Buying cars is such a chore, nobody's going to get a five from me. I don't think any earthly power can make it a five-star experience.... Helpful, people knew the ropes, didn't do a lot of arm-twisting. I had a specific vehicle in mind, and a specific lease situation, and that was respected. I walked on another dealer earlier the same day who was only interested in playing games. My dealer rep -- Brian Kelsey -- was class all the way. I'm there to lease a vehicle. They're there to make money. Everyone respected boundaries. That's a good thing.

Yesterday, I went to Rowe Kia in Auburn and traded my Chevy Malibu for the 2021 Kia K5 and I absolutely love it! Not only that but I was helped by a wonderful salesman named Brian that made it all happen! He went above and beyond to make the purchase of the new vehicle hassle free and relaxing. Explained everything In detail and helped me understand everything from top to bottom. I would highly recommend anybody looking to get a new or used vehicle to check them out. They are amazing to say the least. Will most certainly be giving them my business in the future!

Outstanding customer service, walked in and immediately found what I was looking for thanks to sales. I was in and out of the dealership with a new vehicle within an hour of being there! Very easy, no hassle.

They had very good hospitality and answered all my questions I had. We told them what we wanted and we did not want to screw around, we drove almost 2 hours to go see one care and ended up buying a different one from them. All in all it was a great and pleasant experience. The gentleman who was working with us his name was Corey and he was fantastic if I texted him he got right back to me. Thank you for such a great experience.

I had a wonderful afternoon buying my first car from a dealership. The salesperson who greeted me in the parking lot was at my side through it all. His respectful but 'real' demeanor and easy conversation without pitching a hard sale, inspired trust. I'd had a very negative experience at another dealership prior to this one and was not looking forward to the process. Very glad I stopped at Rowe Kia Auburn, where I met Agazy and other good people. Thank you all.

Exceptional work, expedited process, friendly service. I walked in and told them to ready the loaded 2017 kia sportage, they jumped right to it, had it washed, gassed and ready to go. I highly recommend them to anyone buying a car.

Up front pricing and friendly staff. Sales didn' know the product as well as I did, but I've yet to find one who did. Making me walk to finance in the Ford building was convenient for the finance staff, but quite second rate for me.

Love my 2017 Sportage! Great place to buy and the sales stood by their advertising! On the shopping side, a little more knowledge and details to compare models would be helpful. I asked questions about Apple CarPlay and there was unsure answers...I discover via Internet search that I could download an update myself through USB to get apple CarPlay added to my system, and it took my pleasure in this vehicle to a higher level!
