I was looking to purchase a used Cadillac DTS and I saw what looked to be a very well maintained car on their website. When I called, I spoke with Crissy Ziegler in the Internet Sales Group. Crissy was very helpful answering all of my questions. Within a very short time, I received a follow email from Greg Place, Sales Consultant with some additional information regarding the vehicle. After a few phone calls with Greg I decided to visit the dealership (about a 2 hour drive from my home) because I felt that they had a high quality vehicle for sale at the right price. After inspecting and driving the vehicle it was an easy choice to buy the car. A great car at the right price. A very satisfying buying process and the customer service was excellent starting with my first discussion with Crissy and concluding with my work with Greg. Overall, a great dealership to work with.

After testing driving several cars, I kept coming back to the Chevy Sonic. When I finally decided on that model, the one on their lot had sold. But my car salesman, Zack Pledl, had an idea - he can find me my dream car... we worked together on what exactly I wanted, but I was definitely picky. I wanted a very specific Sonic and was willing to wait. Days passed and he continued to reassure me he'd find my car and I appreciated the followups. My wife and I purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango from this dealerships Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep location in Sheboygan. I contacted them on a Monday morning at 8am about a vehicle we were interested and we were on our way home driving this new vehicle by 2pm that same day. They were aware we were coming from about 1 hour away and let us know what online forms we could fill out to speed up the financing process. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable which made this process efficient and painless. The sales associate and online sales specialist we worked with followed up with us often and timely to ensure we were satisfied with our vehicle and their service.

Steve Dewey worked with me through Facebook Messenger, text and phone while going through the process of trading in my former vehicle to purchase my new one. We were able to negotiate the trade and price of new vehicle before I ever arrived at the dealership. Steve was very attentive to detail on both sides of the purchase (trade and new vehicle). When we finally made the three hour trip to the dealership from Escanaba, MI, the excellent treatment and attention to detail continued. Steve went over all details of the new vehicle and continued to follow-up with me regarding satisfaction and potential problems that I may be having with my new truck. Just bought a 2012 Hyundai Azera from Sheboygon Chev. I came in from out of state and Sharon and Luke made the experience very pleasurable. Picked me up at the airport promptly and brought me to the dealership where Luke explained the vehicle and options to me. Everyone was very friendly and laid back. Took a little while to get all the paperwork done but was on my way quite quickly. And bought my Azera for a very reasonable price.

Testdrove a Subaru and the salesman was very attentive answering my questions but knew little about the Subaru or its warranty but pressured me a bit to buy the vehicle that day.They gave me an unsatisfactory price on it as to what they were going for on cars.com..Went to do more research... Waited on the purchase a few days and emailed the business back and they had come down $500 from what was originally quoted... I would say the only downside to this particular salesman was that he did not know his stuff on the Subaru so it was hard to know if the things he was quoting me were accurate on the warranty.At least he admitted he didn't know a lot about subarus...

Shisseng Ly amd Joe Cardarelle went above and beyond in finding the car that was right for me with payments that I could afford. I dont have the best credit but they made sure to do everything within their power to get me approved. Replacing a few brake lines cost over $400 in labor? Going rate for this job x hours is fuzzy. $87 or $90+ hr. would be almost 5 hrs. work. Called dealer at 9 am...done by 11:30 am. Either this job was started the prior day or hours were padded?

We had our traverse in because the usb port was no longer connecting to our devices. It took a few days for the repair as the tried replacing a harness. They kept in touch with us daily what the status of the repair was; in the end it was a simple reboot of the stereo system and everything was up and working again.

My wife and I were shopping for a mini van to replace or 6 year old Santa Fe. We had been looking around for sometime but couldn't find just the right van we were both happy with. I had certain options in mind and my wife was looking for a specific color ( which so far hadn't been found). We walked into the showroom at Sheboygan Chrysler and my wife stopped in the doorway saying, "that's it, that's the color I've been looking for!" Luckily for both of us the options went above our requests, and the rebate incentives were even more welcome!! The only thing I found a little confusing, was the way the rebates were displayed. There was the window painted price and then the amount of the rebates. To me it seemed as though the rebates would be minus the shown price on the windshield. After finally picking up on the explaination, I realized the window price was the bottom line with the rebates already deducted. I finally understood and continued with the purchase. Our sales consultant, John Granacker, was helpful and understanding to our needs and did everything he could to make our purchase accecptable. John followed up with a phone call a few days after we had our van, which I thought was really nice, but then that is the impression I got of him from the beginning. The service of any additional items we added was finished by the time we picked up our van, even quicker than we had been told, since the items were in stock! So, far we love our new van and look forward to many years of happy touring. Thank you Sheboygan Chrysler and especially to John for the time spent with us!

