Bill Hamilton is our Car Guy. My wife and I have purchased 4 cars from Bill. Each and every time, he has exceeded our expectations. Bill is a no-nonsense guy with a great sense of humor. I recently made a Harley motorcycle purchase, and found out quickly that it was not going to work for me long term. I contacted Bill, and within a day, my wife and I were at Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg, looking at our options. Bill knew it was a tough decision for me to give up my Harley, but a decision that had to be made. He walked us through the process, picked out the perfect Toyota Camry, and was able to get us the best APR we've ever had. The process took no time at all. It was efficient and pain free. We went in with the car making a noise and the service rep quoted us a repair cost for something that was not even the cause of the noise. They went ahead and ordered the part also. The fix was going to be over 1,000 dollars but we got a second opinion and sure enough it was not that causing the problem and the repair was under 500 dollars. I will not be going back. Not only was this service department going to fix something that was not broken, it would have cost an additional 500 to fix the real problem. I recommend all just stay away. The dealership identified the wrong service to be done and recommended the wrong service and repair!!

My 2012 Prius came from Rosner Toyota, and Rosner took great care of it until I was rear-ended and my insurance totaled the car. The replacement Toyota was not nearly the equivalent of my beloved Rosner car. I waited until Toyota came out in 2016 with a model change and bought a new 2016 Prius and I love it. I wouldn't drive anything else and haven't since my first Prius in 2004. I decided to get a pickup about the same time and my oldest son said, "don't get anything but a Tacoma", and so I did and so I also have the brand new 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD with standard transmission which is hard to get and they had one made for me...yes, I love it also. Buy the best car made--Toyota--and buy it from Rosner. Ask for Jimmy Rhody. He is like the bunny; he keeps on taking care of you.

Today I bought my very first car and I knew I wanted a Toyota because they last forever. I inquired by phone about a vehicle I was interested in. The salesman I talked to was Jim Glasner. Jim was very pleasant to deal with and seemed to be totally honest or forthcoming. I had what I thought was a problem a few days later. I called Jim and he did everything he could to help me. As it turned out it was my ignorance of the vehicle and not a problem at all.I live in King William Co. and my closest Toyota dealer is about 20 minutes away. Rosner is about 45 minutes. My husband and I decided to test drive an Avalon Limited so Gearge was our backseat driver and sales person. He was extremely informative during the smooth ride and my husband was impressed with the performance and all the bells and whistle. I felt it wasn't as roomy as I would have liked, so I ventured over to the Highlander XLE. Viewed the price, exterior and interior and I was sold, just needed to convince the hubby. Took the test drive, went home to discuss, and the following day made a call to get the deal going. Less than a hour, George informed us a brand new Highlander just rolled off the truck. Headed asap and Gearge got all the paper work rolling and even got us a lower APR than if we processed on our own. (Pays off keeping credit score intact). We drove off the lot within a couple of hours as two happy campers. Overall experience was because George was professional, personable and very informative. Very impressed with financial person, David also. Rarely write reviews, but Ron Rosner, George, and staff made a great impression and I never give a 5 rating. (I didn't intend on writing a book.). Look forward to same for car service.

I recently went into the branch and traded in my Subaru Legacy on a Toyota Tundra. Mike the GM and Mike the Sales Manager along with Bryan the sales rep were all very accommodating. My husband and I are expecting our first child in October and went to Rosner to trade in our truck for an SUV. We couldnt afford anything new, but knew a Toyota would make a great used car. We test drove an 09 RAV 4 and fell in love. We got what we wanted for out truck and paid below Kelley Blue Book for the SUV. He was honest, forthright and put great effort into making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Just bought a new car...first I've had since 2002. What a learning experience. Thank the good Lord I went to Rosner FredericksburgToyota and met Alexander Vesquez and the rest of the team. I doubt if I ever buy another vehicle from another salesman or dealership as long as Alexander gets a HUGE BONUS. He is truly one of a kind, a very unique person, something really special about him, and if a salesman ever earned his money, it was working with me. I understand this review will be read by upper management. Well, folks, if you do not recognize him, then I will be HIGHLY disappointed and downright angry. If you are looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go. Yes, the other sales people and associated staff will take great care of you for this dealership operates on a team-player concept. But Alexander is the salesman for me. Haven't worked with the service department yet but feel they too will take care of me. Sure hope so. Cars are too expensive these days and an extreme investment.

Ron Rosner Sales Consultant, George Fallin, ensured that our recent purchase of a 2016 Camry was smooth sailing! My husband and I stopped in to Ron Rosner Toyota last weekend with intentions of "shopping around" and left with a beautiful car for an unbeatable deal. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Our Salesman, George, was patient and thoughtful, hearing me out about my big upcoming career change and impending new commute up 95, and worked diligently to help me pick out the perfect automobile to ease my painful daily commute. Despite my indicisivness about color and interior, he never waivered in his kind demeanor.The financing folks worked like crazy and got me a jaw dropping interest rate! Once the deal was set they made swift work of getting us through what is usually the grueling abundance of paperwork faced when purchasing a new car. George, is backed at Ron Rosner by a class establishment. The entire dealership is immaculate from the waiting areas to the restrooms. We were offerd an abundance of refreshments as we worked on a purchase deal. When we stopped back in, a WEEK AFTER buying the car, everyone from the Dealer Manger, Mike Camlin, to the Sales Manager, Kent Smith, and finance guys greeted my family with smiles and handshakes. (My little guy particular loved the hot dogs and cupcakes the Sales Reps fed him while I chatted with George about extras for my fabulous new car). Ended up having a good experience with Rosner. Despite the brief misunderstanding, in the negotiations, I was made whole by the General manager. He indicated that if the impression was that i had a deal at a certain point...and it isn't there...well, he stepped up and made it right. Awesome ending and I have a great new Tacoma. If you are thinking about getting a new, 2016, Tacoma...DO IT!!! I traded my 2015 and it is a completely different truck so much more for about the same money! Not sure how Toyota does it but I'm glad they did.

