Savage Kia sells good cars with great warranties. The sales and service people that I worked with are good and honest people. In my case, they beat the blue book right away. Buying a car is always stressful. Educate yourself in prices and trade in values before you get to the dealer. They will try to make as much money as they can( it is a business afterall). They try to sell you add-ons like special paint coating, windshield coating and gap insurance. Think about that before you go in too. The gap insurance fit my situation well.

Avoid this dishonest place! Bait and switch when it comes to new car sales. They tell you one thing via email then jack the prices up when you're in there trying to make a deal and they fail to mention the "new" car is a demo and has 3,500+ miles on it. They lowball trade-in offers and just insulting and don't care about customers.

I loved working with Michael Kunder!! He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I was very comfortable with every decision made throughout the car buying process. He was fast, I was with my 2 young children which is not easy when trying to make a big decision and he made sure they were also very happy and comfortable during our time at the dealership. I was impressed with this dealership after one phone call. Their used inventory of Sorentos was much more extensive than any other dealership we have called or visited over the past month two months. The when we stopped in and met with James we were impressed even more. He was by far the most knowledgeable salesman I've dealt with. He took the time to show us all the vehicle's features and answered all our questions. He covered everything inside and outside of the car. For such a young guy, he sure has taken the time to learn his stuff...very, very impressive! When the time came to make the deal, I felt like they were fair and willing to work with us. I was pleased with how painless the whole process was. I haven't bought a car in 13 years and, thankfully my experience was much less stressful than I imagined it would be. We highly recommend this dealership, everyone was great. James needs a raise....he's awesome!

The sales person that helped me out was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He was easy to get along with and did not pressure me into making a deal. The car I wanted was not on their lot, but he assured me that he would find it and bring it to them. He could have just said "sorry, we only have these others" but he found what we wanted and made it happen.

My experience with Savage Kia was wonderful, they got the exact car I wanted, made the purchasing process very easy, and got my monthly payments in the price range i could afford. Also before I left it was detailed to perfection and the gentleman who sold me the car stayed a bit after hours to show me all the bells and whistles of the car. We returned to this dealership after having a fantastic experience 5 years ago. we bought 2 cars from here and even referred people to this place. We went back, and the manager, finance manager and salesman we dealt were all gone! They didn't give us a great deal at first, but then once I called a few days later to compare it to another deal that we got at another Savage place, they changed their tone. They gave me more for my car and made the deal happen. I went and picked up my car. 2 days later, I get a phone call from my bank telling me that the manager here called and told our bank to"let us out of it and find a solution between just them" This solution was for $500. Why would I need $500, I am doing all of my financing through my credit union. They called this "cash on delivery". It wasn't a down payment or anything. We never agreed to it, never signed the buyer's order! After my husband went to drop the car off, they wouldn't give him the keys to my old car or the bank check back. it took him about 45 minutes to get what belonged to us. The GM and the manger didn't want to release the items because they wan'ted to try to make the deal work now. It was too late though, they were being shady from the beginning and I didn't want to give them my business.

The knowledgable staff got me in and out. The real service of a dealership compared to the other quick lube places really shines through at Savage Kia. KIA has great vehicles at great pricing, a real value. This made it so easy to make such a big purchase. Our sales agent, Mike Kunder, was knowledgeable and patient and he and the GM tracked down the vehicle I wanted and were completely accommodating to my schedule. I would certainly recommend anyone working through this dealer ship whether they are in the market for a new KIA, or even a used car. We bought both a new and a used car from them. Both experiences were great.

This is my second car I bought from this dealership. My first car from here was a 2011 Kia Soul. I got an awesome deal on this one. Traded it in for a 2011 Kia Optima Hybrid. Got tired of the hybrid and traded that in for a 2013 Kia Optima EX with premium package. They got me an incredible deal on an incredible car. I told the GM what I wanted for payments and he got me right where I wanted to be. He even went to bat for me at Kia financing to get me a great interest rate and all the available discounts. He gave me a great price on my trade in to get my payments where I wanted it to be. A smart car buyer shops around, a genius car buyer knows where to come back to. Savage Kia has earned a lifetime customer.

I went to look and couldn't resist buying a 2013 Sportage EX. Everyone that I met at the dealership was wonderful. My salesman was patient and actually listened to what I was looking for and didn't try and sell me something bigger or better. I was very impressed with the ease of filling out paperwork to getting to take my car home the same night. Our first look at Kia's was at Outten Motors. That experiences was the worst I ever had.We where excited about the KIA Soul, and what the salesman spoke about to us a day earlier. When we sat down and spoke to him about the or deal the stories change dermatological story. Luckily our friend with us told us about your dealership from the the moment we entered the the parking lot our experience change dermatological everyone we spoke to was so helpful and really knew their business actually the price of the car wasn't much different then the one at Outten dealer ship but the feel of the people we spoke to made us feel right at home. In the future I'll have no problem recommend your dealership.

