I recently bought a 2006 Escape from this dealer and I had a very good experience. My first impression was good as I liked the vibe of the website as I looked through it after finding the Escape. This good vibe continued through the buying process. I especially liked the fact that Mr. Rueschhoff made it easy for me to have the vehicle checked by my own mechanic. I love my Escape more everyday. I have already recommended to a couple people I talked to who were looking for a car that they check out Rueschhoff.

I've only bought one car from this dealership, but I suspect every car I buy in the future will come from Dave's lot. The cars are very, very clean, ready to roll, and very fairly priced--all with detailed information readily available. No pressure, either. My daughter needed a little time to make her big decision which was met with understanding and patience--no effort to push us one way or the other. The car sold itself because it was in such great shape--but Dave was there to help us when we needed more information or another test drive. The whole process from beginning to end was the best car buying experience I've had--and I've bought a lot of cars through the years!

My first stop has been at Rueschoff's for my last 4 car purchases. 2 of those 4 times I found the vehicle I wanted. The past two shopping experiences, I waited until the kind of vehicle I was looking for showed up on Rueschoff's lot. Every vehicle I've tested off their lot has been clean and ready to roll. I've taken each prospective vehicle to my mechanic for his opinion, and that check-out has always validated the info from Dave. Negotiating with Dave is no pressure. Follow up by Dave and his staff has always been timely and courteous. I've had no surprises with the vehicles I purchased from Dave. I'll go to Rueschoff's first when I'm ready or needing to make my next purchase. RS

We have also bought multiple cars from Dave and he is true to his word. His cars are clean and in good condition and both cars that we have bought were competitively priced. I will continue to buy our cars from Dave, if you have a concern, he addresses it immediately. If you need a dependable car and an honest person to deal with, go see Dave first.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Rueschoff and will not go any where else. Every one of our cars has been outstanding and when we had issues after we had an inspection Dave made things right before the purchase to give us piece of mind. My kids are now in college and they are driving Rueschoff vehicles to and from campus and I know they are in a good vehicle. Many options in Lawrence but only one delivers....Rueschoff.

Good selection and very helpful. I really like their warranty. Clean cars. Much information available for each car there and online. Prices on windshields. Negotiated on issues that I noted. Made good financing tips. Very friendly but patient since I was looking for a couple months. Quick service on issues that I raised, such as old windshield wiper, hood support, issue with seat movement. Gave me a competitive price on service issues that were coming due because of the mileage. My best ever used car experience.

We called ahead to tell them we wanted to look at 2 vehicles they had listed. When we arrived neither of them were ready. One wouldn't even start because the battery was dead. They were both dirty. One was listed as excellent condition, but when we arrived we found it had a cracked windshield, broken radio, and rust on the body. The salesman didn't even take the time to gather info about the vehicles even though we called ahead (2hrs). And we found out both were in prior accidents. They were not willing to negotiate on the price even though both vehicles had problems. ugh Definitely NOT worth the drive!
