minimal fee. What more can you possibly expect? They might be the only show in town, but they certainly act as though theyve got competition.

I bought my first BMW at a dealership in Madison, WI. Had a great experience, test drove 4 or 5 models and was able to mull over exactly what I wanted over a couple of weeks. It was a quality and highly attentive experience that I was thoroughly impressed with. Then I moved to Memphis, TN, and started my relationship with Roadshow BMW... the polar opposite, evil twin of my other dealer. Two service appointments and the attempt to get into a few test drives leaves me with this feedback:- Service "appointment" does not necessarily mean a set time, nor expectation that you would show up at that time. It's an insane experience to pull your car in, and walk into the area of service desks and have them look at you confused on your purpose and then be confused when you tell them about the time of your appointment. Best line for my most recent 12:30pm appointment: "Oh, okay, well it is lunch time, so I'm not sure if anyone is available." ... Okayyyy... so, what you're saying is that the time you asked me to come in, isn't so 'good' for you?- How about a test drive? You know, since these cars cost $40k+ and up, I figured I'd give it a spin before tossing my cash away. I made an "appointment" (red flag) to drive the 335d. I spoke with a nice gentleman named Jonathan on the phone, and we were all square with a time and a vehicle. I show up, ask the girl at the desk, "Hi, I'm here for a test drive with Jonathan." ... "Oh, Jonathan is just the guy who schedules things for us, he doesn't do test drives... let me see if there is a salesman available... it's lunchtime, so maybe not." Awesome... so, what you're saying is there is no appointment, no Jonathan, and maybe no salesman at all. Do you guys want to sell cars, or does the logo make you feel this entitled?- Test drive attempt number two... I wanted to get the 6-speed manual with the twin turbo engine out on the road (X35i models), as I currently have the manual, non-turbo (X28i model). It was a bit of a test, since I knew they had a 535i with a 6 speed right in the middle of the show room. Not out on the lot... right in the middle of the showroom. Dead center. Right there. I was looking right at it when I asked, "Do you have anything with the twin turbo in a 6 speed?" Answer: "No, nothing like that." Oh yeah? Really? Not that one that is 5 feet from us? Later, after not hiding a bit of disdain on my face he approach and offered a 135 test drive with a 6 speed... which yes, I would have gladly gone on a test drive in, but now since I find out that you actually have TWO of X35i's on the lot that fit my exact question, I cannot be bothered. You told me no without even looking at your inventory sheet? Amazing. There is not another BMW dealership for over 100 miles. For my next car, I will choose something other than the "ultimate driving machine." Shape up guys, your dealership is a pathetic customer experience.

I have been in the market for either a CPO 750 or possibly a new 535. Went to Roadshow a few weeks ago. Test drove a 750, but felt like I was not welcome. I do not feel as tho I was treated as a serious buyer. My husband was negotiating a price on the CPO and I enquired about a new 535 on the showroom floor about a price. I was told by my salesman that he would come off sticker about $1500. I said no thanks and we left. When we left I told my husband that I felt like they thought we were a couple of rednecks from MS just wanting to "joyride" in their BMWs that day. I am proud to say that I am the new owner of a 2008 750Li that I purchased at Century BMW in Huntsville, AL. And to my salesman at Roadshow, yes I DID pay cash!! Thank you!!Allison BlackSaltillo, MS

My sunroof was broken and open. I asked them to close it only, not to fix it. They told me it would cost $3,000 to fix the motor. I picked up the car, paid them $150 for looking at it (service charge) and left. I then found out online that you can manually close the roof. They get away with whatever they want because they're the only dealer in the greater Memphis area.

Transmission was getting fixed. They said they fixed it after a couple of hours. I was off vacationing and came back from vacation early to pick it up, drove a couple of miles away, parked the car and when I came back the battery was dead. AND it said Transmission fault. They didn't fix the car and they had NOT disconnect the battery while 'repairing' the car. Then they denied it.Then, I had to bring it up to them to pay for my towing back to the dealership. They didn't offer me a loaner and I was stranded in Memphis. I'm from out of town!!!Later they said the battery died and I need to pay $500 to replace it. Me pay?This is the second time I've left the dealership and the problem had not been fixed.

Put simply, if I could give them a score of "0", I would have: terrible service, arrogant salespeople, and overpriced vehicles. The reason they are still in business is that they are, literally, the only BMW game in town; the next closest authorized BMW dealership in TN is in Nashville 3-hours away. Trust me though, it's worth the 3-hour drive! I saved 8k and he Nashville sales staff didn't make me feel like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase the car. Plus, I got three hours drive time back to Memphis to test-drive my new car.

I cant understand how these guys are still in business.. they are terrible to deal with in the sales dept. i live about 2 1/2 hrs from the dealership and called ahead to be sure they had the car and gave them a credit app to be sure financing would be avalible and the rate satisfactory to where i needed my payment to be. i was told everything would be fine and come on and pick up the car. when i get there the sales staff were very stuck up and unhelpful. when i went to do the paperwork on the car the payment was $200 more a month then what i was quoted over the phone!! they said it was because my car had a tear in the leather on the side of the seat (it was about 2 inches long and i had never seen it before they pointed it out to me). when i told them that i was not going to pay that payment they said that is the price of the car and they do not discount. i left there and went to gossett and got a much nicer car for about $10,000 less. Stay away from these guys

Very expensive, and would never deal with their sales department (very arrogant, overpriced, and down right unfriendly). They woulden't even talk to me about an X5 when I pulled up in one. Their service department is the best in the south (I have been to them all). Very, very nice and helpful. They even helped me over the phone when someone else botched an oil change. I cant say enough good things about the service department and enough bad about the sales department. So, buy it somewhere else, but take it here for service.

I've been dedicated to purchasing a used 3 series convertible for some time and have been to the dealership 3 times now. Each time, I leave completely frustrated at the arrogant, superior attitude the sales people seem to enjoy showing the potential customer. They won't give you a straight answer to a question, the insulting way they treat you if you question the price or ask if there are any incentives or possible breaks on the price. One vehicle was sticker even though the manager had driven it. When asked what it would sell for, I was very bluntly reminded that the sticker was still on the vehicle. Questioning why it would still sell at sticker with several hundred miles on it, i was reminded again that the price was on the vehicle. No, I won't help pay their salaries by buying a vehicle here.

I went to Roadshow to purchase a used 3 series. Everyone was cordial, but they refused to acknowledge that their price was way over any Blue Book value that they could show me. I have excellent credit and was turned down by their credit department. I've never made a late payment in my life! All in all, I think the only reason the salesperson paid any attention to me was because a beautiful woman was with me. He kept looking at her boobs instead of me. Anyway, I went down the road and bought a car better than the one at Roadshow for about 7K less. They didn't have any trouble financing me and let me drive the car home that day. I've since used the service deparment at Roadshow and found them to be superb. The have been more than willing to service my warranty problems and provide a BMW loaner even though I didn't buy from them. I think they are an excellent dealership with one bad apple that will spoil their reputation if they are not careful.
