Working with Francisco was a complete delight. He is honest, kind, patient, had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle, has a great personality and answered all of my questions. Came in looking for an F150, was greeted by Francisco Moreno and shown several versions and options of my vehicle. Got to do a few test drives. I loved the whole laid back attitude there. Zero pressure sales. Didn't have to deal with the back and forth, manager after manager it was hassle free. Pretty much only dealt with Francisco and the finance guy. Very pleasant experience and I got the truck I wanted. I would highly recommend Francisco and his team, to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks Francisco!

Let’s face it — no one enjoys buying a car from a dealership. It's the back and forth negotiation and endless lies for me. My husband assured me this would be an easy process with Rodeo Ford, sadly it wasn't. After waiting 4 months, two different sales guy, the truck is finally here!! It's time to sign! Here it comes... we were mislead regarding a price miscommunication. Lets remember the importance of integrity is when you set prices and make promises and then cannot follow through!! You let us walk away from a deal over a less than 2k price difference because our trade in is from Canada. Your dealership’s digital reputation should reflect that you're crooks. I know you'll turn around and sell this truck quickly in this market. I hope your corporate greed is worth the powerful word of mouth that will get around from this review.

Willingness to sell a car and work with the customer. Sales associates were excellent, they took out all the stress and saved me probably ten hours in time. They delivered my car to my doorstep in Northeast Az with out me having to drive all the way down to Rodeo Ford, a four hour trip for me one way. The paperwork was a breeze, only an hour and half.

All the paperwork and "afterward" discussions were not too tasking. Sometimes when we think we agreed on a price and financing the deal is finished. Well these discussions about warranties and licensing can actually be more energy sinks. Not this time. The deal was done and the rest went smoothly.

This dealership sucks and don't buy from them,listen to the reviews peoeple,they don't care about you the top manager Alexis Medina said they just sale cars if you have any problem with the vichele talk to ford who makes it. They don't care,they back up each other. They blamed you it's your fault for why the car don't run after you only had it for two months they don't take care of you. And Alex wants to comment on your review what ever his says is xxxxxxxx.... he said he was going to file a claim for me haven't heard anything yet, this dealership sucks,SCAMERS REPORT TO BBB!

The salesman we had Brody DeWeese made our experience absolutely wonderful. Brody was so genuine and honest with us, it was very refreshing, you really don't find that very often in today's world. I also really appreciated that they did not add on and charge us for a bunch of "options" that we did not want on the car. Brody also followed up with us and answered every need and question we had, even after we purchased the car. I will defiantly recommend Brody to everyone we know looking for a car, as he was a pleasure to work with.

Bought a new 2013 Ford Edge from Rodeo. Last month, the sun roof on the vehicle went out. Had purchased the extended warranty coverage and took the vehicle in for repair. Instead of getting it done, they had the vehicle over a week saying Ford was giving them a hard time for approval of the repair. Once it was done, when we went to get the vehicle, we noticed a large gap on both sides of the head liner. When I pointed this out to my service adviser Mike Ryan, he said he'd take care of it. Called me the next day and when I went in, the liner was not repaired. Mike said there was nothing they could do short of getting a full headliner replacement which they were not willing to do saying it might not set right anyway. Service Manager Darren agreed. Called the dealership and sent email to complain with no return calls. Very surprised at the lack of concern. WIll have to find another Ford dealership to deal with this and other future issues. Looking for a Ford, go somewhere else.

My new service advisor Richard was Top Notch! JV had always taken care of me in the past, so I was unsure if I was going to get the same great service. Not a worry there. Richard explained to me what services were going to be performed the moment he took the keys. He even came to find me in the waiting area periodically to give me updates, and when the service was completed, he thoroughly explained the work performed what parts they used and what I could expect. What a great experience! Even more so because I knew the service shop was very very busy at the time I had my service performed. Every person in this dealership is so friendly! Even though I know some of them aren't even involved with the service department they went out of their way to ask me if I needed anything several times. Rodeo Ford has earned my business for life!

JR Rodriguez was phenomenal to work with, he made the experience painless. He was able to have all documents ready and all transactions were completed telepathically. I live 4 hours away from the dealership and he delivered the truck to me! This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I really like and appreciate my service manager, Rachel Shanahan. She took care of all of my problems and helped me in every way possible. The water pump went out on my truck so I called her. She told me to call Ford roadside assistance as I was covered. It was late in the day but they had someone there in under 30 minutes. Rachel had the service department start working on it the next morning and I was able to pick it late that afternoon. She is the best.

