Miles and Penny were so helpful. I walked right in and saw the used car, knew I wanted to buy it and I had it home the next day. Penny had to work with the senior finance manager to make sure I got the best financing and she worked really hard to help me out. Miles was very friendly. Other dealerships try to push you in a certain direction and can be very sexist to a woman shopping on her own. Roseville Midway Ford was terrific and I would recommend to friends!

Midway Ford went TOTALLY out of their way to make sure my experience in buying a car was amazing and that I walked out of there with the car I wanted and in my price range. After some not amazing numbers came back from lenders I was feeling discouraged but Midway Ford came to the rescue. They could have easily just given me the numbers and told me to figure it out but they WORKED with me; especially on a car that hadn't even been put on the lot yet! I am sure they could have sold this car in a flash to someone that would have been (financially) easier to work with. -Not only that but it was a used car! Not a brand new one so I can't imagine there is a ton of commission on it; despite that I still received top notch service. I was treated like I was buying a new Ford Mustang not an 08 Hyundai Elantra, lol. I will definitely be recommending Midway Ford! HUGE kudos to John Violette and Chrissy Palomo for being so fantastic. A+++

After finding a few Ford Explorers on cars.com we liked we took a Saturday to go around a take a look at them all. Even though the test drives were all comparable, we choose to buy from Roseville Midway Ford because they treated us well throughout the buying experience. There was no pressure, they took their time with us, they took the "sales-y" feel out and got to know us and our needs. Best of all, they helped us stay within our budget. They did ask if we were willing to see options outside of our budget but we declined for this visit and they didn't even tempt us (which we appreciated as buyers). We will surely be back and will recommend to friends & Family.

Scheduled service and when I brought my truck in, the service writer said "my mechanics leave in 15 minutes for the day". Then he says Ford forces us to use the on line scheduling. I had already set up a rental so I asked if I could leave the truck, he agreed to get it in the next day. The writer also said it would be a couple of hundred to diagnose the problem and it was closer to $300. The truck was done the next day but I had already left town for a 3 day weekend. When I picked up my truck, it had been left unlocked for the 3 day weekend and wasn't washed, which I was expecting. Not going back, my truck is in need of the same service and not sure if it's a new problem or the same one that I paid to have repaired. Had a chance to "WOW" a new customer but blew it.

Due to some sub-par work done by another dealer, I found myself 300 miles from home late on Saturday afternoon (10/17/15) in need of a part. Although the service area was closed, when I described my situation the dealer staff on duty tracked down Dave Gerlach the parts manager. He was kind enough to break away from family time to come and help. He got the part, made the replacement and even gave me a quart of oil! They did not have to do this, especially given that none of my problem was their responsibility, but they put the customer first and covered it! This literally saved our weekend trip to the Twin Cities. THANKS SO MUCH!

If I could select zero stars I would have. I brought my car to have the water pump changed due to having to take the front of the engine apart to get at it. Being it was a 12 hour job, it was very spendy ($2k). They had my car for 3 days and called to tell me my engine was fried. The car starts up and idles fine but as soon as you start driving, it over heats. I'm curious why they didn't bother to changed the thermostat while they had the whole car torn apart. I feel like they didn't bother to really find the reason for the overheating of the motor. Very disappointed. I will not be buying another Ford car. Not designed well at all and poor customer service.

I had an excellent experience at Midway. As a young male in his early twenties who was buying his first brand new car, I felt I made the right choice going with Roseville Ford. I have been easily dismissed by other places simply due to my age, but I was taken seriously here and that made all the difference in the world. The process was easy, and they did absolutely everything they could to not only get me every discount available to me, but also to work around my personal needs with regards to time and location constraints. Closing on the sale took all of ten minutes, and there wasn't any push for additional purchases or accessories. They make it very easy to recommend to others looking for a new or used car. Thanks!!

I bought my 2011 Escape in November of 2010 at Midway Ford. I knew what I wanted, found it on the lot, and then approached a sales person. I was not pressured in fact he was impressed that I knew which car we would be dealing with. They did not pressure me in any way, I had gone to North Country Ford which is literally walking distance from my home but was not asked if I needed help or offered to assist me in any way, being a single woman I guess they thought I was not buying just looking so I went to Midway Ford. I have been asked many times why I went there and why I continue to take my car there for oil changes when I live so close to the other one. It is the way I am treated at Midway! I have never been treated unfair, pressured to buy anything, the service people have always been very nice and understanding one person even noticed that a recall part had not been fixed on my vehicle and took care of that for me as well, ( to be honest I thought I had to make a seperate appointment to have that fixed. I will continue to go out of my way as I had a bad experience at the other place.

I called on Saturday because my 2013 CMax flashed an alert that the motor coolant was over temperature and the manual said to contact the dealer. The response was they could get me in on Monday. I asked if the car was safe to drive and the response was he didn't know what that message meant. What? I turned the car off waited and the message was gone when I restarted the car. I called back on Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday. They still don't know why that message would come up, I felt they didn't believe it really had. Then when I picked the car up, they told me to just go out to the lot and hit the panic button to find my car. Again, what? I don't know what happened to service but it doesn't happen at this dealership.

