Had the pleasure with working with a gentleman named Christoper Marin the guy was amazing he told me that he just started this job not to long ago but the way this guy talk and how fluid he was and all the knowledge he was able to throw my way I would of thought he been here for years.Christopher was on point with every counter. Chris have great people skills and he is able to adjust quickly to any situation which was very impressive I can see him running this business if he choose to stay here long enough 🤟🏻👌🏻

My husband and I came in just looking around and were more than accommodated by Alex! He was very willing to work with us and help us along every step. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful too! Would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone searching for a new vehicle! Great job! 😊

Initially went in looking to value a trade and check out a vehicle. Sam helped me out and Chasity reached out to set everything up. Sam was so knowledgeable that I decided to make a purchase. Things went sideways for my trade-in and the staff were quick to adapt to the changing situation, they were kind and professional. Chasity made it a point to be welcoming and hospitable and I really appreciated all of their efforts. It ended up being a pretty amazing day after things went wrong, and i'm glad they took the time to make sure everything worked out. I look forward to doing business again with them in the future. Good people here. Thanks again!!

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. I initially spoke with Sylvester via email, but he graciously handed me over to Neiman when I arrived at the dealership. He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond and made it a point to resolve any issues or questions that I had. Highly Recommend.

Sam was extremely helpful, polite, and did not pressure us. We told him what we needed and he gave multiple options without being pushy. We are happy with our purchase and would recommend anyone to use Sam for their future purchases.

Went with my dad to look at cars and found a great deal on a Rav 4. Mark was very helpful and informative and answered all questions. He let us take the car home to get my mom's approval. Good buying experience.

I rolled my eyes at my husband when he woke me up way too early on a beautiful Saturday morning. Hed found another car. Now dont get me wrong, we need one so badly. The hail storm that slammed into Colorado Springs made sure to total our Chrysler Pacifica (which wed bought and paid off not even a year before). Weve spent hours upon hours searching, researching, trying to find something that would fit our familys needs since then. That would be 12 long, impatient weeks of researching, searching, calling around, and not finding the right fit. Well, not until today. A boisterous voice boomed with joy, welcoming us. Dan Gagne introduced himself and showed us (well, the rest of us; me and my kids) the smokey silver 2004 Cadelac SRX in prime condition. Seriously though, its like new! So I kind of fell in love.My husband took the kids for a little drive to test the waters, and they too bounced inside Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers beaming with excitement. Brian Gafford patiently took our info. from me. I say patiently because my husband is my brain. He remembers EVERYTHING! Me, not so much. I can barely remember what I ate for lunch; a chicken ceaser saled. Anyways, while this poor man got as much information from me as he could, Dan Gagne helped us out as my husband explained out strict family budget. You may not believe this, but shopping (spending money, especially large amounts) stresses me out. Ill give you a moment to finish laughing. These two men took the work out of it. They worked with us, helped us out where they could, and made it possible for us to get the vehicle we wanted. We have no complaints. Our experience was a positive one, thanks to two patient men willing to work with us and help us get the car we needed. P.S. DO NOT type on your own laptop while your kids drinks are still on the small tables. SMH!

I bought a 2007 Nissan Xterra less than a year ago and the process was seemingly not too bad. However, the seemingly decent finance manager settles you into a conversation and pedals the worst after market warranty on the market. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY. I expressed my concerns reviewed the "pamphlet" which after purchase becomes your only guide to coverage. All seemed to be on the up and up but here I am facing a $3,000.00 repair bill for a known problem and no accountability from Nissan, Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers, or Portfolio (the warranty company). It just sucks that car buying has been taken over by these xxxxxxxx who have no qualms about pedaling a terrible product with a message that you are getting a deal. These guys suck, their warranty suck beyond measure, and Nissan sucks for not taking accountability for an obvious manufacturer default. Look elsewhere for your next vehicle.

Please do not buy the extended warranty offered by this broker. They fail to tell you the only place you are authorized to take your car is to Midas. Now don't get me wrong Midas is an excellent place for oil changes and brakes. I was lied to and told I could take my car to any ASE provider. This business it the stereotypical definition of used car salesman. Do not spend the money to go to Midas. Take that money you would have spent on the warranty and tuck it away so you can take it to an actual repair facility!!

I cannot stress this enough. After weeks of searching for the specific vehicle I wanted, 2006 4runner, I found it here....so needless to say Daniel had an easy sale. With less than 90,000 miles, one wouldn't expect the nightmare that occurred shortly after...Full of rust on the under carriage, my husband asked that they remove that which they did...a month later, the actuator for the transfer case went out so the 4 WD didn't even work when I needed it most (in Feb). Got that repaired, and 6 months after buying the vehicle it now needs an ENTIRE new engine due to a long standing radiator leak that should have been caught on their "inspection". Head gaskets blown. Rust everywhere inside the engine. So 6 months of owning this vehicle, it has needed over $7,000 in repairs. Called to let them know what had occurred, basically they had sold me a LEMON, and Daniel smirked and said "ma'am we don't make hardly any money on our vehicles." So he had me speak with Jason, who went on to say that I should have got the warranty, he gets yelled at all the time (which makes sense), and basically he can't predict what's going to happen to vehicles (no xxxx), blah blah blah...no accountability whatsoever that this vehicle was not truly inspected and should have never been sold in the condition it was...he offered to check his resources in Denver to see if a new motor could be replaced at a cheaper cost...he said he would call me the next day...I called the next day cause I hadn't heard anything and was told he wasn't in until noon but they would give him the msg to call me...I called later in the afternoon and was told he wasn't working that day...then was conveniently disconnected. This place taught me a few very expensive lessons-car salesman are snakes who rob people when given the chance, always get the warranty, and have an independent person inspect the vehicle. On a positive note, I found a very high quality mechanic shop that I will be forever grateful to....

Dealt with Jim. He played the part of a typical salesman, did his job, thanked me for the business...yada, yada. Within miles of leaving with the car, the engine light comes on. Bring it back next day, the code is found out (which they didn't really want to reveal but did), and they cleared code. Decided I wanted to leave it until they fixed it. Jim proceeds to call me "honey" and makes a comment about what was done before the days of check engine lights after I told him I wasn't comfortable driving at night with my son with the engine light on. He proceeds to storm out of the dealership and get in MY CAR and speeds off the lot to attempt to get the engine light to come back on. I was done with him, let someone else know I would be in contact with them when the light comes back on (based on the code it occurred often with the car) and will expect them to fix it. Bottom line, there's always a risk buying a used car, which I accept when I set out to buy a used car, however, in typical salespeople fashion, once they have the sale, you are bothering them. So, it's always about proceeding at your own risk.Btw, as part of the deal I shook on providing a review. It's unfortunate it had to be negative as I'm about the truth.

