Mark and the team were fantastic helping me purchase my dream vehicle, 2021 Bronco. Mark kept me well informed during the process through production delays and incomplete info from the factory. The experience could have easily deteriorated but I felt like I had a real partner in “the inside” working for just me. Oh, and no random “market adjustment” pricing that I’ve seen some dealers put on the Bronco. I would recommend and will return.

Needed an oil change sticker and my truck ended up having a recall I was not aware of. Needed my truck to pick up child from school which they were still working on so Tim arranged for a rental and worries were gone , truck was completed that evening. If I could rate a no star I would, to begin with this company over charges with the body shop, never again will I or the people I know get my car fixed here again. Another issue is that the person who did my estimate of the total price of the car fix LIED ! & told me when the car was fixed I had to pay MORE! Just bad service over all, & didnt even try to come to an agreement. Never bring your car to fixed there if dont want to get ripped off

Service is just plain horrible. -general incompetence-couldn't properly diagnose a problem-attempt to shift blame-drag the service out by desiring insurance to be brought in-inability to give actual quotes, just general ideas of how much something will cost-disrespecting personal belongs in car-when deciding to not service the car there, they try to throw it back at your face-can't accept blame for losing a $5 piece

I have been working with Sentry Lincoln for over 20 years. I have worked with Sonny P , sales consultant, and Bernie C, sales manager. I find that both of these men are willing to listen to my wants and needs relative to buying a new car and work with me to purchase a car. They never try to "sell" cars. They make the buying process easy and efficient. I can always count on them to answer questions before, during and after the sale. I just leased an MKC and found the process from initial test drive to driving out of the lot easy and quick. If you are looking for a Lincoln you cannot go wrong with Sentry. I also want to note that follow up service is always great too.

We were so frustrated with our local dealer that on a whim we looked on line and found a similar Lincoln to the one we had a deposit on at Tasca in Rhode Island. Tim answered the phone on a Friday night and when out and looked at the car we were interested in purchasing and set up an appt to help us for the next day. We made the drive to MA to drive the car; it was perfect and we proceeded with the paperwork. Wow what a top notch experience. Tim is the first car sales person I have ever bought a car from that met and exceeded my expectations. It's so typical for car dealers to over promise and under deliver - not Tim! He answered all of our questions and put together a deal that worked for us. He saved us money on financing, over the really good deal we had from our bank, and we never felt pressured or like we were being "sold." His manager Donny went through all the paperwork easily and again, giving us fair options we could choose from when choosing add-on items. We bought the car, a 2014 Lincoln MKX, loaded with sweet options. Sentry detailed the car for us and even included all weather mats for the car and the way back. That's something that we really needed and completely appreciate. When Tim heard that my husband drove a Ford that had had peeling paint issues - even though he didn't sell us the car, he offered to help us fix the problem. Apparently this is a recall issue and no one from the dealership where we purchased the car even thought to call us. Tim asked us to text him our registration and a picture of the problem and he would help us make it right. That car was my husband's coming back from serving in Iraq present, and having help make it perfect again based on a dealer recall is HUGE! Do you know any other car sales person that would go that extra mile? I do - Tim DiGaetano at Sentry Ford Lincoln.As I mentioned, we live in Rhode Island, and Tim offered to come deliver our Lincoln to us and deal with the registry and the VIN check. This was super helpful as I had some surgery and am not yet advised to stand and wait in lines. And we all know the registry lines. Tim also offered to do the paperwork for our Rhode Island War Veterans License tags, and go over the car electronics one more time so I feel comfortable upon delivery. Tim is terrific. In the next year or so we'll be in the market for another vehicle and Tim will be our first call. He's already programed into our phones. If you're reading this review, I hope you call Tim. Buying a car shouldn't suck, and with Tim, it was a great experience.

Was in the market for Transit 350. Called to schedule the test drive - the vehicle was not there but in another dealership. Several days later got a call from Vardan to com see the vehicle. Arrived only to discover that the "service guy" has the keys and I can not take it for the test drive. Keep your vehicle and I will take my business somewhere else.

