We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Yukon! Tyler and Steven were excellent to work with. They ensured we had everything we wanted in our vehicle. First.. My name is Jared not Frank. No worries. My experience was great. I was told 2-3 weeks to get in the part my truck needed but after a call to Tommy, he said he would do what he could and it arrived sooner. Heather was great getting me scheduled after I was late to first appointment. She said it would likely be noon the next day before they could get to it which was fine. However, Trever was able to get it completed in less than 3 hours. I was thoroughly impressed and happy as I need my vehicle for a family trip this coming week. Everyone in the service department has been great since I started doing business with your dealership in November of 2020.

I scheduled my service in advance to ensure I could secure a loan car. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted immediately. I was coming in for a tire rotation and oil change but one there, I told Ruben my concern with my brakes. He assured me that it was the right time to check the brakes as with the tire rotation, the brake pads would be exposed. He was so detailed with his explanation that he even brought out his brake pad measuring gadget. Ruben was very professional throughout the entire process. I was able to drop off my car and drive off with the loaner within 30 minutes. Once I was back at work, I was kept informed of all the service details. As it turned out, my brake pads still had some life left in them. Ruben also provided me a list of recommended services for the future. I especially appreciated Ruben's honesty about uncovered mechanical issues. I did not feel pressured into making those updates yet as Ruben did not seem to think they compromised my safety. I'm so grateful for the professionalism and care that Ruben displayed. I will be a Sewell customer always!

I really can't figure out why this place doesn't have 5 stars. My experience from my first phone call to drive out was a breath of fresh air!! I have been using Classic Chevrolet's Thompson Group Service Department since 2017 when I bought my Tahoe and compared to THEM this place is amazing! The scheduler was courteous and worked with me on a time to bring in my Tahoe. The service rep, Jessica, was so friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed. They gave me a clean loaner to drive and my car was ready the next morning! Amazing!! (Classic couldn't get me in for 2 months and my ENGINE LIGHT WAS FLASHING) Even pick up was a breeze! They text you a link with your invoice and you can pay on your mobile phone so all you have to do is switch cars with them! Easy, breezy! I drove 53 miles each way to drop off and pick up my car at Sewell. SO worth it!!! I will do it every time now.

My service tech was on vacation ( Josh) but they still took care of me like I was a VIP! Will always stay with Sewell as long as your superior service continues! This week (7:21) Josh Sellers helped me and he is always professional, friendly and treats the customer like they are special. The service was performed properly and they went the extra mile. My place for life!