Was initially disappointed - I have limited time and when I pulled up to the quick change lane for getting my tires rotated, that lane had the closed sign up. Pulled into the line for an oil change and had to wait until an employee walked across the front to ask what time the tire rotation would open. He asked if I needed tires rotated, which yes, that was why I was asking, and he said he could take me right away, just to back up and go into that lane. Said they keep the closed sign up because people try to use that lane for oil changes which they don't do in that lane. Tire rotation did go quick; staff was friendly. Staff did ask about combining tire rotation and oil change as a way to save money, but the timing didn't work out for me.

I just bought a Envoy Denali from them in November. I since have had it in for one repair on the emissions which we asked them to check before we bought it. Then I called back later to let them know about a check engine light on which I had to leave on voice mail. Now not even 6000 miles or 5 months later it needs at least lifters and cam replaced and Sheboygan Auto will not stand behind it. Sad when you buy a vehicle with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty that they don;t get back to you when you call for an issue. I would never by another vehicle from Sheboygan Auto. I want a dealer that is going to stand behind what they sell.

I went in to make an appointment to have power van door fixed. had been in previously and service team tried to fix and were not able to resolve the issue. I checked out problem on line and was going to have necessary work done at service center. Team tried again to revolve issue with out cutting into door panel. One team member would not give up and after one more try was able to open door with out "surgery" Yea! I was most pleased with the efforts of everyone and the no charge service I received. this is one of the reasons we continue to have our vehicles serviced at the Sheboygan Chevrolet Service Cneter.

I took my truck in for an Emissions test in the morning. That evening at work my truck would not start. The next morning it started. This happen for three days. Took it in for service and it took three more days before they could duplicate the problem. They fixed it but for some odd reason the driver side window and door lock stopped working. Can this all be just a coincidence. I'm not buying it. I paid my bill, stated my disappointment with the problems and left. So far all is working well.

There were 2 lanes open. The first lane only had one car, no one in it, and room for a car in front of it. So I pulled into the 2nd lane which had one car ahead of me. As it turned out, someone came and pulled the empty car ahead, another car pulled in back of him 15 minutes after I arrived, and he was done and gone before I even got in. I had to wait 50 minutes to get in, with one car being worked on, and one ahead of me.

To whom it may concern - The Question that you may ask yourself is who do you trust? It has been my experience with all various car challenges to come and check out what was on the lot and what might suit my budget . First I was shock by the sticker price as many of you might be but were very accommodating my friend (John) will sit down and make out a dream sheet on what trip your trigger .... from that hot rod , family trickster , or that monster truck . My biggest concern was high pressure sales tactics . I found that this person is very personable and personally recommend folks to talk to him about automotive needs . I bought a truck and a van it was not totally what I wanted but it was close to that dream auto but I became pleasing surprise how it suited my needs . We sat down after we made out what I call the dream sheet ant he began search for ways on the computer to see what was available . I know if your looking he save you a lot of time cruiiseing the lot at night to avoid the dreaded salesman . I write this testimony because I know many folks may be wondering who can they trust . I'll be honest with by saying he can't promise you anything but he'll best help what you can afford . If you are a young person this a wise old gram pa that has your interest at heart so that you don't over extend yourself . I recommend my children to sit down with him and share their dream vehicle with him and if you don't have any he'll dream build with you and give you a dream machine and give so material to put in your locker or fridge for in the future . Your a value customer not just a mark - yes you come during the day . I know I make it sound like a back home Ma and Pa kind of operation but it is a very big operation with big selection . I'm a real person writing this and have nothing to gain but your friendship , most definitely friend want you to get rip off . Remember looking doesn't cost anything . Recently we were looking for a van in Sheboygan, we stopped by the lot to see what was there. Definitely weren't looking to talk to any car salesman. We just wanted to pay cash with our tax money so we didn't think they'd be able to help anyway. But we talked with John Granacker figuring we were cornered and had nothing to lose anyhow; our search wasn't going too well. John gave his card to us and got some info and we went on our way. I was pleased with the service team - I came in on Saturday at 7:30 without an appointment because I had no heat in my car. They were able to fit it in and completed the work by 11:50 am. That's service. I understood that there was the possibility that they would not be able to work on my car; would have kept until Monday - that was fine. I was disappointed with the cashier; she rang up wrong and had to cancel and rerun my card. That put a hold on my card when I tried to use it at Walmart after. That's twice I have had problems with cashiers. Previous time she added wrong - charged my card based on her total. Then went back and recharged $6 on my card because of her adding mistake. Not impressed with that. When I complained to the dealership, no action taken!