My first contact was with Heather on the internet. I was made to feel they really wanted to help me find the right car for me. I setup an appointment and they had the car available. I traveled from the DTC/Littleton to Colorado Springs to visit two dealerships and I went to Perkins next door and the sales manager was rude so I went over met with them next door at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and was met at the door by Thomas and he was new but extremely helpful. I have been in the auto business before so I can see the tactics happening and it wasn't what everyone describes. They were very laid back, welcoming and he was extremely helpful. No games I just wanted a good deal. Then after the test drive was over, it was easy, we negotiated a little on the tires, they met me half way and I got a hell of a deal as they were flexible to meet what I was asking. Just working with them helps makes it easy for everyone. Everyone was helpful and great to deal with. None of the issues happened when I was there from these previous posts. I talked to the whole team and they were awesome. Then I went into finance and met with Albert. Just note that by the time I went in to finance, the truck was clean and shining out front already detailed and ready to go. No pressure and no issues at all. The vehicle ran great and nothing had to be done to it except the tires and they gave me a credit off on the listed price to help me with that. I thought that was fair. Albert did a great job, I was pre approved with another bank and he and I strategically looked at the whole deal to see what was best for my credit score which was good just just shy of a few points to get a great rate and he was extremely helpful no pushy and really took the time to explain everything in detail. I went through all the numbers and I think there is confusion on the itching fee which is worked in with all the buyers but it all worked out great and I had no issue with it. As they gave me a credit of the tires which was a win win on the deal. I did the GAP which is totally necessary for a car if you put money down to protect your investment down the road if it gets totaled and you can cancel it if you want, maybe 24 months down the road, but I highly recommend it. He saved me money on the warranty which helped as well. Lastly, since I was in Denver, Thomas actually delivered the vehicle up here to Denver for me which I was greatly appreciative of. That alone was the kind of customer service you would expect from a dealer, just like what a BMW dealership would do. Very impressed and yes I would absolutely buy from Albert and the team again. Just go see what they have and make sure you test drive it good before hand as they get tons of cars just like any dealer and do your home work. I checked car guru's and it said I saved $2900 compared to the market price. That's alone is satisfying to know they will work with you.Cheers!

They lie. I can write an essay about all of things wrong with this place, but lying is the easiest to explain. You should not believe that your car has been inspected before you purchase. I was told that the car was accident free. Guess what, over spray all over the front of the car. I was told that all cars get a lube, oil, filter change. Guess what, the oil filter was dated 11 months before my purchase date with a black sharpie. And don't get me started on the $895 dealer fees. They claim to back them off the price only to add them back to the price at the closing table. Bottom line, do not trust them. Even if they have the only car in the country that you want, PASS. RUN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.

I contacted Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers about 2 cars that I wanted to drive to compare. The service was excellent, and the salesman was knowlegable, but not pushy. The test drives helped me narrow down which car I wanted.I did not realize it while we were at the dealership, but my fiance and I were not in agreement about our car buying budget or the car that fits my needs. If this had not been the case, we would have purchased the RAV4 that I drove. Everyone at the dealership was polite, courteous, and helpful. I usually dread car shopping because of the expected pressure from salesmen, and none of that was evident at this dealership. I felt very comfortable with the dealership and would like to purchase my next car from them.

Our buying experience started out good with our salesman, Mark, who was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He sold us a nice vehicle that well suited our needs. Then the nightmare began. We met Albert, the finance manager, who straight out of the gate explained to us that he would help us out with a good interest rate IF we bought products from him, namely GAP insurance and a warranty. Although I said no, we aren't interested, to which he became very rude toward us, he repetitively threatened us with not giving us the best interest rate he could unless we bought something. Finally, he does us the "big favor" and gives us the best interest rate he has, then jams us with an almost $700. window etch in the very end, which is a sticker on the inside of the drivers door, and not at all what we agreed on. Our purchase ended up being $700. over the purchase price we agreed to, and again, Albert explained how he wouldn't give us the interest rate that we were qualified to get if we didn't buy this "etch", because he has to make money! This guy was pushy, manipulative, yelled at us, wouldn't let us leave the dealership, and repeatatavly told us he flat wouldn't print out our paper work (our deal) unless he made money. Unbelievable. I've never been treated so poorly in a finance office. Albert just pushed us around and forced us to buy a product we do not want! I'll never go back there. I hope the $700 is worth the negative advertisements they'll get! On top of all that, their dealer fee is $800. Trust me, go somewhere else unless you like getting robbed!

NEVER buying from here again. First, the car i was driving an hour for was sold right before i got there and i needed a car within the week. I settled on a 2005 Volvo XC90 that had just arrived. I was told a list of things they would fix, NOTHING was fixed when i picked the car up. i had to drive an hour down again to get my center console fixed, the loud clunking in my suspension fixed and the $1500 issue that was knocking out my rear parking sensors, Anti-Lock Brakes, traction control, stability control, and brake assist... i waited 7 hours at the dealership taking the whole day off of work and the ONLY thing that got done was my center console replaced. I WAYYYYY over paid for the vehicle. i paid for it with the understanding that these issues would be fixed... NEVER happened. then i find out the whole back seat dvd system doesn't even work and that was something the sales man used as a selling point when selling me the xxxx car. so now I've over paid for the vehicle by about $2000 and now i have to pay $1500 to get the ECU replaced, i have to get my suspension replaced because its all bad, i found out during an attempted emergency stop that my breaks and rotors are almost completely done for so i have to replace those. has this vehicle been priced accordingly, i would have paid $5000 for it instead of what i did. The dealership still hasn't offered to fix the ECU issue they said they would, so yay for driving in the winter and in the mountains with no ABS, or other safety features that help keep my 4500 lb car on the road with the nearly bald tires they sold me the car with. Ill be upgrading my car in a year or two and I'm avoiding this pace like the plague.