Brought my Ford F150 in for service to Sentry Ford as I purchased my vehicle there. They were very attentive to my needs on my arrival. The service staff explained to me the repair process and the time in which they would need to have my truck to properly repair it. I've only owned Japanese cars but I walked in to ask questions and get a feel for how Ford cars feel nowadays. I recently spoke to a sales guy named Carlos. He was able to relate to my concerns and didn't seem like a shark which is extremely annoying when visiting dealerships. Honest and knowledgeable I'm definitely going back to get a good deal with him because I didn't expect to have anyone convice me to switch from an Acura to a Ford. Not bad.

They Ford service rep was rude to me, and told me I didnt have an appt even when I showed her my phone with the email that said I had an appt. After the service no one called me and told me what they did to the car. Unacceptable. We have owned Lexus and Acura. If Lincoln actually wants to compete with luxury makes, they are going to have to hire more professional people and have better processes. As it stands now, its a highly substandard experience. Would be happy to provide more details including the names of who I dealt with if someone from the dealership responds to this email.

Called ahead to view a vehicle , drove 2 hours to get there to find another couple at the table ready to buy it. Salesman had our number, and we told him we were in town looking at two other cars and would be back if the sale didn't go through. Said he would call either way. After several follow up calls to them over the course of the afternoon, finally got an answer to hear the first couple didn't buy it, but another couple did right afterward. Thanks a lot for keeping your word on calling us back, and having no consideration for two long distance, serious buyers with a young child with them. We shouldn't have had to make so many follow up calls, and there should be much better management with appointments, didn't care to keep us interested and occupied while the first deal fell through either. We won't be back.

Found a Certified pre-owned Mustang from Dealer's website, listing clearly stated the car had rear facing camera. After we bought the car we realized there was no camera integrated with the built in Navigation screen. All we got from them was excuses about a mistake made by what they claimed was a 3rd party who runs the website and they basically said sorry too bad. Salesman also tried to make it out to be our fault for not noticing and looking up the original sticker for the car. Classic false advertising and lies.

Emailed sentry ford, Vardan the sales man got got back to me right away. Asked about a ford escape .he asked me to come in for a test drive. Went there and drove the escape with my wife . have test driven a lot of SUVs .The ford escape by far was the best in its class what a ride . Went in side with Vardan sat down told him what my payments had to be around . This sales man is a very nice man no pressure .knows what he,s doing . We'll I am in my new 2014 ford escape. Thank you Vardan and sentry ford.

I have purchased two cars from there. I already knew what a fair price for the vehicles were so that wasn't a problem. And I also don't have a problem with the way I was treated. The staff was courteous. Repairs are another thing. I remember getting calls (messages as I was at work) from them concerning a particular repair. All three said the same thing. "Hi this is (fill in the blank). Please call me back. It concerns your car." Well no kidding! Now on the surface this seems petty, but it took 3 weeks for them to understand that all I wanted was a pair of tires to match the originals that came with the car. More recently I went in for a leaky tire. I went back because I was still under warranty. They clamed they fixed it but of course they didn't. Then I had my sunroof go nuts on me as I went to open it while I was driving. It slid open and shut, then opened to the vent position and shut and it just kept repeating. And shortly after that I developed on interior water leak. I brought it in. They "fixed" the sunroof saying from now on I could only use the vent feature and the water leak was most likely from condensation around the air conditioning condenser. I was suspicious. they said it would cost me $1000.00 to take the dash apart and repair. I suspected it came from an improperly sealed sunroof. I had enough. I went back to my regular mechanic. He also suspected the sunroof. He took it apart and found three screws missing which were blocking the sliding feature of the glass. He fixed the sunroof replaced the screws and voila he fixed the leak! Cost? $260.00. Even though they are much closer than my mechanic. I have and have always had a mistrust in dealerships repair facilities. I will never go back.