Waiting in line I didn't carefore over half and hour then I got up in line for my turn to be next to go after the car just pulled in to have his oil changed. That took 20 min. Then I was next which then took 25min. Was not to happy taking that long with only to stall open. Granted I had to have my tires changed I said I would come back they said no with a free oil change I had to have it now so I did. Being the first time customer I was not pleased.

Unreal, the guys in the quick-lube were fantastic. I had a low rear drivers side tire that ended up having a screw in it causing the problem. They pulled it, plugged it and only charged me $10.00, crazy. I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Great to know that you can still go places with your car and get fast quality service at a reasonable price. Just awesome, thank you!

Sheboygan Chevrolet has earned by business primarily due to the very positive engagement from Jerry Slavens. I had not done business with this dealership for nearly a decade because of poor past experiences, however in the past two years, I can say that I've been completely satisfied.I would also comment that I'm pleased to see that GM is advertising "deals" that can indeed be delivered, which had not necessarily been the case in the past. Lost leader ads for sale / lease offers that weren't attainable contributes to a negative customer experiences, which I had previously had no appreciation for.

I am writing this review after just having purchased my SECOND vehicle from Sheboygan Dodge / Chevy in Sheboygan, WI. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 earlier in 2013, but was in the market for a second vehicle to trade my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country. This process started where my last purchase left off. I knew I wanted to trade the van in for a 4wd vehicle, and my first call was to Joel Hammen, who is a salesman at Sheboygan Dodge. Since Joel and I have gone through the process once before, there were no surprises on either end. Joel listened to what my wife and I were looking for, took lots of notes, and provided some suggestions. This was not easy since what we THOUGHT we wanted was not going to meet our needs. We were looking for a direct replacement for our van, with all the same features and benefits, except we wanted 4wd (why no one makes a 4X4 van I don't know....) We tried the Durango, and liked it a lot, but it seemed a bit small for our family of 6 (plus a dog) for long road trips. Joel then had us try a Chevy Tahoe. While we liked the room of the Tahoe, there was no storage behind the 3rd seat. We continued to go back and forth but Joel never appeared to be frustrated with the process and was always willing to help find a solution. After a great deal of discussion we finally decided on a GMC Yukon XL. Because we just purchased a new truck, I was looking for a low mile used. Joel worked with all of his resources and found a certified vehicle that was perfect for our needs. While it did take some time to get to the right price, Joel and the team members at Sheboygan Chevy maintained a professional approach and was willing to come to a conclusion that worked for both parties. At the end of the day we got the EXACT vehicle we were looking for at a great price. I hope I can wait a few years before buying another vehicle, but I recommend Joel Hammen and the staff at Sheboygan Dodge and Sheboygan Chevy over any other dealership I have purchased from in the past.

We purchased a new Chevy Equinox. It's a white Beauty!! Luke D. was our salesman and I don't think I have ever met someone with so much knowledge about vehicles before, he is a fountain of info. and he made the buying process fun. Luke took the time and patience to walk us through everything there was to know about our equinox. We even got a tour of the dealership which I thought was very nice. When ready to buy another vehicle we will defiantly look for Luke. Even the financing wasn't painful :)

Having purchased from Sheboygan Auto in the past we had no hesitation returning when we were in the market again. Since our first purchase we have continued our automotive servicing at the dealership and continued to peruse the lot when the mood stuck us. My wife and I had been shopping for a Dart GT and had been having very little luck finding dealers that had any in stock. Thankfully I had given my "desired car" to the sales associate at Sheboygan Auto Group, when one came in I received an e-mail the day before one was to arrive. We headed up to see what the car was like and decide what course of action to take (continue shopping, special order or possibly even purchase the one that arrived). When we arrived we were met by the associate we had been in contact with as well as one of the managers on duty. Since this was not our first time we purchased from this dealership they were familiar with how we "worked" when looking at cars. After a test drive of the car that arrived as well as a slightly lighter equipped model we decided that the GT was for us and we would look at ordering even though this was very close to our ideal. Unfortunately the Challenger they had prominently displayed out front caught my wife's eye, and a test drive was requested. Long story short, because of the willingness of the dealer to work with us, the ease and familiarity we had with them, the quality of their inventory on hand and the wonderful job their financing department did for us, we purchased both vehicles that day and we could NOT be happier. I cannot stress strongly enough that this dealership may have sold us the third and fourth cars, but by no means have they sold us our last cars. We will be back in the future when we are back in the market again.

