Was looking to replace a 30 yr old vehicle previously purchased here. Matt walked up and asked how he could help. Discussed the various models and their differences that were in stock. When I returned a few days later, the one we were looking at had sold, and Matt went out and found another that is perfect. Have been dealing with L&B for 40 years, and with treatment like this, it will continue.

We went in to hear about options on a new car vs keeping my old car. I told Josh everything I liked about my current car and he showed me a 2016 Chrysler 200. I drove it and fell in love with it and how it drove. No need to do any more looking. I was sold. Customer service is at a low nowadays and it was so refreshing working with Josh and Joe. I cant say enough about them! I will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone!

I recently leased a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Savage L&B Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I worked with Andy Nocera, Michael DeFrank, and Joey Maturi arranging the details of my lease. The deal I drove out with was fantastic and Joey and Michael worked hard to get me the very best lease terms possible. I couldn't be happier with the personal attention paid to me by the dealership management team. My salesperson, Andy Nocera, was courteous, professional, accommodating and never applied undue pressure. He is to be commended for providing all of the details I needed while simultaneously treating me like family. In addition to the sales team, the service team is also top-notch at L&B. I've had my Stealth R/T Turbo in for work and have been extremely impressed. All in all, Savage L&B Dodge Chrysler Jeep should be the first choice for anyone needing a vehicle in the Mid-Atlantic states region of the United States.

Sales consultant Chelsea Carl is awesome to work with. Last 3 purchases have been for L and B and ways with Chelsea. The initial reason for my visit was to have an extensive amount of repairs done to my 2011 Dodge Caliber. The Caliber was working fine but needed tires, struts, etc. to pass the next inspection. So, I dropped it off and used one of their Jeep Cherokees for two days. Upon my return Dave Kegerise and I were chatting and he asked me if I wanted to " go for a ride in his car". Great sales ploy! I said okay, went for the ride in the red 2015 Dodge Dart and was hooked. Came back to L & B, and did the paperwork, etc. and took the car home that evening. Totally love the car and appreciate the foresight of Dave knowing that I might be interested in a new vehicle plus I had a decent car to trade since all the repairs were already made to the Caliber, which, I was told, sold the next day! Have been dealing with L & B since 1988 and have always had a fabulous experience.

I have visited a few Savage Dealerships on my travels and this particular dealership is one of the nicer ones when it comes to staff and the appearance of their cars. But before you go make sure you do your research on the cars they have. Numerous times that I have went the VIN numbers were wrong on the vehicles as well as the years, makes, models, etc. It seems that they don't take the time to categorize their vehicles and advertise them appropriately.Although they were nice, they were very wishy washy. Make sure you KBB, Black Book, Edmunds, or whatever you have to do to find the value of the car you want to purchase from them, which was my mistake. I only say that because they don't have prices on their vehicles, it's magically pulled out of some deep hole, or they roll dice then add a couple grand. The particular dealer I had dealt with was Chelsea. She is extremely nice, but her methods of selling need improvement. When I walked onto the lot, the car I saw was nice and I wanted it due to the fact it had everything I wanted in the car. I asked for the price and She told me 28,000 and I was happy because that was the price range I was looking for. Well as we punched in numbers the VIN was the wrong, the year advertised was wrong, and that should have been my key to leave, but I was foolish. She told me the car was much higher than what she told me, (then why make it up) but she said somewhere in Wonderland they can keep the 28,000 price tag but my payments would be an arm and two legs. Well the payment wasn't sitting with me very well so I walked. A couple weeks later I got a phone call about another car that was on the lot that had the majority of things I wanted. Long story short I walked away with that car, but it wasn't until seven days later I called her up saying I don't like this vehicle and it wasn't for me. Well, she said she would do something about it, but never did. Then the kicker to the story is the price they sold me my car was the EXACT same price of the car that had everything I wanted, but yet my payments for the car I originally wanted were almost 100.00 more? I don't think that makes any sense, and it was about 5,000 over KBB, Edmunds, and Black Book value. So overall I hope they are happy with the commission or whatever money comes their way because I absolutely hate the car I am driving now, which is the mistake I have to live with. But when people ask me where I got my car I tell them to stay away from that dealership.

