My son and I turned in his leased sedan and were on the market for a used Ford truck. As a young man about to enter the Fire Rescue service he needed a vehicle that would get him to work no matter what, and as a young person he also needed a vehicle on which he could afford the payments. Brandon understood our needs and quickly came up with three vehicles that fit our bill. We quickly decided to test drive one of the trucks and went with it. Brandon made the whole day a pleasure. Having purchased many vehicles in the past, I was dreading having to spend the whole day at a dealership with a pushy salesperson. This was NOT the case with Brandon. Brandon was intelligent, professional and well informed when it came to the process and the inventory, it was a complete pleasure working with him and I will definitely come back to Sheehy Ford and Brandon the next time we need a vehicle. Manager Kevin Speicher and Marty Tyler were highly professional and very responsive. They promised me that the damage to my Mustang convertible would be repaired to the point that I wouldn't know it had been there. I have to say, they were exactly right. I hope I never have to use their services again (!), but if the car is ever damaged again, I won't hesitate to go back to these guys. You shouldn't hesitate either!

I just recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape SE from this dealership. My sales person name was Brandon Evans. He was great and very helpful. I was able to compare different vehicles (prices, features, etc..) until I was completely sure which car I wanted to purchase. I had a stress free buying experience and was very pleased with the customer service I received; everyone was friendly! If you're looking for someone who can accommodate you of the best. I would ask for, Neils. He helped me with every one of my needs in looking for my new car, and even went out of his own way to get me a small gift to go along w/ my car. Best/Fastest car-buying experience....ever. Kate Van Arnum has been our go-to at Sheehy since 2014. I did all my initial dealings with her via email this time, locked in a deal, showed at the dealer at 4:30pm and left the dealer, in a new MKX before 6pm same day...SUPER service, GREAT facility!!

Myrtena was great. Very knowledgeable about the product & as accommodating as she could be. We spent 5 hours together to pick out the vehicle & options that I required. Long process but not terrible. Overall the experience was good. I will say though that she did call over her manager at one point during our negotiations, I believe his name was "Joe". He encouraged me to "leave & go price check other dealerships", which in my mind meant that he was not willing to negotiate & would have let me walk out & go next door to King KIA to purchase a vehicle. Very dangerous game. But, I had already invested several hours with Myrtena at that point. Perhaps he didn't have the time to spend, which is why our meeting took all of three minutes. Shelley was great in terms of attempting to sell me add ons after the car was purchased & Jason in the finance department was fantastic as well.Myrtena was great!

This is my 4th purchase from Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg. For this transaction I was trading in a car and purchasing one of their used pre-certified cars. Needed a couple of tag screws that had fine threads. Most vehicle tag screws have coarse threads at parts stores such as Advance Auto or Pep Boys. Went to Sheehy and the parts department found just what I needed and gave them to me for free.

My buying conditions were rather specific and required a certain amount of patience from the dealership which they showed without hesitation. I've bought and sold many vehicles in my 53 years, but have rarely (if ever) found one that just did everything right. From the attention received by my Salesperson to the efficiency and effort put forth by the finance rep, this was a "goldilocks' just right" moment for me. I prefer to NOT go to a dealership until I'm ready to buy, and even though I started with email communications only, I never felt like I was set aside or ignored by Sheehy like I was with other dealers. My Salesperson, Kate, was never pushy, nor did she try to get me to change my mind on budget or options. She seemed to genuinely want to put me in the vehicle that I wanted, and worked very hard to get the pricing to within my needs. The finance manager, Bernie, performed a few miracles by getting me a rate that was better than any I had found, including through my Credit Union... I was shocked. So much so, that I ended up purchasing an extended warranty (something I have NEVER done), simply because it was a great deal, and I felt very lucky to have gotten my truck for such a good price and my financing at a fantastic rate.The entire process was fast, simple, and streamlined, and every employee at the dealership seemed to be happy to be there and happy that I was there. Just an overall VERY nice experience. I went home with a F150 SuperCrew XLT - the very one I initially called about, and at a price I couldn't have imagined would have been possible. My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new vehicle but wanted something that proved to be difficult to find. Kate Van Arnum found exactly what we were looking for and notified us via email with the vehicle specs. This dealer is not exactly close to us but we made the journey because of the excellent service we had received at that point. To my surprise the pricing indicated on the website was exactly what we paid so there were no surprises. With regards to the finance side of the house, this is what I typically dread but our experience at Sheehy was completely smooth with Michael. No pressures to buy any add on packages that we didn't want, great financing offers, and the desktop technology utilized did not mandate us to sign a bunch of paper documents. At the end we walked out with all of our documentation on a jump drive! Kate went over the vehicle in great detail with us prior to departure and answered all of our questions. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had in the region and we definitely would recommend checking out this dealer -give Kate a call!

We were referred to this dealership by a friend. The general sales manager Greg Waddell and his staff were very helpful--responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Brandon Evans was the salesperson who completed the sale, and he was great to work with. He helped us find what we wanted and was good at following up post-sale. We also had an excellent experience with Mike Bolourian, the finance manager. He's very good at his job--at other dealerships in the past we have felt very pressured to purchase expensive service contracts, but we left this dealership feeling like what he recommended was a very good deal. A very pleasant experience overall. We did have a few issues with the used car during the first 30 days, but the service department took care of it all.

This was a great buying experience. Alex Magner was my sales person. Alex called me with in a couple of minutes on my truecar inquery. The truck I originally looked at was not a fit, but he found another (actually a truck i had asked about with a new salesperson on the phone who could not locate it). I worked with Kate Van Arnum for sales and Michael Bolourian for finance. They were both awesome. Kate did not pressure me at all, asked me what she could do to make the deal happen. Showed me ALL the vehicles I wanted to see, which were 4 trucks. Michael was VERY enjoyable to speak with and took time to make conversation and answer ALL my questions. BY FAR the best finance person I have ever worked with. He didn't rush ANYTHING. I'm leaving this review because the experience I had at Sheehy exceeded by leaps and bounds my experiences at all the dealers i have worked with in the past which has been 7. They met my terms on the trade-in, the incentives were fantastic from ford and Sheehy, overall, it was exactly the deal I was looking for. I did not buy the same day I went in, took 4 days to think about it, they did call after me and ask what they could do. Look, if you want no pressure, tons of drinking water, and knowledgable people, go there, ask for this combo of staff to do your deal. I will use them again when I need a new car and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Also, the staff was professional. I'm not talking professional like wearing a uniform, what I mean is, they didn't swear or exhibit inappropriate behavior like i have seen elsewhere at other dealers. even staff that had nothing to do with my deal, asked me how i was doing, and answered any questions I had. you get the impression that they actually show their staff they care about them. Lastly, their accessories sales person was one of the nicest people I've met and had the most beautiful smile I have ever seen; joyful and contagious! Cheesy way to say it, but it's true. She didn't pressure any sales on the accessories and because of that, I will end up actually buying one of them from her. If she had pressured me, I wouldn't have decided to buy it.I am not being compensated for this review in any way. Them asking me to leave one if I liked the service was not enough to get me to do the review. I'm leaving it because it was SO FAR above what I have experienced before, that I felt taking the time to do the review was deserved.

I met Alex while going to the dealership with a friend (that didn't end up buying from this dealership), but I was so impressed with the polite manner, and zero pressure that I made sure when I was ready I went to the same person. I recently purchased a new car from Sheehy and was pleased from the very beginning until I was leaving the lot in the new car. Marijana Godwin was the sales representative that I worked with. She got to know what I was looking for and we spent a few hours going through the list to see what's available, and even double checking to make sure details matched up to the window sticker. We finally found one that was a great fit! Unfortunately, the car was not local and would need to be transported. It was ready to be picked up 2 days after filling out all the paperwork. Marijana also made sure the car was being delivered on a truck rather than driven to the dealership. Both Marijana and the finance representative made sure as much of the paperwork would be complete prior to delivery to avoid having to stick around for too long at the dealership with the new car teasing me through the window.I am very happy with the service and even more happy with the car she was able to find! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Marijana to anyone looking for a new Ford.

