I bought a Audi Q3 from Shane at this dealership. From the time I got in contact with Shane, he was in constant communication with me, sent me video of the vehicle and pictures. Arriving at the dealership Shane immediately took care of me, let me do a test drive and showed me the features of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable. Shane even stayed late on Saturday night to make sure I had all I needed and that my vehicle was set up the way I wanted. Thank you

Fay was helpful from the time I called the dealer with inquiries to the time I drove my Audi off the lot. She was very knowledgeable, had the car I was interested pulled up and ready upon my arrival. The service center is headed up by Carl Seehoffer. A few months ago Carl and one of his well trained technician gave me a tour of the service center. Having worked for many years in the electronic industry (where cleanliness and class 100 cleanrooms are a must) I was blown away by how clean and orderly their service areas are kept. All tools were neatly stored in designated areas for the tools. The floors were clean and the entire repair center was more reminiscent of a manufacturing area rather than a repair center. Also, all of Carls technicians are superbly trained and skilled in their craft.Over my career in electronics manufacturing in the defense industry I was shocked to see this level of repair capabilities. I remarked to Carl that Rusnak's marketing team is missing out on showcasing this superb servicing capability as part of their marketing literature. One of the main reasons I drive Audi products now is the level of training Carl's team has across the board and how they treat their customers. Kudos to Carl and his team of skilled technicians

Purchasing a car has never been high on my list of fun things to do, but this was by far, the best car buying experience I ever had. I attribute this to the wonderful salesperson Martin Stankov. When I told him I wanted to due additional research and come back the next day, he just inquired what time would work for me. Once again Richard Ruiz came to my rescue......While on my way to LA from Ojai the tire warning light went on so I pulled off the freeway and went right to Rusnack. I took my car in for its regular service to the Audi dealership in Thousand Oaks. I had a 7:30AM appointment with Adam Uriano (spelling). Adam was on time. He checked over my car, had me sign some papers and asked what time did I want the car ready at. He asked if I needed a ride, or will I wait, or other. I needed the ride back to work. Hector assisted with that. Hector is an asset to the company! He is kind, friendly, great memory! He remembered exactly where I needed to go for work. The conversation was pleasant. We spoke about his new born son, Matteo. When my car was ready, Adam called me and asked what time I needed the ride back to the dealership. I said at 3:30. When I walked outside Hector was there waiting! The facility is always clean. I am offered coffee, or water, a beverage of some sort. The other co-workers are always happy and polite. I walked up to the cashier, after Hector took me back, my paperwork was ready. I signed and then they let me know my car will be outside. My car was clean!! cleaner than how I dropped it off! To me that is A PLUS SERVICE!! There were no dents, no cracks in the windshield. It was returned to me in the exact condition I dropped it off in. Also, Hector is a great driver. He does not drive fast, or reckless. Any of my friends that ask how I like my car, the first thing I do say, is how well I am treated at service time. I had a bad experience with BMW and will never go back to them. I do refer my friends to Audi in T.O. and will continue too. Thank you!

I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received at Rusnak/Westlake Audi. Without a doubt, Jesse has been the best service advisor I have dealt with in many years, or in fact ever! Upon arriving I was greeted by friendly advisors and staff. Just a few minutes of waiting to drop off my vehicle for routine maintenance and was handed the keys to a wonderful loaner Audi to borrow. Jesse kept me informed the next day that they decided to perform extra services over and beyond it's usually checkup, all covered, just to make sure the car was tip top, since my warranty was up at the end of this month. Once again all I can say is, WOW! and what a wonderful dealership to deal with. Thank you Rusnak/Westlake Audi for such a great experience.

superior customer service- honest and fair -I know I'm in good hands there. This is why I bought a 2nd car from this dealer and this dealer is the only facility to which I bring my car- even for oil changes. The service team is stellar- Karl, Richard, and their office support staff. To a person, they are professional, friendly and savvy. When I brought my car in for auto body repair, I also asked if my car needed brakes since they were "squeaking." They reported back to me that I didn't need brakes at this time. Most facilities would be so tempted by the easy money that they would initiate unneeded repairs. Rusnak Audi Service knows I will be back when the brakes really do need replacing. Richard is a standout and a stand up guy. How refreshing to have such an honest dealer and service dept in an industry that has a reputation for being "greedy."

The door release for the gas cap often would not release. They were able to fix the problem, in the two hours they said it would take, and all seems fine. They were polite and courteous and pleasant. All you could ask.

Everyone knows that the car buying process can be treacherous and downright intimidating but alas, Larry Ellis and Westlake Audi are some of the good guys. It should suffice to say that I drove 60 miles from home simply because I felt that Larry was a genuine guy that wanted to help me get into that car I wanted and because they had the best prices and deals around. I must mention that the drive wasn't necessary since LA County is saturated with dealerships but when you mesh with someone you mesh with someone, right? I highly recommend making the drive to do business with some of the best guys in the business. Make a day of it, there are restaurants a plenty just down the street and the scenery is beautiful which makes for an outstanding test drive and inaugural drive for your new Audi. Make sure to ask for Larry, sweetest man you'll ever buy a car from and the best part is that you'll get the best deal possible.

Walked in, first one there. Had not made an appointment but Karl said hello and said no problem. He explained it was a big service - 35,000mi for my A3 tdi. We talked about the emissions issue a bit, but clearly no one knows what the fix will be. Karl called me when the car was ready, and since some of the promotional discounts were being mailed in a week, he gave me the special rates.I have had three Audis from Rusnak and do all service there because, while not cheap, they are alwasy helpful, explain things, don't rush me when i have a question, and if there is a less expensive option (like buy the part, you can put it in yourself in two minutes, we'll show you how". The price of the car of the A3 2016 Audi was a little overpriced for a compact leased car. Although the car drives very smoothly and can excelerate fast. In the beginning I was a little hesitant but the more I drive it the more I like it. All my life I was driving BMW's but I think I needed the switch. I hope I made the right decision. Too many last minute charges. I walked in thinking to pay 355 and ended walking out with 417. Overall I'm satisfied.

I purchased a used 2012 Q7 from Rusnak sight unseen and had it shipped to me. The vehicle arrived with a full tank of gas and in absolutely pristine condition; exactly as described. Purchasing a vehicle from out of state can be unnerving; but the staff at Rusnak was honest, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure my transaction went smoothly. I received a great price on a great car. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, in or out of state.

