I recently purchased a vehicle from Sheehy Nissan of White Marsh and it was great experience. I don't have time to get into detail but I want to give credit where it is due. Mike Graham was awesome and made car buying a great experience. He listened to everything I wanted and he delivered. I stopped into the dealership on 9/19/16 with my husband to ask a question about getting financing for a vehicle, the Nissan Rogue. My husband walked up to Chano King, a salesman, and was greeted professionally and was given assistance immediately. I had no idea I would leave Sheehy Nissan as the proud owner of a Rogue SUV. Mr. King, Mr. Galloway, and Mr. Kim, were very knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me the vehicle I requested as well as the payments I could afford. These men are to be commended for the great work they did for me. I truly appreciated their hard work, patience, and hospitality. They are a GREAT team. Highly satisfied with my experience at Sheehy Nissan White Marsh. My husband and I went looking for another Altima, since we love our '09 so much, and needed to replace his old beat-up work car. The car we purchased from Sheehy is our new family car and the '09 is my husband's new commuter car for work. We intend to own this car for quite a while, so getting a car with low miles was the most important thing to us. Because of our desire to purchase a car with low miles, we were initially interested in purchasing a new '16, but our sales expert, Mike Graham assisted us in finalizing the purchase of a "like-new" '15 with under 10.5k miles on it. In purchasing a certified pre-owned, we were able to walk away with a beautiful special edition S-class Altima with features we weren't even considering, like remote start- amazing for the summer and wintertime! Thank you, Mike for introducing us to our new beauty and for your wonderful and professional service!James Kim, our financing expert, made sure to walk us through all the paperwork and extra details we had to go over in an extremely professional and friendly manner. He was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions and concerns. Thank you, James for your great service!The car had a few superficial damages to the paint, but they made sure to take care of them in order to make us completely satisfied and comfortable with our purchase. The touch-up was done a few days after we had taken the car home so I had to take it back in, but they had a lovely young lady named Vic from the service department drop me off back at home while the work was being done. One of the managers, Tim Kelley, even offered to have me picked back up when my car was finished. SO incredibly happy with our choice to purchase from Sheehy Nissan White Marsh. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima SR from Sheehy Nissan of White Marsh. The staff at Sheehy were absolutely wonderful. I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Sheehy of White Marsh. I work in another county and wasn't able to get to the store until after 7:30pm on a weeknight. I waited until my Sales guy, Paul was finish with his other customers and then we proceeded to handle our business. Paul was extremely patient, understanding, and VERY well mannered. He never pressured me into buying something that I did not want. He did not even mention anything else other than what I wanted to buy. I told them my price range and they were able to honor my request shy of $9.00! Not bad, right!? The only thing that I would have changed is I was not able to get gas and a replaced hub cap with the purchase of my vehicle. I came back the next day to get it detailed because the prior night, we stayed until about 10:30pm. I was told that I would get gas, new hub cap, and detailed. I only got the detailing of the car. The service was still excellent in my opinion. They're a really a great team. Anyway, if you're looking for a great Nissan and a great team, then I suggest you visit their location. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for your business.

After my Nissan Maxima was declared a total loss, I stopped by Sheehy Nissan of White Marsh just to look at the Nissan Rogue. I was greeted immediately by Chano King and my attempt to just look turned into the best car buying experience I have ever had. Long gone are the days of spending the whole day at the dealership. Mr. King got me everything I was looking for and more for a great deal and with great efficiency! My family loves our new car and I couldn't be happier!

I have had transmission vehicles with my car twice in less than three weeks. The last time my car died, it was in traffic on Pulaski highway during rush hour. SHA came and pushed my (warrantied) car off the main road, which caused body damage. Nissan wouldn't provide a loaner. Nor will they agree to fix the bumper. Have requested buy back, which will be a fight to the finish.

I walked into the dealership a first time buyer and very leery about over paying for my new car. From the moment I walked in James Kim treated with great courtesy and made to feel at ease. The sales staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy thru the whole process and find the perfect car for me. From the moment my wife and I arrived at Sheehy Nissan, we were greeted by our salesman Mike Graham. We told him that we were looking for vehicles under $15,000 and he quickly went to work looking for vehicles that would fit our needs. One by one he brought the cars that we choose to the front of the building so that we could view and test drive them. Even though they did not have the vehicle that I really wanted to see on site, Mike assured me that they could get it to the site and it was cheaper than the one I wanted to see. We ended getting something completely different but what a choice, what a price, what a warranty! Mike said at the beginning of our meeting that he would not pressure us and he was true to his word. We found our new car buying spot at Sheehy Nissan and our new salesman in Mike Graham!