I was recently in the market for a Focus ST. I have purchased 2 vehicles previously from Sanderson Ford, but this recent time, my best friend referred me to Rodeo Ford, specifically David Garcia, one of the Sales Managers. I decided to run to the dealership and speak with David.First of all, upon arriving at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by a salesman, Scott Griffith. Not in the typical way you expect from a typical dealer, but in a very professional, personable, and courteous manner. He found David for me, and David assured me Scott would be able to help me out, and we will talk numbers when the time comes. Scott was nothing short of amazingly courteous, prompt, and attentive. He appraised my trade in, and he showed me the car I was interested in, a black on black Focus ST. I drove the car with him, and he was very knowledgeable about the car, but once he realized I knew what I was buying and what options I wanted, he didnt try to tell me about stuff that didnt matter or that I already knew about. He was genuinely a good guy you can talk cars with, and didnt make me feel pressured at any time. After the test drive, we went back to speak with David, and between him and his General Manager Alex Medina, the excellent experience at Rodeo Ford continued. They gave me a more than fair price on my trade and an amazing deal on the new ride. There was no sales tactics to get me into something I didnt want and there was no annoying back and forth fighting over $2 in a payment. They put their best foot forward, and I can not express enough how refreshing it was to deal with a car dealership in this manner. They have the model on how every dealership should conduct themselves, both over the phone, and in person. Unfortunately, I did not end up buying the car they had on the lot due to the fact it did not have all the options I wanted, and it was a 2015 model. David and Scott informed me they could get me a different color with the options I wanted, but they knew I was partial to black and did not push the issue, and were very understanding. I implore and urge anyone that is in the market for any Ford, please go see these guys. They will not mistreat you and you will have a fresh new take on how great it can be to deal with a dealership. I may not have bought my car from them, and I would have if it had the right options, but I will drive 20 miles out of my way to buy parts from them and get my vehicle serviced there, that is how great they are. Go there, you will not regret it.

Went to new buy a crew cab F-150. I traded in my 13 year old Chevy. Scott Griffith had the deal set up and ready to go, but he noticed I wasn't smiling with the vehicle I chosen to save money. He simply ask me " you don't seem to be excited" I looked at him and said he was correct. Well, to make this short, I bought my first ever new Ford F-150 4X4 XLT with a four cylinder ECO BOOST engine. Tried to make an appt for oil change on my 2014 Edge via internet. Girl (Morgan?) took info and assured me the service dept would call to set up. After waiting 4 hrs for callback I called them. Girl (not Morgan) answering phone rang service dept and no answer. She came back on and asked me for name of service person and I explained I had no one and no name. I then complained about no callback and she rudely informed me "They're really busy". I then told her "Thank you, I will go elsewhere." Never did get the call from their service dept. Beware of Rodeo Ford ! I recently was in the market for a new F 150 and found the perfect vehicle at Rodeo Ford. Since they are located about 250 miles away from me I was able to do all my negotiating on the phone/ e-mail and placed my credit card deposit. During these negotiations I informed Rodeo Ford that I would be ordering a tonneau cover for my new truck so it would be ready when I picked up the truck,at no time was I informed by Rodeo Ford that the truck might not be available, even after placing my deposit. I then purchased the tonneau cover and arranged to have it installed on the truck before I arrived early the next week. To my surprise I received a call from Rodeo Ford at 8:30 that evening informing me that they had sold the truck soon after receiving my deposit. Now I had a tonneau cover and no truck. I immediately called the company to cancel the tonneau cover purchase but it had already been processed and now I had to pay a restocking fee of $124. I requested from Rodeo Ford to reimburse me the restocking fee since I would have never purchased the cover if I had known the truck purchase was not a done deal. Since taking the deposit on a truck that apparently was already sold was their mistake, I think reimbursing me the restocking fee is appropriate. I never heard from Rodeo Ford again, except for their sales people calling to see if they could sell me a vehicle . Very unprofessional dealership ! Stay away !

Last summer I wanted to get my Ford fixed from It's starting issues. They had taken 1 1/2 days to diagnose the problem, and I didn't trust the diagnosed problem , so I had them only do part of it. 3 DAYS LATER , I FINALLY GOT THE CAR BACK ! 3 DAYS !!!!!I would not recommend them to anyone !!!!