After searching through numerous dealerships and being pressured into a vehicle i didnt really want we found it at rosner. Although the vechile we cane to look at was sold, Jim not only found us a vehicle, he found us a vehicle better then the one we came for. He took his time walked around the lot a couple of times. Rosner had the truck I was looking for and Jim Glasner was the salesman whom executed the deal flawlessly. I had visited over 15 dealerships in a two week period looking at SUVs for my wife, not once did I come across a salesman who acted like they cared for my business until I showed up at Rosner. I will credit where is due. I am giving one star because they have friendly customer service. But behind this service is , friendly defraud you from your money while not giving you accurate information on what is wrong with the vehicle .I took my 2006 Toyota high lander due to power steering failure. They could not diagnose the problem and wanted me to put new steering computer. I did replaced the computer and power steering got normal but was getting stiff intermittently. I called them they they need to recalibrate the system. I took it back they said they could not recalibrate it, may need a rack pinion.I took from them and put a rack pinion. Took back for calibrate they said it needs new computer bought brand new computer this time they said may be old rack pinion was may be good.I did wheel alignment, new steering computer. Rack pinion steering clock spring but steering is still not moving. To my surprise Toyota technician could not diagnose the problem or they wanted to defraud me money.My vehicle is still in the shop.Please do not go to this place until you have surplus money to waste .This place is scam.

People like Jim Foskey and Wilton Fernandez make coming back to Rosner Toyota in Fredericksburg a no-brainer. My wife and I moved to the Fredericksburg area in 1989. We bought our first Toyota from Rosner and with rare exception, we have always received good deals and fair trades. Last January we moved close to Manassas and within a year, we were looking for a new/small SUV. Since we are really close to Lustine and Miller Toyota, we tried them first. I guess the sales volume they enjoy has caused them to forget the importance of fairness and customer service. After experiencing some old sales "games" with both of them we decided to drive down to Rosner in Fredericksburg. As always, the experience was first rate and I can tell you that as long as we live within a few hours drive of Rosner in Fredericksburg, we will always do our new car shopping there.

From the moment I stepped out of my sister in law's vehicle, there were multiple employees eagerly waiting by the entrance of the dealership to assist my wife and 17 month old daughter. Of the many employees there, Mr. Jim Glasner was the one gentleman that approached my wife and me asking if we had already been helped. From that moment on, everything seem to go as smoothly as possible. Although Mr. Glasner was unaware of our need at the initial introduction, he tactfully and professionally went from a casual greeting, easing the tension of purchasing a vehicle, to introducing us to a wide variety of vehicles currently on the lot. After narrowing down the vehicles by acquiring our credentials, he professionally extended his service by welcoming us in to his cubicle and personally researching information he deemed pertinent to our business after physically walking us around the lot to show all the vehicles currently available at the moment. No matter how hesitant I felt, Jim really expressed his concern for meeting our need, providing the service and information needed for us to be at ease, leading to us eventually purchasing our less than 24 hour old Toyota Highlander. Jim expressed a genuine concern for my family's experience there at Toyota's dealership, and would have to say that he is a great asset to the Toyota family. I'd also like to say thank you for feeding my pregnant wife having pregnancy pains while going through the lengthy paper work. From Jim, to the rest of the gentlemen their at this specific Toyota dealership, they all did an excellent job helping my family go through this process quickly, but thoroughly. Thank you Jim, and all the men their as well that helped us with our purchase.