I have been to Savage Kia on several occasions. The service there is excellent, i was having trouble finding a trustworthy shop. I felt as though everywhere i took it was taking every cent I had, until now. The customer service there is exceptional, kelly Cooper was a great help, she answered all my questions and kept me up to date with the process of my car. I would also like to thatnk the guys behind the scenes such as the mechanics, my car is not the best on the streets but every time I take it in it works better than the last. I will not be taking my car anywhere other than Savage Kia and i recomend others to do so quite often, the prices were easy on my pockets and the whole experience was easy on my mind. I have had my Kia Sedona Van since 2006. Savage Kia have been servicing our van since they were in Sinking Springs. I was unsure with the move to Reading how our service was going to be but Kelly Cooper makes our visits easy. I have had my car with the dealer several times,for it seems the same problem. KellyCooper has always been very helpful. A few times I was very irate due to the problem and she always used her spunkiness to derail a bad situation. I thought she was the service manager, due to the fact she always took the heat. We have been Savage customers for approximately 8 years. Kelly Cooper, at the Service desk, has always been very helpful, courteous, and friendly whenever we have been out for service. The quality of work from the service department has always been exceptional. Kelly has been helpful in keeping us informed as to what warrenty work is necessary to maintain our warrenty, and in getting payment from the warrenty company, since we had purchased the extended warrenty when we got our new car. Showing us pictures of Kia products on her computer. Offering us the opportunity for future services. Overall, a great customer service experience. We are well pleased with our hood deflector. Kelly is freaking awesome. Dennis, not so friendly a person. Before my Kia I had a Mercedes and their service department treated me like gold. I spent alot of money to get treated that way. At Savage Kia, Kelly makes me feel the same way that i did if not better than the Mercedes dealership. If you want good service see Kelly......but if DEnnis answers the phone, ask for Kelly!

We recently purchased a Kia Sportage a few months ago and are very happy with it, we were torn between 2 other models but Aimee #3 helped me make the final decision and im glad she did... Aimee #3 was very helpful in every aspect, Aimee #3 was pleasant and friendly and had a great sense of humor something that most sales people lack....any questions i have or any help i need Aimee #3 is there ... So in all honesty we could have went to Outten Kia but Aimee #3 made us choose Savage Kia just because of her friendly nature and actually showing she cares and isnt out just for the sale......I have recommended savage kia and Aimee #3 to friends and family and will continue to do so.. Buyer beware, boast of one owner used car...needless to say the one owner was a fleet service. With in six months of owning the car needed, new tires, brakes and struts. Be careful what you buy off them! They are not about selling quality cars here obviously and dont believe in fixing problems before putting it back out on the lot.

My 2010 Kia Sportage needed an oil chage. So I made an appointment. They took my car right away. I told Amy I was going to run some errands while the car was being serviced . She said she would call when it was done or if it needed any thing . She did and it did need a little something . Long shory short one hour later it was done. I went to pick it up , Amy greeted me with a smile and presented me with the bill. Wow that was a lot of service for such a small bill. I love my Savage Kia Dealer .Always fast , always curtious, and they always make me feel like they really care. Thanks Monica

Was working on a deal for a demo Optima which did not work out and Joey was able to work a deal on a new Optima that came in a week later.Took delivery about a month ago - happy with the deal, sales people and car.

Sales staff was helpful in dealing with some issues. Manager Maturi is a prick and will not hesitate to screw you. The members of the sales team are knowledgable and helpful. Just make sure you do your research because the manager has zero integrity and will try to give you a bad deal.

The sales went well - good price, good people to work with, but it's the service department that you need to look out for! Just before our warranty expired, the engine light came on with a P420 code (Catalytic Converter Inefficiency). We called it in and my wife took it in to be worked on. Instead of fixing the problem, they reset the light and sent her away! As a result, we are now stuck needing a new CC and O2 sensors - among other things - because they did not properly service it JUST to save on their warranty! We have a pending BBB case now as a result. I would NOT recommend them to anyone because of this!?

About 2 weeks after purchasing a 2008 Kia Rio5 SX, my rear passenger side seatback became unglued. It was the fabric coming unglued from the seatback foam. After waiting 2 weeks for them to get a replacement seatback in I get a call that the car is done, so I go pick it up.When I get there, Im told the car is done and they (glenn) hand me the keys. I get in the car and look over my shoulder at the new seatback and I couldnt believe it. It was the wrong color and texture. I have a rio5 sxwith sx sport cloth interior, which is red and black. The seatback that the service department installed in my car under warranty is white and black, and the headrest is a completely diffent fabric than the rest of the car. So basically I have been driving a new car with a mismatched interior for quite some time now.This was 9/22/08.After showing Glenn Keehn this he said that they would re order the CORRECT seatback this time and it should be in in about a week.Two weeks pass by and I call Savage Kia to see if my parts have arrived.I was told no by Glenn , and asked him if he could check the status of the order.Today (10/07/08) I get a voicemail from Glenn stating that he doesnt know how long it will take to get the seatback in. There arent any in the United States and it has to be imported from Korea. So I asked if he could take one off another car on the lot and them replace it when the one from korea finally came in and he said "no, we dont have another car here with that interior."I asked what about from another Kia dealer and he said "we dont do that",they cant sell a car with a missing seatback". So I asked him to expidite the shipping or possibly overnite it. He said ,he cant do that and theyre doing everything they can. So thats the reason for the awful review on Savage Kia. They are more concerned with future customers that current customers.Joey Maturi gets a negative review for lowballing me on the price of my trade in. Stating one price with a handshake one day and lowballing me for $400 the next day when papers were drawn up.