I came to the dealership just before closing on a Sunday during a holiday weekend (Labor Day) with a very good idea of exactly what I wanted to buy. I was quickly introduced to Marijana Godwin, who listened carefully to my general area of interest. Based on what I described, within 5 minutes she showed me a 2016 blue Fiesta on the site that turned out to be the exact car I was looking for! Within another 5 minutes I was completely convinced the car was right for me, helped in part by the huge discount in effect. We went inside the dealership to complete the transaction and my financing options were confirmed within a half hour. Both Marijana and the financing representative stayed late after the dealership closed to complete the transaction, and I felt very comfortable and at ease during the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised in two ways: 1) Marijana offered to arrange a ride for me to get to the dealership two days later when I wanted to pick up the car, and Barry the driver was very pleasant; 2) when I mentioned that I would have to drive to a local gas station to gas up the car, I found out the gas tank was completely full! Marijana also took the time to connect my mobile phone to the Sync system, and demonstrated the method to designate favorite radio stations. All in all, it was quite an enjoyable experience.

I viewed the website online for details, and he reached out to me to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle. Afshin Javadi was very knowledgeable of all vehicles of interest, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each vehicle of interest. I traveled to ten different car dealerships in the DMV area in search for my dream car. Once I met with Afshin Javadi, he made my dream car that I was looking for come true. AJ Javadi was an excellent, patient and fair sales person in our experience. We started out looking for a basic, late-model used Ford Explorer, but without being pushy he led us to a fantastic fully-loaded 2015 Explorer Sport. Sheehy Ford had so many excellent used cars to show us and AJ was prepared to show us all of them if necessary. In an age when few people trust each other, especially when dealing with cars, AJ ordered the Explorer Sport from Sheehy's Warrenton, VA location, which required a flat bed tow and is well over an hour away from his Gaithersburg location, all without asking us for a deposit. He knew we were seriously considering an Explorer Sport that matched the one in VA and had it brought to his location just so we could check it out. He was right and we bought it on the spot. Pricing was fair, as confirmed via TrueCar. We live in Annapolis and checked out every Ford dealer within an hour's drive from us -- Sheehy Gaithersburg is a long drive for us, but AJ and the rest of the Sheehy sales team made it absolutely worth the drive!

Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg and Alex Magner provided 5 star service. My family and I moved back to the US after living overseas for many years. Alex worked with us to purchase our new vehicle before we arrived so all we had to do is stop by the dealership and drive off the lot. Alex even sent us a video of our vehicle so we could see exactly what we were purchasing. On the day we arrived, Alex picked us up from the metro and brought us to the dealership. I dealt with a sales representative who was fantastic and super patient who goes by the name AJ (Afshin Javadi). He worked with me on my schedule, through repeated changes of vehicle, requirements (mine) and it took him over 2 months to assist me. He did not call me incessantly but did check back every week or so to see if I was still interested but he did not pressure me. I ultimately decided to move forward with a purchase for my daughter but I will be going back to Sheehy and if AJ is still there I will work with him again when it is time for my next purchase. The folks in the finance department went above and beyond as well with my unique and difficult deal and I got a fantastic rate based on my average credit. Found a car I was really interested in online. Requested info request online had someone email me the info I requested. A few days later we drove to the dealership where we met Peter Gordon who was on the sales floor that night. Peter was very knowledgeable about the product and immediately offered us a test drive. Afterwards we sat down to discuss the price. Sheehy has a strict no haggling policy. We did not come to an agreement that night. He did his best to work with our tight budget, but his manager wouldn't budge. We came back a week later, the price had dropped a mere $250.00. We again worked with Peter. He knew we really wanted the car and tried to get them to help us. Even though we came there with check in-hand, the management would not work with us on the price. We really weren't asking for anything unreasonable. I felt that Peter's hands were tied. We did get our car, but we did not feel like the dealership cared one way or the other. Peter is a very good sales person who knows his products. Just wish he would have been able to do his job without having to run to his manager with every issue. We didn't feel like our business was that important to Sheehy!

This is hard for me, I normally don't complain, all I can say is beware. Read your contract when purchasing your vehicle at this establishment. I brought a new car at Sheehy. I Thought I was treated fairly, until a few months later when I realized the finance manager scammed me. My credit at the time was not very good, therefore I got approved for a car loan at a high interest rate. I kept telling the manager, the plan was to keep the car long enough to get my score higher then come back and get a new car at a lower interest rate. I also made it clear that I didn't want anything extra, including the extended warranty. The deal took a bit longer due to credit issues, the whole time he kept trying to get us to hurry because he was late getting his kids. This was the 4th car I brought from Sheehy.I always felt like they were trustworthy and honest so I just hurried and signed the deal, months later for some reason I decided to read it, when I realized that he snuck in an extended warranty and the VIP program. These added up to close to $3100.00 worth of extras at a rate of 24% that's a lot of money. I called Sheehy on Friday after loosing nights of sleep and I talked to Gus. I thought they would make this right, after all that's all you hear in their adds. The Sheehy way no hassle, well I tell you BS, to date it has been 1 big nightmare. I thought they would do the right thing at any cost and get me in a new car at a fair price. All I have heard so far is we cant get the deal done because the numbers don't make sense. in short it means they aren't helping at all. They want me to take a big hit with negative equity and not give me anything for my car. Now it was my hope they would trade me out and redo the deal in a new car with the payments like they should. I admit its just as much my fault, I should have read everything but after all I didn't think I needed too. This was my 4th car from there. I have always been treated fair. All I want them to do is own their wrong doing and make it right. Trust me I don't want to go thru this but I'm tired of the little man always getting screwed. At this point if there is no relief soon I will do all I can to get this out to everyone. You are supposed to get other papers to sign, as well go over the extra warranty and VIP program. I was given none, or I would have noticed then I had been charged for them. Going forward if this is not taken care of soon I plan on getting my story out in every outlet possible. I am also thinking of starting a class action lawsuit. If you find that this has happened to you please email me at scamsheehyatyahoo.com and see if for once the hard working honest guy can catch a break and be treated fair and not taken advantage of. I pray it doesn't go this far and that Sheehy stands up and makes this right. We need to keep in mind if the finance guy would have had me sign the other papers I would not have been scammed and my payments would have been correct from the start. I cant help but to think of how many other people this has happened too. Why don't they just want to make it right? I also found out that these guys get commission on the sell of these types of contracts. Mr Sheehy I beg you please end my nightmare and help fix the wrong doing. I traveled over 2 hours from Pennsylvania to purchase a 2013 Explorer here. They were all friendly and helpful and had me out the door in 3 hours. It was by far the best experience I've had at a dealership and wouldn't hesitate to travel here again for another vehicle. The price of the Explorer was far better than any other dealership in a 150 mile radius of my home, and they were willing to start everything online before my travels. They all seem to love their job and the atmosphere was friendly. Most dealerships I've been too are sterile and very quiet.

Bought many cars over my 35 years of buying. Some good experiences and some bad. This was by far one of the more pleasant. Was looking around for a used car for my daughter to take back to college. On a whim took a look at a couple of manufacturer sites to see if there were any deals going on. Actually found that a Ford Festiva had a good discount happening so we decided to look around. Found CARS.com and looked for new cars. Found that Sheehy had several that were at a very good discount. Of course I expected the usual bait and switch, needs 1000 down etc. It was clear that it did not include destination charges. So we made the drive to the dealership around 7pm. Matt Myint greeted us at the door. Very personable. Took us out back to see those in stock. Got the keys for us to test drive. We liked it. He took the internet price, added destination and wrote up the order. I then explained I had a rebate coupon from Ford and he immediately checked and found it to be good as well. In and out in just over 2 hours. Could not have been happier. Great deal with a great salesman. Sheehy is a large dealership and certainly works on volume. I would highly suggest making a drive and checking them out. Please ask for Matt. He's professional and quite personable. Things you must have in a salesman.... Thanks Matt!