I can't thank Lou and Jason enough. They stayed well after closing on a Saturday night to get me the best deal they could. Then, since the next day was Sunday, they worked hard on Monday and Tuesday to make sure the car was fully detailed and safety inspected. You can't ask for more from a used car dealer. Very happy.

I went to Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers to trade for an FJ Cruiser. I was prepared to go to battle with some slime ball car salesman but instead had a surprisingly good experience. Kaila was extremely helpful and made the whole process exceptional. Every step of the process went better than expected. The finance guy was great and fast! No high pressure to buy extended warranties. Next time I shop for a vehicle I will look here first.

I was first pleasantly surprised by Rocky Mountain Auto's BBB affiliation and A+ rating - Wow, not many used auto businesses can boast that kind of score! My daughter and I drove to the dealership and were greeted by a super nice gentleman by the name of Jimmy. He was not pushy by any means, just friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted us while we test drove a few of the vehicles my daughter showed interest in. My daughter then made a decision on the car she liked and we closed the deal. The dealership support staff, consisting of the floor manager, Danny and the finance specialists, Albert and Jason were just as friendly and helpful as Jimmy. We got the vehicle that my daughter loves, at a price that was very reasonable and with financing that met my daughter's income requirements to boot! All in all, I would definitely call on Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers for my next used car purchase before going anywhere else! Even given the fact that I live in Castle Rock (about 40 miles away), the trip was definitely worth it!

If you are considering this dealership AT ALL, do your research! Do not let them pressure you in to a sales and do not buy a car from them without having it thoroughly checked out by a mechanic. Get EVERYTHING in writing and don't let them bully you into anything that you are not comfortable with.

This is the first tie I have ever been To Rocky Mountain Autos. I was very impressed with the facilities itself, clean, modern and quite large. I was met almost immediately by a salesman. After a few minutes of chit chat he got the car I came to see and we went for a test drive. The conversation was mostly on our lives, he just let me enjoy the ride without high pressure sales pitch. After our ride, I was allowed to take the car home and show it to my wife, who took it on few errands. When I went back I bought the car. Very little time was spent haggling over the price (it was, in my mind, a good deal). I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. A very good experience. Ray Abeyta

I recently purchased a vehicle at RMAB. I was very pleased with the sales staff who assisted us. I have not purchased a car in many years and expected haggling, pressure etc etc. None of this happened. I found a car I liked, test drove it, went thru the finance process and was out of there in under 3 hours!!!!!!! I was able to get excellent financing thru a credit union. I had my first dealing with the credit union last week. Very nice and great customer service there as well. I would recommend RMAB to anyone. Ask for Quinton!!!

For a couple years I've been watching the vehicles and the pricing at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. Last week, it was time for me to seriously shop to replace a family vehicle. I checked out a couple places that had gimmicks to get me in the door. Great price on my trade in, but the price on the vehicle more than made up for it. Searched online at other places but price or miles seemed to high! Told my wife one afternoon I was going out to look at cars. She asked to go with me. (She nevers cares about the homework I like to do before a purchase.) At Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers, our salesman listened to our needs and my wants. I was interested in one SUV, but my salesman pointed out a different SUV that was just as good as the original one I wanted. In fact, better for our overall needs. Better mileage along with a $2000 LESS PRICE TAG. A few hours later, after a fair trade in, I was driving home a very clean, low mileage, 4wd, great MPG, SUV!!! A week after I purchased my suv, needed to take it back for them to finish prepping the vehicle. They wanted to do a final cleaning and oil change. I asked them to also rotate the tires. When I picked up the suv, they also told me the front brakes needed to be replaced. THEY DID THAT FOR ME TOO. Wow, after the sale, they invested their own money into my suv. THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! !! And why I will be back! Even today, I still check dealership tv ads and nobody has the low price and low mileage together! !

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had (and this is a real review!). After being offered $9k for our trade at a Toyota dealership in Motor City, we called Daniel (the floor manager) at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. We were amazed at how hard he and his staff worked to make our deal possible. They actually gave us $12.3k for our trade. This was on the same year/make/model and price of the car we had looked at the night before. Having purchased new Mercedes, Jaguar, BMW, Land Rover, and Infiniti, we have experienced very good customer service before. Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and Daniel Gagne exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you to everyone there. My wife is having a blast in her new convertible!!!

I went to Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers cuz my friend got a car there and said they worked with people that don't have credit and I met Adam and he showed me a couple cars then we looked at some numbers. At first I thought I just wasted a bunch of time, but they got me approved on an Olds Alero with low miles. Payments were right and they worked with me on down payment and I bought it and then met Steve, the finance guy. He gave me some tips for my frst loan and then they sent me home with a full tank. I will probably go back for another car when I can cuz everyone was really chill and I didn't feel like they were ripping me off the whole time. Adam answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything before he even asked for my business and it all just went smooth. and even better are the prices. they even showed me the book values stuff on my car so I knew I was getting a good deal. Hands down the best place I've been too. Other places acted like they didn't even want to help me when I explained my situation/

I went in to Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers to get my first car. I don't make a ton of money and I have no credit, so naturally, I was a little skeptical when they said they could get me approved on something. My salesman was Adam. He showed me a couple cars and kept asking me what I thought and liked/didn't like. Eventually, he told me he had a car he thought I'd like and offered to pull it up from the back for me. He pulled up a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am with 90 ish thousand miles that I ended up buying. He told me that he would need money down to get me approved, but I only had like 500 bucks so we made an arrangement for me to get them another 300 in the next month. I was kinda supprised at my payments at first and then his manager rocky said it was a short term or something and I would own it in like 2 and a half years. So I did it and went to the finance guy Albert who was really cool. He got me some pretty good deals on gap insurance and stuff. But then, my windows stopped working like 3 days later, so I called them to tell them about it and they offered to fix it. Overall, really a quick sale, Adam wasn't pushy, and I kinda felt like everyone there could relate to my situation and was trying to help me out. I'll come back once I pay off this car and get another one once I have the credit from ths 1.

I came to Rocky Mountain Brokers to test drive a certain type of car. The salesman was prompt at bringing out the car and answered my questions concerning this type of car. When I told him my price point, however, I was then moved to the floor manager who gave me an honest but strong sales talk about the value of that particular car and the fairness of the price. He did not understand that I only wanted a test drive and was never interested in that particular car because it was out of my price range.