I traveled from El Paso TX to purchase my vehicle from Rodeo Ford....their customer service is top-notch! My salesman and finance officer Mr. David Garcia was courteous, honest, and friendly. He worked tirelessly to find me the exact car I wanted. In fact, he worked a deal with another dealership to give me every option possible...he stated "I just want you to be happy with your choice". He also contacted 10 different banks in order to get me the best rate possible, saving me thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. Additionally, after I arrived back in El Paso, I had to register my vehicle, which required a document from the dealership. I contacted Mr. Garcia on his day off and he was able to contact the business manager at Rodeo in order to send the paperwork as quickly as possible. I can't say enough good things about Rodeo Ford, Mr. David Garcia and his entire sales team...my family has purchased at least 6 cars from Mr. Garcia, and I plan to buy all of my future cars from Rodeo Ford!

Do not trust this place They resell alarms that has already been installed on a car they took on trade in They resale alarms that has already been installed on a car they took on trade in Aldo will tell you it is 199 00 another 800 for the actual alarm to where he will not tell you that part for 199 is just for the activation of the alarm He will add gap insurance even if you do not need it and tell you the bank requires you to have it that's another $800 Then after you haggled for the price of the car he will submit paperwork for the original asking price of the car Hoping that most people will not catch this and or hoping person is desperate This place is a joke not sure about service they seem to be helpful on the phone Buyer beware you must fully look at paperwork before you sign it so you can deduct thousands of dollars they had it on It Once again they will go back to the classical well you sign the contract

I had been looking for several months for a specific truck. I finally found it here at Rodeo Ford. It was reasonably priced and exactly what I was looking for. You will go through the typical process when buying a vehicle at any dealership. As consumers it is our responsibility to do proper research and know what we want / need. I noticed when taking delivery of the truck at the end of the evening that the drivers side window had 2 bad scratches on it. After a few phone calls on and after Thanksgiving weekend the general manager Pete said they would send me a check to cover the cost of the window replacement. I received the check within a week and had the glass replaced with Ford OEM glass. I was very satisfied with the way the issue was handled. Other than that one issue I have had no problems at all. The truck is exactly what I wanted and was looking for. 2013 F 150 STX Flame Blue color.

I go here to get a truck. Got quoted wrong mileage.now has 58,000 miles. I bought it at 54,000 miles. I Bought a five yr old truckA month later the rotors and brakes and the matter clynder I's no good. So the two grand left on warranty on the truck ONLY covers motor and tranny. So they wanna fix it for 1,000 it'll cost me. I went n got it back. I will be contacting an attorney and cooperate office. It shuld have been fixed before they sell LEMONS to people. I will decide if I'm going to involuntary repo on it. And they can keep it. Our if I want to keep it and fix it myself. I Will NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. I'm a single mother and they wanna get rid of their trash to single moms because they don't care that in a Month after you buy a vehicle you have to start paying for things wrong with it. NOT GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL.

Mike was our salesperson, he was very knowledgeable and helped us select the Focus.he and the manager Pete were easy to deal with, and we made a deal going from our lease to a purchase with our monthly payment staying around the same.they were also thorough and made sure our deal would be approved through ford before we really started to negotiate. Pete in Finance was great making sure we were protected with GAP and an extended warranty. I would definitely recommend Rodeo Ford and Mike Tillman to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I'm writing to tell you my experience with your Rodeo Ford Dealership in Goodyear AZ. First off I swapped my Toyota Tacoma and after 3+ hrs of haggling and getting up to walk out, a salesperson hit a printer button in front of me giving me what I wanted. 3 hrs wasted and transparent, which I told them. Now I get a free oil change. Have the work done, first time driving my vehicle on the highway, low air pressure light. Never happened before and they rotated my tires. I called and was told, don't worry air pressure will go up with this heat. Not a good answer going down the highway at 65mph with kids in car. Told not to worry and stop back when I was in town. Pulled over and all tires with 25psi. Door says 35. I put air in and light went out. Now fast forward almost a month, 2 wks with rental on vacation. My daughter spots oil on garage floor. I lift hood and oil cap was off. Hood had not been up since "free" oil change. I hadn't noticed floor since I'm the only driver and work till night at local emergency room. I call again and said coming in. Came in waited about hour. Given print out that said routine oil maintenance. I said, no this should indicate the tech left the cap off. My engine was covered as was the felt hood cover. Ms. Kimes at Rodeo states, "well it was on when we lifted the hood." At that point my own gasket was ready to blow. How stupid was she accusing me of being. I would drive with it off spraying oil. I then asked a second time to see a maintenance manager. I met with Derrin Smith at Rodeo. He tried to placate me and said the tech was fired after my service was done. He changed the print out to reflect the reason for my visit. They washed my engine off and replaced the lost oil. I told him about the air pressure call and answer. He agreed that driving like that could have been dangerous. Thank God I had a father who taught me the basics. So I go home, not happy with outcome completely. The car felt less powerful and the fuel mileage indicator I leave up was showing 13mpg and when I stopped it dropped to 9. I called left VMM for Darrin and spoke with Rafeal. I had pulled my air filter and it looked like it was smeared with margerine, bright yellow. This was two days ago. No call back though Derrin promised to be available. I would have thought since the air intake is at the front fender where all this oil sprayed they would have checked and replaced my air filter. This was my first Ford and I'm not impressed.

