I sent my daughter to have service done on my Cruze. No one tried to take advantage of her by saying you need extra stuff. I think that is GREAT!!!!!!!

I like the fact that I was was only going in for an oil change and they automatically checked to see if there were any recalls on my Traverse and made the repairs/the recall in the same day, not two trips.

Hello, These folks are nice! They are not only friendly but professional. I have to say that everyone I met was quite pleasant. And I did meet at least 9 employees, 10 including the mechanic. Also they have very good coffee and a referigerator with real cream. That is always a plus. The work was very well done. I was shown what work was to be done beforehand. The mechanic that showed me knew what he was doing. I really appreciated the nice loaner car. Thank you for an excellent experience with very friendly folks in a clean and comforatable atmosphere. The service was great, everyone I met there was very friendly and helpful. Peter Moore, the man who sold me my car, was great! Kind, helpful, and most importantly a lot more laid back than any car salesmen I have ever dealt with. I have to say, the way we were treated at Salvadore played a huge part in my decision to get my car there.

The staff were all very friendly and ensured I was shown all vehicles that I may have been interested in. My salesman took the time to show me a variety of vehicles with different options giving me to do an accuarate price comparison between each style and level of truck I was looking at. He worked with me through the entire process and kept me notified and up to date with available buying options and financing options.

The car went back for a liftgate problem which was not covered under the bumper to bumper warn. While there I told them that the engine had become quite loud. When I picked up the car I was told that the engine will be rebuilt at no charge!

I brought my Malibu in for scheduled service on Thursday, March 27th. My Service Rep Rich, opened door for me to drive in a short time before Serviced start. He took care of all the paper work, and service, including washing, took approximately 45 minutes. Great service at Salvadore.

I recently purchased a used vehicle (2013 Chevy Traverse) and there was an issue with the headrest. They told me they were going to fix it, but it wouldn't get done until after I purchased it. I purchased the SUV and they honored their word and bought me a new headrest. People sticking to their word is hard to come by these days! Thanks.

I went in there to conquer a goal of making a purchase. I met Peter Moore the friendliest non-push sales person around!! He helped me quickly and thoroughly and definitely needs to be recognized as a star employee! Keep up the good work! I recommend asking for PETER when you walk through the doors!

I chose to buy my car from Salvador because of the friendly sales people. I was greeted and helped to choose a car that fit my needs. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and in detail. When I picked up my new car I was shown by my sales person where everything in my car was and I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Throughout the entire service experience I felt there was a genuine desire to understand my needs. From the first contact through actually speaking with the Technician who worked on my vehicle, I was treated like I was a valued customer.I will recommend Salvadore's in the future.

I drive 35 minutes to get my vehicle serviced at Salvadore - for two reasons: 1) the customer services is unmatched and 2) the pricing/incentives are excellent. Every time I show up, I'm greeted and Rich and team are extremely helpful/informative. This last experience, my car needed 3-4 hours of service. I expected an hour so I brought my son (6) with me. When I learned it was going to be 3-4 hours, Rich was able to line up a vehicle for me to take my son home (free of charge). I will be back and will buy my next vehicle from Salvadore.

Brian in the autobody shop is brilliant! He's very nice, honest and up front. I was shaken and scared out of my mind after the deer attacked my car (no lie, a deer charged my car on R2) but he helped me out, did everything with the insurance people, got my car up and running. It was terrific. I was even impressed when the gentleman who sold me my car called to make sure I was okay. Very happy with everybody. But Brian is an excellent person, a very hard worker and should get some kind of attention for his great customer service!

I went looking for cars expecting to be pressured by a salesperson and thought this would be a hassle. I was pleasantly surprised that as soon as I walked into your showroom a Saleperson (Peter Jack) came over and and asked if anyone was helping us yet. Right from that moment it was nice to have someone who answered all our questions with knowledge and without feeling like he wasn't going to let us out without buying a car! He was very relaxed so it put me at ease. I always hate the idea of starting to look for a new car. But this one turned out to be very easy. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and polite. I would like to Thank the personnel at Salvador Chevrolet for way the conducted business. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2013 Equinox. My first brand new car! I have already told many people about the great experience I had. Thank you again.

We were very satisfied, Mike made the whole car buying experience easy. We came in after work so it was almost the dealership's closing time just to look but he stayed an hour or two late knowing we just looking to help us pick a truck that best fit our needs, then take it for a nice test drive on a back road and highway, answered all my questions which I had quite a few and then went back to find all the rebates to help us save the most money so we ended up buying the truck that night. He made getting us on the road easy taking care of all the insurance and registry paperwork as well as the inspection sticker. He even came to our house later that night to pick up our down payment so we were able to pick up the truck the next day and have it for the weekend. Upon delivery he gave us a demo of all the controls and features on the truck, filled the gas tank and even gave us a nice tour of the dealership after we took delivery. I never felt pressured to buy, it was the best car buying experience I've had to date I will definitely be back to Salvadore Chevy the next time we buy a vehicle.

I have several car dealings with Sales Consultant Michael Bezio, and each time I have received excellent service. The Salvadore Sales Staff have gone way out of their way to give me a total satisfying deal. I will not trade with any other dealership. The Chevys that I have purchased have always been top notch.

I had the best possible experience. I was allowed to drive around in a Dodge Challenger, and then test drive the car I was REALLY going to buy! Pete was a fantastic sales person, I could tell that the sale was second to making sure I was comfortable and happy with the car. It was great. There was not pushy sell-sell-sell mentality. Everybody there was helpful, nice, moved slowly (meaning that they didn't push me into anything) I was informed of everything every step of the way and even given a tour of the grounds. Fantastic!

I went to Salvadore Auto Group for a sticker and an oil change and they found some front end work that needed to be done. Which explained the wobble in the front end that I'd been having. The old myth that dealerships are too over priced is not the case at Salvadore, they were cheaper than my regular mechanic! They are now my new family dealership! Thank you! :)