Online search for a cpo Q5 for the past months and came across a vehicle at Rusnak. Complete description online but was missing some photos. Requested photos came quickly with all information. Negotiation over a few days and reached a deal. Handoff to finance was a bit awkward but worked out ok. Remote purchase so docs were sent to me but were incorrect. Corrected set sent out immediately and delivery effected in the time frame I needed. Overall not perfect but any mistakes were fixed quickly and with professional and friendly support

The dealership is excellent. Richard Ruiz and Carl Seehoffer are both very helpful and do a great job. My only disappointment was actually with the Audi company. I have been driving Audi since 1996 and I been very happy with them. The car I have now had a very strange thing happen and I learned a very uncommon thing. A bolt in the drivers seat frame got loose and the whole frame had to be changed. A very expensive repair. I tried to use my Extended Warranty since it is not a "wear and tear" situation and they denied it. Then the guys and I both tried to have the Audi company cover it and was denied again. I am VERY disappointed in Audi. I feel there is no way this is my fault nor a normal wear and tear?

Service department is great. I had a parking break malfunction light, air bag and seat belt light go on Tuesday 6/30/15. Mechatronics unit replaced under extended service warranty. I was told they don't cover restraints and I didn't want to spend $480 to replace seatbelt. I feel the restraint works fine it's the sensor that's failing. I would like for this to be reviewed as I would prefer it to get replaced. Thank you.

Their are a lot more issues to consider when recommending a dealership. The service operation is extremely well organized. Richard Ruiz could be the best of all the service reps in all the dealerships I have used in the past ( all high end cars). They make the experience painless.Also, I personally HATE to do surveys because they are always structured to address the issues you want to measure. Why not start by asking what recommendations the customer might have on their mind. It might lead to a better understandingly what customers want.

Rusnak Audi and the general sales manager, Philippe, provided me with the best car experience I have had in the Auto Mall in over 10 years. He was incredibly quick in responding to my initial inquiry. His prices & terms were the best of 3 different dealers in the SoCal area that I sent the same inquiry to. I then had so many questions regarding the vehicle. He was a true gentleman & a pleasure to work with. He was respectful, informative, and extremely patient. I will definitely contact him the next time I need a car & I will always refer them to all family & friends.

Buying a car is never a pleasant experience unless you are dealing with people like Mitchel Mayenschein and Rusnak. Mitchell was professional and guided me towards the purchase of an A-7 Audi. Mitchell made the experience both pleasant and hassle free. He followed up with a few phone calls after I left the dealership and even came in on his day off to complete the sale. I had a most amazing & pleasurable experience purchasing an Audi A6 3.0 T at Rusnak Audi. My sales consultant Mitchell Mayenschein was superb in all respects. He was very bright, pleasant & patient in discussing the pros & cons of the Audi A6. The purchase process went very smoothly after securing a purchase price which was substantially less than I had anticipated. Mitchell was exceedingly knowledgeable about the operation of the A6 & went into exhaustive detail in explaining how to take maximal advantage of the technical marvels of the Audi A6. I have never received such a thorough in-service in how to operate a new car. Since this was my first Audi, I found his detailed instructions saved me many hours of poring through the instruction manual since there were sometimes substantial differences in the use & operation of electronic equipment from my previous cars which included Mercedes, BMW, Lexus & Porsche automobiles. All in all, purchasing my Audi A6 from Mitchell Mayenschein at Rusnak Audi was a five-star experience.

Great dealership. Incredible price. A friend referred us to Mitchell, who was smart, very friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly, he didn't try to rush us in and out of there to get to the next customer. He greeted us outside. He took the time to make sure we found the exact car we wanted (we got the Q5). He had answers to every question we had. Mitchell made the experience very pleasant and non-stressful. We had an excellent experience with Mitch when buying our new Audi A6. He met us on the lot, like most salesmen, but he quickly figured out what we were looking for and took us directly to the car. After a test drive, the purchase was painless, but as with any car deal, too long. The negotiation was very smooth, and both Mitch and his manager worked efficiently and seamlessly to get us the deal we wanted, and we got it. Mitch even came to our house to pick up the trade in extra key and manuals. He was professional and caring. We feel that his attentiveness and empathy are worth recommending.

We called the dealership and were referred to Mitchell Mayenschein. We told him what we were looking for and equipment etc. He did an excellent job of locating the car (scarce color) we were looking for and captured it for us while it was enroute to the US (San Diego). We worked out price and purchase details by phone and email very efficiently and concluded the purchase arrangements. In a few days when car arrived we came to the dealership and did paper work with Mitch and docs with James. All very smooth. Mitch then introduced us to the Q5 and instructed us in the details of use of the car and equipment very efficiently and pleasantly and sent us on our way. All this done with one trip to the dealership. Saved us a lot of time and made purchase painless and pleasant. Mitch was very proactive in finding out our needs and satisfying them effectively.

After a terrible sales experience at Audi West Covina in early July 2013, I was plenty dissatisfied with the Audi brand. Mitchell Mayenschein from Rusnak Audi in Thousand Oaks and I had been communicating about a Q5 prior to my West Covina debacle, and he managed to coax me back to Audi with his straightforward and genuine attitude. Dealing with Mitch was great from the get-go. He listened to my story and really worked with me to find me a Q5 within my budget. The Q5 that I ended up with was a MUCH better Q5 than I would have purchased at West Covina, with much less mileage. It was really a blessing to find him. There was never any pressure throughout the entire process. Everything was done according to my timeline - not his. He was very patient and he really made it seem like he wanted the best for me.After purchase, Mitch was not available at pick-up (my schedule did not allow for same-day purchase and pick up). He was attending a conference 10 miles away and urged me to stop by so that he could grant me a tour of the car. When I arrived at the conference location, Mitch immediately made himself available and did what he promised. At that time, I noticed two cosmetic issues with the car that I had not noticed prior, and I also was unsatisfied with the detailing on the inside of the car. Mitch immediately made plans to correct the cosmetic imperfections and to have the car re-detailed. Soon after, a Rusnak Audi service technician arrived at my place of business and picked up my car. A few days later, I picked up the car - good as new. I would really like to thank Mitch for reengaging me with the Audi brand. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and when it's time for me to purchase a new car - or recommend someone to a fair sales person - Mitch will be the only option.