I traded my 2012 Focus SE for a 2016 Focus ST, and couldn't be happier. Alex Magner took care of me all the way, and was extremely professional and helpful. No pushy salesperson stuff here. They had to bring the car from another Sheehy dealership in Richmond VA, but it took only a day. When the car was ready, Alex proceeded to demonstrate all the features of the car, then I was on my way. I also want to give a shout out to Mike Bolourian from Finance, who also made the money stuff easily understandable and was great company. NEVER lease or buy from Sheehy Ford, Gaithersburg MD or Ford Credit. They broke the law and I am paying for it. I sold my vehicle to them on 05/09/16. I wrote them a Cashier's Check for the loan difference I owed. Manager and I signed the paperwork (Bill of Sale and Title Transfer). They agreed to make all remaining loan payments and signed that agreement. I gave them my keys, they gave me my tags. I canceled my car insurance. We both shook hands and I left. I thought it was over. The next day, their Sales Manager Gregg Waddel called and advised the following: "We [Sheehy] made a mistake, we appraised the vehicle wrong and we want an additional $10k" (and change, approximate value). I advised them that this was not my issue; the vehicle is no longer mine. They stated, "we won't do anything with the paperwork" and "we won't cash the check" so you're still responsible for the payments. They stated that THEY typed the VIN down wrong and "it was a mistake on our end" and therefore under appraised the vehicle. They appraised my vehicle in person, and this is their excuse?I do not have the money to take them to court, so I had NO option but to take my check back , re register my vehicle, and get insurance again. I couldn't simply ignore this issue because they were refusing to send in the signed paperwork, which meant the loan company would be coming after me if I didn't make further payment. Please beware of this dealership. They breached the contract, and chalked it up to "a typo". If the tables were turned, they wouldn't accept this excuse. Greg had the audacity to say, "why don't we just split the difference and you pay us another 5 thousand". That's not how contracts work. I have contacted the BBB and MD attorney general. I called corporate, who advised "they are individually operated and we can't assist". Thank you Ford.

I want to thank everyone at Sheehy Ford for a pleasant buying experience, especially Kevinth Nunez who helped me through the entire process. As a Ford truck owner for the past 15 years I knew the vehicle that I wanted but I wasn't having much luck finding it through internet searches. After getting in contact with Kevinth he was incredibly patient as he helped me search for the right vehicle at dealerships extending well outside of our region. Eventually I took Kevinth's advice and went with a custom factory order and that process couldn't have been any more simple thanks to all of Kevinth's help. In just over 5 weeks I went from placing my order to taking delivery of a brand new F-150 with Kevinth keeping me updated on the progress and answering all my questions along the way. When it came time to negotiate a price I found sales manager Greg Waddell to be reasonable and fair as we came to an agreement on terms in an environment absent of pressure or intimidation. On the day I took delivery of the truck Mike Bolourian couldn't have made the finance process go any more smoothly and the whole Sheehy Ford team seemed to come together to get me in and out the door in a reasonable time frame. We spent no less than a month searching dealerships from Northern Pennsylvania to lower Virginia. After a tremendous amount of research we visited numerous dealerships with seamingly the best vehicles coupled with the best price and high review ratings. Unfortunately we came to the conclusion that many dealerships are intentionally misleading in the way they describe vehicles (not Sheehy). Also, many of the trucks we viewed had scrapes and interior problems that were intentionally avoided with pictures (not Sheehy).Fortunately Sheehy was on our list and we had been exchanging emails with Kate (salesperson). When we arrived we looked the vehicle over and it was precisely as described online. Additionally, Kate provided all the information we required upfront (before we ever arrived) to help make for a seamless and quick purchase. We've owned dozens of cars (about 40 to 50) and this was our best purchase experience. We purchased a 2015 4x4 F250 crew cab. The service was exceptional, best price in surrounding 3 states, the dealership was very accommodating, all representatives were helpful, the entire process took about an hour (mainly because other buyers were closing their purchase ahead of us). We strongly recommend Kate Van Arnum at Sheehy.

I was extremely lucky to contact Kevinth Nunez on the computer. We meant with him at the Dealership and told him the car we wanted to buy. Did not have on one site and he went out over 300 miles to find the 2016 Lincoln MKS (Black Velvet) with white interior. We met him on Tuesday April 12, 2016 and looked over the car took it for a test drive and did the financing, changed the plates, had car treated and took the keys and drove back to Frederick. I am 70 years old and have bought my share of cars, this was the best experience I have ever had. Kevinth made it very easy and was very professional, he helped me where he could and explained areas that he could not help me with the purchase of the car. He called me on Thursday evening to check in on how things were going with the car. Having been in the industry as a Finance manager, my patience is very short and I indeed have certain expectations when I purchase a vehicle. I have purchased many in the past. After working with a salesperson for over a week, I went back to the dealership with my wife on a Tuesday a few days after my initial visit to show her the vehicle, we had limited time due to family that was in from out of town for the holiday weekend. The following day I went back to the dealership with my wife to agree on a price and get the paperwork started. After having been there an hour and a half, which was a half hour after closing time, I walked up to the sales tower and asked how long it would be until I got into the business managers office (there was only one F&I person working). The used car manager very nonchalantly turns around to look at the deal folders and tells me there are two people in front of me. After a short while I go back up to the sales tower and speak with the new car manager, who tells me that I can take the car and come back with the money either Friday or Saturday. I advised him that I hadnt planned on taking the vehicle that night but did expect to complete the paperwork. He tells me that its going to be a while longer and in his experience the longer a customer waits the unhappier they become. He then tells me I can come back Friday or Saturday whichever is more convenient for me to pick up the vehicle and that they would not sell the vehicle. Now its Thursday and I get a text message from the salesperson that there is another party from out of town interested in the same vehicle and if I dont come in to at least complete the paperwork, hes afraid the sales manager is going to sell the vehicle to the other party. So I leave work early and go to my bank to get a check for the vehicle. The salesperson I was working with was off at 5:00pm and I didnt leave my bank until after 6:00pm. I get a voicemail from another salesperson who tells me she is helping the original salesperson and that the other party is her customer but she let the other customer know I was buying the vehicle. Friday I leave work early again to go and buy the vehicle, on my way I call the dealership to let them know Im on my way and they tell me the vehicle is no longer available and they are selling it to the other party from out of town, which by the way is not a neighboring state. I was a few minutes from the dealership and went there to find out why they had been untruthful, unprofessional and unfair. I arrive and ask to speak to the GM, whom Im told is not in. I speak with the GSM who brings in the used car manager and they proceed to tell me that the new car manager did not tell me what he told me and there was nothing they could do because the person from out of town had already been driving for four hours. I have been bringing my other Ford to this location for service for almost two years and live in Gaithersburg. Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg has not only lost me as a customer for life, but I would not even consider any other Sheehy location for any automotive need whatsoever. For a business that relies on its community, it sure doesnt reciprocate.

Buying my first car as a breeze thanks the Kate and everyone at Sheehy. I emailed Kate around 11 o'clock in the morning to inquire about the car. I got prompt e-mail responses to all my questions (e-mail is my preferred communication method) and scheduled a test drive for that evening. Even though the dealership closed at 9, Kate and other employees stayed until 10 to make sure I was one happy customer. I drove off in my (new to me) car and couldn't have been happier! Thanks guys!

