My second time coming to Serra Honda and once again a great experience. Honda takes care of their customers. Came in for a routine check-up and left with all the bells and whistles. Kyle was a great help and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location to anyone. Came back for a quick service today. Got the pleasure of working with Kent. Must have been a perfect day to come in, or the service is just that good! I was out in a just a few minutes thanks to Kent and his team. Great experience yet again! Worth the extra miles to travel to this location.

My first visit to Serra Honda O'Fallon was an unexpected surprise! The level of customer service provided by Mike, salesman Kellen Hill, sales manager David West, and Finance associate Harris was top notch. They are friendly and fun with a no pressure approach. I was so impressed with the staff that I purchased a vehicle! I was just starting my search. I highly recommend this dealership, and suggest working with Kellen. You won't be disappointed!

Great purchase experience, and very happy with my new vehicle. Jose, the Sales Professional for the new vehicle, was wonderful to work with and helped me choose the best fit for my needs. Would highly recommend working with him. Likewise, Steven, the Sales Manager, was thorough and efficient with the purchase process. In whole, all of the staff I encountered were professional, kind, and welcoming. Great experience all around, would buy here again.

Collin and Amy were awesome. It was really easy negotiating via chat with responses back in quick order. Collin was very knowledgeable about the Civic sport and answered all questions. Great sense of humor. The whole process start to finish was pleasant. Even though I live in MO, if I need another car, I'd look at Serra simply because of this experience.

Joe was super knowledgeable about Honda cars and was able to compare with other manufacturers cars. If it was not for him doing such a thorough explanation and pointing out the positives of the Accord we would not have purchased it. Hats off to Joe for going beyond our expectations. Harris is super positive and up lifting personality. He took his time to answer our many questions about financing and different packages to choose from. He also assured us he would help us anytime we need him and made sure we understood everything we talked about. Terrific Also I want to let you know about Mike. He was very attentive, personable. We could tell he really enjoys making people feel wanted and happy. What a nice man going out of his way to make sure we where being taken care of and if we needed anything. Serra Honda sure employs top of the line personnel. Thanks for all their time and hospitality afforded to us.