When we inquired about the vehicle, we were still in Australia and were set to return in a few days. Mitch helped us to arrange the applications and prepare all the documents. Within a few hours after we landed in LAX on July 4, we drove away a brand new Q5 (yes, Mitch was even available for us on July 4)! It was convenient that we didn't even need to rent a car while looking for a car to lease.Before we went to Australia, we also asked Mitch to take care of our two leased cars (2012 Q5 and Lexus CT200h). He arranged the for dealer to purchase back our vehicles to avoid the penalty of breaking lease agreement; that save us thousands of dollars!Mitch is highly committed to customer satisfaction, highly motivated, kind, professional and quick to respond, and his service is truly excellent. Once I had narrowed my new car choice to an Audi S5, I initiated contact with 9 different Audi dealers located within 150 miles of Santa Barbara, CA. Based upon responsiveness, price, friendliness, location, and accuracy of communication, I ultimately chose Rusnak Audi of West Lake, CA. The sales rep I had engaged with there, Nichole Dela Cruz, was extremely service oriented and thus she and another rep had easily stood-out from all of the other dealer reps I had dealt with (the other top performing rep, Beshoy Abdou, interestingly, was also employed by Rusnak but at their Pasadena Audi dealership). Nichole delivered my new Audi all the way to my Santa Barbara home herself, was very thorough and patient when training me on how to operate the myriad of features that the car provided (I had purchased most options hence this training was of paramount importance), and, refreshingly, she answered all of my questions throughout the process in sincere & honest fashion. I should also mention that I had a slight problem with my new Audi S5 which I had noticed post delivery. Admittedly, I was concerned that a dealership located 80 miles away would, post sale, try and send me elsewhere to correct the problem or would require me to bring the car there (not necessary for my particular problem). Therefore I was quite impressed with Nichole's attentiveness in assuring that this issue was promptly 100% resolved on-sight at my home. Also worth noting is that the service rep provided a thorough and very useful second round of features training.My experience with Nichole was an extremely pleasant one. I definitely cannot say that about my last 3 car purchase experiences. Hence I would highly recommend her to anyone seriously looking to purchase a new vehicle and I will definitely be looking her up myself the next time anyone in my family is looking to make their next new car buy .John Petote

I have been working with Mitch for over eight months looking for the right vehicle. He has followed up with me even when I have not responded in kind. He eventually found a vehicle for me that I was interested in discussing obtaining. I met with him and the staff at Rusnak Audi Westlake and was treated exceptionally well by all involved. I went out there late in the evening on a Friday, worked out the details for obtaining the vehicle and Mitch, Nabeel Esrawi and Jason Marmon all stayed until midnight so that I could take the vehicle home that night. I am a 48 year old and never posted any reviews in the past. sadly, I have had such a bad experiance at Rusnak Audi in Thousand Oaks that I felt compelled to vent. I live in HB and was looking to purchase an Audi S5. I located the one I was looking for 2 hrs north of were I live. BEFORE I bought the car the salesman Jessie in internet sales was extremely attentive to my calls and texts. I went there and purchased the car. This review is more about the customer service AFTER I bought the car. There was a cable missing from the car. I contacted Jessie multiple times to no avail. NO RETURN calls or texts back, almost as if I never existed. Isn't the idea to build long term customer loyalty? Don't you think I will buy more cars during my life? Guess what I will NEVER do business with a company that lacks the forsight to provide its customers after the sale with a basic level of respect. Do business with Rusnak Audi in Thousand Oaks, specifically Jessie in internet sale only if you do not want any customer service after the sale.

What An Awesome Experience :)Got R8 Customer Services On a A4 Purchase :)Complete 180 degree Experience :)Customer Always Right... Really!!!I inquired via the dealers website about an 2013 Used A4 on behalf of my parents. I was contacted by Nicole De La Cruz who called me within minutes of my online inquiry, this wasnt my first online inquiry and wasnt the first time a dealer reached out to me, but it was the first time I actually care to stay on the phone longer than a minute. Her approached was never a sales pitch but actually inquiring to see what my car needs were, and if she could assist me in finding the right car for me. After a short chat of what we were looking for, she offer to assist me in finding the right car for me (a breath of fresh air, since it was never in a pushy sales manner, like prior sales individuals we came across at other dealerships) I inform her my concern was finding someone that spoke Spanish (since the car was going to be a family car for my parents. Now my parents do understand English, but its not their primary language, so they prefer someone to talk business in Spanish) She had no issue with this and mention she works closely with another rep who spoke Spanish and could have them reach out to us. Within a day or two I received a text message from Jesse Gutierrez who stated that Nicole inform him of what we were looking for. After a conversation via text message (which was really convenient, for me due to my busy schedule) we finally had an idea settle on what we were looking for. Our time frame to purchase a car at that time was 1 month.That weekend my parents and I were set to buy a BMW that we had test driven and worked out numbers on 1 month prior, we had no intention of going with an Audi since we walked away from a deal at Auto Gallery Audi before and we were set and ready for a BMW. We were early to our appointment at Rusnak BMW so we decided to stop by Rusnak Audi since it was recommended by close friends and family and we had a great initial contact with Nicole and Jesse. We had no intention to buy an Audi since we were just minutes from getting a BMW, but we had time to kill. We ask for Jesse at the counter he wasnt expecting us but didnt mind helping us. He remember our conversation and within 15 minutes he brought out 3 cars which match what we were looking for, he brought out the A4 that was advertise that we had seen online, we decided to go for a test drive he explain in awesome detail the features, after that we saw a Q5. He right away pulled it up and we jump in, after a great chat and comparing both we decided we needed a car thanks to both test drives. At this point we missed our BMW appointment, which we didnt mine, do to the great service , attention, and product analysis. We knew we wanted an AUDI A4 and based and we knew we wanted to give our business to Rusnak Audi.Now here is where things went south.....We were ready buy we made an offer at which I brought up the question about the car being "Certified", he was shocked he excuse himself and went somewhere to talk to someone (manager) about the car being certified, came back and told us No, unfortunately this car is not certified it was a computer error when it was listed, I brought out the ad which I had from over a week ago from their own website showing them clearly mark certified, they still refuse to honor it at that time, and worst of all they werent willing to work with us since it was there mistake clearly mark certified, they said if we wanted it certified it would be an extra $2000 if not we can take it as is. We had to walk away...I express my concern an wrote a review about the sad conclusion we had. We were drain after that experience we were in no mood to go to a any dealership for a while. On the same day of the review I got a an email and voicemail from a manager (forgot his name) who stated that General Manager Ted Moreno had reach out to him about this issue and wanted to make it right. I responded to the manager who made me an offer to honor the ad and get the car certified for the price advertised, of course I counter the offer. After a going back and forth, Ted Moreno got involved and emailed me asking to give him a call because he wanted us to be satisfy and do everything possible to make the situation right. After a couple days of phone tag, emails, offers and even a screen shot from his computer showing the car cost compare to local dealers, and the Rusnak Team doing everything possible to make things right (when they could of just turn around not honor the ad and forget about us buying possibly to lowest cost car they had on their lot) We schedule an appointment to go in.Doesn't stop there...We went later on that week and met with Jesse, he apologize about the situation (even though he had nothing to do with the mistake) and instead of just giving us the car that they were going to honor the certification on and be on our way, he took time to bring out another car we asked about and compare both. He really wanted to help us in making sure in getting in the right car, regardless if we took the car we had the issue with. He really went above and beyond. We ended up taking the car they worked so hard to make things right on, even Ted Moreno who looked like he was in a meeting came out to make sure all was right and things were made right. We even had to go to a doctors appointment and knew financing usually takes a bit a time, they were willing to hold the car till next day (none of this its today and today only stuff here). Next day we came back car was prep wash and ready for us, after doing the finance dance (which by the way they beat our already low credit union rate and beat the gap coverage insurance cost by hundreds ?) We were new owners. Nicole showed us the features top to bottom, set up Bluetooth and car settings to our request and every Rusnak Team member with came across since day one really make sure things where right and we were happy.In Conclusion I truly feel Rusnak Audi went above and beyond on their customer service, even honoring a mistake and reaching out to make things right. We feel extremely happy with our purchase and like a said before even though we got the lowest model they had on the lot the treatment and follow through from all the members felt like we were buying the priciest car they had on their lot. Thanks to all the Rusnak Audi members for making this the best car buying experience we had and evermore for turning things around and making things right for the everyday consumer.