He treated us great and really made us feel comfortable and we knew we could trust him and his advice. He went out of his way to locate a car we were interested in and personally made sure it was in good shape and perfect for us. He continually communicated with us with updates as things were happening and was easily reachable via phone during the entire process. He made sure he met our needs and went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied with every step of the process. My most recent experience with Rosner was truly exceptional! I bought a 2015 4Runner from Jimmy Rhody, and it was the smoothest, most enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had. First, Jimmy met my son and me on the lot while we were looking at the 4Runners, and immediately began helping us understand the differences between the models, etc., and had answers for all our questions. He then accompanied us on a test drive and we talked more about the vehicle. One thing that stood out to me was when Jimmy asked me at the end of the test drive if there was anything he could help with that would allow me to make a decision to buy that day. When I answered, no, and explained that I was in research mode, he did not try to pressure me in any way, and simply said he understood, and to take my time. This is the first time that has ever happened to me in a car dealership, and I appreciated it immensely! The rest of my experience with Jimmy continued in this manner. He was proactive and engaged, yet never pressuring.Next, I had to be away for my work, and I did not have reliable phone voice service during the following week. So, for the next several days, Jimmy was amenable to my request to discuss a vehicle purchase via text messaging. I'd like to note that Jimmy did much of this on his own time, on his days off, many times late at night, his time. I really appreciated this, as well.By Saturday, after much work by Jimmy, and the staff at Rosner Fredericksburg, I was ready to buy the 4Runner, and did so that afternoon. Once I arrived at the dealership, Jimmy had done all the paperwork he could do without me there, and had my paperwork ready for me upon arrival. I drove the vehicle I planned to purchase, and soon thereafter, I was in John's office signing the documents. A few minutes later, my new 4Runner was spotlessly cleaned and ready for my walk-around with Jimmy. We went through all the features, and set up Entune, and then, with an appreciative handshake, my son and I drove off the lot in our new vehicle!I want to say that, all along the way the entire staff I interacted with were extremely professional, and it was obvious to me that they went out of their way to make my experience the best possible. They succeeded. The personal, professional, and dedicated way in which Jimmy, and Rosner handled everything was truly impressive. And it was not only me they made feel at home, Jimmy, and the rest of the crew went out of their way to make my 12 year old son feel special, as well. Jimmy involved him in the conversations about the vehicle, and made him feel a part of it all. This really resonated with my son, and with me.Kent Smith, and Jim Foskey also helped a great deal in getting me the pricing and terms I wanted. Their participation was instrumental, and I thank them for going the extra mile.The Rosner Rewards Program was a HUGE selling point for me. We stopped by the dealership very early on a Saturday morning to see a car that was advertised in the paper. We were not expecting anyone to be there yet, but we were greeted by Yeneneh Girma, who says he always comes to work early. Girma helped us purchase a used vehicle for our college sons, and even helped ius measure the car to be sure it would accommodate my son's double-bass. I typically hate going to big dealerships and really dislike pushy sales people. Dealt with Jim and he was the laid back and accommodating to all of my requests. I will be the first to admit my deal would be difficult (Negative Equity), but Jim NEVER let me feel nervous about my deal. Ready to purchase a new SUV, I visited Rosner Toyota Fredericksburg on a Sunday morning. After wandering around the lot and only seeing one 4Runner, I decided to head out and come back once the dealership opened in another 30 minutes. As I started to leave, Salesman John Curtis pulled into the lot. He asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and that I would return after the dealership opened. He replied, Im here, were open. If you arent early, youre late. He entered the dealership, came out with keys for the remaining 4Runner on the lot, a Trail Premium. After walking me through the vehicle, he handed over the keys and I took off for a test run.Upon returning, I sat down with John waiting for the hard pitch. He looked at me and asked me what I wanted. Confused, I asked him what he meant. He simply stated that he needed me to tell him what I wanted, he wasnt going to talk me into something I wasnt going to use or that I couldnt afford. He explained the differences between the SR5, the Trail and the Limited. We focused on the SR5 and he thoroughly explained the pricing, the options as well as what Toyota could and could not offer. His straightforwardness and honesty surprised me, but was greatly appreciated.Once I arrived home, my voice mail and email were filled with salespeople aggressively trying to get me to come to their dealerships. This lasted several days. Rosner Toyota Fredericksburg only emailed me once. I immediately knew I made a deal with the right place.For my first new car experience, I walked away feeling clean and confident knowing John The Man Curtis sold me an amazing car that I would not regret purchasing and would enjoy for as long as I owned it. But that wasnt it I had to wait for my new 4Runner SR5 Premium to arrive from another dealership. He kept me informed of its arrival, met me at the dealership when I picked it up and walked me through the entire vehicle, to include helping me understand all the technology my old car did not have. I've been dealt with Rosner Toyota 4 times now and will always recommend Toyota as the make to buy and Rosner as the place to purchase it. The first three car purchases were for new cars so this was my first used car experience with Rosner. On a Sunday morning, my girlfriend was involved in an accident that totaled her older car and she needed a car for work the next day. I knew Rosner had an extensive late model used car selection so I called and spoke to Jim Glasner. I told him exactly what she had to work with as far as down payment, monthly payment, and model(s) of car we wanted. I told him, we'd be there a couple hours later. We arrived and he had the models we wanted lined up for us to check out. We chose a car, test drove it and did the paperwork and were out and driving home within 2.5 hours. Jim was professional, quick and listened to exactly what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something we didn't. It work out well and my lady drove away very happy.

My husband and I had been looking at a lot of cars over the past few weeks; from Honda, Cadillac, Acura, Chevy, Buick, Nissan, etc. and decided to stop by Toyota of Fredericksburg (just because we were in the area). I am so glad we did! I was trading in my mini van for a more grown up car, but still one that would have plenty of room for our growing daughters. As soon as we entered the dealership Jimmy greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile (you don't get at other dealerships). I told him what I was looking for and he immediately took me to the Highlander, the moment I sat inside the Highlander I knew "he" (the car) was the one. It felt right from the beginning. Jimmy knew so much about the Highlander and Toyota that he made my decision much easier. I compared Jimmy to the many other car salesman we had been dealing with over the past few weeks, and hands down Jimmy is a true star. After walking around and seeing such a wide selection we decided to inquire about buying one. we told Jim what we where looking for and they had three models to choice from. Once we decided on the truck I knew i wanted to buy it that day, Jim was very informative on all my questions and if he didnt know he would check with his boss. Needless to say every answer was a positive one, at that point i said we will take it. After getting the approval for financing he told us to go get some lunch and he would have the truck detailed. I told him it wasnt necessary the truck look awsum but he insisted. Once the truck was done he called us and we went back to pick it up.When it comes time to update any more of my vehicles i will be paying Jim a visit, he made my wife and i very comfortable.