We went here to purchase a car because my husband didn't really have any credit, it wasn't bad, he just didn't have any. We were showed several cars and the salesman was very helpful and not pushy. Unfortunately, as soon as we said we would buy the Ford Fusion we chose, things changed. The finance guy lied right to our face. They made up fees to "buy down" the loan, which wasn't necessary based on what I found out later. The fees, warranty and gap insurance that he said were "required" actually came to about $7000.00 dollars which equaled our down payment and trade in so we ended up financing the entire purchase price of the car. Whenever we asked questions to better understand what all the fees were for he changed the subject. When we tried to tell him we didn't want to buy the warranty we were told it was required, an outright lie. Although the salesman was very nice, and new, the finance part of the deal turned me off the dealer ship completely. A week after we bought the car we found out that the door lock on the drivers door wasn't working. No matter what you did the door wouldn't lock, it sounded like it did, but it wouldn't lock. We had to spend over $150.00 at a dealership to get the lock mechanism fixed and RMAB didn't care, they told me it was our problem. My husband had left his work laptop in the car throughout that first week thinking the car was locked. I'm so glad the outcome from that one wasn't different, it could have been much, much worse. I believe RMAB knew about the faulty lock and didn't' disclose it so they wouldn't have to pay for it. Overall, I think this entire dealership is dishonest and untrustworthy.

Rocky Mountain Auto Broker,I had a great no pressure experience with everyone there! From the sales person, finance person and the floor manager. They gave me exceptional service and a fair trade for my 2008 Hyundai Veracruz. A mistake was made on the price of the truck on the internet and they honored that price with no problem and with a smile. They do not raise their vehicles to an unreasonable higher price, they do have to make a profit they are a business. My experience with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers was great. I didn't encounter any negative practices the entire time I spent there and I was there literally from 11am to 9pm. My sales rep was Adam Torres, he was extremely patient and friendly. Especially because I had 2 little ones with me. I knew I had to lock in a deal just because of how much time I took from his day. I'm extremely glad I came to RMAB, I was able to negotiate a great price for my Lexus! Yes, dealer fees plus TTL can be expensive, but I was given an exceptional rate. Thanks Jay! The only blemish I can think of was waiting for the financier. Pushing 9pm and finally was able to speak with him, kept me waiting for almost an hour. But honestly hard to complain over all for the deal they gave me! I would definitely recommend giving this lot a try.

I began a search for a 4x4 truck about a week before starting my interviews at Rocky Mountain. Stopped there because of proximity to my workplace and was met with a friendly smile and firm handshake of Jim Knigge. We toured through an inventory of small trucks they had. None of them was a good fit for various reasons. I was then showed a Ram 1500, a bit bigger than I had originally wanted, but the truck showed very good. Drove it, loved it, bought it, was taken through all the normal sales hoopla that goes on when buying a vehicle. Jim and I drove the truck to my house to pick up my wife so she could drive our car home, and when the deal was done, Jim followed to pick up check for purchase. Later that same night I looked around for photos to show my family and I ran across a website that listed the truck $2000 lower than my purchase price. I mentioned this to Jay Orlinger and a deal was made to cover that. The website is not one they use to advertise on, so he was surprised. With that fixed, four days later I was driving the truck and the power steering went out. To make this story shorter, RMAB has picked up the tab to repair that problem. As I was driving the truck to my mechanic to have him do some additonal mechanical checks it was discovered that both ball joints were worn out and the license plate lamp burned out. RMAB called me to verify all was okay with the truck, so I told them about the latest finds, and they agreed to pay all but $100 of this last fix. Mainly, I want to point out they have done this with no pressure from me. Differing from some of the other reviews on this site, I have found RMAB to be very cooperative in getting issues resolved and they have worked very hard to see that I was satisfied with the purchase. For sure when I am on the prowl for another vehicle I will stop at their doorstep first.

RMAB was my first stop on a long list of dealers with trucks I wanted to look at, and my last. Met Jim Knigge on the way in the door and he loaded me into a couple of trucks in the range I was looking at. Neither truck was exactly what I was looking for, however whilst shaking hands with Jim, an associate of Jim's presented a really nice truck slightly away from my shopping list. Loved the truck and purchased it that night. The truck had a locking trailer hitch pin with no key, so their techs cut it off. Sadly, after a few days of driving it, the power steering pump froze up on me. Called them on it, and Jim responded quickly and checked out the truck. Not only was the pump bad, it had a bad tie rod AND RMAB agreed to get them both fixed on their dime. Ever hear of a dealership fixing a problem when you are outside the AS IS Warranty period???? Top that off with when I noticed a bogus website advertising the same truck (VIN Numbers matched) with a price $1700 lower than theirs. They also agreed to work with me on adjusting the bottom line. I have to say, when I am ready to look again, they will be my first stop again.

As a single woman it can be really hard to go "car shopping". I have treated poorly many times while looking for a car. I went to Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers to buy a new car. They didn't have the new car I was looking for. However, one of their salesmen "Dan" explained to me some of the differences in the types of cars of was looking at, spent time with me giving me information and treated with total respect. He knew he wasn't going to sell me a car and still took the time to show me some things. Then he contacted a dealer nearby, talked to the manager and sent me to THEM! I bought a car from that dealer and it was a smooth great experience. I can't believe the customer service and care I received from "Dan" even though he knew I wasn't going to buy a car from him. He even checked on how I was being treated and how the sale was going at the other dealer. A+ for this business. I will go there again and send any friend looking to buy. Many thanks for excellent customer service. It is a rare thing these days!!

I would buy or sell another vehicle through Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers without hesitation. After three decades of buying, selling or trading in cars I never thought I would write a positive review of a car dealership - never! This place is different, very different. They run this business the way I hope I would if it were me in their shoes - I can't say that about many organizations. My company relocated me from Colorado Springs to San Diego on very short notice. I had to sell my late model Toyota 4 Runner but had no time to do it. My neighbor recommended Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers to me. I was very nervous to leave my vehicle with them and leave Colorado Springs for California. Dan and the team there are absolutely first-class people. They kept in touch with me, they let me know the feedback from potential buyers and they consistently kept me "in the loop" regarding my truck. When they had a buyer looking at it, they called me and kept me informed of how the deal was going and made recommendations to me regarding how we could get it sold more quickly. The next time I am in Colorado Springs (March), I'm going to stop by and thank them in person. Again, not something I thought I would ever do with a car dealership.