Had a deal all set up, was waiting to finalize some last minute paperwork and had even deposited on the car we chose. Amazing! The car got sold on a Sunday! I'm doubting the car was even there in the first place. I wouldn't deal with these people if they were the only Audi dealer available.

I'm a very picky shopper especially when it comes to big purchases like cars. The car and deal have to be perfect. Enter Nichole Delacruz and the Rasnak Audi team. She was able to get exactly the car I wanted in pristine condition for a KILLER PRICE! If that wasn't enough, her finance counterpart Vance beat our already great financing deal from our Credit union. I have never "pledged allegiance" to anyone in the car industry, but I'm telling you Nichole and Rasnak have proved themselves to be very, very worthy. I can't sing their praises enough.If you need a car (Audi or other) give Nichole call. Based on what I've seen you'll be happy you did.

I just purchased a 2013 Audi Q5 at Rusnak of Westlake Village, CA. James Anderson was the sales person I was dealing with. I can't speak highly enough about him. My wife and I thought the whole process of buying (working with James) the car was flawless. He was very up beat, positive, knowledgeable, pleasant, accommodating, no pressure and a got a fair price. I worked with Ted Moreno and Fay Moghadam. I told them what type of vehicle I was looking to get into, the payment I wanted, and a great warranty. I definitely gave them a tough task. It took several months and a lot of patience on their part, but today they got me into my dream car. In fact they were able to get me a nicer vehicle, with lower miles than I thought I would have to settle for, and a wonderful warranty to go along with my purchase. The short story: Not all Audi dealerships are equal. If you live anywhere in Southern California, and are considering an Audi, make the trip to Rusnak in Thousand Oaks. Period. There is no other dealership in the area with more resources and a better sales team to get exactly what youre looking for. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, rest assured that Rusnak respects your values just the same.I purchased my previous Audi at Rusnak by simple chance I was driving through the area, and was so dissatisfied with the Audi dealership by my house that I decided to stop in. My experience was such a pleasure, that my immediate family subsequently bought their cars everything from a Hyundai, Volvo, Mercedes and Porsche from Rusnak dealerships as well. Furthermore, I continued to make the 30 mile trip to Rusnak to service my car whenever necessary. So when I needed to switch from a 2-door A5 to a the 4-door A4, as Im expecting my first child in 7 months, I knew the drive from Santa Monica was well worth my time. What followed was a quality of service one would not expect to find at a car dealership, but rather a level of attentiveness youd only expect to find at a 5-star hotel.I called Rusnak during the first week of the month, when most consider it to be the worst time to buy a car. I was transferred to Fay, a saleswomen I had never met before, and we proceeded to have a conversation about what I wanted and what I needed out of a new car. Understanding my situation, she politely suggested we could do the entire deal over email and the phone. This was perfect There was no pressure whatsoever, and because I didnt have to make time to drive up to the dealership, Id be able to spend time with my family while processing any offer at my convenience. An hour later I received an email outlining possible A4s that matched my criteria. After selecting 2 of particular interest, Fay personally took pictures of each and sent them to my phone so I could see the difference between two colors side-by-side. Finally, Fay did something I couldnt have appreciated more. She told me plain and simple, When youre ready, name a price. Rusnak will not be undersold, and we will do everything to earn your business. The next morning, I made a 2-minute phone call to Fay --She knocked down the dealers asking price significantly (Less than any other dealer by far), processed my financing, and had the deal done in just about 45 minutes. I was greeted that night by Fay, who stayed well past closing to accommodate my schedule and teach me about the new features of the A4.UPDATE: Shortly after driving home, I noticed a defect in my car that was not the fault of Rusnak, but actually the Audi manufacturing plant. A small piece of debris was sticking out from behind the navigation screen. Ted, the dealerships general manager, was short and to the point This was not acceptable, and Rusnak would take care of me ASAP. Rather than telling me to call Audi or bring the car to my local dealership, Rusnak offered to pick up my car, provide me with a loaner A4, and return my A4 once the repairs were completed. A day later, I received my car Only to find Rusnak had gone above and beyond the call of Duty by giving the car a complete detail in addition to the free repair.Ive spent 15 minutes of my time writing a review tonight because great customer service is not just something I truly believe in -- Its something that needs to be shared, so those looking elsewhere can hear what Rusnak has to offer. Anyone making such an important purchase like a car deserves nothing less than to be treated like I was at Rusnak. I was a customer, will continue to be a customer, and hope others follow suit for many years to come. Thanks!