He realized that I had done my homework and knew exactly the car and the price I wanted. Bought a 2014 Ford F150 from the used lot; great salesman, Adam Porter, who answered every question or found the answer. Even promised a better loan rate than our pre-approved bank loan--and came through!! By a lot! Adam went out of his way to make sure that all the paperwork was completed properly, put us in touch with the service department, and generally made the experience pleasant. A few days after we purchased it, the cover under the chassis came loose; they took us right in, fixed it quickly (thanks to Oliver Beale) and sent us on our way without charging a cent.

I bought a 2003 Toyota 4Runner from Jim but I was worried at first. It had no warranty and within 24 hours, the check engine light came on as well as the VSC trac light. I thought I was screwed but Jim took care of me. He apologized and told me the last test driver must have done something bad to it because they do an excellent inspection on all there vehicles. He gave me a loaner and put my truck in the shop and had everything fixed free of charge!!!!!!! Most used car dealerships would have "reminded" me that there was no warranty and would have charged me to get it fixed or recommended a cheap machanic and sent me on my way ( that actually happened to me before) but not this time. Jim kept me posted on the progress of my truck as it was being worked on and now I have a great running 44!!!!!! He even worked with my wife with her not so good credit and put her in a 2012 Honda CRV. My wife and I are very pleased and satisfied with our vehicles and our experience at Rosner Toyota. There needs to be more sales people like Jim Glasner. I highly recommend anyone to go there and ask for him to help them get into a vehicle they really want.

As soon as we walked in, I told him what we wanted and how we wanted to do business and he was a top-notch professional who found us the vehicle that we wanted (not what he thought we wanted) and we went from there. After all was said and "signed" my husband and I drove away in our new used car.I cannot say enough great things about Serge and Micky (his manager)...they were super nice and we were very comfortable giving them our business; they took care of everything we needed. The finance department was also amazing to work with; they were friendly and helpful through the whole process. We have purchased several cars from Rosner Auto Group over the past 25 years and have always felt that the service department treated us quite well. This week takes us to a whole new level. We received a recall notice from Lexus on a car purchased in Northern Virginia ( from a non Rosner dealership) several years ago. The recall was performed and my wife returned from the dealer only to find that transmission fluid was leaking from the car. The recall did not involve the transmission and in fact dealt with the opposite end of the car. After a heated discussion with the folks in Northern Va. we carried the car to Rosner Toyota who repaired the car for us and negotiated with the other dealer for payment. The entire bill was taken care of by the other dealer in large part because of Angelina's intervention. We left the car with Tarron to pass on to her the next morning. I found the car I wanted on the internet. "Scion FRS 2013"I drove down and there were people looking at it. I got right to business and was able to walk out with the car in 2 hours. The manager probably could of lowered the price 300$ but said he couldn't. So he lowered it $10.17. The sales person let me RDP into my home computer to get my insurance information which was awesome because I would not have remembered it which means I would not have bought the car. I sent them a check 3 days later for the full amount of the car. When I took the car home a week later oil was leaking. I had to go to the service center in my town to get that fixed. Besides those two things everything was great.

Listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me something different. Followed-up with all my requests and questions in a timely manner. Reasonable negotiation on trade-in without repeated trips to "check with his manager" thing going on. When a change in job pushed me into finding a replacement for the high mileage Trans Am I had been driving for the past fourteen years I grudgingly went online to begin the search. I was pleasantly surprised to find many cars that got me excited about the change but one stood out above the rest! The only problem was that the car was over three hours away from from my home in North Carolina. I contacted Rosner Toyota and promptly received a response from Jim Glasner. We spoke about the car on the phone for a while and it seemed like a great deal but I wasn't sure that I was quite ready. Jim contacted me a few days later to see if I was still interested and we continued to discuss making a deal that would keep both parties happy, Jim even going so far as to see what he could do about accepting my old Trans Am as a trade in to sweeten the deal. We ended up making a deal but I decided to keep my old car and getting a ride out to Virginia was going to take me some time. Jim did what he could on his end to ensure that no one swooped in to get the car before I could get there. I felt comfortable that Jim was being honest with me and that everything would be as it should be. When I arrived I at the dealer I found my car to be spotless, fueled and tuned up. Jim handed me that keys, walked me around the car pointing things out and we hopped in for a test drive. The financing went smoothly, Rosner is handling the out of state registration and I am cruising around in an awesome new car. Jim has still made himself available to me when I have questions and that is greatly appreciated!I cannot really think of anything that would have made this experience better!!!

I really appreciate the non-pushy staff here. so much better than it used to be in the old days. I came in two times previously for test drives and no pressure. I had dealt with William Sawyer initially, but he was tied up on my subsequent visits. He was also very accommodating and non-pushy. I had done my research, but sean contributed a lot of inside knowledge that really helped me decide. I gave a reasonable offer which he accepted. no games etc. BTW you need to update your salesman list. Both guys I dealt with were not on it.