In a search for a car with good gas mileage to offset my fuel thirsty truck my 6 month search came to an end after a visit to Sentry Ford Lincoln and sales man Jim Broderick. I had quickly decided on two cars I was interested in and did no need to be sold on one of these car models but needed to find the right one and then be sold on the sales man and dealership. I knew I wanted a used 2013 Chevy Malibu or 2013 Ford Fusion but what had caused me to leave dealer after dealer without keys to one was the high pressure sales pitches, the double talk, being shown cars that were not one of the two I made clear were my only choices or a dealership that didn't seem like the type of operation I would want to give my business to. When I arrived to the dealership I knew they had in stock a car I was interested in thanks to cars.com and only wanted to see this vehicle. I was allowed to walk through the lot, see what was there, see the car I was interested in all without having a sales person begin hounding me about a trade in or what I wanted my payments to be. The moment I approached the door to the Ford sales floor the manager politely introduced himself and ask how he could be of service. After I explained I had emailed about a car and would like to view it he explained all his ford sales people were busy but brought me directly over to Jim Broderick who's office is in the Lincoln building in the same lot. Jim introduced himself, brought me to his office to recover my email, offered me coffee, water or anything else I may like while he looked up the car and retrieved the keys. He walked me out to the car, handed me the key and let me check it out from the inside while he got a dealer plate should I decide to take it for a test drive. I and while driving around the area he nicely explained a few of the more unique features this car possessed in safety, luxury, and comfort. He also volunteered a carfax report that gave a great history of this car even at one year old. Once we returned to the lot he opened the trunk, hood and all the little compartments to show it off a bit more. Jim then directed me back to his office to find all the paper work he had available on the car as far as original sticker, their cost, what they did to it as a certified pre-owned ford, and the lowest price he could offer on it, which was less than the tag on the car said. Before I opened my mouth he had answered nearly every question I could have had. While that was a pleasant surprise here is where I became very happy with this care buying experience. Jim left me alone in his office to think with all the information he had available. No high pressure sales pitch, no throwing numbers at me, no bringing me to car after car to try to force my interest. I soon after decided I had found my car and my new dealership. I then asked for a few thinks to be done to the car before delivery including a remote start which he worked with me a little on the price a bit too. Jim then offered to try to beat my banks rate to finance the car and they did by a decent margin. At the end of the day I was driving away with a nearly new car that was still warrantied for 6 more years. A great feeling that I knew all there was to know about this car before I bought it. A dealership that I would gladly return to for service and eventually make another purchase. And a salesman that didn't stop working for my business once I signed my name. He called a few days later to check in on my car and then offer me and bottle of touch up paint matched to my car and to answer in person any questions that may have come up during the week of driving the car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and just hope Jim is still working there once it's time to update my truck or my newly purchased car.

I purchased my new Ford Focus SES in May 2008 & have been religious about having all my service done there so it's been a while. During a routine maintenance it was discovered that my Mercury needed new brake pads and rotors. Kerry Jackson took the initiative to find a service discount and rebate that applied and even filled in and submitted the rebate paperwork all the while getting the work completed before close of business. They can not fix it so they stoped responding with me, no return phone calls or email because they can not fix the problem. I am now trying to get Ford corporate to step in. Dont do it....

Went to Sentry to purchase a used vehicle. We were buying with a bank check. Purchase was delayed slightly as we were not aware we needed bank check (our fault). Made a plan to pick up vehicle on a Monday evening. This was delayed until Saturday due to the need for a bank check (again, our fault). We called dealer to inform them we would be there to pick up vehicle on Saturday and had the bank check. They told us we could not pick up vehicle as the insurance/registration would not be ready since they didn't get the payment yet. They did not tell us this was the case when we put the initial deposit and made plan for pick up. When we finally did pick up the vehicle it had a REJECTED inspection sticker on it. Apparently after the week of them knowing we were coming, they didn't run the vehicle prior to pitting it through inspection and it failed emissions testing. We have to go back again to get a new sticker later in the week. How do they let a vehicle leave their lot with a failed inspection??!??!?!!! Very frustrating experience!!!!