My wife and I work in the motion picture industry and commute 40 miles each day to Los Angeles from Ventura County. We were searching for a stylish commuter car and we recently purchased a pre-owned Audi A 4 from Rusnak Audi Westlake. Though we live in the area, I had never purchased a car from the Thousand Oaks Auto Mall because I had a mistaken impression that one had to go out of the area for a fair deal and affordable service. Faye was our sales rep and she was genuinely kind without a hint of high pressure. She helped us find the best financing and car for our needs. We love our A 4 Quattro for it's great fuel economy and superior handling. Soon after we had an issue with a warning light regarding the engine. The joy of purchasing a vehicle that one can spend a significant part of their life in can quickly be crushed by the fears of major mechanical difficulties and expense. Ted Moreno, the GM, as well as Barbara and Carl in Service helped us through this issue with genuine care and concern. I met with Ted on the Monday morning he returned from a holiday, and with phones ringing and busy activity, he still gave me 100% attention and concern with our issue. The issue turned out to be an Audi recalled cam issue and was repaired promptly by the dealership. Though I have purchased pre-owned vehicles from individuals and small independent dealers in the past, my decision to entrust Westlake Audi Rusnak made all the difference. I could have never gotten the support, care and concern I received with this issue anywhere else. The employees seem happy and content. Mr Rusnak is doing something right, and I will be a loyal customer in the future. This may sound like a too good to be true story posted for marketing, but I am a real customer, who is genuinely satisfied with my experience. Thanks to all involved.

I communicated with Edgar via e-mail for about a week. I was staright forward of what I wanted and did not want to waste his or my time. Edgar was very helpful just through e-mail trying to work with what I had to offer. Before coming into the dealer I knew I would be going home with a new vehcile as long as I loved it. Edgar was more helpful in person. He was able to negociate a great price with a proper monthly payment. Evan was very informative while signing paper work and was bale to extent my warrant at a great price. Both individuals reassured me if I had any questions I can call and ask with out any worries. This is the second A3 we have purchased from Rusnak WLV and Edgar Cordoba in the past six months. Edgar worked diligently to create a deal that worked for us on the first purchase in May 2012. Edgar knew our budget and found a way to get us in the Certified Pre Owned car we wanted with the terms we were looking for. That car was totaled on October 19th. For the safety aspects alone I wanted another just like it. There were not a lot of low mileage A3s on the market at the time and Rusnak had only several. Edgar's knowledge of the various packages and value versus cost was instrumental in guiding us to the proper car, regardless of which dealeership it would be purchased from. Edgar never stopped his efforts in finding us the perfect A3 and within one week had us in the perfect car at the best possible price. Edgar and Jason in finance even worked up a plan so that we could hold the car while our insurance company worked out the payoff of the first A3. Edgar is polite, professional, pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable. It is no wonder that Edgar gets a lot of glowing reviews. Edgar works very hard for it and he deserves it. We came into the Dealership to look at the Q7 (SUV) as we were comparing all SUV's for purchase. The saleman, Edgar Cordoba was very friendly and engaging and new everything about the Q7 vehicle. We test drove a new one and he explained everything and truly took his time with us. That was very much appreciated because we had not committed to buying at that time. We found a 2012 with low miles that was exceptionally clean in black that we ended up purchasing. The process was by far the best I have ever had at a car dealership. The Manager, Mr. Atti Mimi was very sharp and equally friendly and I feel we came to a price agreement on great terms. He was a pleasure to deal with. Due to an expanding family, I needed to end my lease early on my A5 and get a car to fit a baby seat. Since my lease wasn't up for a year, I was so worried about how that would work with fees etc. Chase was so great and worked out such a wonderful, easy and seamless transaction that it didn't feel like car shopping at all. At 8 months pregnant the last thing I wanted to do was be stressed out about getting a new car, and they were so wonderful about everything. Made me feel so welcome and walked me through all possible new Audi's. The entire experience was so wonderful that I would recommend everyone go visit Chase there. After I decided on my new Audi, Chase took care of everything with my old car and turning it in early with no penalty. Not only that, all paperwork was done and I just needed to sign when I arrived for my new car. It has made me an Audi loyalist and a Rusnak Audi enthusiast.I already told some friends to make sure they work with Chase out there, as he will take care of them.

My husband and I were looking for a newer used Honda Pilot and found one listed with Rusnak Audi in Westlake. I sent an email inquiry about the vehicle and asked first thing what the best price they could offer was, and I was almost immediately contacted via email (which I'd specified that I prefer) with a price $2k below what the list price. We had financing arranged but it was not the perfect loan due to certain LTV restrictions and valuation methods. Chase said he would like to beat the financing, so we filled out the credit application and went to see and drive the vehicle. He was able to get us financing that met our needs better than the loan we'd secured, that kept us in the perameters we needed. They also offered us a very fair price for our trade that was in need of new tires and had a little higher mileage than normal. The negotiation process was entirely painless, if you'd even call it a negotiation. We basically told Chase what we needed and what we could do as far as out of pocket cost, and he made it happen without any back and forth. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. We had our three small kids with us, and everyone went out of their way to talk to the kids and make sure we knew we were all welcome. The receptionist even put on cartoons for them in the lobby! Evan in finance had all of our paperwork prepared before we met to try and make the process as quick as possible. He was informative and made sure we knew all of our options, but there was no hard sell of any add-ons. When Chase completed the delivery with us he was patient and made sure we understood as much as possible about the car. He also helped me transfer all of my belongings from our trade-in to the new vehicle, including lugging our three heavy carseats to the new car! I don't normally leave reviews, but we had such a great overall experience that I wanted to let others know. We've bought several cars in the past, both new and used, and this was as easy as it gets. We were treated with respect and felt like they really wanted to earn our business. The next time we are in the market for a vehicle we will absolutely be back.