I went here and Pohanka Honda to look at purchasing my first vehicle. Pat Carl at Toyota was my sales consultant and he was very friendly and focuses only on the car and if it was the car for me. When I went up to road to Honda, they immediately started talking about monthly payments without even showing me the car so they weren't "wasting their time". My experience here was memorable for all the right reasons and I felt like I was treated with respect and fairly. I would definitely travel from Woodbridge again to buy from this dealer.

Made 2 visits to have work done and each time had to wait over 3 hours even though was told to come in early and be first in line. Was 3rd in line and still waited over 3 hours. It's not worth the wait, even though the work to be done was free. Have been paying to have same type of work done even though theirs is free!!!. Had 4 new tires and new battery installed and the wait was about an hour as promised!! That is service. One other item decided to buy a new car and would never use the internet to do so.

I took an 07 TCH to service for a Hybrid battery... :-/Needless to say the battery was WAY too expensive to fix for this car.I was introduced to Saige and he passed me onto John...BOTH highly knowledgeable in vehicles in general and especially in Toyota.John walked me around and dealt with my indecisiveness and we were finally able to select a vehicle that I liked and could afford.I was then passed to Matt that made the Finance portion a breeze.I was in and out of the dealer within 3 hours in a 2014 Cam. Im ridin' clean now. Thanks fellas!!

When I let Angelina know that I was having trouble with the factory installed radio in my Corolla she assured me I would be contacted when the problem was diagnose. After about an hour I received a called from Angelina where she let me know that she was personally involved in the process of diagnosing the problem and was trying to find out exactly the problem I was having with my radio. After a few hours she called again to let me know the problem was diagnosed and that the extended warranty I had purchased will cover the replacement radio and she will contact me when the new one arrived. Not even a week later I received a call from Angelina letting me know the radio had arrived and it will be replaced the very next day. After dropping off my vehicle first thing in the morning it only took about an hour to receive a call from the best Service Advisor I have ever met to let me know my vehicle was ready. I was very impressed with Angelina's professionalism and sincere concern to correct the trouble I was experiencing with my vehicle. That's why if there is an award for Best Service Advisor Of All Time I would definitely nominate Angelina ..Thank you very much for all u have done ...As long as Angelina is my service advisor I would be a repeat customer at Rosner Toyota of Fredericksburg...

My 2009 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 V6 Manual transmission break down on me on 7/22/2014 on Interstate 95, and I AAA towed it to their dealership in Fredericksburg. The next day on 7/23/2014, a service adviser calls and told me that they think is the transmission, and it may be covered by warranty, but if it is not, I will have to pay $480 to fix it. On 7/24/2014, the service manager bill called me that they misdiagnosed it, the problem is actually the "clutch" and it will cost $2000 to fix it. I told him I am a student, and can't afford that, and will be there on 7/25/2014 to pick it up. When I arrived there today, they told me I will have to pay the $480 for diagnosing the transmission, when there was nothing wrong with it in first place, but want to charge me because of their misdiagnoses. I told him i can only pay for regular diagnoses fee for the clutch. He refused to release my vehicle. I asked to speak with the dealership manager and he said he is on vacation and will not return until Monday 7/28/2014. I asked to speak with the owner of the dealership; he said he retired last year and cannot be reached. And the worst of all, they had drop my transmission and he said it will also cost me extra to put back in my vehicle, or I can take it with the transmission on the bed of the truck. These are all because I cannot afford to fix it at the dealership for that amount. I already have multiple estimates for way less than they are asking. My lowest estimate is Pep Boys of Fredericksburg for $668 plus tax to replace my whole clutch system. This issue is still not resolved.

We have purchased two vehicles through this group in the past 7 years. We come here because we love Toyota's , not because of the dealership itself. When I first drove up this morning for a scheduled appointment, there were two employees smoking just outside the service are, all the smoke was blowing right in my face as I exited my car. Not a pleasant welcome at all. Then I proceeded into the service reception area and NO one greeted me. This is the same experience I had the last time I visited this dealership for regular service. Luisa made no attempt to make me feel welcome, in fact she did quite the opposite. Her dialogue extended to only what was absolutely necessary and not one word more! When I declined the $600+ dollar service she seemed even colder ( if that was even possible). If I had a choice to go somewhere else, I would. I may have to consider going out of town to avoid this experience all together.I would highly recommend that The Rosner Group do some serious overhauling of their training of employees that interface with their customers!!! P.s. Should it really take 1 1/2 hours to have an oil change done that I had an appointment for?????

My girlfriend and I went in to look for her a new car back in Jan. Will was very professional and helpful. True to his Marine Corps Professionalism, Will was able to easily juggle between helping us and other customers while keeping all parties satisfied. My girlfriend bought a 2014 Corolla and the very next day I went to Will and bought a 2012 Camry. Was not initially too happy, but Ray Harris did make sure the situation was taken care off. Sales price/financing when purchasing the car was typical at best. Car wasn't delivered in perfect condition but Ray made things right and I am now pleased. Would do business here again.

I came looking for a new car. I had been to several other dealerships and looked at similar models. I saved Rosner for my last visit as they were wonderful to my family years before. JM Hightower came out and assisted me through looking for a new vehicle. He was incredible, probably the best care salesman I've ever worked with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaged, and represented both our interests fairly. He also did an excellent job walking me through all of aspects of my vehicle, which I'm still in love with (Toyota Corolla LE)!