I got wifes car emission checked, had a new battery installed also, then later brought in my new truck also for a small interior rattle, they found the cause and had the part in stock and corrected it. Then I visited my salesman Jerry Slavens and he helped me tremendously with getting my first oil change, and filling out a mail in promo card I received in the mail. I was helping my father through the buying process recently. He went to a dealership in Green Bay (where we're from) and had a bad experience. He was looking at a Grand Cherokee. This dealership had both 2013's and 2014's on the lot, and were pushing the 2013 really hard - told him there weren't any differences between the two years, the 2013 was "just as good", and told him that it had features (navigation) that it didnt really have. On this vehicle, there were SIGNIFICANT changes for the 2014 model year. They were obviously trying to dump the old inventory on someone who didn't know the difference. Also, the price was comparable to the 2014's. They also gave him an extremely low (THOUSANDS less than a fair number) value on his trade in. Once he asked me to help, we looked at pretty much every other dealership in the area. I had done the research on invoice prices, incentives, what others were paying, etc. Most other dealerships looked at what I showed them & said, "Theres no way anyone is selling them for that price". I was told by a friend to talk to Sheboygan Auto. Expecting more of the same, I called them, armed with all of my numbers, expecting the worst. To my surprise, the price that the sales manager offered was less than what I was trying to get, with ZERO negotiation. We scheduled an appointment to come down & look at his trade in. The entire time, I was waiting for this too good to be true deal to fall apart. It never did. They had a print out of the pricing that was exactly to the penny what we talked about over the phone. No up selling, no changes.. They looked at the vehicle to assess trade in value & offered a very fair price about $3000 more than the first dealer. We signed the papers that morning & both agreed that it was the best dealership experience either of us has EVER had. Randy and Matthew were great and the process went exactly the way Randy told me it would. I will absolutely go back when Im ready to purchase a vehicle, and will tell everyone I know about my experience great job Sheboygan Auto!

This is the second car we have bought from Sheboygan Chevrolet - Chrysler. I have to say that I'm very impressed with the whole process from initial contact through final purchase. Shisseng Ly was the sales person that again took care of us. He was, and is, very personable and has good knowledge of the autos that he sells. That also goes for the entire staff. Today was exceptional in the fact that they met all my requierments on my purchase of a Grand Caravan SE. I could not be more pleased. I'm also impressed with Leah for getting me better than expected financing. Our original intent was to buy a used car, but after spending time with Joel Hammen, not once feeling pressured in any way, we decided on a new Dodge Dart. Joel answered all of our questions and never tried to push us toward a new vehicle. I have been working with Sheboygan Dodge after purchasing a vechile, throughout the month I had various problems with trying to keep the check engine light off. I then started speaking with a man named John Berger, I must say this guy has EXCELLENT customer service skills. When I went into Sheboygan Dodge last week to try and resolve issues I was having with the vechile I bought about a month ago, he was very understanding and listened very well to my issues. After speaking with him he then helped me look for other cars to put me in, as my first car I did not want to keep due to the issues I was having. I was very impressed with John's excellence in customer service. That day I walked in as a not so happy customer and when I was finished there that day John made sure I was walking out satisfied with the service at Sheboygan Dodge. After John spend various time looking for cars to put me in, he had found the perfect one for me. Overall I am very satisfied with the service John Berger had provided me throughout my frusteration with my car problems, and had me walking out of Sheboygan Dodge as a very satisfied customer.