My daughter and I were in the market for a used Honda CRV. We visited 3 dealerships, our first visit was to Rusnak Audi in Westlake. Edgar Cordoba came out and helped us intitially. The people at Rusnak Audi made a stressful situation easy and enjoyable. We had an older car that suddenly bit the dust and weren't actually in the market for a new car willingly. Upon the recommendation of a familly friend we checked out Rusnak. Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars and helped us narrow down our choice to a Q5. He was patient with our questions and was not high pressure or pushy in the least. Sam was so helpful with all the warranty and financing questions, and it's clear that he really knows his products and all the options. The whole experience was a very positive one. Faye was extremely patient with me and pulled her manager Bill in to work with me personally. He was motivated to lease us an Audi Q5 and got us the exact car and color that we wanted at a price that we were happy with. He was always courteous and quick to respond to our phone calls and emails but never put pressure on us to make a decision before we were ready. Even though the dealership was an hour away from where we are located, it was definitely worth going through him instead of using a closer dealership. We will definitely use him again in four years when our lease expires and we're looking for another Audi. He went out of his way to drive two hours north to get the required signatures from our company's vice president so we could have the car in our possession as quickly as possible. Everything about our experience was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing an Audi.

Bill and his team were incredibly friendly and welcoming.I felt like I was with friends, just having a good time and the suddenly I was driving away in the car of my dreams! Every question I had was answered- I was informed of all of my options- Bill was tireless in looking for the perfect combination of options and pricing, until we determined the best car was sitting at the dealership. It was the BEST car buying experience I've had to date. I was well taken care of and enjoyed spending time with Bill and the team as they worked hard to find the best car for me and what I was looking for- (It was nothing like the typical car buying experience of monotonous hours spent debating/working a deal and haggling over price and payments). I live down in Hancock Park (nearly an hour away from Rusnak Audi) and I would drive up there again and again to get a new car. I've only had the car fro two weeks and I've been stopped twice by folks admiring my new Audi A5. Both times I made a point of how great the purchasing experience was with Bill at Rusnak and let them know it was beyond worth the drive to work with him on getting a new car. I will be talking about this car and my experience with Bill until I turn it in for a new one. Can't wait to drive back up to Rusnak in 41 months to get another Audi from them :)!!!!

I searched nationwide (literally) for the best deal on a Certified Preowned 2010 Q5 at a fair price for the options and mileage I preferred. Initially, it seemed that the east coast dealerships offered the model for a few thousand less than west coast dealerships but being a west coast customer meant having to eat at least some of the savings on transportation costs and risks. I made an equal offer to Chase at Rusnak Westlake (Rusnak already had a good reputation) and to my delight, agreed to match that price. I was able to drive the car home the same day I contacted him and was overall quite pleased with my experience. The only minor annoyance in an otherwise flawless buying experience pertains to two small blemishes in the car's paint that were noted at the time of the sale. They are of a type that can be treated and cleaned up and indeed, Rusnak Westlake has offered to perform the task at no charge. However, Westlake is far for me for me to get to again and I asked if it were possible for their Pasadena location to perform the work on their behalf. This is unfortunately not allowable and a bit annoying but overall minor in the grand scheme of things. BOTTOM LINE: Chase and Rusnak Westlake sold me a gorgeous 2010 Certified Preowned Audi Q5, I'm very happy with my experience there and would recommend to others.

I began my deal with Fay who did an outstanding job. She was very friendly, informative and caring. This is something not expected when thinking of dealing with a "Car sales person"! Midway through the deal, we got stuck on agreeing to a value on my trade in as well as the price of the new car. That is when sales manager Bill Agovino stepped in. Bill went out and personally looked at my trade. Not only did he handle that, but he was able to obtain outstanding financing for me regardless of my less than "perfect" credit score. He is a true professional. There wasn't a question I asked that he couldn't confidently answer. I would have to say that Fay and Bill are the best of the best in their profession. Russ was great. He made the whole experience simple and easy going. He answered all our questions and was patient and earnest in trying to find the right car for us. We stopped by while traveling through California and talked with Russ. He showed us several cars and searched over his inventory to find what we were looking for. He spent lots of time with us going over the different cars they had to see what worked best for us. We came back a couple days later, after he called to tell us a certain car we were interested in was ready to see. We pulled in and checked it over. He took us on a great test drive that really let us experience a variety of driving conditions and then we worked out the details in a relaxed and comfortable environment. He even made our dog, Gus, nice and comfy while we did paperwork. A great experience at a very nice dealership. We will definitely be looking Russ up when it is time to buy another car. And we live 500 miles away! Go Russ!

After Looking for several cars in the $50,000 price range, from BMW 535 to the Mercedes E class....It was an easy decision for me to choose the Audi A6 3.0 Quattro. A Sporty yet classy look with a lot of user friendly features inside the car. This car feels light on the road...with tons of power....very quick. I can honestly says for the first time ( I've owned a Porsche, Range Rover, Mercedes S500) I truly enjoy driving.. this car has a great sound system....comfortable seats...insane air conditioning....iPod hook up... Sirius/XM radio...and the shifting paddles are so much fun coming out of corners...you can really feel the road in this car....As far as Rusnak Audi in Westlake Village, I had several dealerships in the mix from Torrance...Pasadena to Oxnard.....ALL of the salesmen were EXTREMELY pushy and obnoxious. I knew I wanted the Audi A6...but wanted to make sure I got the best deal in this terrible economy from a reputable dealership. Westlake Rusnak met my standards!! My salesmen was Chase Dunning....very informative but not pushy...he did not call or text me 3 times a day...I was a difficult buyer..having great credit... I did a lot of research on the internet and found that Chase was true to his word and worked for me...making sure I got the best terms...knowing I will come back when my lease is up and take another Audi....This is my first customer review in years...I just wanted to share my great experience with any potential future Audi drivers...Go directly to Westlake Audi Rusnak and you too will be thrilled with their professionalism.

Even though they did not have the specific model in stock for me, they were able to get it delivered from a different dealer in a timely manner. The service was five star all the way from the time I entered the door to the time I left with my new car. Mr Dunning was the main person that I worked with during my transaction period. He was very professional and had a vast amount of knowledge about the specific model that I was interested in. He didnt pressure or rush me in any way and was willing to walk me through all the paperwork step by step. I dont see myself purchasing a car from anyone else but Evan Goldenberg. Juan Maldonado was absolutely fantastic to work with when I purchased my new Audi. Juan spent plenty of time going over all the individual vehicle options so that I had a good understanding of all that the Q7 has to offer. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I bought an Audi A6 Cabrio from Rusnak. This is the second time I buy from them. Gavin was my sales rep. He was amazing, corteous, on the ball, not pushy. I told him what I wanted, he found it, put the deal together quickly, no haggling. It was a straigh up deal. He gave me a very good deal on my trade-in. Just when I thought I would be driving my new car home, my wife forgot to bring the checkbook, so Gavin, followed us home which is 1/2 hour away to get the check! Being a sales representative myself, Im very critical of sales reps out there and I have to say Gavin was great. I also want to thank the finance guy Tyler. He put the deal together, I told him what I was looking as as far as financing goes and he made it happen. Cant rave enough about my experience at Rusnak, one word "Awesome"!