I just was extremely impressed with the no- pressure, but extremely helpful information I was given. Steve Letcher was our sales person and it was like he was smart enough immediately to know what type of help we were looking for and was receptive enough to understand that we wanted everything very casual, enjoyable and no pressure. He also was very helpful in setting up and giving information about the cars features. The financial agent was also very professional but not pushy and helped make the experience a pleasant one. My 2000 Ford Ranger required a water pump, fuel regulator, fan clutch & valve cover gaskets. Mike & Steve worked the labor hours as best they could and saved me big $. I've had service work performed regularly at Midway over the last seven years - no complaints, good service and fair pricing. The truck also looks as good as it runs as they surprised me by detailing it. Midway Ford appreciates its customers - that keeps me coming back.

I ordered my Ford Escape Titanium 2015 through my dealer Dan Beck and loved the communication during the process. I LOVE IT!! She arrived as a bright-eyed Metallic gal and entered our world with 3 miles, black leather heated seats, cargo rack, 19" wheels and a fantastic music package. She likes to be warmed up a bit in the mornings, so I used my automatic starter from the window of my house so I'm happy to hop in on our daily treks. She is super fancy and loves all the attention she's getting! :) The navigation system is awesome and the blind spot light has come in very useful. Excellent buying experience and the purchase was fast! Thank you Midway Ford and all the people who worked so hard to get the exact vehicle I was searching for with no hassles at all! P.S. LOVE the 2.0 liter engine, she's a hard girl for the Chevy's and Mopar's to keep up to; especially at the take off. ;)

I looking to puchase a Escape and want to see which ford dealer would deserve to get the sale. I stop by the Ford Midway as i drove by almost everyday. This is my 3rd visits before write this review. I went to the desk and ask for a sales associate and went out to the porch to sit and wayn No sign of a sales soul event come by. Worst Customer Service per what i can tell. I m in the CS world and this is not how we treat customers. GOOD LUCK, I WILL NEVER GO PURCHASE A CAR THERE NOR REFER ANY PEOPL E I KNOW THERE because i feel that there is better service elsewhere. We had a few hiccups in the process where an issue that was present at delivery took four trips to the dealer to resolve, instead of just one. John Violette was very helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me informed of what was going on and being my advocate. Viewed used cars on website. Cars were listed with all the information (including photos) to be able make an informed decision and comparison with like cars from other dealers. Visited the dealer; was welcomed immediately; allowed to test drive; no hard sell; went home and reviewed my options. Came back to dealer and was able to come to a VERY fair price. I would not hesitate to go back or refer family and friends to the dealership.

Jim Murphy is a terrible person to deal with. Dealer cannot fix my radio in my 2013 car. The waiting room for customers has stains on all the chairs. The paperwork is never correct from the service department. They need to take the time to do the job correctly rather then tell you your car is done and then don't have the paperwork when you get there. They drove my car 200 miles and left me with the tank on empty. Stay away from this dealership! When I gave them a bad review on the ford questioner they told me not to come back! Dont worry I wont!

When I went in for my maintainance (oil change) They treated me like family (Chris)in Quick Lane was very friendly and had me in & out within 20 Minutes as he knew I had an appointment to get to. Three week's later I purchase a new cell phone and needed to get it PAIRED to my Escape. I called and they said stop in anytime and they would be happy to help me. Once again "OUTSTANDING" customer service within minutes they PAIRED my new phone with SYNC and reviewed key features with me. Excellent total experince and I could not be happier. Tim Wilken

I took a 5 hour trip to see a used car that was not in the condition I was told it was. I asked and my husband asked if there were any tears in the seats. We were told No twice, but there was. The off white seats looked dirty. There was a hole in the center of the trunk cloth and the trim lining piece in the trunk needed clips to hold it back in place. Dog hair all over the back floor and some bubbled up paint on the front hood, small dent in the door edge. Was told no dents beautiful car, perfect condition! The salesmen knew we were coming the day before to look at the car, and he was like "oh i didn't see that" and "oh i didn't see that". I thought man get off your butt and vacuum the car out if you want to sell it. I took alot of time and effort to clean my car to get a fair trade, but obviously you're not from the same stock that I was rasied. The pictures looked great but the reality is quite different. Looking at my car before I drove away he said "man your car looks almost perfect". I thought because I take care of it and I worked my butt off to give you a good presentation for trade.

ron hamman told me the expedition i bought only had one owner and great car. i asked for car fax and he beat around the bush. i bought the suv went to trade it in on a honda and they tell me im the 4th owner and its a lemon buy back. so i went back to them and they told me they didn't know. which is a lie how would he know there was supposedly on one owner and how would they know value of truck if they didn't run car fax report. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO THERE TERRIBLE PLACE WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET SALE AND SCREW YOU OVER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my 2002 Ford Focus in for a recall that involved lubricated the rear door latches. I left Roseville Midway Ford with a brake failure on my anti-lock brake system. The check in sheet clearly shows that the brakes were tested and fine. However the checkout receipt shows ABS and parking lights on and brake fluid low. At first they were trying to convince me that that's they way I brought my car in, then they started changing their story to, "oh, sometimes these things just happen and it happened to happen while it was in our shop", convienent for them that it will cost me about 300 bucks to fix. Roseville Midway service department are crooks!