I just got home from picking up my slightly used 2013 Cadillac CTS V from Rosner Toyota. I have to say I'm very pleased with this dealer. I've probably purchased 10+ vehicles from various dealers in the past 20 years and these guys were by far the easiest to deal with. I worked with George Fallin over the phone for a few hours before I decided to come in and take a look at the V, and when I got there and decided the car was for me, the rest was easy peasy. George was friendly and professional and everyone there including the finance manager I worked with got the job done and in a timely manner, which in my book is huge. Prop's to these guys I would definitely do it again!

I originally went to Rosner Toyota with my friend Amanda to look at a Rav4 that she was interested in. Our sales consultant was Jimmy Rhody and honestly....I can't say enough good things about him. He is extremely patient, easy to talk to, and actually listens to your wants and concerns. This guy will definitely go the extra mile to make sure your experience is a good one. I started my car buying experience online with Rosner Fredericksburg. Once I submitted a contact request, Jimmy called me within 10 minutes and started talking about my options. I missed appointments at 2 other dealerships to go to Rosner. Jimmy was waiting for me when I walked in and explained all the features of the van in detail. It was a pleasant experience after going to 2 other Toyota dealerships where the salespeople acted like they had never seen a Toyota in their lives. Jimmy was friendly and knowlegeable throughout my entire experience. While at Toyota Jimmy focused his whole attention to my buying experience which made my family and I feel like our business was valued significantly. I wouldn't buy any other brand but Toyota and I won't go to any other dealership but Rosner Fredericksburg.

Let me start by saying that I have purchased vehicles from Rosner Toyota twice before. The previous customer service from start to finish is what keeps my family coming back, as well as recommending Rosner Toyota to others. Our reason for visiting this time was because of an accident, not exactly the reason you want to be purchasing a new vehicle.... However we needed to replace our Prius and we needed something affordable, and George helped us to do just that. His customer service was phenomenal. I have a 2 year old and couldn't get to the dealership with my husband, so there was a lot of texting going on throughout the process. Next thing I know I'm shaking George's hand in my driveway because he had my husband test drive the new Corolla to our house so that I could see it and drive it myself!! Incredible! He was incredibly genuine, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, sincere. He spent good quality time working with us to get us in 2new vehicles. No matter how many questions I asked, and there were a lot, both George and Mike were patient, attentive, and got me to understand everything I was asking. Even picking up the cars was flawless. The new showroom is fantastic. It's welcoming and every person working made sure to say Hello to me and my daughter. The kids playroom is a huge plus!! Once my new Corolla was washed and filled they pulled it right up so I could get my walk through from George. Again, he was knowledgeable and patient and most of all so incredibly friendl! There's no question that my 15 year old will get his first set of wheels at Rosner.!! Mark my words, George Fallon is incredible!!

I had one of the most rewarding experience I have had in a while, I went in for rountine service on my 2008 RAV4, and end up purchasing a brand new 2013 RAV4, when I arrive at Rosner purchasing a new car was not on my mind at all, I was going to have my vehicale service and be on my way, but that turn out not to be the case, George Fallin is great, as I was waiting for my car to be service I got one of my daily hot moments out of no where George show up and started fanning me with one of the brochure to help cool me off, The next thing I know I was test driving a 2013 RAV4, thinking I will just test drive it for the fun of it sense I was waiting for my car to be service and all the while telling Geogre I am not buying a new car. Low and behold was I in for a surprise I left Rosner with a brand new car and did not feel as if I had been pressure to buy it at all. I am so very glad that George show up that day.

I was concerned about purchasing a car particularly after being taken advantage of during my first car buying experience. I went in with the intention of purchasing a used car, but Jan Michael helped me weigh the financials for both. My decision to purchase new was very difficult since I have always heard that is a bad investment. He was very patient and explained everything along the way. As an analytic person, I appreciated that he had data and facts to back up what he was saying esp with information about the long term cost of ownership. He was able to sell me at a price I was comfortable with that was competitive with the price I had received from another dealer the day before. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.I would recommend Rosner to anyone looking to purchase. I would also certainly recommend Jan Michael to anyone who wants to buy a car from a genuine guy. His customer service can't be beat!

On September 19th, 2013 I purchased a 1991 ZR1 Corvette from Rosner Auto Group in Fredericksberg, Virginia. Living in Florida, I located the car on autotrader.com and contacted the dealership. The Rosner sales rep, and I discussed the car and its condition and I arranged to have the car inspected which was completed on September 16th. The inspection came back and an agreed on a price was reached and on Thursday September 18th I Fed Exed Rosner the signed purchase agreement and a check for $26,500.00. The car was shipped to my home in Florida and arrived on September 24th, it is now October 2nd, Rosner has had my money for two weeks and I still have no bill of sale or title documents which means the car cannot be registered nor can I prove I legally bought the car. No one at Rosner will respond to my inquiries as to where the documentation is or if I will even be getting it. So after two weeks I am out more than $26,000 and have fiberglass paperweight sitting in my garage that for all I know it might be STOLEN.UPDATE: October 4thAfter sending the above review in the form of an e-mail to the Ron Rosner the owner of Rosner Auto Group, who I will say responded to my e-mail within minutes of it being sent, the paperwork issue was quickly resolved at the dealership level and I have finally been able to register the car.