They are untrustworthy. Let me explain my experience with this company. I test drove around 3 or 4 vehicles and each time, I was told that it comes with two sets of keys. It sounded as if that was a standard, practiced line. So, rightfully, I believed that I would get two sets of keys. I decided on a vehicle and proceeded to sign the standard paperwork. One of the pieces of paper that I had to sign was the We Owe form that shows what is owed to you as a customer. Of course, being told what I was told, I didnt think I was owed anything. After I had signed all the paperwork, I went out to the lobby and met my salesperson, Mick Hollas. He told me, that he was sorry and that there was only one key. He said sometimes they come with one key and sometimes they come with two. He told me that he would try to look in the detail shop the next day as they had closed for the night. I was satisfied with that answer and waited for his reply. He called me within a couple days and said that he could not find it. He apologized, but I thought that since he told me there were two keys when I test drove the vehicle, that I should get two keys. I signed a document stating that I wasnt owed anything because I was misled into believing there were two keys. I then took my case to the General Manager, Jay. He tried for a few weeks to track down the keys through the people he bought the car from and, as expected, they could not get the extra set of keys. Jay called me and told me that basically I was outta luck for the extra key. He even had Mick get on the phone with me and when I talked to Mick about it, he called me a LIAR. Now, if this were a regular key, it would be no big deal to me. However, this is one of those intelligent keys. I called the local Ford dealer and they quoted me that it would cost me $257 for the key itself and $85 for the remote starter fob. Thats $342 I was expected to come out of pocket for their mistake!!! Jay tried to explain that he would not pay to get a replacement key by telling me that I got a great deal on my car and that they didnt make anything on my deal. They (Jay and Mick) have both told me that Rocky Mountain Brokers sells over a hundred cars per month, but they couldnt afford (more like unwilling) to pay for the key that I was told was included with the car. During my time in the finance office, I was told that Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers does not spend a lot on advertising and relies on the internet and word of mouth. Apparently, $350 is worth it for Jay to have a bad review on the internet and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Actually, it probably would have been less for him since he would probably get a discount at the Ford dealer. Bottom line, in my opinion, Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers are not trustworthy. They will tell you one thing and then change it AFTER you sign the paperwork and then they refuse to make it right and treat the customer right. I just want to get the account of my interactions with them out on the net and warn other potential customers. Dont take a chance and have a bad experience like I did. Buy a car from a company that has integrity and will do the right thing. If you do decide to purchase from here, I would suggest you go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Look for things that are normally included with a car to make sure that it is there. Check for a lug nut key, spare tire, jack, air filter, etc. The car might not have these things, but you wont find that out until after you sign the paperwork. Thats what I think of their integrity. Im sure others have had better experiences with them or they wouldnt still be in business. In fact, the other reviews suggest that others have had good experiences. But, would you want to risk having an issue like this happen to you? Do business with them at your own risk. If you do decide to go there, steer clear of Mick Hollas. He will lie to your face and then deny it and then call you the liar just to save himself. No integrity is the phrase that describes both Mick and Rocky Mountain.

Price was over book value and then the financing nightmare begins in which they slip in $1300 in dealer fees and high pressure tactics to get you into the top warranty at an additional $2680. Between tax, dealer fees, warranty, additional insurance you end up adding $5.5K to the deal. Buyer beware and read everything very very well and make the finance guy slow down and explain every line on the contract before signing. Later I found out there was additional work scheduled for the car that the salesman didn't reveal even though I asked point blank if they found any issues with the car. The reconditioning manager told me about what else was due when I called to schedule repairing something that was obvious that the salesman couldn't hide. Overall, the car may be ok, but the experience was terrible in addition to the high price.

It was a BIG mistake to go to ROCKY MOUNTAIN AUTO BROKERS, as it was stated by another customer, yes they do sell CRAP, we were forced to keep an SUV that we didn't want, unfortunately by the time we realized that we purchased a LEMON, we already signed up all the documents. We were told by one of the employees that the General Sales Manager (Jason Oringer) (shame on him) would help us out by switching us up to another SUV as we requested, Boy how wrong the employee was, one of the first things Jason said was and I quote "YOU CAME TO ME TO BUY A CAR, I SOLD YOU A CAR, (in the process of saying that he clapped his hands) IT'S YOURS, YOU SIGNED FOR IT".. I couldn't believed was I was hearing and I told him, Man you are cold. He didn't want to take responsibility for what he sold us. Problems found in the 2008 Ford Edge SUV are the following: BAD BRAKES, BAD TIRES, and a VERY LOUD NOISE coming from the rear. After going back and forth trying for them to take responsibility for the CRAP that they sold us for $23.000, we agreed on that I would take the SUV to his Repair Shop (MIDAS at Stetson Hills) and in there they would fix the Brakes, would fix the noise coming from the rear and would install new tires. Well, they fixed the brakes (they had to Machine Shop the Rotors due to they were damaged, and they replaced the Brake Pads as well, but no new tires as we were promised and when I asked the MIDAS Tech why they hadn't replaced the tires, we were told that they do not do Tires in there (a Big Lie from MIDAS because they do have tires on display), and to fix the NOISE PROBLEM coming from the rear, the MIDAS Tech found/replaced some BAD BEARINGS. Then we drove the SUV back to ROCKY MOUNTAIN AUTO BROKERS to speak with the General Manager again, and asked what happened to the new Tires as we were told, and to our surprise the General Sales Manager (Jason O.) denied he said would give us new Tires, finally we offered will pay for 2 Tires ourself, and for General Manager to pay for the other 2. We were offered only $160.00 and we ended up paying $210.00 out of our own pocket. It's so sad that business like this exist, when it comes to Customer Service, we would say, they are the WORST, especially after signing all the documents they treated us like garbage, They didn't want to have anything to do with us, they hoped we just would go away. Also to complete this process, we filed a Report with the Better Business Bureau of Colorado Springs.

The wife and I browsed Rocky Mountain's website and found a couple vehicles that we wanted to take a closer look at. We made the trip to RMAB and were greeted by Will as we arrived. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about them both. We ended up purchasing one of the vehicles that day. Will worked hard to get us the deal we were after. Even more impressive than that, he took care of all the little details in making our new vehicle shine like new. He really went out of his way to take care of us and I would recommend Will to anyone.