So this particular dealership sends me a letter saying they would be interested in buying my truck. Bare in mind I did not solicit this letter in any way. I call the number provided and after about ten minutes of transfers I finally make it to a salesperson. I inquired about the handwritten letter. The salesperson responded with asking me when I could bring it in. As I'm not a fan of wasting anyone's time I asked a couple very general questions - what they're going for, conditions, etc. I didn't expect a price quoted to me but a general idea didn't seem like much to ask. This is where the condescension began. The salesperson was belligerent saying that I contacted them to ask about selling my truck and not the other way around. I responded with the fact that THEY contacted me with a handwritten letter without ANY prior inquiry asking to buy my truck. After that I wrote an email to the sales manager who wrote the letter and included his business card. It's been weeks now and no response. Avoid this business - customer service isn't a priority. Customer service barely seems to be a notion to these people.

Well I've had my new Focus for a few months. I also want you to know that I am a college educated, professional woman who was taught by her father/men in her life a thing or two about cars. I can change my oil, filters, spark plugs, and tires. So about my new Focus. It has all the problems you read in the reviews, the stuttering, the weird noises, and the jerking at start up and when turning off the engine. New problem is an ether/lighter fluid smell coming through the vents with idling or at start up. The car looks awesome and sporty, but these issues really make you concerned. I have to tell the kids to wait a second after I turn off the car before opening their doors for safety due to its lurching forward and fear it will knock them down. As far as this dealer ship, the jury is still out. My dealing with the salesman at purchase was painful. Hours of haggling and at the time of walking out, another salesperson I hadn't met hit print on his PC and gave me what I'd wanted from the beginning. I told them that they shouldn't let the customer know that it was setting there all along in the event I wasn't suckered into taking a better deal for them. It made me annoyed and I could have walked out over them playing me for a fool. I had even warned them up front I had been through that tactic before and wouldn't tolerate it, but they still tried it with me. Buyer beware always no matter what they say. I've never met a completely honest car salesman. Now my first service of an oil change resulted in my dash alerting for low air pressure, right after my visit. I called and I was told, "you know the heat and expansion, blah, blah, blah." I stopped and the tires were below where the recommendation was on the door for this vehicle. I put them back to where it should be, light went off. BUT, why did a girl have to perform what was needed? Isn't that their specialty? Silly me for requesting them to rotate my tires and check the air. Now I'm going back over the smell that makes me sick and to discuss the rough idling for the second time. I'll let you know what happens. So far I have not been amazed at their customer service....I guess time will tell.

Darren then offered to have one of his employees come over to my house with a car-jack to take off my tire and bring it back to the dealership to have a new tire put on. What great service Rodeo Ford gives their customers. I have been very impressed with the service that they have provided me. Rodeo Ford has gained a lifetime customer and I strongly recommend buying and having your vehicle serviced there. From the time that I bought the car to the few times that I have had my car in the service department, everyone has been great!! Even the greeters in the service department know me by my last name. Called the service dept. to find out what the towing capacity for my ford ranger. The guy said he doesn't have that kind of information but it isn't much......only like 3500 lbs. Called a different dealership and they pulled it right up on the computer with the Vin# and told me exactly what it was. Rodeo Ford service department is LAZY. Don't bother with them.

