I recently got my oil changed and wheels rotated and was very surprised by the service I received. Thought dealer would be pricey but they were about the same as the 10 minute places and I didn't wait long at all.

So today I went in for the second time with a problem on my Navigation System. The first time they seemed to have changed it completely and now I head over there for a repair and they bring to my attention that the GPs was installed by an outside source when I had no idea. I paid a lot of money for a navigation that was superbly not even from them. No one had informed me about the outside source and because of the outside source my warranty was not as long causing them to charge me for repairs. After explaining this to the manager, no help was given to me so I had to leave with nothing fixed and extremely upset. Even after It wasn't my fault for everything, nothing was resolved. Horrible!

I would stay far away from this dealership. While my salesman, Thomas, was hardworking and sincere, albeit inexperienced, his manager was downright abusive. I knew exactly what car I wanted and negotiated the deal over the phone for an out the door price. I didnt want any surprises. When I went to pick up the car (my first time at the dealership), I was advised that the price was slightly higher than agreed to in writing. After first telling me it must be my mistake I showed them the proof in writing. Then they attributed it to a miscalculation. While the amount was quite small, I objected and the manager, Alex Cancela starting screaming "do you want to walk away" "walk away, I want you to walk away. Thomas had to calm him down. When I asked him to stop being belligerent, he just continued telling me to walk away. In addition to Thomas, I did have some dealings with Ainsley, who was quite helpful and responsive. So obviously there are some good people there. However, as long as Alex Cancel is the manager he will set the tone for this dealership Possibly I got a great price, which Alex regretted, but in any case, there was no reason for him to become abusive. I did leave with my new car, but would never use this dealership again.

I walked into the dealership at 1030 am and was gone by 145. Only reason it took that long is because I was getting jerked by Planet Honda who didn't want to give my check back. Thanks to Milton, I was able to get my check back and leave Toyota again with my new Highlander. He was so pleasant and catered to my every need. He gave me 100% satisfaction during the entire process. There needs to be more employees at this facility just like him. Great personality and a GREAT SMILE. Who wouldn't buy from someone like this. I had been to three other dealers and wasted hours getting nowhere. I had seen at least four different faces in each dealership. I went to Rt. 22 Toyota and Dave Deliz explained to me how different Rt. 22 Toyota is to the other dealerships in the area. So my dad shopped around for me, I needed to lease another toyota corolla and turn my car back in. So we finally landed back at route 22 toyota, they got us the best price and best of all they had the color I wanted in stock! Ricky & Gee helped me thru the process, did all the paperwork and the experience was great, no complaints at all.

Their sales process was simple and easy. They give you their best price up front with no hassle and best of all NO hidden fees!! I shoped around and found that a lot of dealers play a lot of games and waste a couple of hours of your valuable time.. I went in and within 2 hours I was driving out with my 2011 Hihglander. I purchased a 2008 Jeep Liberty last week from Route 22 Toyota and everyone that works there is fantastic. From Ricky my salesperson & Max my Finance Manager were excellent!!! They gave me a great deal, treated me excellent, and and it left a unforgetting impression on me. They have a very nice facility and I am very happy I found them. I stopped by toyota 22 a few weeks ago and I was looking to get out of my honda and lease a new highlander, my wife really loves the new body style. So Ricky helped me and his manger GianCarlos really took great care of us, they got us a good price on the highlander and my honda that I traded in. They didnt have the highlander I specifically wanted but they went out and got it for me really quick. My son is looking for a car now too and I wouldnt go anywhere else but toyota 22. Thank You Guys