The reason why I have given the outstanding rating above is because of the Amazing, Wonderful, Patient, Friendly, and above all OUSTANDING over the top service they have given me*:) I can't Thank them enough!!*:') They are my car angels for sure!! One week ago, last Saturday Aril 27th 2013 my car was stolen right outside my place that I rent at. I was beyond hurt and felt my whole world has fallen apart. That car was my life and home since I am barely home, work, and volunteer my time to a HOSPICE and visit wonderful mix all ages of old people. Most of them don't have any family and visiting them helped me as well since I don't have any family here in Colorado as well. It makes me feel great and warm to give my love to these Wise Lovable Sweet Souls. So by my car being stolen from me while I was taking a nap really upset me to breaking down in tears. I felt helpless by being carless like as if I lost all my arms and legs and empty in my heart. I needed, wanted my car so bad and not having it crippled me figuratively and emotionally to literally since I no longer have any way of getting to work and volunteer. I know there are buses, but there are limited areas that don't have it close and unfortunately there are not any by my neighborhood. The only one close by is about 45min away and caring a purse and belongings walking alone scared me and not safe since my car was stolen and no longer feel safe. Fortunately I have gotten rides to work this past week and that depressed me even more. I felt awful in depending on rides and waiting long hours at work before my shift and after. I am not use to being non-dependent on myself and always been independent with my own car. Working out schedules on my rides has been so frustrating and stressful and broke down my first day back to work Tuesday. Not realizing that I wouldn't have a ride this weekend to work and miss my work more due to no car and that hurt so much in fears of being jobless as well. Instantly I needed to take action and be strong no matter what. I knew my credit wasn't the greatest but needed to try and get a car as soon as possible before this weekend!! I felt determined and hopeful and went to one dealership that kept me waiting for quite a long time that seemed like hours. When they finally got to me they offered me a car that had 200,000.00 miles on it and that really brought me down and felt like I would have so much more issues to deal with it. That did it and felt they didnt care about me from the beginning so why should I even bother listening to them when they dont care to listen or work with me. I was on to my next car dealership I heard about that had great reviews from my friends and had a great feeling about them since I know my friends bought great cars there and had great people that care about the guest and had quality service beyond any other Ive heard of the car business. I was welcomed immediately with addicting smiles from every sales person there and even smiles from other guests that threw me off yet was a great sign to see. A nice sweet full of energy gentleman greeted me right away as if I was a long lost relative like he knew me. Once again threw off but shook his hands and felt so welcomed I just wanted to hug him instead!! As weird as it sounds I was just happy to be in a nice welcoming environment than the last dealership. The gentlemans Name that helped me instantly was Daniel Gagne. He listened like no other and showed me around and was so caring I could almost cry, but out of tears and tired this whole week. He was amazing in helping me with any questions I had and felt so comfortable with him like he was my dad. He introduced me to Rocky and another gentleman that helped (so sorry I forgot his name*? I told the boys my story and felt so taken care of and excited to get a car soon!! They worked with me and walked out with a decent nice convertible and a second chance and am so happy to have great people on my side and so helpful that blew my mind. I have never met so many nice sales people especially in cars and Rocky Mountain Auto has the most wonderful caring sweet clean staff*? Daniel was my main man (sales man). He went above and beyond and cant say that enough like my thanks to them. I see why my friends recommended them and they are the best Car dealership in Colorado ever. By far met all my needs and met my standards and will be giving them more business in future and truly greatful and for my angels who saved me from being carless no more!!and gave me back m y INDEPENDECE* Thank you so much you guys!! I have your back always as you have mines*?

We went there looking for a convertible and they did not have what I wanted in the convertible and Danial showed us a lot of different vehicles and had us test drive quite a few of them and than he got to the Scion that we purchased. He was not pushy at all and very friendly and made it fun and we are very happy with the car. I gave the rating that I did because Danial was great and very helpful and bound and determined to find a car for us. He was great at what he does.

In September of 2012 I bought a 2008 Ford Fusion that I absolutely love. I received an awesome deal! As part of the deal, the salesmen told me if I bought extra keys, Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers would pick up the bill for having them programmed and cut. I'm a full time nursing student in Denver, and time is a precious commodity. Finding time to have them programmed was a going to be a challenge. I finally had a break after the quarter was over and decided I should probably have the extra keys programed and cut. I took my car and the keys to Ford and gave them the details of who was to pay for the programming and I left my car in their capable hands. Well, after many calls back and forth between me, Ford and Rocky Mountain it turns out there was no paperwork at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers that stated they would pay for the programming. As you can imagine I was a little irritated by the situation! BUT, because Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers are an awesome dealership, they honored the deal I was promised back in September even though they had no reference to refer back to. Rocky was the gentlemen at Rocky Mountain that helped me resolve the situation. He was very professional and apologetic and resolved the situation in a very timely manner. Thank you very much Rocky and Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers for being a dealership that honors their deals! Aubrey

I purcahsed my first vehicle from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers in Oct of 2012 and dealt with Dan. Let me tell you I have never had such and awesome experience purchasing a vehicle. These guys are so honest that a week after I purchased the LR3 my Suspension Compressor went out, I contacted Dan who immediately got together with the Manager Rocky, and by the next day my SUV was in the shop getting fixed and they paid for all parts and labor. The honesty and quality of service I received is just unheard of from any car dealer or sales person now a days. We have been so happy with the quality of servcice and vehicle, that I just went back and purcahsed a second vehicle from them, this time an Infiniti M35x. Once again I dealt with Dan and Rocky. Let me tell you that I have never seen two people go above beyond to take care of a customer and make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I mean if I honestly sit hear and list everything these guys did for me I would be here all day. When you're there you are honestly treated like part of the family. I literally drove about 12 vehicles over the course of two days and not once did I sense any frustration or inpatience. They will definitely continue to earn my business!!!

We worked out a good deal on an 03 Nissan maxima and I even got a warranty on it but haven't crossed that road yet to see how good that is. Low pressure sales as far as my experience. It was Joe's 2nd day starting there but he had mad mechanic background and just reistablished everything I've looked up on Nissan and what my mechanic coworkers and friends said about Nissan.

