Bad customer service, they wasted my time for no reason. I called ahead for a specific vehicle (Toyota rav4) to make sure it was still available since I would be driving a long distance to get it. When I arrived someone was test driving it. After they were done we were told he didn’t have enough money to get it so they allowed us to test drive it. We came cash in hand to buy the car. After test driving it for a half an hour we came back ready to pay in cash, but they said that the person before us already paid. What is the purpose of calling ahead to make sure the car doesn’t sell? We wasted our afternoon. My problem isn’t that it was sold, only how it was handled. They acknowledged I called first, yet still gave it to another party while we were on our way to purchase it. I’m giving two stars because the salesperson was very nice. But I don’t think I will make the drive to this place again unless they change their practices and actually hold the vehicle I’m going to buy when I call. I can’t afford to waste all that time.

Great experience! The guys are very sweet and helpful! They were able to work with me and get me the car I really wanted! I am very excited and recommend them if you are looking for a nice quality vehicle at a very reasonable price from men who really care about satisfying their customer's. They are awesome!

Bought a ram 1500 from here right before thanksgiving of last year I love it and the guys here held on to it so I could come look at it for my time off.

Very pleased with the experience I had at Schneck. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the price was exceptional. Would absolutely use this dealership again and am recommending it to anyone I know looking for a used vehicle. I have no complaints with the experience I had.