How can walking away from the dealership without a car be a pleasant experience? Here's the Rusnak difference:Living and working in Santa Monica, I don't make it up the coast often. But on a recent weekend visit to a friend's, I passed the Rusnak auto mall on my way home and decided to stop in. I've been looking to lease an A5 for a month or so, but haven't been able to get the right/comfortable price. After the all-to-familiar test drive and "There are only 2 of these available, so act now!" one-liners, I was introduced to the manager. Wow... He made all the difference. I made it clear that the black a5 I was initially quoted on was too expensive. Instead of giving up there and shifting his attention to a couple who was looking at the same car, the manager and sales staff dedicated the next 45 minutes to sifting through their inventory, prioritizing which features were important to me, and doing everything they could to lower the price (including offering me a loyalty discount on my current lease). All this, without complaining, being pushy, or intimidating. If you make it clear to Rusnak what your desires are, they do everything they can to meet your needs -- Do your research and be a straight shooter. After finding an A5 that had less features but didn't sacrifice my needs, the manager left me alone to call a few people and make up my own decision. Ultimately, the color of the car wasn't my favorite, and isn't something I'd be happy with driving during the next 3 years. However, I was politely accompanied out of the dealership and assured that if/when something comparable came in, I'd get a call ASAP. While this may seem like the simple things, trust me, when it comes to car shopping the little things make all the difference. No pressure, no hard feelings -- Rusnak is all about making the customer comfortable, allowing him/her to actually enjoy an experience that all too often turns sour. I will be giving my business to Rusnak in the future, as well as recommending the dealership to family/friends. If you live anywhere within driving distance, the trip is worth every penny!

The following is a detailed recap of my first experience with Rusnak in Thousand Oaks, CA between March 3rd and 4th of 2011.I called a TON of dealerships around SoCal looking for a very specific A5 at a very specific price. No dealer could meet my needs, that is until I reached Fay Moghadam (Sales Consultant) at Rusnak Westlake Audi in Thousand Oaks, CA. Fay quickly involved her manager, Mack (Sales Manager), and the three of us discussed how they could meet my needs which to my surprise and pleasure, they said they could. The first dealership to say so.The next day, my wife and I drove to Rusnak planning to finalize the deal. However, at the tail end of the cost review, the step right before the lease agreement is generated, it was revealed by Bill Agovino (Sales Manager) and Fay that there was an error in the calculation Mack used to reach the price we had agreed to over the phone the previous day. It would actually be about $40 per month higher.I was, needless to say, VERY disappointed. I had been wanting the A5 since I first saw it two years before and we were looking forward to making the jump up from VW to Audi.My wife and I were considering our two options: 1) paying more per month than budgeted or 2) putting the A5 on hold for awhile longer, which was looking most likely.After delivering the disappointing news and apologizing profusely, Bill said to sit tight while he contacted the GM, Ted Moreno, to see what they could do.Fay stayed behind and reassured us that they would do everything possible to make the deal.Several minutes later, Bill returned and, with a comforting smile, told us that Ted felt it would be unfair to change the quoted price because of a mistake on their part even if it meant leasing the car at a price that would result in the dealership losing money. Needless to say, I was ecstatic! But it got even better. Not only would they give me the price quoted, they would do so for 42 months instead of 48 - my original request.Like most people shopping for a car, I believe that 99% of what a salesperson says should be taken with a grain of salt, to put it mildly. But my experience with Fay, Mack, Bill, Ted and the rest of the Rusnak team has restored my faith that there are still some good, honest, and honorable dealerships out there. I couldn't be happier that I found them and that they have certainly earned my business and loyalty for all my future auto purchases.If you're in the market for an Audi (or any other make Rusnak sells), save yourself the headache of endless back and forth negotiations and make a trip to Rusnak in Thousand Oaks, even if it means driving a little further than you'd care to. Like me, you'll be thankful you did.

Steve Miller was my sales person, he did an outstanding job working with me and helping me to locate my A8 L. He personally delivered the car to my home, spent the necessary time to educate me and then called the following two days to make sure I didn't have anymore questions. My 2010 Q5, had developed a rattle that had been getting progressively worse over the last month. Both Richard Ruiz,Carl and Aaron in the Service Dept. went the extra mile to determine where the problem was coming from and then fixing the rattle. Richard Ruiz, always communicated with me what was done and a time frame needed to fix the problem. I needed oil for my Audi and Rich helped me out. Super fast and friendly service. He put the oil in my car while I waited (which was about 2 minutes). It was also nice to see they remodeled the dealership. It looks very nice in there now. I know my next car will be another Audi!

My experience at Rusnak Audi was great. It was my first time buying a car through a dealership and it was as good as I could have expected. Fay treated us very well and with respect from start to finish. She wasn't pushy or rude and I really appreciated that. Fay did everything she could to help bring the cost down into my price range and it really helped me out. Tyler was also very helpful and knowledgeable with the paperwork that we filled out and he seemed to be very honest with me. I am glad that I purchased the warranty from him because it will give me peace of mind for 5 years. I really appreciated the fact that Tyler didn't get frustrated with me for not knowing everything about the paperwork. He took the time to explain it and it made me feel good about my purchase.

I had the BEST expereince with Rusank Audi in Westlake Village. Evan Goldberg my sales person worked very diligently to help me get exactly what I wanted. AND I DID!!! Most important to my experience was the feeling that "It was all about me"- my needs and wants, never did I have the sense that he was only out to make a sale and make a buck. In addtion to Evan in sales was my finance experience with Greg Austin., Again, I felt is was "all about me" again. I got great finanacing and terms!!! U know sometimes when you go to buy a car it is such a hassle, hustle bustle, wheeling dealing "no mam we cant do that". My expereince was SO NOT like that. It was easy. I never felt pushed at all. I highly recommend this dealership and especially EVAN GOLDBERG and GREG AUSTIN. THESE GUYS ROCK!!!