I recently purchased a 2005 Chrysler Crossfire from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. When I asked Rocky Mountain to replace some of the equipment (Stereo & overflow tank) that failed to function properly in/on the car they were happy to replace these parts free of charge. Then a couple of weeks after purchasing the car I got a flat tire, my cable broke on my emergency brake, and my front window was not sealed properly from the entity that replaced the window and water came rushing into my car during a recent rainstorm. I took the situation to Rocky at Rocky Mountain and he didn't hesitate to fix the problems for me. Being a single woman and not having a lot of extra cash lying around after the purchase I was very happy with the service I received. I didn't get my tires replaced, and I had to pay a little to get my window sealed, but Rocky Mountain repaired all of the other important issues for me free of charge which helped me tremendously. Even though my situation was unique, I would still trust my family and friends to go to Rocky Mountain to purchase a new vehicle. I have the upmost confidence that they will be taken care of if anything were to happen or not happen. My salesman, Jim Knigge, was AWESOME, and Im so happy and privileged that I got to know him as a person. He never acted like your typical salesman and he listened to every word I said and made my visit and purchase very comfortable and pleasant. I dont want to leave out that the other salesman were very happy to keep me entertained as we went through this sticky situation. Every time I came into the dealership I was always greeted with a happy face and each and every one of them showed concern to my issues and took care of me. I would also like to name another great salesman, Will Boots. Even though I was not his customer he actually took the time to try and repair my window to keep me from having to pay for the fix and even though he wasnt able I still thank him for his help. Thank you Jim, Will, and Rocky! You gave me a wonderful car that I love and you made everything right when it all looked very bad.

Dealer performed a new tactic on us, one that I had not seen previously. While trying to work a deal on a used vehicle the "sales manager" took over from the "salesman" that we were working with. The sales managers ploy was to say that he in fact was going to purchase the vehicle we were negotiating on for himself and that we in essence needed to beat the price he was willing to buy the vehicle for. He essentially said he was willing to pay the dealers asking price for the used vehicle we were looking at. Once this tactic had been deployed on us we beat a hasty retreat from the scamming dealership. The sales manager pursued us outside of the dealership still trying to present his personal "loan app" for the vehicle we were negotiating on as if it would make a bit of difference to us at that stage. I would recommend people who do not care to deal with less than honorable sales people avoid this dealership/broker like the plague. You will likely be paying more than necessary for what you are looking for, prepare for the sales tricks to be at high throttle.

Our daughter's car was recently totaled in an accident. We needed to replace it quickly bc she needed transportation to and from college. Since my husband was out of town, the task of buying a used car fell on me. I was very skeptical. Thanks to Larry B. at Rcky Mtn Auto Brokers, my skepticism faded quickly. He listened to what I wanted, was very respectful, didn't mind answering my silly questions, gave me some good advice on safety ratings and MPG's, and never tried to talk me into buying something that I didn't want or something outside my price range. I had a very good experience buying a nice used car at this dealership. I found their upfront attitude that they advertised their cars at the lowest price possible refreshing. I have to agree that they do have their cars priced very competitively. After shopping the internet and finding the a few cars that I was interested in, I went to Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers first. The car they had was very nice, but I still had 2 other cars to look at at other dealers. I was not pressured to buy there and then, in fact I was surprised that they did not try to pressure me to buy. After shopping at 2 more dealers I decided that Rocky Mountain had the best car at the best price. I returned and made a deal on the car I had test driven the day before. I knew the price was good that they had advertised but still felt compelled to offer less. I was able to negotiate $500 off of their sale price and felt that we made a win win deal. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great car at a great price and not have to feel like your getting beaten up to make a great deal.

My wife and I visited Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers in Colorado Springs, Colorado during the July 4th weekend. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Daniel Gagne, who introduced us to several vehicles. After several test drives, we finally settled on a 2006 CLK 350 Mercedes Benz, and wow do we love it. What I enjoyed most about our experience was how Mr. Gagne treated us. He was patient and did not pressure us at all into buying a car. In fact, he encouraged us to take our time and consider our options before making a decision. We took his advice, went home and returned to the dealership the following day to make our purchase. We haven't regretted our decision, I assure you.Mr. Gagne also went out his way to make sure that we got the most money possible for our trade in.I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and especially Mr. Gagne. I was looking for a car for my daughter. They had a number of great priced, very clean, small SUVs that we were interested in. Being from Castle Rock we could either go North or South to find a suitable vehicle. We had looked at several other dealerships but didn't find a good match with reasonable miles, very clean and priced appropriately. They had one specific SUV that appeared very appealing online. When we arrived it was the match we were looking for.My experience working with this group of individuals was easy. They were friendly and tolerant of our numerous requests and questions. I have purchased 17 cars and SUVs over the years and all have been used except for 3 of them. I have dealt with a number of dealers and individuals when purchasing used these vechicles. Working with Rocky Mountain Auto was not difficult nor unpleasant. I would definitely refer others to them based on their selection of vechicles and their ethics. They disclosed to me upfront the information about the warranty (or lack of one), the 48 hour independent inspection and repair clause and were reasonable on the value of my trade-in. Besides all this, the event that prompted me to write this review was that when detailing my trade-in they found a piece of very sentimental and somewhat valuable diamond ring that was left in the car. The detailer could have easily kept it for himself but I received a call from the GM notifying me of their find. If that isn't eithical, I don't know what is.This was the first time I had ever heard of or used this dealership. Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase and experience with Rocky Mountain. Remember, you are the buyer. If you don't want to use their financing (I didn't) or don't want to buy a warranty (I didn't), don't!

Don't buy from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. They negotiated a price and then hit you with mandatory (but really optional or they wont sell you the car) fees in finance. They live up to all the stereotypes. Like being slick talkers, but nothing ever in writing. And you can never reach anyone. Then when you show up they run like cockroaches. When you to try to make things right they hit you with the tough luck you singed for it. The people I dealt with lied in one way or another. Be honest with your customers. If you want to keep customers treat them right and do not make them feel like idiots. I know good customer service, fair pricing, honest, and ethical behavior. Rocky Mountain should be ashamed, but I guess they just don't care. The worst part is you have the nerve to thank me for my service to this country only to take my money like I have not made sacrifices so you can be free.Lets be clear:1. Unethical negotiation tactics - negotiated a total price, but then did not disclose mandatory (optional) add-ons.2. Finance - Charge you fees on financing even if you have your own.3. Customer service - when you try to contact them no one is ever there and don't hold your breath on them contacting you...They just keep passing the buck.