This is the second time I have purchased a Toyota Highlander from this dealership. Both times I managed to get great salesmen. This time I worked with Jan Michael Hightower and he went above and beyond to answer all my questions, show me ever feature on the car and made me feel like I was his most important customer. I visited several other dealerships in my quest to upgrade my Highlander and I can say by far Mr Hightower's customer service was unmatched. I bought my Tacoma there Five years ago. The second I drove it off the lot, and I mean less than a hundred feet, a rock hit my window. They paid to have it filled so that it wouldn't spread. Top notch! I have kept my services up to date... I use them because I have had nothing but great experiences... But today not so much. I need new tires, the originals are dry rotting, to be expected, and I'm good with that, after all they are over five years old. But the buy three get the fourth for a dollar is a load of bull. For the same tire, I found them for a hundred dollars less on-line. They hiked up the price to pay for that fourth tire. I get that they are a business and need to make money. But I don't like misgivings, I would rather pay the right price for four tires than be told I'm only paying for full price for three, with a hundred dollars attached to it. It irritates me to no end. I should hope this issue is rectified, or my faith in Rosner is diminished greatly. No one likes to be lied to, or swindled.

My first car purchase experience was surprising a wonderful experience.SALESMAN: I actually went to a Honda dealership first and felt that I was being ripped off and taken advantage of. So I left empty-handed and disappointed. I have a friend who thinks highly of Toyota and while I had my reservations, I decided to go for a look. I have to say Jimmy Leveque was an excellent salesperson. He is not pushy, he has excellent product knowledge (I asked him LOTS of questions); he is genuinely honest (which I admire most, for being a car salesman); he is very patience and most of all he is just a down to earth kind of guy. I felt comfortable with him through the whole sales process and never felt like I was being pushed to buy something that I would ultimately be unhappy with. I say all of this because I actually visited the dealership three times before finally purchasing my car. (My family was annoyed with me but Jimmy was very patient.) I was looking to stay within a certain budget because it was my first car purchase. I received the graduation reward discount for being a recent grad, which is an amazing deal! Jimmy suggested the Scion xD, which I had never heard of before. I researched all about it, test drove the car and asked more questions. I absolutely love my car!DEALERSHIP: I love the fact that I can go back to Rosner Toyota for free oil changes and state inspections for life! I also really like their service staff too! I would highly recommend this dealership & salesman to anyone and when it comes to customer service I'm a very picky person.

Today, I came in unsure of what I wanted. I was interested in hybrids, Camrys, Corollas, and more at various other stores in the Fredericksbug area. Not only was William patient, but he was quick. He let me look at all the cars I wanted and helpfully guided me over to cars that were in my price range but still had the features that I wanted. Afterwards, he negotiated diligently and efficiently between me and his manager. WHen I wanted some time to think, William was happy to give me the space I needed, even offering to let me take the car home for the evening to think it over.Later, I took the deal Rosner Toyota offered to several other stores--Ford and Pohanka Honda. Neither of them were willing to beat the deal, and Pohanka Honda wasted a lot of my time in the process. It quickly became clear that the deal that Rosner Toyota had offered was literally the best in town. Overall, I was VERY impressed by the efficiency displayed by Rosner Toyota, as well as how helpful they were. Their speedy work made me feel like I was constantly being helped, sometimes by several associates (between the finance, magagement, and sales departments). My time was well spent--not wasted. In addition, Rosner Toyota , hands down, has the best deal in town. Between the rebates, the specials, the cars, and the customer service, you can't go wrong with Rosner Toyota.

My family and I were traveling from Maryland headed towards North Carolina when my Maintenance Required! Light came on and Stayed On!We pulled over and inspected the the car to find that I was low in engine oil. I thought I could make it to my destination just by adding some oil...needless to say the light continued to stay on. I then proceeded to use my "emergency" function on my car to locate the nearest Toyota Dealer. I immediately drove to Rosner Toyota of Fredericksburg ,Va. There this wonderful young lady greeted me and escorted me to the service area. There I was assisted by Ms. Becky Robertson. I explained my situation to Ms. Becky about the fact that we were supposed to be in North Carolina at a certain time, the family was hungry and "a little upset" for the pit stop. Ms. Robertson made arrangements for the car to be serviced. While we waited for the service the shuttle van dropped and picked us up from "Cracker Barrell" where we had breakfast. I don't usually give reviews however; this time I will make an exception. Deon Shamberger deserves praise for what an amazing associate he truly is. He went above and beyond his call, and it was clear to me he truly cared about me as a person. Most sales people are just trying to make a quick sale not him he answered all my questions and helped me get the vehicle I wanted. This is now my second car buying experience through him. The freindliness of the staff is exceptional. I was greeted as I walked in as if I was a close friend of the associate though we had only met twice previously. Since my oil change was free I certainly had no complaints about price but the addition of the tire rotation and car wash was an especially nice service to have received (the pollen is terrible right now). Overall, I would have no reservations about recommending this Toyota dealership to anyone, even those who may not own a Toyota themselves.

