Excellent and very personable service. As a business owner myself, I pay close attention to the details of customer service, transparency and clarity of each transaction. Sam Jidd and his crew took a time to understand what my needs are and provided me with suggestions that were suitable. I was impressed how SJL team made the entire experience very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Words can not describe the appreciation I have for their dedication and hospitality. Every member at SJL Motors is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Spent four hours negotiating a purchase and trade in. The deal was agreed on both ends when they told me there was a pending deal on the car and they couldn’t sell it to me. They said it would be unethical as they had a deal already lined up. Apparently, in their book it’s perfectly ethical to waste my time just to tell me that the car we agreed a deal on was already sold. The manager made the young salesman tell me this information and actually left the store as the salesman was explaining all this to me. Don’t waste your time here.

I bought a Kia here back in March and I must say that they were very professionals. Like any other business, they wanted to sell a vehicle and make a profit. Yet, they worked with me to ensure that we found a middle point to the sale.. well at least I felt like I won the negotiation war :).. Overall it was a very great experience and they will be my first place on my next vehicle.

I would not recommend this place. Please please take the time to go through all the other negative reviews before spending money here- i wish i would have. I purchased a used Tesla x here. They delivered the car and it had damage on it that didn't exist when i bought the car from them a week prior (as in, i checked out the car in person and bought it, then they delivered it to me 5 days later). They only gave 5 days to return the car from the purchase date so they already passed that date by the time they delivered it. I went to the Tesla service center shortly after delivery and they found $3700 worth of issues. I contacted Sam Jidd to get them to rectify the situation and they just kept saying they needed to talk to someone else and they would call me back. Never called me back despite numerous follow-ups from me. On top of that they sold me some scam insurance that was supposed to cover a broken windshield (my car arrived with a broken windshield upon delivery) so i tried to use that insurance and it did not cover it. Save yourself money and a huge hassle and take your business elsewhere. The only thing good about this place is the dog in the office. Don't do it ... Just don't.

SJL was the worst car buying experience I had in 40 years. The car was involved in an accident and SJL used less then factory parts to repair the Audi Q5 and omitted key body parts in addition to placing pieces of wood in key positions of the body frame to disguise factory body frame parts. I spent thousands to get the car through inspection and safe for my daughter. I highly recommend that if you are interested in any of SJL cars that you don't walk away but RUN AWAY from this less than honest owner names SAM.