I was in for service on my current lease and as always Chuck and the rest of the service staff provided great service and are always doing their best to fit you in last minute when able to. My current lease was almost up and Manny informed me of the program they had to buy out the remaining lease and get me into a new lease. My car is always repaired and serviced there at a reasonable price. The are pretty prompt getting your car fixed. I've been there 5 or 6 times. This last time I took it there it needed a followup repair as the mechanic who serviced it forgot to calibrate something. Both times they cleaned the car and looked very nice when i picked it up. They also said they did a repair on some recall that I had never heard of, so that was good. One time they gave me a loaner car but they last several times, not. I guess any other dealer is not going to loan you a car for a car of my vintage and I didnt even buy it there. Overall I'm please with their service

We found the exact model, color and equipment level we were looking for in a Lincoln MKT on the internet at Sentry Lincoln. Called up and spoke to Jim Broderick about the car. He confirmed what we saw on the internet and we made an appointment. He held the car while we drove to Boston from North Carolina. The car was better than we expected ! After getting a recall, I called Sentry - no problem, easy to set up an appointment for the service the next week at a time convenient for us, followed the next week with a timely reminder email. They were ready for us when we arrived, gave us an approximate time the service would be completed and took our cell phone number, called us at approximately the time they had told us the work would be completed. Paper work and service were complete when we returned and the whole process was done in about 2 hours. All aspects of this were excellent.

I made a fair offer based on market value of the vehicle (sight unseen) trusting the condition of the car was what Sentry Ford stated. I was received with courtesy and professionalism. My offer was excepted and I then made plans to pick up the vehicle. I live in Wisconsin and was buying this car in Boston, MA. My sales person picked me up at the airport (without me asking) and drove me to his dealership. Everyone there was friendly, honest and expressed great hospitality. I then drove this vehicle from MA to WI with no issues. My buying experience was more than I expected.

This is the third vehicle that my husband and I have bought from Vardan. There was no pressure and everything was fully explained. He also took care of all of the registration with the RMV. The inspection sticker was provided as well as the date for my first checkup. He was very patient and thorough in explaining all the "bells and whistles" in the car. I could not have asked for a more positive experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership as well as this salesman. Very pleased.

This is my second time buying a new car from Sentry. I bought my first car there in 2010, A SUV to be exact and a 2014 Shelby Mustang was my second. Good price for my trade-in and no hassle or pressure from the salesman or the staff. Johnny Ike handled both my transactions and he still remembered my name from three years ago! I took a new 2012 Mustang here for a few services. Completely incompetent service department. Can't make or return phone calls to keep me properly updated. Couldn't mount wheels without leaving them covered in grease, and making a mess of the inside of my car and trunk. Couldn't do body work without leaving wax blobs all over the panels they worked on. The body shop head then lied to me and told me it must have happened while being driven between locations. Wax trucks that specifically dump wax only on new body panels exist in his world. And they completely forgot to repair or replace a damaged wheel. I had to pester them for weeks to have that actually done. They then drove the car 10+ miles between body shop and this location without noticing the loud racket coming from the engine. I specifically asked them to look into this noise when it was taken in for body work. They returned it to me, with a small amount of wax blobs still left on it, no wheel repair, and a rattling noise that turned out to be an engine that needed immediate replacement. You could hear this noise from 50 feet away, and they felt it was fine to return a car with less than 5000 miles to an owner in this condition.So I drove the car around the neighborhood a bit to gauge the noise, then brought it back and demanded they take the car back and fix the rattling/ticking noise. Ford told them right off to replace the engine under warranty once metal shavings were found in the oil filter. Of course they couldn't do that right either. A day after they gave it back to me, the check engine light came on. They now can't explain what they did wrong or reproduce the error, but have flashed and reset a number of things and tell me it is all fine. I have my doubts. I wouldn't trust these guys to change your oil. They don't seem capable of doing anything without messing something up. It mostly seems to be laziness and a total lack of quality control. Do not go here under any circumstances. Maybe the sales department has a good deal on a car though, I don't know a thing about that.