AJ Javadi (sales) and Micheal in finance were great to work with. I contacted Sheehy about 10 days ago about a CPO car that was listed on their website. AJ called me and emailed and got me everything I needed. I stopped in this past Tuesday to look at the car and to test drive. AJ was not working but Kate Van Arnum helped me. I told Kate that I was not ready to buy, but wanted look the car over with my son. Kate did not pressure at all. I spoke to AJ on Thursday and set an appointment for Saturday morning and made the deal and worked with Micheal in finance. Micheal got us a great rate (1.9%) for a used car. We were looking for a Ford Explorer and were looking at websites. We found the one we wanted on the Sheehy of Gaithersburg's site, a brand new Explorer Sport. We called and spoke with Koby Noble in sales. From the first time we spoke with Koby he was on our side and more of a liaison for us than a salesman. He did everything we wanted and jumped through the hoops we place in front of him. We were not an easy sale but he stuck with us and was more than helpful. Then we spoke with Joe, a sales manager. He was very polite and also did all he could to make us happy. Being three hours away made negotiations somewhat tedious but they were willing to do anything they could to help us. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Koby, He had the car ready for us. We made the deal and made the walk to the dreaded finance manager. We met Corey Ray. Corey was a good guy, not pushy nor did he try and sell us anything we didn't want. He told us of some options we had but was totally fine with whatever we wanted. The bottom line is we left with a brand new car at a great price and felt good about it. The time we spent at Sheehy of Gaithersburg was pleasant and relaxed, a very good experience.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT a few days ago. I have been researching for over a year for a new/used car. I have been to other dealerships that would say anything to get you to travel to them but once you are there they would show you cars that you are not interested in or would just be very unprofessional. I did not get that from Patrice at all. I found the car that I wanted online on a Sunday and knew I wanted to purchase it right away. I was so happy to see that Sheehy of Gaithersburg was open on a Sunday. I called in and was transferred to Patrice. I was very lucky to get Patrice as my salesman because he was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. I arrived with a little less than an hour before they closed and not once did I feel rushed. He already had my car cleaned and ready and all I had to do was test drive it, get the tutorial of all the features, and I was ready to sign my papers. Even a few days later he called just to make sure everything was good and to see if he could help with anything else. I recommend Patrice Tekeda to everyone!! Thank you, thank you, thank you and I plan to recommend everyone to use Patrice as their salesman.

I am not a person who usually writes reviews but my experience with Kevinth was such that I feel compelled to do so. He was both welcoming and enthusiastic about getting me the car that I wanted as fast as possible. He was always on top of any hiccups that would occur and was always courteous. Dealing with him felt more like dealing with a friend than a salesman. The deal that I got for the type of car that I bought was better than I hopped for. About three years ago I bought a new car here and was very pleased with their service. I moved about an hour away since then so I had looked at several other dealers that were closer but none compared to Sheehy of Gaithersburg. It was definitely worth the hour drive to make the purchase from Sheehy.The dealer had a very relaxed feel as soon as we walked in the door. No one pressured us to look at cars, in fact when we were ready to discuss cars we had to seek someone out (there were plenty of sales people). After we had decided on a model, our sales rep helped us to compare and select the perfect car for us. We ended up purchasing an SUV right off the floor and are very happy with the purchase. After we decided, the sales rep got the car prepared while we dealt with the finance department. The whole process (once we decided on our car) took approximately 90 minutes.Definitely a great dealer and I will be coming back here when I'm ready to purchase my next car.

Often times we all dread on negative past experiences at dealerships. This industry gets a lot of negativity due too bad sales experiences, pushy sales managers or broken promises. Not the case here at Sheehy. I had the most thrilling and exciting feeling at Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg. I really felt like everyone heard me out and understood what I wanted. I dealt with Kate, my first impression within the first 30seconds was awesome. I felt like she was helping me through it all, never felt pressured or felt apprehensive. I visited other ford dealerships and was disgusted, I'm so glad I got a phone call from Kate. I would say she is the most friendliest, polite and professional salesperson I have met. I'd strongly advise on visiting Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg and have Kate give you a positive joyful experience when making your next vehicle purchase. One could only hope that there was a Kate in every dealership. You can be a standout leader, sell great product but if you don't have exemplary employees you'll fall short. I'd also like to add, Jason in finance made everything clear for me to understand. He kept me informed on every aspect and he too made my purchase stay positive. I went to the Sheehy Ford 's Gaithersburg showroom on 2/27/2016. I checked ford's official website that the manufacturer provides 0% ATR through 4/4. However, AJ told me firmly that the 0% ATR ends in two days. Moreover, AJ is totally rudeness and treated me and my wife without any respect. I am wondering why why this dealer got so many good reviews! The price offered by AJ is apparently higher than I got from other dealers. So I went away and will buy from another dealer this weekend.

There was not a lot of BS & back-and-forth playing with numbers. Everything was explained me thoroughly and completely by my sales person Patrice. He held my hand through the entire process & was by my side the entire time I was at the dealership. I was able to drive several different types of cars at several different trim levels without feeling like I was being a burden. I traded in a car & the price was more than fair/ even above kelly bluebook value! I ended up with a car that I LOVE & was reasonably priced. Then they still gave me more money off on top of that! From the first email to the final signature, Kevinth Nunez was outstanding. He was friendly, patient and honestly cared about earning my business. The vehicle I was interested in was out front and ready for my arrival. I was about 30 minutes late for my appointment and Kevinth was with another customer when I arrived. From the first email to the final signature, Kevinth Nunez was outstanding. He was friendly, patient and honestly cared about earning my business. This was the best experience I could ask for. This was my first time buying a car and had a terrible experience the night before at Frederick Motor Company and was very nervous. Kate Van Arnum came out with a smile, greeted me, talked about what I was looking at, and began putting things in motion. We took a test drive sat down and talked price: it was lowered that day! She was very very patient and took time to explain things to me and metaphorically held my hand through the process. When it was time to work out financing, I went to see Michael (forget his last name) and service didn't drop one bit. Michael was fun and relaxing, which is nice when you start talking big numbers, and very helpful. He answered a lot of my novice car buyer questions with a smile, and never got annoyed. We were pushing 10:30pm by the time we got out of there and no one seemed to be rushing me. Service was OUTSTANDING. Not to mention they had the best prices of ANYWHERE I looked, online or in person and they honored their online price!I have already suggested Sheehy and Kate to others and will continue to do so. We went to Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, MD unsure if we wanted to purchase a Ford Edge or a Lincoln MKC. We were trading up from our Mazda CX5 for more power and some luxury options because we commute to VA for work everyday. We had looked online before contacting the dealership and saw a few models we thought we might like. We called ahead and spoke to Kate Van Arnum, a sales representative. We were ready to come over that night but it was a Friday at 8 pm. Kate said she would have a selection ready for us and she was true to her word. We test drove a very nice Edge first, then the Lincoln. Both drove nice and Kate was very patient with me on my questions about the options I thought I wanted. She told me that it sounded like what I wanted was a Titanium Edge because it came with everything I was asking about. She had one in stock in exactly the color combination I wanted and took us to their back lot to see it. I was concerned that it was getting late and they might need to close but she told us not to worry about the time, she would stay until we were done. The Edge Titanium was awesome and so was Kate's honest service and patience. We bought the Edge that night and completed the sale well after closing. She never pushed us to one vehicle or another but made what turned out to be a great suggestion after learning what was important to both of us. I am much pickier than my spouse and her suggestion satisfied both of us. Additionally, we got an amazing deal on our trade in that was 5 k more than we thought. Kate made this car buying experience the best I have ever been through, She contacted us the following week to see if we had any questions about the vehicle and if we were happy with it. I have bought many cars in my life, but no one has ever done that. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying a new or used car go see this great sales person at Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, MD. I really think it would be worth the drive even if you don't live close by. We love our new Ford Edge Titanium and the level of amazing service we got from Kate VanArnum. I recommend Sheehey and Kate to anyone.

I had a problem with Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg when I purchased a car for my son. Even though I had a high credit score the Business Manager made four inquires on my credit history. This caused my credit score to drop 51 points. I was told by Sales Manager David Gray that my score was almost 800, than why was it necessary to make inquire with four credit bureaus? I take my credit very serious and this has never occurred in the past when I purchased a vehicle. Business Manager Joe Evans of Sheehy Ford did contact me regarding this problem, He told me he would look into to it, and get back with me. However to date, I have yet to hear back from anyone at Sheehy Ford. In the mean time I have suffered damage to my credit score.My message, especially if you are a minority, make sure Sheehy Ford or any other dealer only checks your credit once. More than one check will cause your credit score to drop.