Honestly, the most irritating aspect of leasing a car with Rusnak has been the requirement that I provide at least 250 characters or more. I suggest that you shorten that requirement as people are super busy these days and some people are just folks of minimal word usage. Evan was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He jumped right on our email inquiry--and he made the car leasing experience so easy. He answered every call I made to him and even provided a cell phone number for me to use. He was so much more on top of it that the guy I was delaing with before in Santa Barbara. Evan is super knowledgeable about the product line, and he continues to be courteous and helpful, even days after the transaction. Although I cannot recall his name right now, the finance manager who took care of the paperwork was also extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and helpful. I definitely would purchase/lease another Audi based upon my experience at Rusnak. The reason I provided the ratings that I did is because I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy it was for me to lease my vehicle through Rusnak. Thank you for the opportunity to provide my assessment of my lease transaction; howver, please change the 250 word requirement. After a while, all of this gushing seems phony, and it is certainly heartfelt and accurate.

I have bought or leased three cars from Juan. On my most recent visit, it happened to be during Rusnak's holiday party. As we were working the deal, I got to partake in a nice holiday spread of turkey, stuffing, etc. Juan is pleasant to deal with, very low-pressure and very knowledgeable about the entire Audi lineup. The financing process was also stream-lined. If I ever decide to upgrade again, I will be calling Juan.

I bought a CPO A4 from Ron at Rusnak after reading some good reviews on Yelp. Most of the central LA Audi dealers have terrible ratings, and the times I've visited them it hasn't been a pleasant experience at all. Not so at Rusnak. Ron was a great salesman - friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy, and as opposed to just about all other car salesmen I've dealt with in LA, his first question wasn't "what do I have to do to get you to buy this car today". I had a great experience and can definitely recommend Rusnak Audi Westlake.

Juan helped me find the perfect car. I came in very prepared to buy one car, but actually fell in love with another. He was very tuned in to me as a car buyer and helped me formulate what would work. Everyone involved was really courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process real easy and exciting! I was holding on to a car my father got for me many years ago; this was a special moment in both of our lives. He passed away two years ago, so the idea of giving up my car for another was extremely hard for me. With that said, I knew that it was getting to be time as the car had many many miles on it. Their sensitivity to this matter, their flexability, their knowledge and easy process along with the obvious great product, made this a no brainer. I left an Audi owner and COMPLETELY happy customer! I love my 2011 A3 2.0T and will reccommend Rusnak Audi to everyone who's in the market for a new vehicle! my husband and i had a great experience at Rusnak Autdi Westlake. we remember David Nadar helping us a few months back and decided to go back to him when we were ready to buy a vehicle. he completely put us as his #1 priority the minute we got there. there was a time where we didn't think we were going to get the car we wanted, but David made it happen. plus with the help of Greg, the financial manager, my husband and i got the full great experience. we were there almost all day, but because we were being helped it went by so fast. all of our questions were answered and some. if we needed to buy another vehicle, we would surely go back to David to help us.

This is the 2nd Audi I have purchased from Rusnak Audi in 2010 (having purchased a used Audi A4 early this year for my daughter).Juan Maldanado at Rusnak Audi made me very comfortable in my choice this time, which was to purchase a new 2011 Audi A6 and trade in my 2005 BMW 645ci. Ultimately, I fell in love with the A6 based on driving a model and Juan's input about the car and Audi, but the A6 options I wanted were not available on the lot. Juan tracked down the exact car I wanted promptly. Moreover, Juan gave me a fair price for my trade in, and allowed me the time to see if I could sell it for more.While I think I received a great market price on both the purchase and the trade in, the key for me was that Juan educated me about the A6 and so even if I could have looked further, I was made very comfortable by Juan's actions that purchasing an Audi is a good thing and that purchasing from Rusnak, my local dealer, would be in my best interests.The key then is my trust level in Juan and in Rusnak audi based on my experiences to date.

I went to test drive an Audi Q5 and the saleslady was awful. She couldn't find the keys to the car and they were sitting on the windshield of the car. It took her 15 minutes. After the test drive I went into her office and she asked if I wanted to purchase a car.I told her I wanted a white one. She said she didn't know what color they had even though I had just test drive a white one. I told her to come back with her lowest price she was really getting on my nerves and I wanted to leave. She came back with the full sticker price and financing options. I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay cash or finance some of it but she never mentioned the 2.5% financing that Audi of Oxnard had and didn't come back with that rate. She also didn't mention the $790.00 maintenance package where all the maintenance is covered up to 50,000 miles. I was insulted that she didn't even come down a little in price and got up to leave. I had already gotten a price 6,000 below sticker at Oxnard. She followed me out the door wanting to know what she had done and if I was unhappy with the price.. I finally turned around and told her to leave me alone she was really bothering me and I was not buying anything from her. I bought a white Audi Q5 at Oxnard that evening.

Even though we have an Audi dealer in our home town, we drove over an hour to Rusnak Westlake to purchase a new Audi. We were rewarded for our efforts with over four hours of mostly waiting around while the salesman ran back and forth to the sales manager's office for pricing and offerings and forms. You know the drill. It's so insulting and frustrating. Then we had the pleasure of sitting through the Finance Mgrs. pitch of high-margin extras... it's so demeaning to him and to the customer .... no thanks. On the showroom floor was a brand new Audi R8 super car with a $200,000 price tag. One of the finest displays of automotive engineering on the planet, however the salesman could not seem to remove the personalized license plates off our trade-in. And why should the salesman have to do that, while there was a lot man sitting in the customer lounge watching football? More delays. We were hoping for a more professional and more expedient sales experience, from a dealer who just spent untold millions to build a state of the art BMW center next door. Everyone involved seemed to do their job OK, including the salesman. My criticism is aimed at Paul Rusnak, and automotive veteran who can build stunning dealerships, but his efforts seem to be misplaced. For a fraction of what he spent on his new BMW center, he could have innovated the sales process to streamline it and make it less humiliating. More business like. In retail one hopes for a Nordstrom experience, but we left feeling like we had just spent a long afternoon in Sears; complete with balloons. Perhaps he should make a purchase from an Apple store and see there can be a difference.