Mike Picariello has advised me regarding the need for service on several occasions after making careful assesment of the possible causes. Most recent example was the reassurance that the noise I was hearing was a usual engine noise after he carefully listened at different engine speeds.Bob Marshall examined the site of a broken off antenna wand. He was able to grip a very short remaining stub and carefully unscrew it. This eliminated the need to replace the entire costly antenna apparatus. He screwed in an inexpensive new wand. Bob Marshall recently arranged to have remote starters on each of my Mercury Sables. When the external firm included the added feature of unlocking the doors of one car but not on the other, Bob Marshall pursued the matter so that a technician from the firm came to Sentry for a mutually convenient appointment and complted the feature while I waited.These are only two examples of the kind of service I have received on my 2000 and 2002 year Sables.

Many years ago, I decided to indulge a childhood wish that I never got over and buy a truck. My F150 is now now 13 years old and going strong. I purchased it from Sentry Ford and after very satisfactory service during it's warrantary period, I decided to stay with Sentry for the Ford trained mechanics and genuine Ford parts. Fred Dichiara has been my service advisor from the earliest days with my truck and have never been disappointed. Every effort is made to avoid any more "down" time than is absolutely necessary and Fred always tries to work out the most cost-effective approach to maintenance and/or repair and I always try to adhere to factory recommended service intervals. Since my retirement, my truck has not had to travel the 80 mile round trip commute to work or instead of the 125,000 miles, the odometer would be reading something closer to 250,000. I have a sneaking suspicion that it would still be running, thanks to Fred and the guys at Sentry. Who knows, we may get there yet !The customer loyalty reward is a nice feature but it would not be worth much if the product and service were not superior to begin with.

Enio and Kevin were straight forward and were able to find the perfect 2012 Explorer for me and my wife and our growing family with all the required features, but also always mindful of our budget. My Ford Freestyle needed an oil change, so I made an appointment with Sentry Ford in Medford, where I purchased my car. They were very courteous on te phone when I made my appointment. When I brought my car in, they were right there to bring it into the garage. I went inside to do the paperwork and they told me it would be ready in about 1-1/2 hours. I went out for coffee and while I was out, the service department called my cell phone to let me know the car was ready. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. I would definitely recommend Sentry Ford to everybody.

I have Mercury Sables years 2000 and 2002. Mike identified need for a front wheel bearing replacement when I came for a Nitrofill renewal for the 2000. He identified the need for steering system flush and a filter replacement when I came in for a Nitrofill renewal for the 2002. This preventive maintenace gives me the sense of security and safety driving these no longer manufactured and replaceable automobiles. I am grateful to have this resource.

Our sales person, Manny Pina was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and we decided on a car we wanted. He ended up actually talking me into the best model version of the car becaues he knew he could get me a very good deal and that I would be much happier with it over my extremely stripped basic Yaris. My experience at Sentry Ford Lincoln one was tremendous to say the least. As a first time leaser and having never dealt with a car dealership before, I was definitely nervous coming in. I'd gone to this dealership for 3 years to have my 2005 Mercury serviced. Very friendly staff so when I decided to get a new car, I wandered through both the Lincoln and Ford showrooms. I had a horrible experience at Sentry Ford. I have never experienced such awful customer service. The salesman stated that our car would arrive within 4-6 weeks. After 7 weeks had passed, I called the dealership, & no one could give me a straight answer as to where our car was. Then it turned into 11 weeks before the car would arrive! No one at the dealership seemed willing to help or could even provide information. And, the salesman we worked with would not return my calls. I ended up getting a refund & going to another Ford dealership (where they told me 4-6 was a blatant lie.) If you're thinking about Sentry Ford, think again. Go to Quirk Ford in Quincy instead--they are fantastic!

I took My previous car in for service at Sentry in Medford Mass a couple of weeks ago. It was a 2003 Mercury Sable with 116,000 miles on it. Sentry was the fourth service department I went to. After trying three others, I felt I had finally received a proper diagnosis of what was going on with my car's engine. I felt they were very honest and professional in how they treated me, and the advice they gave me to proceed with the situation regarding my previous vehicle. I am now the proud owner of a new car, that will save me a lot more money in the long run.