We had an excellent experience at Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, beginning with our tremendously helpful sales associate Guillermo (Willy) Brandon. Willy gamely trekked through the very large lot looking for the F-250 that would exactly suit our needs, braving the chilly rain with us as we examined every truck. He carefully explained all the features available and never pressured us to consider options we didn't need. His colleagues Jason and Shelly were just as helpful in explaining our options for financing and additional service plans. Again, we never felt pressured into any decisions, though all the plans and options were explained carefully and fully so that we could make informed choices. Everybody was very helpful and nice to us as soon as we stepped into the building. We first went to Sheehy on a cold Thursday afternoon to look at the small Ford Focus and Ford Fiesta. Sales Representative Marijana Godwin quickly came out to ask us what we were looking for. She was very friendly and nice. I really liked her. We did not buy the car the first day but we went to buy a Ford Fiesta two days later. When we arrived at Sheehy she was busy with other customers but she made sure our needs were being tended too. She allowed us to test drive the car at our ease and that was an important factor for us to make the decision to buy the car. Marijana made us feel welcomed and she quickly earned our trust. She is a nice patient lady. The whole experience was very comfortable and easy.

Buying a car with cash should never be this difficult. This dealership has very very poor customer service skills. It's not just the "employees communication skills" the dealer simply doesn't care. The sales rep's don't have voice mails systems. There phones ring indefiantly. Therefore, the only way to reach the sales rep's is to contact them on there personal cell phones. They force you to give your email address and personal info to look at the cars. Consider my review a favor the New Year "2016". GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

It is a little out of the way for me since I live in West Virginia, but its definitely worth the drive. I won't go anywhere else. Bought a 2015 F-150 Lariant yesterday through salesman David Gray. My normal opinion of the new car buying experience is "I'd rather have a root canal first". But my recent experience at Sheehy was very pleasurable. They were swamped, and I was an hour late for my appointment with David. He still greeted us, offered refrehments and a comfortable area to wait until he was finished with a customer. I was shown the vehicle at the price quoted on-line, and was offered really close to what I had wanted for my trade-in, even though I was expecting a ridiculously low offer. David worked with the appraisal folks to get us the best trade price possible. Kudos to David for looking out for the customer. Jason in finance took care of us in a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere to purchase any additional warranty or maintenance options. I will definitely consider Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg for future Ford purchases.

Bought a 2011 Chevy Traverse in September 2015. Sales Dept are very friendly, I especially liked Meaghan Jordan who has been most helpful with everything in the sales Dept.. Since I bought used car, there were some things I wanted fixed or adjusted on the Traverse. Everything was done in orderly time fashion. Unfortunately I was in a 5 car accident with the Traverse 2 weeks after buying it and it was at sheehy body shop. I have a low tolerance for sales people who try to create false urgency or place their needs for a quick sale above my needs as a customer. Kevinth was patient and helped keep things moving so that we could get into the right car without any delays. Very quickly we settled on price, lease terms, and went over incentives. Within 48 hours of our first contact, Kevinth appeared at our home to personally deliver a loaded new Edge. He stayed to provide a full demonstration of key features. We didn't sit down to deal with paperwork until all questions had been answered. In all, the delivery process took less than an hour. My wife was duly impressed and even went onto social media to share her experience. You will not do better than a car purchase or lease with Kevinth Nunez at Sheehy Ford. I am not a review writer but I felt compelled since my experience at Sheehy Gaithersbug was so positive. We worked with Brandon who was super friendly,sincere and not pushy. He worked with us over a course of a few days and it was a pure pleasure.The finance department was also incredible. We came with a USAA preapproved loan, but they got us an even lower interest rate and streamlined the whole process. It was painless. We can't comment to much on the Ford Fusion that we bought as we just got it, but it is a beautiful, smooth ride. If you're looking for a new or used car- go see Brandon at Sheehy Gaithersbug

I was told about this dealership from a co-Worker and his buzz with nothing but positive. I was in the market for a Pickup and they had it. I purchased a new 2015 focus ecoboost from Brandon Evans this summer. The prices on the Sheehy website are some of the best around. Actually, they were so good that I was concerned that it would turn out to be one of this situations where I would be sorely disappointed when the actual out the door cost was revealed. You know the ones...."well, the advertised price is if you qualify for all available incentives, are a recent college graduate, military veteran, loyalty incentive, trade in incentive, etc....your cost is $3500 more." Since I would be traveling from Michigan to Maryland for the purchase, I really couldn't afford to be surprised with unforseen costs. Amazingly enough, Brandon assured me that that price on the website is the actual vehicle price, and what's more I actually qualified for additional rebates to further lower the cost. Just to put this in perspective, MSRP on my vehicle was just over $20,000. Sheehy's price was $4,000 cheaper than anything I could find in my home state. I was quickly provided with a detailed out the door price breakdown, and Brandon pulled the vehicle I was interested in from one of their sister locations. He put up with my continual questions while I made arrangements for coming out east to get the vehicle...and was very helpful and patient even when he had answered the same question multiple times before (yes, that really is the price. No, there are no hidden costs. Yes, I am sure). I was very pleased with the process, and just as promised the agreed upon price was the actual out the door cost....no hidden fees. The price was so impressive and the service so good that I made another trip from Michigan to Maryland this fall....this time bringing back 3 more brand new Fords (a Fusion and 2 Focuses) for my mother and sisters. Each was purchased from Brandon and the rest of my family was just as pleased as me with the experience. If you are in the market for a Ford, I would highly recommend checking Sheehy out.

Right when I walked in I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. I walked straight up to the sales tower talked to Gus who sent me to David Gray in Sales to help work with me on my car purchase. David was great throughout the whole experience and I would highly recommend him to everyone. David and Joe Evans helped me get the new 2016 Ford Escape that I wanted. They were both very reasonable and honest and happy to help. David took the time to show me how all the cool features worked and helped me sync up my phone and everything! I could not have asked for a better experience in buying my first car. I've had the car for a few days now and all I get is compliments on it! I love it and couldn't be happier!

From the moment I got there, Bryant Valle, your service advisor, was very attentive and engaging. I told him that I would wait for the car because I had no one to pick me up. He suggested that because I don't live too far away, the shuttle bus would be able to help. I said that I would much rather sit and wait. He was given an estimated time of 2 hrs., however, I was gone in 1 1/2 hrs. He came in and informed me every 15 mins. or so.Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed your waiting room.

From the first day that I walked into Sheehy Ford in Geithersburg MD, I have had nothing but a positive buyers experience. Their sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their product lines. My appointment was with David Gray, a very nice and polite sales manager who I think went above and beyond our expectations. He was willing to negotiate, kept regular contact with me, and provided on the spot prompt accurate quotes. The finance manager was excellent. He was on top of the paperwork and handled the business end of things in a friendly a professional manner. I went to Sheehy originally not knowing what to expect, and came out with a smile on my face and excitement about getting my new Mustang. I didn't buy the first time, but had a fun test drive with a pleasant saleswoman, and went back another time to test drive a Mustang GT before deciding to get it. The saleswoman was very nice and accommodating about the whole process. The purchase and financing part was relatively smooth. They even stayed well past closing to help me close the deal and walk out with the car. All I have left to say is I LOVE my new GT.

As a fast time car buyer it was turning out to be a nightmare. Then I went to Sheehy and the experience has been incredible. Joe does a fantastic job. If he tells me an oil change will take an hour then I get out in an hour. No surprises. He is very professional and will follow up on the smallest of details for our vehicle. He has always been accommodating where he can, and his professionalism is what keeps us at Sheehy. The sales process was relatively easy and the finance process was amazing. David got us into the exact truck we wanted and Mike got us the payments we wanted. The entire process didn't take long at all and we were very satisfied with Sheehy, even more so since we had such terrible experiences at other dealers. However, noting our satisfaction from the start was short lived. About two weeks after we purchased the truck, we realized the Owner's Manual was for a Ford Explorer and the security code with the manual didn't work with the truck. I have been in communication (albeit no one returned my call for 5 days) with Gus and David for a resolution. Living over an hour away from the dealership, just "stopping by" for them to plug in the truck for the security code wasn't an option. Finally, after several conversations and much run around, Megan Jordan was able to offer a reasonable solution and has agreed to pay for the fee that is necessary for us to take the truck to another dealership to get the code.