Rebecca Coates was one of the main reasons we ended up buying our 2nd car at Sheehy Nissan of White Marsh. She kept in close contact with me and helped me set up our initial visit. Upon arriving at the dealership, I felt like a guest in their home. Mike Marcus met me at the door. He offered me a refreshment after the drive from DC. He was very polite, attentive and up front. The 30 day warranty helped seal the deal. Mr. Salgado assisted me with the financing end of the transaction. He carefully explained my options. The extended warranty practically sold itself. We had just dealt with a $1200 cap (which I found out about when I had to use it!) on an extended warranty through a VA dealership. Did I mention their $300 processing fee as opposed to the $1694 fee I laughed at in VA? I am glad I went to Sheehy Nissan of White Marsh. Should we need another car--hopefully, no time soon--but if we do, we would definitely put Sheehy Nissan of White Marsh at the top of the list.

After a long struggle to locate the car I found on the internet at one of Sheehys other stores, James was able to put the deal together as he promised. I would have liked the closing to move forward a little faster as we drove 5 1/2 hrs to get there and the same to go back home. Over all we were very pleased with James help and are happy with the deal. This is our first Nissan, hopefully it will be a great, trouble free vehicle, so far were very happy. Had a wonderful experience with Rebecca Wilson recently when we had to buy a car unexpectedly when one of our cars died. She was great helping us find exactly what we wanted a 2015 Nissan Altima with very low miles. I went to Sheehy Nissan very apprehensive because of my situation. My previous car was totaled and I didn't have loan gap and there was a big balance left over. Well I walked into the dealer and explained the situation to Mr. Graham and within minutes later he told me what I was approved for, and we picked a few cars out. With his help I was able to get into a 2013 SL Nissan beautiful car I fell in love! Mr. Graham was very, very, very helpful and pleasant! He made me very comfortable and he was very gracious, professional and just made this experience one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. I now have loan gap coverage and extended warranty! I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for purchasing a car!!! The dealership as a whole just a pleasant experience, I left very pleased and beyond satisfied! I noticed that everyone of those reviews previous to my review was over the last three months there are no other reviews found. That looks suspicious. I cannot speak for the parts or the service department. I was treated very rudely by the sales department Mike Nicoli. I have a lot of complaints but mostly. My car was new...30 thou miles. It was poorly washed, I got no orientation to the car (sales guy was new, and he new very little about the car) the car has a film over the window and entire car. I brought it in,today and they told me that "you had the car for two months". Basically they will not deal with it because I had the car that long. I thought that after the first wash that the film would go away. That is what took so long to address the issue. Other than that, the car did not get dirty because it was kept in a garage. I also to not drive it every day. The one sales rep noticed he film as well, he said "they did not do a good job cleaning it". He was not there today, but I plan to contact him and hope he will be honest about it.

I stopped in one day because James told me that the dealership had just gotten some Jeeps in that I was interested in. He was extremely helpful and I was also pointed in a better direction on the right Jeep for me for the right price. I haven't made a purchase yet but I will be going back to see James when I am ready. He definitely paid attention to what I really want in a vehicle and has done his best to look out for my interests so far.

My experience buying my first car at Sheehy was beyond amazing! From the time that they first gave me a call back to the time I walked in the door. EVERYONE I came in contact with was very pleasant and were friendly and gave a friendly greeting. Paul Southard went above and beyond and made sure that I rode away with exactly what I was looking for. He never tried to get over on me or rush the process at all. The staff at the white marsh location was very helpful and beneficial to helping me get into my first leased vehicle. I worked directly with Alexander Jackson and Mr Ed Porsch who both went the extra mile into getting me into my new vehicle. However, the branch as a whole was filled with pleasant employees willing to help in any way possible. At no time was I rushed or pushed into a vehicle I did not want. In fact I was given time to think and make my decision while they helped along the way. Both employees made my experience an enjoyable one and displayed great customer service in the process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a vehicle.

I went to this dealership after having bad customer service at another Nissan dealer. My sales specialist was Mike Graham and he was awesome! He explained everything and managed to make us feel totally comfortable with the sale. He answerd every question and was very pleasant doing so. They work with you here and I had a great experience.