I was making my first venture into a "Luxury" auto purchase. I was in no hurry to purchase a vehicle and my friend and I made visits to at least eight different brand dealerships. We experienced many different styles of sales approaches during and after our visit.We told all that we will decide which vehicle we will purchase and there is no need to constantly inquire as to our status of choice. Many dealerships keep pestering us with emails and telephone calls. Sentry gave us the few calls that we requested and no more. Manny respected that we were capable of making a decision without the need of constant, unsolicited calls from the dealership.Our decision to purchase the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid was based on the quality of the product though we appreciated greatly how we were treated.Manny explained and demonstrated the merits of his product without needing to compare negatively with other products. He was aware of our ability to know the differences on our own account and he respected our right for self determination.There was not the least bit of pressure to buy his product. I had found a car on Sentry's website and immediately called the dealership to ask if it was on their lot. I spoke with Vardan who immediately made me feel comfortable working with him. I met with him later that day to take a look at the Mazda 6 on the lot. I had been to many other dealers prior to Sentry, but Vardan was the first to really put me in a non-pressure relaxed atmosphere. We took the car for a test drive, and let him know I wasn't going to be making a decision that day. Normally, other dealers wouldn't have given me the time of day as a serious customer, but Vardan insisted on helping me with any questions or concerns I may have about a possible purchase. I had plenty of questions about financing and Vardan took the time late in the day to sit down with me and explain everything. He created a very relaxed and informative atmosphere for me and my buddy who had came along. I felt comfortable working with him and trusted him to get me the best pricing and financing possible. He was very meticulous in his work and didn't spare any minor details. I stayed in contact with him over the course of the next couple days and decided on the Mazda 6 and so far could not be any happier with my purchase. I feel that I can rely on Sentry now to be there to take care of my car for years to come. This was my own first car shopping experience and it was truly and enjoyable one. I would recommend anyone to go see Vardan for their next car purchase. It was great working with someone as knowledgeable and personable as him.

Lied in Sales pitch about features on the car I purchased then didn't even Man up and appologise for it as I told them that in the lase week I spent almost 5 hours in total trying to activate my Sirius Satilite radio, That was suposed to come equiped with my Sync system as said by Johnny Ike, but NO SIRIUS Radio and 5 hours wasted and not even a Sorry, they could have offered me an extra 6 months or 1 yr of the Sync and Traffic to try to right a wrong. I told Johnny Ike to mail my 3000 check for trade in difference on Monday April 25th when I had a confrontation with him about all the time (5 hrs) I put into trying to activate the radio I didnt even have but was told I did, never mailed it, I had to call the following monday, May 2nd to pick up my check, I feel it was out of spite he didnt mail it as I asked, and made me have to drive 20 miles to pick it up after waiting a week for it to come 3 towns over, Manager defended salesman AVOID AVOID AVOID

Manny provided no pressure when I came in-I wanted to buy a slightly smaller suv than the one I already had and wanted to look at everything from a less expensive ford escape to upper end vehicles like the lincoln mkx. I went in to check out a Ford F-150 SVT Raptor they had in stock. Manny gave me a tour of the truck and I instantly fell in love with it. Roberto Torres showed me the 2011 Ford Focus I thought it was great and my wife loved it we didn't have to look any further this was gonna be the car my family was going to be riding in. Hello,I had a great experience at your dealership. We had always purchased at Sentry but always a large vehicle like, a Town Car. Our son had recommended the Fusion based on personal experience with his own 2007 Mode. So, we went to Sentry and ordered a Fiesta instead. Vardan did all the paperwork and ordered the Fiesta for us. A few days later, we returned and decided we would rather go with the Fusion. One had just come in from another dealership, we liked it and bought the Fusion. I recently purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX at Sentry Lincoln in Medford. My experience with their sales Manager Richard was exceptional and highly relaxed. He was honest, forthcoming, very knowledgeable and made me feel absolutely comfortable in making my purchase. There was no need to shop the car, because I knew that I was getting a fair deal; and I got an excellent financing package as well. After looking at the competition, Acura, Audi, Lexus and BMW, I decided that Lincoln and in particular the MKX had all the components that I was searching for. I love the vehicle, the looks, the smooth and quiet ride, the 4 wheel drive, the comfort, and most of all the price. The interior has the right mix of the European leather and the Japanese comfort. The vehicle has been in for service twice for computer upgrade (Microsoft/Lincoln have work to do to improve on their technology package), their service department was great, gave me a loaner while they had my car. Mike Piccariello in service was very helpful in explaining my computer system and syncing my phone.I would recommend this dealer highly for your next purchase, and I have never recommended a dealer in my life before! I called in the morning to see if they had the vehicle that I was looking for on the lot. Manny made sure they did, he had it pulled out front waiting for us when we got there, and he had called to make sure we were coming to see it. Manny was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, Bernie didn't waste our time when we were talking numbers. Don was able to give us all of our options as far as finance, extended warranty. Delivery was made at my convience, and Manny spent quite awhile going over all the options on the vehicle. The follow up calls to make sure I was happy with the vehicle, that the registration was made out right, and to make sure that I had received the registration that mailed to me.