Can't speak highly enough about Andy, Steve and the entire team at Savage L&B - not only did they put together a great deal for me - but they made it EASY to do business with them.I'm a busy guy - and not a lot of time to spend on the phone - I shopped L&B on the internet - and reached out by email. I found several other dealers wouldn't communicate on that channel - and insisted on playing phone tag. Not Andy - he was quick to respond, and happy to work with me to make the time at the dealership itself valuable.I'd recommend Savage L&B to any of my friends and family - great overall experience.

Recently traded my 08 Dodge Ram for 11 Jeep Compass with Rachel. I love my jeep and Rachel and her management team understood my need to purchase a different vehicle to accommodate my family. I just had an awesome experience at Savage L & B. I wanted a high performance hood for my new Jeep Wrangler. But I was overwhelmed by the thought of getting it, and then having it painted and then installed. Not to mention getting my old hood back to my house after the install. Then I went to Savage and talked to Pat Zizza, the parts manager. He helped me with every step and made a complicated procedure easy. He even helped me get the new hood to the body shop and then get my old hood back to my house. You won't see another parts manager going the extra mile for a customer like that. At least not often. I highly recommend Pat. He knows his stuff and is willing to give you a great price and help out any way he can. Thank you again Pat. You will be seeing me again soon.Tony

We went to L&B because we had purchased a vehicle there before & it was rewarding experience. We were looking for a larger more comfortable vehicle. Dave pointed out a Dodge Grand Caravan that was just what we needed. We had a Toyota Rav 4 with 150,000 miles on it. Dave gave us a fair price on the Grand Caravan & a very fair trade in value for the Rav 4. We would recommend L&B to any one.

I contacted Ted Hoffman regarding the purchase of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee prior to their availability in the market. Ted was very diligent in keeping me informed of the car's arrival at the dealership, and when I was able to order my new car, Ted kept me updated regarding the build and shipment. He was very thorough in reviewing the different amenities in the car when I picked it up, and his friendly, approachable manner made me feel very appreciated and confident in Savage L&B Dodge Chrysler Jeep.I also had the L&B Service Department handle a recall on my 2003 Jeep Liberty, and I was very impressed.

My existing vehicle suddenly died leaving me to find a replacement in a hurry. I have previously purchased vehicles at L&B Dodge so I thought I would start my search there. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by a very friendly and cheerful receptionist. She handed me over to a salesman named Josh Gruver who was also was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. During the preliminary discussion as to what price range and models I was looking for he was very helpful and not a bit aggressive or pushy. He mentioned some vehicles that were in my price range and even one that was less. The sales manger stopped in and asked if I would be interested in a Jeep that was coming in that afternoon as a trade. It sounded too good to be true and I thought it would be out of my range but they made the financing work out so I was very pleased. After picking up the vehicle and driving it home I discovered the air conditioning wasnt working and brought it back. They were very apologetic and gave me a loaner car while the AC was repaired. That same day the general manger Brad Strunk personally drove the car back to my house and explained what happened. He said any time I have a problem to just let him know. He said The highest customer service is what L&B Dodge strives to attain. I was very pleased with the way everyone at the dealership treated me from the receptionist, salesman, finance manager and the general manager. I couldnt have asked for anything more and would certainly buy another vehicle from them as well as recommend them as a source for new or used vehicles.

I go to savage L & B dodge because everyone there is friendly and very helpful, every time I have a problem they are there to help me get it fixed. I bought my last vehicle there a 2010 jeep liberty and I never had a problem with it. I wanted to trade it in On a jeep Sahara, Andy is very helpful and he helped me get a car that had everything I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is out looking for a new or used vehicle.

Truck broke 2days after buying it. Keep in mind new 2012 ram 2500 diesel. 12 days gone by now and still no truck back. Horrible time with Dodge, Chrysler and L and B. Never again. I owned 8 rams, this is my last. Those involved know their involvement in misleading and lieing to a customer.

I am receiving my second fleet car through this dealership, and found out my car arrived last Friday. I spoke with Heather, and was told "I will not have it ready untill next week, she has to take care of paying customers first." I then called back and reported this to the Sales manager, who said Hheather is the best they have and he can't hardly believe her saying that. They so forget so quickly that I get full maintenace on the car every 5000 miles, as well as several other service visits since I drive close to 50K miles a year. My personal deals and all future company deals will go somewhere else.