After finding out that my commute was going to double, I decided to trade in my 2008 Acura TSX for a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. I searched for some models on the Sheehy website and found one that I liked. He went one step further by finding me a car that would save me even more money than the one I had selected. The only difference between the 2 cars was a spoiler (i didnt need the spoiler). That was something that surprised me and made me happy. The entire process was effortless, fast and I was told everything upfront and never pressured at any point of time. The manager that we were dealing with was Luis. He was the same person who had sold my wife her Fusion 2 years ago. I was amazed at the whole process and how it was handled. I put in an internet e-request on an F150. Within two minutes I had an email and telephone response from Dave Gray telling me the vehicle was available. We met 30 minutes later and he showed the truck and two comparable vehicles. We sat down and he explained e-pricing, incentives and deals. At the same time he had my trade appraised. I was given a very fair price for my trade and never felt pressured. Now I am the happy owner of a new F150. I have 4 Ford dealerships within a 20 minute drive from my home, but drove an hour away to do business with Sheehy of Gaithersburg. I'm a difficult customer - I do a lot of research and have a good idea of what I want and am willing to pay before I walk into a dealership. I walked out from a few dealers near my home when sales or F&I started to play games with the prices they quoted by email.I then contacted Kate at Sheehy. It was a refreshing experience to say the least. We came up with a deal that matched my needs on a 2015 Fusion Energi Titanium. I drove off the lot the same day. There were no games, changes or delays. Jason in F&I explained the options available for warranties, service programs, etc. If I wasn't interested he didn't pressure me at all. Went to see a specific car that I had found online. My MKX had been totalled several weeks before and I had narrowed my search to 3 vehicles. I made an appointment on-line to have my oil changed and my 10,000 mile checkup. I needed to wait for the service to be done (I couldn't just drop the car off), so I had to book about a week in advance to get a "wait for it" appointment. The first time available was a 10:15 slot. When I got there (on time) I stood waiting for 5 minutes or so until someone became available. He gestured with his head for me to come over and then stood staring at me (I guess that's the Sheehy version of "May I help you?") I told him I had an appointment and when he looked it up, he actually said to me, in an extremely rude tone "You are the eighth person waiting for your car! You do know that, don't you!? Because you're the last to check in, it's going to be at least a 2 hour wait!" He didn't say "I'm sorry it's going to be 2 hours." or "We're so sorry for the mix up." Or anything like that. He actually blamed ME for being the eighth person to wait for my car! As if I'd have some way of knowing that. I asked him why the computer would allow me to book an appointment if it was going to be a 2 hour wait (without warning me about it) and he didn't even bother to answer me. I think he noticed that I was getting really mad at his attitude, because he started being slightly nicer to me and directed me to the new customer waiting area. Two hours later, a different (more pleasant) person came to tell me my car was ready. I've now had two visits to Sheehy Ford's service department and had to deal with two different, VERY unpleasant service people. I think I'll find a new place to take my car.

I recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Sheehy in Gaithersburg. My salesman was David Gray. My financing guy was Mike Zeller and Shelley went over general car stuff with me. David was persistent and helpful without being particularly sales-y. He definitely wanted to sell me a car, but one that would work for me. He was friendly and genuine, had a good sense of humor and spent a fair amount of time looking for the car I had seen in the inventory online. He also came in on his day off to finish up the sale. (Obviously that was to his benefit, but still...) Once I decided to buy it, there were the usual extras they tried to sell me (exterior coating, extended service warranty and service contract) which I guess, since this was car purchase #5 I have finally learned to say 'No' to those things, but other than that, the process was smooth and friendly and not so high pressure that I left feeling vague buyer's remorse, which is what usually happens. Mike was helpful in reviewing my financing options--leasing ultimately proved to be the best one. Everyone was helpful, the lounge has comfortable seating, a good TV, free wifi and an impressive espresso machine. They delivered the car clean and with a full tank of gas and went over everything with me. I have to say, it was the least painful car buying experience I have ever had. I know that doesn't sound like a rave, but it really is.

It was nice to know that it is still possible to have a car buying experience that can be without angst or stress, and without the need to suffer the "I'll check with my manager" BS back and forth in an attempt to whittle you down. Brandon Evans, my salesman, was easy to deal with, funny, and without guile. Perhaps we just hit it off, but the event went extremely smoothly and I drove out of the lot with my car in very acceptable time. I had a great experience this weekend at this dealership. I had a no-fuss experience where I interacted with a sales representative over e-mail (Brandon), and then scheduled to come into to check out the car. They were personable, flexible and did not push for the sale. They are going above and beyond as I left something in my old vehicle - they will be sending it back to me via mail.I have had friends that have purchased here and they had similar experiences. The actual sales process was quick and painless. It started as me seeing a vehicle listed online and making an inquiry (after hours). David Gray, the sales consultant, got in touch with me the next morning and we set an appointment to view the vehicle. From there, it was straight-forward. David is a personable guy, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The only thing that took a little bit of time was waiting for the finance manager to go over the paperwork - but that was only because it was a busy day, and there were a couple people closing deals ahead of me. The initial impression at reception was a bit standoffish... Matt, my salesman and finance guy Corey were both super (whether legit or not). Matt was very easy going, just the way I like my sales people. I do not generally want to feel like a sales person wants me to buy something more than I want to. I was very comfortable with Matt, so much so that I very easily switched from the cloth seats and rust color I wanted. Corey is definitely the burst of energy the dealership needs and yes HE IS FAST! :-) I didn't interact with him as much as I did with Matt but the short time spent with him was very pleasant. In the more than 4 hours I was there, one other sales person said hello to me, although several passed by repeatedly and the reception person also was friendlier towards the end of the night when I was actually buying. All customers should be treated the same (like a rich purchasing customer) by everyone attached to a dealership, especially since your livelihood depends on it. I am glad Matt was assigned to me and that I was able to give him my sale because I think he was only directed to me because she did not think I was a 'buyer'. This was the impression I got. I am a forever skeptic but first impressions still count. Matt and Corey's service were both indeed excellent!

Thanks to Jeremiah Dohms and other team members at Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg I had a great car buying experience! After coming off of a not so pleasant experience at another dealership, Jeremiah treated us like valuable customers from the start. Although the original car I was there to see did not work out, too small for my 6'5" husband, Jeremiah took the time to show us other cars that fit our needs and in the pouring rain no less. I was not in the market to buy a Ford but Jeremiah assured me I would love the car and I do. My "new to me" 2012 Ford Fusion SEL had all the features I was looking for and at a price I could not pass up.During the whole process Jeremiah was professional and fun to work with. Kate Van Arnum stayed later at work than she originally intended to so that she could show me a Ford Focus I was interested in, and also helped me compare with other models/years that were in my price range. The Focus was used and only recently listed, so she arranged for the car to be certified for a test drive before I arrived. Since I was not initially planning on purchasing a car that evening, she was very patient with me while I made my decision to buy and finance that night. Kate is polite, professional and fun to work with and definitely has fun doing her job! She even helped me transfer all of my belongings from my trade-in car to my new car and then set up the bluetooth in the Focus! Kate went above and beyond and I am grateful to have worked with her!

From the moment I walked into the dealership it felt different from other dealers. They have a front desk where you are greeted. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and polite. David Gray was my salesman and I never felt rushed to buy the car. He answered all my questions and of course took me for a test drive. I highly recommend this dealership! More specifically, Joe Walsh! I had a tire blow out recently and had to have my car towed. Let me just start this off by saying I buy a new car about ever 2 years. So needless to say I know all the games. I emailed Sheehy in regards of a 2015 F150 and Kate replied to my email. She definitely made this one of the fastest and overall best experiences buying a car. From sales to finance there were no games and my wife and I were in and out. Kate was able to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade and the price I wanted for the truck. The salesperson, Matt was knowledgeable about the car I was considering, and spent considerable time with me explaining the various options. Sheehy had exactly the model I was looking for in stock. Both Matt and the Finance Mgr were patient in explaining the options I had for financing, both purchase and leasing and were thorough in describing the advantages or disadvantages to each as it related to my situation. John Saliba was our Salesman. He was excellent. We were just starting our search for vehicles having looked at a few other makes and just wanted to drive, feel, see and look at the ford fusion line of vehicles. John was responsive to emails(engaging others when he didn't know the answers- many of which were technical relating to non-resident military titling etc.) I felt like John was pushing hard to ensure that the dealership was able to come down to price point. He never pressured nor made me feel bad about stating what I could /could not afford and my inability to accept the first few higher offers presented to me. Andre in Financing was excellent as well- Made it easy to understand the line items and how the terms were to work for the loan and beyond. Megan was effective in detailing the documents I would receive and my warranty terms. The team really works well.