My experience with purchasing a new car in the past has been always been bad. It was time to purchase a new car and I did my research online and went to many dealers in my area. At a suggestion from a friend, I went to Sentry Ford Lincoln. It was a wonderful experience. The sales person was not pushy, answered all my questions and more and I received the price I was looking for and was able to get many extras at no additional cost. Our family has been loyal Sentry customers since we discovered them 12 years ago and have so far leased 6 vehicles. They have been terrific for sales, road side assistance and service. Our sales manager, Rich Baliestero is a straight talker, and he always works hard to find us the car that is perfect for our family at a very fair price. We have teenage drivers and also have had the opportunity to use the body shop on a few occassions and they made the repair work seamless for us and dealt directly with our insurance company. I have no reservations about giving them my highest recommendation on all levels.

I live in West Roxbury and went to my local Lincoln dealer to buy a new MKX. There was something about the way I was treated that did not feel right, so I left without buying the car. A friend told me about Sentry Lincoln in Medford and suggested I go see Bernie. I was so glad I did! Bernie really took his time explaining all of the options to me and made me feel very comfortable with the car and the price I paid. I was not one bit intimidated and felt like I got a great car at a more than fair price. The other people at Sentry also came across as very friendly, professional and polite. Helena was very helpful when requesting pricing via the internet and once I arrived at the dealer. Once I received the information and went to the dealer, I worked with Manny Pina whom was very helpful and knowledgable about the vehicle. He was also very professional and didn't try to push anything on me that I wasn't interested in which makes dealing with purchasing a new vehicle easier to deal with. I have been a Sentry customer since 1993, first for service then for sales. My family has purchased 5 new cars, 2 Taurus, 1 Freestyle, 2 Focus. The most recent, for my son was seamless. Sal was great showing him the Sync system and all the features. Don got him a loan (without me co-signing) at a great rate. I tell all the people that I work with and all the parents my daughter plays sports with to go to Sentry. Many of them have done so. Thanks again Sentry for the super service. I'll be bringing my Freestyle in for its regular visit soon.

Vardan was great. He was very patient and took the time to show us several cars before we settled on the car we wanted. We love our Escape. We were not pressured at all. I recently brought my 2008 Mercury Sable in for routine service and for a power heated seat problem. During their inspection they found that my rear brake discs were worn beyond specs and not warrantied. Since the car has about 20,000 miles on it, they went out of their way to contact the Mercury people to argue that the discs should have lasted longer and they succeeded.I must commend both the service manager and the service representative for their sincere interest in keeping the customer happy. They also fixed the heated seat problem while the car was having the brake discs changed and that saved me bringing the car in at another time which is another mark of their customer oriented service philosophy.The service people at this dealership have always treated me with great respect and I feel comfortable bringing my car there. I have brought several new cars from them and I expect to buy more in the future.

I originally came into Sentry to purchase some bulbs as my rear blinker had burnt out. I was going to replace the bulb when I got home. As I was about to enter the parts department, I ran onto Enio Drummond, the salesman who sold me my Escape. He told me he thought bulbs were covered under the original warranty which I still had. He brought me to Bob Marshall who verified as such and I told him I probably could not leave the car that day because I had to pick up my son from work.