So I went to route 22 toyota last month and bought a vehicle, unfortunately it's not what I needed for the family so I took it back and Ricky and his staff assisted me getting into a brand new Toyota Highlander, gave me numbers and 0 percent financing. I had very great service due mostly to my salesperson Ricky and his sales manager GeenCarlo. They were very patient and treated us very well at time of purchase and explained everything thoroughly to me and wife and friends. I went up there last Saturday with my husband looking for a pre-owned certified Highlander and I actually found a nice selection to choose from. Ricky & his manager gave me their one price best price and i was finished with all the paperwork under an hour. They showed us the vehicle, let us test drive the car and showed us all the numbers up front. The process was so easy simple & me and my husband were extremely satisfied. I leased a RAV4 2013 AWD, The process was a little longer than i expected,But worthed every minute !! !! I had the best experience ! thanks to Mr. Gee Mallma and Jerry, they were super , beyond the limits helpul!! I requested information and Pictures on 2 Toyota Camry's and I received a phone call instantaneously, then i asked the Lady if she read about my requests for pictures to which she assured me that a sales person would be in touch that would send me the pictures as soon as they were done cleaning the snow and other dirt from the car and that was it. I did not receive any more calls or emails from them...Naturally, I moved on to another company.

I had a great experience with Ricky my salesperson & Giancarlo his manager at Route 22 Toyota on the purchase of my new Toyota Corolla. Ricky went over the car with me and then we test drove it and he explained all of the options/features and took his time to explain it to me and my wife. The paperwork was a breeze and they even cleaned the car for me. Thank you gentlemen for the great experience and me and my wife will definitely be back soon for another car.

I WENT IN TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND WAS DECEIVED INTO FINANCE TERMS THAT TURNED OUT TO BE FALSE. FINANCE MANAGER PURPOSELY DECEIVED ME TO CLOSE THE DEAL. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE THROUGH FINANCING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR YOU WILL RUE THE DAY.

It is the second time I have bought a car from this dealership. I live in Dayton and have a Toyota dealership just a walking distance from my house. Both times I tried the dealership by my house first, and felt like they did not want my business. I was asked to look around and if I found something I wanted, I should walk in and talk to them about it. At Route 22 Toyota, their salespersons took the time to answer my questions and made suggestions. I went in with a budget the second time, but my salesperson Mikey Tramontana was so knowledgeable about the cars, I was willing to go over my budget for the car. Every time I have gone in there, my intention was just to look at what they have. I always ended up bringing a car home. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family without any reservation

We found the car we loved and purchased in full CASH no financing. It is 3 months later and we are still driving around with are temporary tags!!!! Salesman Manager and Title clerk have no answers for us. Very frustrated love our car but will never buy from this dealership again. Poor customers service from the time we walked in to building to now when we call on the phone. No professionalism

I emailed my Price Quote to the Route 22 Toyota dealership, and within one hour, I received a telephone call back from "Bernard", repeating the asking $ + a coupon. I explained that I would be in within 2 hours, check book in hand, to pay cash for my offer $. Bernard said "Great!, Yes, OK, come in and tell them you spoke with me.You can have it fro your price- $18,000." We set an appointment time for 3:30 pm , amd I was there with check book in hand! A nice salesman- Sean, took me for a test drive, inspected the car, everything great, then came timme for the price. Back to the origional price, then I explained, repeated, went over my discussion with Bernard a few hours earlier. I was told that the " Internet / contact people have no authority to agree to a price, and secondly, he miss understood. He heard $1,800 instead of $18,000.. How do you hire a Numbers / money person / to front line your phones / iinetrnet and allow them to agree to prices, and allow them to " misunderstand numbers" ??? Long trip wasted, no flexability, presented one way, yet when on their property, it was something else.

This is the worst dealer I've been to. All the people I've been in contact with are just a bunch of liars from the salesmen to to the financial service men, to the manager/general manager. I bought a car last memorial day, I had to go to four people before, to get my car. The first day, I wanted Platinum coverage for my car because they said if I had the Platinum coverage, the interest would be very low; the second day I came back to talk in person to cancel it; the third day I come back to ask again if my cover has been cancelled. The TFS guy said that he already cancelled it, after 15 days, I recived the book for the coverage that contained info on my coverage, so then I called the company and found out that I'm still enrolled in the coverage. I asked why since I aready cancelled it and the guy confirmed it for me, the company said that the company did not recieve any notification to cancel the coverage. Finally they give me two fax numbers so that I cancel the coverage before the five last days (the trial is for 30 days). After 20 days of owning the car, I've been reminding them that I need the title, and the secretary told me that I needed the registration card only, I have no idea what they are doing because I already paid off the car. Another thing, the saleman has been calling me to send the insurance card that I already sent to him and after five days he is still asking me for my insurance card, which I imformed him that I'vealready sent five days ago. So after 40 days from the purchase I still do not have my registration card. Everytime I ask them, they made up excuses 4-5 times already. I'm so sick of their service.