Bought a CPO Ford Fusion Hybrid from Jeremiah at Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg in March. I had been looking on Cars.com and the Ford CPO website for this specific make and model for about a month, so I know it was a competitive price. Fairly pain-free negotiation (helped along by the original competitive listing). I negotiated the addition of a back-up camera, which was installed as promised without any problems. B/c I live in VA and they are a MD dealer, a little bit of a pain in getting the registration b/c I needed to get an emissions tests in VA, but that is really a VA-created problem, not Sheehy Ford's fault. They've called a couple of times to follow up to see if I was satisfied, which is a nice touch.

We had been shopping for a hatchback with good fuel economy for a few months. We decided to look at a ford and thanks to Koby we now have a car! I originally purchased a Ford F-150 in 2013 and decided recently I wanted to trade it in for a more economical vehicle. I met with Kevinth Nunez and explained exactly what I was trying to do. JD kept the 2002 Focus ZTW and 2005 Freestyle in good running order but when mileage got over 100,000, the warranties had expired, and the repairs were getting more frequent and expensive advised me it was time to look for an alternative vehicle and referred me to the sales team. Willy who did a wonder job in selling me the 2005 Freestyle was still around so I worked with again. As usual he worked well with me and sold me on 2015 2.0L Eco Boost Escape. I am a happy camper.

Buying a new car or truck can be traumatic. There's lots of stuff that can go wrong, lots of second guessing that can leave us fretting.But my experience a Sheehy with Jeremiah was not traumatic. It was fabulous. Nothing went wrong. On my first visit to the dealership, I had a chance for a test drive, and found no pressure in the experience. When my wife and I went in to buy, a Christmas party for the employee's kids was in progress, complete with magician and Santa and donuts. We bought. And then, finally, our shiny new truck arrived, and we got some great lessons in how it worked. It helps, I suppose, that my new Ford F-150 is perfect, and perfectly wonderful. But the dealership is what's being rated here, and it couldn't be better.

While, this is not my first car from the same dealer (Sheehy ford of Gaithersburg), I couldn't resist not returning back when new Mustang came out. They not only beat CarMaxs, but they even matched the price of new 2015 Mustang from another Ford dealer and made the experience that much better. The whole process was smooth. Kate, my salesperson was courteous and did all in her power to work out the deal for me to afford monthly payments and get a great rate while at it from financing. Traded in 2011 Mercedes E350 4Matic for a 2015 Mustang 5.0 V8 !!!! Love the Benz but no one delivers power with such simplicity as American Built Muscle Car. Great Service, great price, and beautiful lineup of all new Fords.

We had a very good experience with Mr David Gray as our salesman, and Mr Jason Klickna in finance on 21 MAR 2015. My wife and I used the USAA car buying service which allows the military to view dealership inventory and vehicle costs with ease through USAA's website. I SINCERELY appreciate dealerships that partner with USAA for ease of use and military benefit. We saw the vehicle we wanted, at the price we wanted, so we came in to purchase. Mr David was very easy going and friendly, and provided excellent service. Any and all questions were answered, and after the test drive and paperwork was completed, we waited. And waited, and waited, and waited some more... this is where the small hiccup occured. After inquiring what the holdup was, we were informed that there was a queue of about 6 other people all trying to finalize with finance at the same time. Now I completely understand that this is something out of the dealership's control, but just as a supervisor looking outside in, I would have tried to get extra personnel in to help alleviate wait times sooner, which they finally did. (This was after our newborn had his crying sessions, and after I had left to go and purchase dinner.) However, by this time my bank was closed and I couldn't finalize the finance portion on my end until Monday morning. Mr Klickna offered a temporary solution and we were able to drive our new vehicle home that night, we which also appreciated. Overall it was a great experience, full of friendly knowledgeable personnel, and I would recommend to others for purchasing vehicles.I do have one last question for Mr David on a side note...What's up with the half tank of gas?! = P

If you were to ask my wife I don't find to many service providers that meet my high expectations. Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg did just that. From the receptionist to the parts guy they must be held to some high standards because it shows. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I felt like I was dealt with fairly and got a good deal both on my trade and my purchase. Many times I feel as though I come up on the short end on one side or the other. This was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I've had and believe me I've bought and sold my share of cars and trucks. I sent a pricing request for a Fusion Hybrid to participating local Ford Dealers via the Edmunds.com site. Of the four dealers responding, the rep at the Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, Kevinth Nunez, was by far the most attentive to my requests for information. He even went so far as to video the car I was interested in and sent that to me with his running commentary. He also responded to my request for financial analysis on Ford Financing vs, Lease so I could determine whether it made sense to trade -in my Volvo. We did all this by email, saving me a lot of time. Some other dealer reps just want to get you into the dealership and are evasive or unwilling to do the extra work when you ask them for financial analysis like this.Kevinth was a breath of fresh air throughout the entire process. For over 10 yrs; we have been using this Service Center for our 4 Ford Vehicles. JD always does his best by us. He may not have an immediate answer as to problems or estimated time in shop , but keeps us informed, provides not just a service recommendation but the explanation why that service is needed, Pro v Cons etc. so we can plan ahead for longer service needs. He works hard to figure out Warranty Issues & strives to make sure our cars are consistently running in top form. We never walk in on completion & have "surprise" work/costs added, etc. Their Service Team is the best! And we simply can't say how much we trust & appreciate JD's work ethic in particular!!

I am an owner of a service company in NJ and buy a lot of trucks by finding the best deal on www.cars.com and driving to get the deal. So many dealers pull the bait and switch. Koons has wasted my time twice now. Kevinth and his team were all on the "up and up". They were great to deal with and we got a great deal. I was in market and contacted about 10 dealers around. I have to say that Sheehy Ford Lincoln Of Gaithersburg is the best one of all dealers. They contacted me quickly. they gave me honest quote. They helped me to find the vehicle what I wanted. They also help me a lot to fix the all kind of problems. I really appreciate their work and help. The sale man, Kevinth Nunez, David Gray and their manager Gus Andrade, help me a lot. I really appreciate your hard work, especially to David Gray. After several weeks of conducting research on the new Ford Escape, I found a very competitive deal on Sheehy's website and submitted an online inquiry. Within minutes, Kate Van Arnum called me, and we set up an appointment for a test drive. After meeting Kate and completing the test drive, my wife and I were sold. This was our first ever new car purchase, and the process was smooth and painless. Kate was able to answer all of our questions and went out of her way to make us comfortable and provide a hassle-free experience. Next, we met with Jason in the Financing department, who was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He presented us with several different financing strategies and patiently answered the many questions we had about each one. By the time we signed the papers, our new car was parked out front--washed, vacuumed, detailed, and ready to drive home. Before we drove off the lot, however, Kate spent a few more minutes with us connecting our phones to Sync, walking us through the navigation system, and explaining a few other key features of the vehicle. David Gray quickly got me into the vehicle I had seen on the internet, took me on a variety of roadways to test handling, mentioned numerous features that weren't immediately obvious, and showed me the inspection certificate and Carfax. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and wasn't pushy. All things considered, the dealership handled things pretty quickly. I was there for about 90 minutes total.

Our interaction was with Katie Van Arnum. She was at all times professional, to include having the requested vehicle ready in front of the lot upon our arrival. After doing a quite a bit of searching online, I decided that I wanted a used Prius. I originally had come in a few weeks before hand to casually browse and met Andre Hammond and on a second v visit I was matched with Koby Boakye. Koby was very patient with my wife and I as we checked out the Prius and went through the process. He also let us have my mechanic inspect the car before we purchased. This was our second time this year purchasing from this dealership. The one negative (SLIGHTLY) thing was we came looking specifically for two cars we found online. The first salesperson we spoke to told us they didn't have one of them even though it was showing online. Fortunately, Koby listened to what we were asking for and found it for us. We didn't end up buying that one but at least we were able to see what we came to see [especially since we drove 80 miles :)]. Corey was a huge help and while I will return for my next car purchase, it won't be for a long time [he knows why ;)]. Our previous sale was worked by Ralphael and Michael and they were equally great to work with.