Paul Southard was an excellent Sales Rep. He was genuine and sincere right from the time I hit the door till I drove away in my New Nissan Pathfinder. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He really enjoys what he does which makes a world of difference than someone just doing it for a paycheck.He was never haste-ful nor did he pressure me in anyway.I REALLY like the prices!!! There's no haggling and no hidden fees or costs. Very upfront and honest...known with Sheehy as this is my second Sheehy purchase.!!!Mr. Eddie in finance was also great. Rebecca is so AWESOME!! She knew the inventory like the back of her hand. She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to steer me to another vehicle. I received her undivided attention and she was mentoring another another salesman. My car buying experience there was the best I every had!! In all the years of my car buying experiences have I ever encountered a dealership the likes of Sheehy. From the start, the warmth of all associates I encountered was more of a welcoming than businesslike atmosphere which helped facilitate the entire process much smoother than I anticipated. My Sales Rep, Rebecca Wilson, was nothing less than honest, professional, knowledgeable, caring and willing to answer, and satisfy any questions and/or concerns I had. Becca went out of her way to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. The Sales Manager John Laham, is an individual dedicated to total customer service and satisfaction. In addition to ensuring the contract was administratively correct, his willingness to become involved to the extent of making long distance calls to help overcome certain hurdles that arose is a testament to his total professionalism and care for the customer's needs. The Business Manager, Ed Porsch 'closed the deal' handling the loan aspects. Again, I was impressed with his professionalism displayed and how comfortable he made the process seem through his candid and professional demeanor. Last but not least, I must mention Mike Nicoll the dealership's General Manager. Though young in age, his wisdom, leadership skills and friendliness are exemplary and in my estimation, that it is due to his example-setting, as to why Sheehy stands head an shoulders above any other dealership I've ever encountered! Though undoubtedly straddled with many responsibilities, Mike still makes the time to involve himself by personally greating customers and making sure they are treated well. His devotion to lead by example and earning 'customers for life' should be an example of professionalism emulated by all dealerships. I thank all at Sheehy for this rewarding experience and very much look forward to doing business in the future as you HAVE earned a customer for life!!!

2 weeks ago I totaled my car. I went dealership to dealership and wasn't pleased with the approach of the salesman. I found a Nissan Rogue online that was located at SHEEhY Nissan so my sister and made our way to the delearship. We were pleased by the friendliness and automatic respect shown by James and Rebecca upon our arrival. They made the car purchasing experience very easy and I brought my car with confidence. James listened to my wants and found a car that fits my life. Rebecca and James are 2 of the best representatives I have ever come across I didn't feel any pressure on buying a car and they worked with me. This was my first experience buying a used car from a dealership, so I was somewhat apprehensive about how much wheeling and dealing might be involved. Turns out I didn't have anything to worry about. The Sheehy pricing approach is very straightforward and understandable; they provide full vehicle history and dealer service data to help you evaluate the vehicles. They had a very good selection of models and years for the particular cars that we were interested in. Rebecca provided excellent sales advice, and had an amazing level of knowledge about each of the cars that we looked at. She really tried to understand what we wanted in a car, and she was able to use this information to describe the pros and cons of the various models we were considering. She is energetic and enthusiastic FOR the customer, and never tried to hurry us along so she could close a deal. We found the car we wanted, and were very satisfied with the entire process. We want to especially thank Rebecca for working with us, and suggest that you look her up if you go to the White Marsh location.

This dealership just opened about a mile from my home so naturally when I decided to seek out the possibility of a new vehicle I started close to home. I met the nicest sale representative Rebecca Wilson as I entered the building. She was incredibly honest and put zero pressure on me to commit to anything on that first day. It was that attitude that led me straight back to her a couple of weeks later when I had decided to purchase a new vehicle before winter, and she remembered everything we had discussed the previous visit. She was professional and honest that instantly instilled trust and confidence in my buying expierence. She worked tirelessly for a couple hours to make my purchase work and in my budget. There was not haggling or "fake numbers" that I have expierenced in the past. When it came time to meet the finance manager and finalize the sale the numbers were exactly ad they were discussed and I was not pressured to buy anything additional - on top of that the recommendations that were made, me sense for my lifestyle. The entire expierence was pleasant and I felt as though they actually listened to my needs and then some. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone seeking out a new vehicle and believe my next will also come from them. Great vehicles with a great staff and an honest environment. I am one of the many that have dreaded buying a vehicle because of the expierence, but this was enlightening to see how it works when people enjoy what they do. This is the second time I placed a review. I am hoping it will show up this time. My son and I bought a car at the new Sheehy Nissan Dealership in Overlea, MD. Our salesperson was Alexander Jackson. He was most knowledgeable about car sales. He was excellent in customer service and his charm would help anyone make the right decision on purchasing a car!! He made sure we understood everything as he explained the processes. His kind service was grand!! Overall, we would recommend him to everyone for a wonderful car buying experience. If we need another vehicle in our family we would definitely go back to Mr. Jackson!!

I am sure I speak for my son also, as he does not do the computer thing too well. (smile). But we had the most pleasant experience with buying his car at the new Sheehy dealership in Overlea, Md or White Marsh which ever they want to label it. Our sales person Mr. Alex was so kind and knowledgeable about the business. Our experience was wonderful!! If we had to do it again, I'm sure we would both choose him to be our salesperson again! Also, he has an awesome spirit! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone for their car buying experience!!

I had an excellent experience buying my new Versa Note at the brand new Sheehy Nissan. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating and it was an all around pleasant and fun experience. It is a new dealership and they are all working hard to make it a great place to buy a car!