Told them I wanted a bumber to bumber warranty, they said no problem you have it, car needed a part, not covered, gave me a low warranty for a high price and lied about it. Car broke within the first 9 hours of having it, they fixed with a big fit, scratched my cars hood and the strips along three of my doors came up missing. They refused to fix and I had to pay 800.00 to have them replaced. Funny how the glue was extremely sticky where they were when I went to pick up my car. The salesman got in trouble for agreeing with me that they were there. One week after i owned vehicle, front tire had a bubble in it, called them they said to bad. There went another 900.00. They are liars and cheaters. FYI, Earnhardt is a part of them. I am telling you, DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brought in a ford truck with an electrical problem, service advisor Raul J. didnt really listen to the problem, got the vehicle returned to me with - flat front tire (on an explorer which are prone to roll overs), broken valve cover (from timing chain guide breaking-prob not their fault), window still completely down, grease hand prints all over white hood and still had to be towed home. I paid towing both ways. then found out that the original problem was not repaired, called Raul and he paid towing (after some hesitation). then he had repaired again and told me that it was the battery terminal and they replaced it for free (thought it was very nice of them). I asked if they would pay towing back home again for me (since i paid twice already) and after hesitating again, he agreed. waited 3 days and after no response to my 2 calls and messages i finally just paid for the towing...again. Get it home and find out that they did not replace the battery terminal, still the same old terminal, so either he lied or just didnt want to explain what the actual problem was in detail and took easy way out. Ended up fixing the timing chain myself and it runs great now (they said it needed new engine, only has 70k miles on it tho). Called the manager who intially said that they would refund my money for whole repair (which is more than generous) then after talking to his tech (and i presume Raul) sided with them and said he would not even covered the third tow bill but that since Raul "said" he'd cover the fourth back to my house (which he didnt) that to "mail" him the receipt and in a couple weeks theyd send me a check for it. He didnt care about: flat tire, window down (and unsecure for 2 days), grease all over hood, repair coming back, lied to about parts being put on that were not and the 3 days i was without it waiting for Raul to tow it which never happened. Very bad service from a large Ford dealer, use any other Ford dealership for service; Sanderson Ford is great, Tom Jones Ford is great really have never heard of such bad bad service from any other ford dealer in AZ.

Wow. I must say, I have never had a car buying experience quite like this one. The dealership was great, treated me like a person not just a transaction. I got the car that I needed and wanted thanks to Justin Lyons. To this day, after the sale he still answers my questions. I would confidently recommend any one looking to buy a car to go to rodeo and call Justin. You won't regret it!!!

After a disaster at Camelback Ford, I went online and searched for my new car and ended up getting in touch with Rodeo Ford and Justin Lyons. I was treated with genuine respect, I did not feel like they were doing me a favor in buying a car from them and the deal I got was great! Easily the best car buying experience in 20+ years! My wife and I were forced into buying a replacement vehicle due to her vehicle being totaled. I say forced because I have had so many bad experiences at other dealerships, that I really despise the process of purchasing a vehicle. To our pleasant surprise, our experience with Rodeo Ford was actually very good. We dealt with Mark Kirkley (sales) and his manager, Shawn (?). Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with our purchase.We would highly recommend the good people at Rodeo Ford if you are looking for a dealership that is easy to work with.

Not only was this whole experience wonderful, I felt I have gotten great service from them since my purchase. I went on a trip to Salt Lake City and had a tire problem, which was fixed at no cost, I recommend this Ford dealer as one of the best I have ever had experience with.

I have rated Rodeo Ford so highly because the 1st class treatment I recieved from Justin and David. They truly try to make it fun, no pressure and straight up. From the time I showed up, to the time I left I really enjoyed the whole experience! I got a picture of my new truck and a hand written thank you note a week after I made the purchase. I would recommend them to anyone!