I dealt with David Gray mostly online until he found the car based on the specs I gave him. This was the smoothest deal. David was great. He stayed on top of the deal and we were able to agree on a price very quickly. I got the financing done before I even walked in the door so when I got there Andre in finance was able to finalize all the docs. I have to add that Michael Zeller in Finance is awesome -- as was Corey Belcher in sales. I walked into Sheehy already jaded from a bad experience with another Ford dealership. The level of transparency and flexibility they showed throughout this deal should be used as a training piece for other dealerships. Great job!

I have purchased cars and had them serviced at Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg for more than a decade and the key to happy ownership of our three Fords is J.D. Schaening, the service consultant at that dealership. J.D.'s "expertise" extends far beyond an in-depth knowledge of the Ford vehicle line, far beyond customer service and public relations. J.D. makes sure that the vehicle you get back after their service work is completed is in as good a condition as is physically possible. This starts with his assessment and evaluation of your needs when you first arrive. His eye towards preventative service and anticipation of potential issues is uncanny and he has saved us plenty of time and money by determining and resolving an issue before it becomes a problem. He is careful to explain in as much detail as you want and can absorb the questions that will address all your car's needs. After these last twelve years, I have come to expect that any service call will conclude quickly, happily and to our total satisfaction. A car is a car is a car but a person who can prepare a car to operate at optimum safety and efficiency is one in a million. J.D. is that linchpin at Sheehy Ford.

Brandon, Andre and Dave were excellent in how the responded to my no nonsense, just wanna buy a truck, and I want the best deal possible situation. They did just that. Over the summer, I was looking at an Lincoln MKC to replace our Lincoln MKX whose lease was to expire at end October. My wife and I visited Sheehy Lincoln where we get our MKX serviced and test drove the MKC with Ralphael Harrison of their sales team. Ralphael was very courteous and knowledgable. When the time came to order the MKC, I gave Ralphael a quote I had received from another dealership outside the area and they matched it with no haggling. Needed one more car for occasional use among the four drivers in my family. Nothing fancy, just good condition, low mileage and attractively priced. Spotted a listing online and went to Sheehy to have a look. Kate Van Arnum greeted me as I came in the door. She asked me what I was looking for and carefully listened to my reply. She found the car. It had just come in on trade and needed cleaning and inspection. Told her I could look past that, so she showed it to me anyway, but no driving until it passed inspection. I liked it. We put a contract on it contingent on my still liking it after the test drive, no payment until then. Kate kept me updated by email. Came back when it was ready, drove it and bought it. I usually haggle over price, but the asking price was very good already; hard to argue it should have been lower. The dealership seems well managed. Kate is an excellent salesperson.

I arrived early around 8:20 a.m. on Thursday November 13, 2014 I was told by the customer service rep. that I was a little early for the sales department but that I could have a seat if I wanted to wait a few minutes. Well, wouldn't' you know it, in walks Mr. Boakye as early as can be with this great big smile :-) and his professional salesman charm.... and the rest is history. Although he didn't land the sale (due to my credit) he didn't lag in doing EVERYTHING he could to make the sale happen. I would definitely return to Sheehy Ford and refer family and friends. David Gray was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We walked in basically knowing the car we wanted, but without knowing much about it. He took us on the test drive, helped us understand a lot of the features, answered all our questions, and through it all was not the least bit pushy or in a hurry. He explained the list price, found us a couple of discounts, and the final price was very fair. Once we decided to buy, he kept us up to date on the paperwork process, and then once we completed the purchase he provided full service on how to set up the Sync system so that my daughter could drive away knowing what she needed to know about this vehicle. I looked online for lease deals and saw a Ford deal I wanted. I could have done it all online but decided to just walk in on a Sat around noon (should of planned better like making an appointment). They were not too busy when I came in and was assigned Kate to help me out. She was great answering all my questions as I had never leased before and showed me the car I wanted. I had to wait a bit as the showroom got a lot busier and they prepared the paperwork, car & taking in my trade but the pleasant lobby with big screen tv and tasty dounuts made it an ease. Kate even took the time to sync my cell w/ the new car!

Truly an enjoyable experience, the sales person Matthew Myint knew the product from the tires to the moonroof and made my purchase of the 2014 Ford Focus a seamless event from introduction to the ride home. We were SO impressed with him that we went to two other dealerships (one 20 minutes from our home) and were so impressed with Mike that we went back to Sheehy to buy from him. We originally were looking at used cars but decided we could get MORE of the things we wanted for almost the same price as a new. After driving 2 other MKXs and 2 other MKCs we went back to Mike.Mike also told use about and signed us up for DATE NIGHT....Call him and take advantage of this AWSOME incentive... borrow a MKC for 2 days and get a $100 gift card for your date night!! OURS IS DECEMBER 3rd 2014 ......call Mike and sign up for yours today!! We have put 500 more miles on our MKC in less than a week then the 54 it had when we bought it I was not to happy with the price of the vehicle even though the dealership has a no haggle price policy, EVEN after the rebates and discounts we got but, that is more a LINCOLN issue since we saw the invoice. Maybe Lincoln or dealership can offer a additional discount for military members.

My partner and I had been looking at a variety of used vehicles over the past few months to determine which would best meet our criteria. After narrowing the search, we found one on the Sheehy website. The initial contact was a bit confusing when we were told that we had to make an appointment to look at the car. When Kate called us right back, she not only cleared up the confusion, she also impressed us with her professionalism. We were willing to drive out of VA and in to MD (an almost 45 minute drive) just so we could check out the Ford Escape we saw online and also to deal directly with Kate. From the warm greeting to the sincere "thank you" as we were handed the keys, the entire process was seamless. The Finance Manager (I believe his name is Michael) made the paperwork process effortless. We joked and chatted like old friends in his office as he zipped through all the forms that needed to be completed. These two employees definitely made us feel comfortable with the purchase and happy that we had chosen to visit their Sheehy location.

Sheehy Ford was fabulous! Kate found the SUV of my dreams,THE ESCAPE SE 4 wheel drive. I originally looked on line for this particular SUV but could only find a similar one at at Sheehy in Gaithersburg. I drove down from Philadelphia, PA to purchase this SUV and met KATE V. She was knowledgable and LISTENED to me. Kate went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted. She found a beautiful SUV within my price range that gave me many extras. She explained clearly everything related to the sale . There was no double talk just great customer service. She got the best deal for my trade-in. I HATE dealing with car salesmen...usually! Sheehy was fantastic. Mike Engelmann was friendly and informative from the get go, did not pressure me in any way. I felt that he gave me all the information I needed to supplement the research I had done on my own to help me make a fully informed decision that I would not regret! I ended up buying a 2014 Ford Escape from them and am very very satisfied with how smooth the process went, how easy, polite, and fun they made it.

Enjoyed my experience at Sheehy and would go back again. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Prices are great. They found me the features that I wanted in the model I wanted.

I worked with Andre Hammond while buying my car. We corresponded via email and he was able to give me a wonderful price on the car I was looking for. When I came to the dealership in person, he was friendly and helpful and I bought my car for the price I was given, no nasty surprises or expenses. I was very pleased with the whole experience and, as the title suggests, I feel this is how car buying should be.

Outstanding customer service from Kate. I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg. Kate first called me from my e-mail inquiry and left a very kind message (no pressure selling) and just let me know to stop by and see her. So, I took her up on that. I was very impressed with her knowledge, friendliness, and outstanding customer service. I have purchased many cars over the years and Kate rates as the best sales person that has ever assisted me with my purchase. I would definitely recommend her if you are in the market for a new or used car.

both Andre and Kate were excellent to work with. Both were very informed and not pushy at all. I had very specific needs and a small budget. They worked with me and were able to help me find the right car for the best price around. I am very glad I went to sheehy and would definitely go back for my next ford purchase.

Very fast, easy, smooth experience buying a vehicle. I love my new F-150.