Everything from beginning to end in this process was handled very very well!! I was given some estimates over the phone that when I arrived not only did they hold to these numbers but even improved on some of them. We began our car search in our local town before looking in Sheboygan. Many of the places were over priced and wouldn't give us a fair trade value for our newer car. We were very dissatisfied with the service. Upon looking for a Jeep Patriot in Sheboygan, we stumbled upon Sheboygan Automotive. Our salesman was very knowledgable about the car we picked out! Joel made the experience much more pleasant!. They price their vehicles at a fair price and give better trade in values. In march of 2008, my wife and I visited the dealership to look for a new car because our minivan needed to be replaced. We were met by shisseng who was willing to help us. He was great, he took a lot of his own time (even beyond work hours), to assist us. He asked us about our preferences and what could spend and we found a Dodge Caliber. We test drove the car and immediately fell in love with it and so the paperwork began. It went really quick and it was painless. Timothy was great, very friendly and shared all of the details about our purchase. After the paperwork was done, we had the car. Within the first couple of days, we noticed a squeak from the suspension and the same occurrence when braking. We notified shisseng and he immediately apologized and had his boss John take the car out for a spin. John heard the noise and had the car in that night for repairs the next morning. We picked up the car and noticed the squeak was back. Again, we told shisseng and John, who immediately got the car in on the next business day and within 4 hours of the dealership being open, the car is fixed and no more squeak! I am happy to do repeat business with a company that is willing to listen to your concerns and problems, and admits to known issues. Most importantly, they are willing to go above and beyond to make you a satisfied customer Thank you to Shisseng, John, Timothy and of course, the service department for their service and dedication. A day after having a deal fall thru at another local dealership because of a questionable vehicle, I walked into Sheboygan Chrysler with a less than trusting attitude. They were advertising a low mileage 12 that was just what I was looking for. After going over the vehicle thoroughly, I met with salesman Joel Hammen and he not only answered all my questions, test drove to my house to get the a final color approval, but also worked hard to get me thru the process very quickly as I had a previous engagement, The dealership turned this car hunt into a very positive buying experience. We had been looking at the Acadia or Highlander to replace our current Toyota on lease. After several attempts at another dealership to get all the financial info we needed to make this important decision, I saw the exact Acadia I had wanted online at Sheboygan GMC. I called and talked to Tina in online sales & finance, who immediately got me the info I needed- so after some negotiating, we decided to lease the Acadia. All that was accomplished in 3 days versus the 10+ days at the other dealer. We drove the 1/2 hour up on Saturday at met with Greg, got to meet Tina and drove away 2 hours later in our beautiful champagne Acadia SLT! Wow! Great customer service every step of the way. Sugar Baby (the Acadia) is a great addition to our family and will keep us luxuriously safe and comfortable in the years ahead. Thank you Sheboygan GMC and especially Tina and Greg!

We came to this particular dealership because we found a used car online that was what we were looking for. When I called to see if the car was available, I learned that it was missing some of the features that I thought I might really want. It was no big deal, because another car they had had exactly the features I was looking for and more and it was recommended to me by Ryan in financing. Because I was going to be driving some distance, they approved my financing before I even came in. They also let me drive the car home and keep it overnight so that my husband could see it and we could make sure that it was what we really wanted. Luke, our salesman, was extremely thorough in showing me both vehicles to make sure I could compare them and get exactly what I was looking for. He wasn't high pressure at all, and seemed to be very honest and straight forward. Even, before I knew that I wanted the car, I had the feeling that I would buy a car from him and this particular dealership. The dealership is family owned, and the staff we encountered were all equally as friendly. Ryan in financing was also very helpful to us. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. I have a feeling, we will be back in the future to buy other vehicles from here.

EVERYBODY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAD A BAD BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. TEST DROVE THE CAR AND TOLD THEM TO FIX THE ALIGNMENT AND THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT IT WILL ONLY TAKE 45 MINUTES BUT NO, I HAVE TO WAIT MORE THEN 45 MINUTES. MORE LIKE 2 HOURS. AFTER THE SECOND TEST DROVE, THE CAR WASN'T THE WAY I EXPECTED. THE PROBLEM WASN'T FIX. TOLD THE MANAGER TO LOWER THE PRICE, BUT HE WASN'T GOING TO LOWER THE PRICE. I DO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. WOULD RATHER HAVE ANOTHER DEALERSHIP HAVE MY MONEY THEN THEM!!! BAD SERVICE, BAD MANAGEMENT, BAD STORE TO BUY CARS!!!

I drove 300 miles to look at a used Chevy Metro. Salesman was pleasant and low key. Dealer was upfront about some problems with the car. Price doesn't include a fixed sales commission of approx. $190, which was a little unexpected. However, with that said, they did everything necessary to make the sale, and I ended up very satisfied.

I called dealer late afternoon on a Friday to check availability of a Jeep Patriot listed on internet site. Mike assured me vehicle was still on their lot and price shown was actual selling price for me - No "Residency Restrictions". Which was an issue I had encountered with other dealers. I drove 230 miles to the dealership on Saturday morning and Mike had the Patriot all ready for me to check out. Buying process went smoothly - trade-in value very fair and financing dept. helped me get an extended warranty and still keep in price range I had hoped for.