I communicated with Adam C. Finocchio Internet Sales Manager (719) 243-4187 He was very helpful and cognizant of my needs and financial situation. I unfortunately changed my mind about a purchase. He was understanding and thoughtful, even offered me a special financing deal that could have delayed my first payment by as much six months. I thought that was a considerated offer as to my $$$ issues. I will definately call him again when my situation is better. Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers seems to have a great selection of auto inventory. Thanks for this opportunity to review this business....Burton Evans

WARNING!!! This establishment will not let you have an independent mechanic inspect a vehicle prior to purchase. They will try to strong arm you into purchasing the vehicle and then getting it inspected because they are so reputable. They will also tell you that you can return the vehicle within 48-72 hours if you are not satisfied after completing an independent inspection. However, if you read the contract carefully, it states, Customer(s) understand that Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers, Inc. is selling this used vehicle 100% as-is. Customer(s) acknowledge there is 48 hours from the time of sale to perform a major mechanical inspection by a 3rd party mechanic. In the event there is AN INDIVIDUAL MAJOR MECHANICAL PROBLEM FOUND OVER $500.00, Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to fix the individual major mechanical problem or unwind deal. (Emphasis added) So they choose whether to take the vehicle back or address one issue. If your find several issues with the vehicle, but each one is under $500, you pick up the tab. This agreement is in their interest not yours. Stay away.

I bought a car from these guys just this past Black Friday. No unnecessary games while negotiating on a reasonable price. The agreed amount was on par with KBB. As bad luck would have it, the car needed a new transmission, which was discovered only after the sale. Now, they could've tried making a quick buck and said, "Hey, good luck with that!" Instead, they made good out of a bad situation. They arranged for servicing my car, at their expense. They did their part in keeping me informed on the progress of fixing my vehicle, whether it was good news or bad. Plus, they arranged for a temporary vehicle until the work was satisfactorily completed on my car.Their staff remained courteous and professional at all times. Basically, I have the impression that these guys are good and decent people, just trying to make an honest living selling cars, certainly without any attempts at taking advantage of you in the process. So, if you're interested in purchasing a used car at a reasonable price, look these guys up, most definitely!

I am a young female and I purchased my first car from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers, which was a very exciting experience. Luckily I love the car that I am driving, but my dad and I have taken a lot of mistreating from the staff. Exactly a week after I bought my car it died when I tried to start it, completely dead. It happened again the next day, so I took it into O'Reilly's to get the battery checked, which was fine, but could not get an alternator reading. I called the dealership the next day and basically all I got was the run around about how they wanted me to fix it myself. My dad then calls them and tries to get help , but received the same result. I had to personally take my car in for anything to get fixed, it was just a loose terminal. It just sucks to have such bad customer service a week after I bought the car, they do not stand behind their product and do not care to help you fix the problem. Can guarantee I will not be going back.

This company doesn't care about it's customers. Once the deal is done, you are on your own.I made the mistake of buying two cars from them within a week. This first one I had to rescue 3 times in the first week as it wouldn't start. Their answer - you have a warranty, take it in and get it fixed. Basically, no longer their problem. The second problem occurred when there was an odometer discrepancy on the Car fax, to the tune of 20K miles. The difference between a vehicle with 100k and less than 100k. Their claim - clerical error - Right? Customer service starts at the lot. They'll promise you trust and the truth, but won't deliver on the back end. In the end it was just another business deal. Adds a whole new meaning to "AS IS", from a dealership no less.Lies, shaddy deals, dead promises - are the order of the day for this company.Stay away from them.

The vehicle was as listed no surprises, the salesman was helpful, to the point with no pressure. The Shop was clean, the attendants polite. They seem to have quality vehicles on the lot. I would recommend them highly

Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers took advantage of a wounded warrior. I lost my leg in combat, and I was given a grant from the VA to purchase a new vehicle. The finance department at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers assured me that they knew how the paper work worked. Obviously, they did not. I was denied the grant because they made me finance the car. (I know I am approved for the loan because I bought a different car from a different dealership recently.) But because they did not do the paperwork correctly, like they said they knew how to, I did not get the car. Also, after putting about 700 miles on the car, I took it to a dealership to have it serviced. That is when I found out that the car needed $5,000 worth of work done to it. They also told me that the service contract I purchased could not be cancelled. I called the company that the contract is through, and I am cancelling it in when the paperwork gets to my house. So the staff lied about that. I am sorry that the workers at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers feel it is necessary to lie to customers and sell vehicles that are unsafe to be driven. Just like other dealerships, these people are out there to make a sale, and thats it, they do not care about their customers. Oh, and if you have to reach management, good luck!

I haven't purchase a car in a long time because I just hate dealing with people that are untrust worthy and not up front with me. I have been around the block once or twice so I know when someone is trying to take advantage of me. I came into Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers looking for an automobile and I had the opportunity to meet Quentin Burgess let me first start by saying that I have seen online some of the worst storys about this sales person. I was hoping at first not to get him but to my surprise this was the best sales experience I have ever had. My financing went through my local credit union not only were they able to match the rate, they actually lowered my rate through my credit union. Mr. Burgess was very knowledgeable, very professional with excellent customer service. He was never pushy and I was able to think about everything overnight and did the deal the next morning. They had everything ready it was in and out process that took less then 20 minutes when I drove off with my new car. I would always recommend if you have the opportunity to work with any sales person there; work with Quentin Burgess.

Terrible experience. Saw a car on the weekend, went home, did research and thought about it. Called Monday and made an offer of $9500 and was told they were very close to that number and that I should come in to buy. As we were located 65 miles away, we scheduled an appointment for the next day. When we arrived we were told that the best they could do was $2500 more than we offered on the phone. I don't know in what universe $2500 is ,very close' to a $9500 offer. They kept us waiting while they all huddled in an office and were offensive in general. Although they have a right to make as much profit as they can, they lied to us on the phone, wasted our time and used every typical sleazy used car salesman trick in the book. Apparantly they have enormous overhead that they tack on to each car so you will pay more here. If you are considering this dealer do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere first. Also be careful of personal information that you give to them. They ask that you sign and initial forms in the negotiating process which may give them access to your credit report even if you don't want to finance through them. CAUTION!!!

I saw a car posted on craigslist that I decided to respond to. I sent them a low offer on the car and instead of declining the offer politely I was called a crook and a thief.I can tell you I will never deal with Rocky Mountain Auto brokers fro any of my vehicle needs in the future. Especially with salesmen like Quentin Burgess employed.