Went to Rodeo Ford just to browse and maybe trade in our Ford Expedition 2005, and had a great staff work with us from the first day until 3 weeks later approximately, one of the biggest reason besides a good price comparing to what the market offered, and good interest rate, was the treatment given to the family in the whole process, not being pushy and in your face to make a deal, enjoyed our experience, thanks Justin and agaisn as well as the whole staff involved!!! The salesman was good in selling the car but that is unfortunately where it ends. I bought a brand new car that Rodeo Ford said they would have to trade with another dealership to get one I wanted as it was not in their stock. Instead of driving away with a new car that day, I waited almost a week. They failed to call to tell me when my car would be ready to come get. A simple phone call would have been fine each day I was promised the car would be ready to pick up. Instead, I had to call to get status updates and find out each day because there were many errors on their part that it was not ready. The salesman told me that he would personally drop off the car at my house - which he did not follow through with. I was not even able to test drive the car I was buying. I test drove a base model (which is not what I was buying). Then, when I came in to sign the final paperwork they told me their salesman made a mistake and double counted one of the the rebates so the car was going to be $500 more. I was shocked by the "extra" five hundred dollars that was a mistake I would have to pay for. Signing the final paperwork took longer than expected (over an hour) because of this error and on top of all this I drove away without a full tank of gas. Our salesman was not there to go over the final inspection of the car with us. Needless to say this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth for Rodeo Ford. I would not recommend the dealership to anyone.

Mike Kemper at Rodeo Ford was great to work with, he had to do a lot of extra work like emailing additional pictures, and a lot of other stuff because we were buying from 6 hrs away and we needed a lot of info before we were willing to drive so far to check out the vehicle. Mike Kemper was professional and very helpful, and he got us into a great truck at way under Blue Book.Tks Mike!I'd recommend him and Rodeo Ford to anyone.- MSanders

I have never dealt with a more down to earth and professional salesman in such a long time! I have been buying cars for a while now and have run into many type of salesman but never one that is so nice and treated me with respect and understood my situation like Edson did. He was so helpful that it was refreshing to buy a my new F250. I am glad I dealt with him and would recommend this dealer and Edson to everyone!

I bought my first Truck from Rodeo Ford in June of 2010, everyone at the dealership was helpful, attentive and very friendly. Since then I have never once hesitated to call or stop in to the dealership with a question or concern. There service department is also accomidating and fast with there service. Rodeo Fords service department is the only shop that works on my truck.

First, I would like to say that this was the best purchasing experience in 17 years of buying cars. I searched for my truck and found it on RodeoFordAZ.com website, called in and spoke to Justin. He basically worked out the numbers on my truck over the phone and when I arrived at Rodeo Ford, what we discussed on the phone is what was on paper. Justin kept his word. It took about 30 minutes or so to get all of the paperwork finished, and after that it was another 30 minutes to get trained up on all of the technology that came with the truck. Sam helped with this and now I know it like the back of my hand. Sean, who did my financing paperwork, put together a warranty plan that made sense to me and was more informative than pushy. Marty and Justin did an excellent job following up with me to make sure that every question that I had was answered. I have referred my Aunt and a co-worker to Justin and he has treated them with the same respect that he gave me. Justin even sent me a hand written "Thank You" card, thats class. AB

We went just for a test drive and drove away with a slightly owned (8K) Fusion Hybrid! We were impressed with Justin Lyons and his up front deal with us. We found exactly the car we were looking for and felt like we were treated fairly. The deal took a bit long paperwork wise but got done that day. We have felt supported in questions we've asked and had responses quickly from all aspects of the dealership.

All I can say is only buy your car during banking hours-never on the weekend nor at night. Bought a new car-saleman it's yours at 14% interest. Got your payments close to what I wanted. Here sign this survey. Oh yeah going to give you all 5 fives because you told me it was mine. Should have listened to my girlfriend. She said the car is not yours until the bank says so. She even asked the salesman "Is the car his?", "Yes it's his!", "Did the bank say it was his?", "Yes it's his!". Signed the paperwork-sign here don't read but sign. Shame on me for not reading. This was Saturday. Numberous calls and four trips back for this paperwork, needing this and that clarification for the bank. Finally revised contract at 19% keeping payment close to what was agreed. Bank calls me following Thursday, "Hey you didn't know you got the extended warranty", told them I didn't want it. Back at the dealership once again. Reviewed first and final contract. Hey I told you, Hey you signed it. But hey I paid money for alarm that I push a button on the dash! No you have key pad. No I don't. Paying for an alarm system that was not even installed--waited 2 hrs. This whole ordeal sucked time out of my life that I will never get back. Rule 1 read every detail. Rule 2 it is not yours tell the bank tells you. Icing on cake was told saleman is an idiot when I told finance guy salesman told me it was mine on Saturday.

They understood exactly what I wanted and continued forward to help me get it. I was worried about the "trade-in" with negative equity but Peter did a superb job in handling it.