After getting my 5k oil change (1st service with my lease), I took it here. The driver side door sounded odd when shut but since I'm not primary driver of the car, figured it is always like that since I didn't see that it was hitting anything. A couple months later I notice 2 small but deep dents at the very bottom of the door. This was causing the problem. I've contacted the general manager of the service center and he hasn't responded back to me on this matter for 2 weeks now w/ 1 followup. These dents were deep but small in width. Like a fork lift or large metal contraption (what they use for lifting cars) caused the damage.

I had a check engine light on , i took the car to dealer..dealer told me that it was a gas leak..i took my car there at dealer on thursday...i was without my car for 3 day!! they took 3 day to fix it..no no no!! really bad service..i had to make several calls to they just to ask if my car was ready because i needed to go to work..the operator was just like we will return your call soon as possible...i NEVER got a return call from them..i had to make those calls again...really bad experience..i would not recomended this dealer to anyone..please i dont want you to have the same experience i had with this people..take your car somewhere else..

I took my car to change the engine oil..i got there before my appointment which was at 2:00pm...these people took 2 hours just to change the oil!! very bad service..they even slam your doors..and they dont even take car of your car..dont waste your time at this dealer..they even charge you for adding windshield fluid!

I recently had to relocate from Long Island to NJ because of the hurricane Sandy. While I was in NJ I received several notices regarding the recalls on my Rav 4 2008. I made an appt to bring it to Rt 22. They had the vehicle from 11:00 am and if I did not call at 4:00 they would have had it overnight. I was stunned to hear service didnt you get my message?" No, this is the reason I am calling, well you need a battery, new cables to battery, shock in the back, because it is leaking and will wear out your tires and you also need front brakes. I said OK, how much, $1,250.00. I said no and I am coming for my vehicle, the response was OK but hurry we close at 4:30. Clearly they are mistaken because they close at 5:00. Now, I get my vehicle and on the drive home I hit a bump/ pothole and lost 2 of 4 hub caps, in addition their solution to correcting the recall about the mat interfering with gas pedal was to cut my mat! Now, I have had those hub caps for 5 years, had tires put on 3 years ago without an issue. Now, I am worried, not sure they did any of the recalls correctly. I took the vehicle to my repair guy, he said none of what they told me needed to be done. They have called since, offered me 15% discount on repairs, and the sales pitch to come buy a new car even after I tell them I am not interested they keep calling. The relationship manager called and wants me to bring the car in so they can look at my rims to find out why the hub caps came off! This only after I contacted Toyota, I told him I would never bring it to them again, and the reason the hub caps popped off is because they broke the clips, the other 2 are barely hanging on.!!! I am sure they were paid from Toyota for giving me new mats, which I never received. Will take it to another dealer and have to have all the recalls checked if they were even done properly STAY AWAY ladies they see us coming!!

After seeing a mini van on Cars.com I called Rt.22 Toyota to inquire if the Vehicle was still available. I was assured that it was. I specifically asked if the PRICE LISTED was accurate. They again assured me that it was. In good faith I drove 1-1/2 hours to purchase the Van. After test driving the van I sat down with the salesman to sign the deal. Unfortunately, the price was now $8,000 more than what was listed online. When I showed the salesman a print out of what was posted online. he took it to the Sales Manager. I knew I was in trouble when a heard a loud Laugh come from his office. The manager "Ali" offered to sell me the van because of the mistake at the posted price but included another $800+ in dealer Prep.costs. Realizing that I had just been BAIT & SWITCHED I Left the dealership recalling another review that basically repeated what had just happened to me. That review was the reason I had asked about the price before I made the drive. If you want to purchase a used car in NJ stay far away from this dealership. How do you spell FRAUD?
