I came looking for a car with specific needs and requirements. Robert Cohen was very thoughtful, helpful and very patient in going over the electronics of the car I picked. I must also give credit to the financial person who helped me get to the figures I needed to purchase the Trax. Paperwork was unbelievable but Rose took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions..

Saw car on line. Stop in. Drove it. Went home to think....bought it.Applied for financing on line. That handled quickly. They called my insurance co and had proof of insurance card ready. Showed up signed papers drove away.

I liked it when they called me to let me know that something needed to be changed before jut going ahead and doing it. Since I could easily do it myself much cheaper without any problem. I know of some dealers that would jut go ahead and do it without ever saying anything, I think this is rude. The call was wonderful and respectful to me.It was greatly appreciated.

Tom Calnan was amazing! He was very helpful in showing us several cars. He was very knowledgable in all the cars he showed us. He let us test drive the one my daughter really liked. I told him I needed to check with my insurance plus we were getting a check the following day to use for our down payment and we set up an appointment to come back the following day. He was ready for us when we arrived and made our purchase painless. Steve in financing was also very friendly and courteous. Thank you for having such amazing people.

Previous leasing events were done out of this area but since all my servicing was done by Scott, with great satisfaction, I decided to lease with them. It turned out to be a great decision! Chris Rapp is a Pleasure to work with... Once again!! I was in for a recall on a Hummer H3, and had the repair completed in a timely manner. Also, I was reimbursed for this repair, which I previously took care of myself, and received the payment in less than a week! 5 Star service !!!

We were so impressed with our first buying experience and the follow-up service that we have since purchased two more vehicles since. On Sunday, I dropped my car of for a Monday appointment. Monday morning I received a call that it was ready for pick up. I did not have my insurance card for inspection, but they called my insurance company and had one faxed to the shop without my knowledge. Great service, and they really went above and beyond what I have come to expect from a car dealer!!! ??

Right from the beginning the sales department was outstanding. I was on the lot looking at trucks for no more than 5 minutes and a salesperson was out to greet me. The sales staff were all very knowledgeable about the products that I was interested in. I inquired about a few different trucks and the salesman took the time to go over all of them to make sure the one I chose was the right fit for me. I would absolutely recommend Scott Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

Brian Mondschein, Sales Rep, was very helpful and pleasent to deal with. I never felt "pressured" and he was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in assisting with the information I required to make a final decision. From my questions on the option packages of each of the two trucks I had narrowed down, to providing some insight, as well as getting me the approx. monthly pmts of lease vs. buying at the amounts I was debating on putting down. After my purchase, he followed up on my satisfaction with my new truck and if I needed help with setting up the OnStar, SirusXM, etc., and was very helpful with scheduling the additional options I added to my lease agreement.

I recommend seeing Mr. Ted Wissmer at Scott Cadillac, he is very knowledgeable at his job, a very good listener & very friendly. Scott Cadillac has treated me the best since I purchased my XTS there, I have purchased at other car dealers new vehicle's and was never treated this well.