This was our 5th vehicle purchase from Rosner Toyota, but our first purchase from the Fredericksburg location. Jim Foskey was an excellent salesperson to work with. He was friendly, but we didn't feel like we were "pounced on" by a salesman. He was able to locate the exact car I was interested in and brought the car to my workplace to make shopping very convenient for me. He was able to answer all of my questions and demonstrate all of the car's features including navigation, bluetooth, voice and audio. He was helpful in negotiating price, getting the payment pretty close to what I was hoping for. I needed a couple of aftermarket features and he followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. He delivered all weather mats to my workplace. I will recommend Jim to any of my friends that are looking to buy a new vehicle. I would drive back to the Fredericksburg location to buy another vehicle from him, even though we live much closer to the Stafford location.

I highly recommend Adam Porter at Rosner Toyota in Fredericksburg VA. After researching the Toyota 4-runner Trail for 2 years, and talking with sales people from 16 dealerships in 9 states, I'm in a pretty good position to rate the quality of service provided by Adam Porter and Rosner Toyota. It was so good, in fact, that I was willing to drive from Dallas, GA to Fredericksburg VA, a 1,206 mile round trip, to meet with him-- bypassing many other dealers I had spoken with and met with. I must mention that the 4-runner Trail equipped with the options I wanted were scarce. Japan doesn't manufacture many and the devastating earthquake caused a delay in production. One salesperson told me at one point there were only 4 in the SE region, covering 4 states. Not only did he have a used Trail with the exact options I wanted, but he was able to get a new one for me to compare, side by side. He did not demand cash up front to hold them, and no pressure tactics like, "You'd better get here before they're sold." The people at the dealership were also helpful and friendly and we were even given some delicious fudge made by one of the staffers!Adam's hard work at earning my business, his honesty, consideration and helpfulness are the reasons I wouldn't hesitate to make another thousand+ mile round trip to buy a Toyota from him at Rosner.

My salesman, Russell Brown, did a great job from start to finish. He was waiting for me when I arrived, answered all my questions, worked with me on a fair trade-in price, and even allowed me to take the vehicle to Stafford to show it to my wife while I looked at two other vehicles at a different dealership. Overall our experience was very good. We had a couple of issues though; We were quoted a much higher price on the lot than the car was listed online for. I immediately got the feeling that we were at a used car lot. If you advertise the car for a certain price don't jerk me around with higher prices. The other issue we had was with what they called a "recon fee". It was $999 and I'm still not really sure what it was for, but I am glad that I didn't pay it. They gave us top dollar for our trade in vehicle and the finance process was extremely quick and effortless. Brian did not try to sell us on all kinds of extras that we were not going to buy. We were in and out in less than 2 hours.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Rosner Toyota and was so happy with the service I received. The salesperson, Russ, was very friendly and I appreciated that he wasn't pushy. (I have buyer's regret for even small purchases, so I was concerned about feeling rushed.) We decided not to purchase the vehicle immediately, but even the sales manager came out and thanked us for stopping by, which I appreciated. They were able to lower the price on the vehicle, and after test driving a few other cars, we decided the car at Rosner was the one for us. The sales process was very simple, and I was surprised at how easy the financing process was. (I was ready to have to decline a bunch of warranties and negotiate financing terms, but had to do neither.)Most of all, I really appreciated that, even though we were working on a tight budget, we were treated wonderfully. At several other dealerships, right when we told them our budget, the salesperson would just laugh and say we'll never find a car for that price, or just give us a mean look and say, "Well, that's not much to spend..." To them I say, we did find a terrific car thanks to Rosner, and we would gladly shop there again. Thanks Russ and the Rosner team!

I have used Rosner's body shop and their maintenance facility's and both places have done nothing but given me the run around. I took a 2003 Camry in for a vehicle inspection and to test the starter on the car. They said that they did both but they did not. While on vacation the starter finally failed and my car had to be towed to the local Toyota where they tested the starter and said that it had been having problems for a while. Not only that but the Toyota in Florida also identified two lights that were burned out but the power steering had a hose that was leaking. We called Rosner to make a complaint they finally offered us a $250 dollar credit to their service department. Not too bad of an offer but when you are military and are getting orders to depart the area soon how will I be able to use it. They then offered us $95 dollars cash. That is a not even close to the amount of money that I had to spend on vacation to stay for two extra days. The body shop did some work on the same Camry and could not even get the alignment correct. We had to take the car to another Toyota dealer to get it done correctly. I would not suggest anyone to use this facility for any problems you may have with your car.

I had the extra coating put on my 2011 Corolla when I bought it in Aug 2011. I thought I had picked up tar splatters and took the car in to be buffed out. Debbie's manager identified the problem as artillery fungus in a mulch pile that borders my driveway. Debbie explained it to me, I googled it - she was right! The car was buffed and is beautiful, once again. I no longer park by the mulch pile - and have people lined up to help me move it this weekend. Debbie rocks!

I am glad I bought my Toyota at Rosner. My sales man was Kamran Karamat. He did a fantastic job working with us over several days of car shopping the first time we bought from Rosner. Kamran offered nothing but help. NO Pressure, NO overstating of his opinion and any one vehicle and ZERO double talk. For the first time in all sales venues we found someone who actually cared about what we wanted. He gave fact after fact on each vehicle we looked at. He was very knowledgeable on all New Toyota's and all the used vehicles that Rosner had to offer as well. Rosner has been great for service as well. Jeff in service makes sure we are aware of all needs they find with our car's and suggests the best options for us to service our vehicles without doing any unneeded service.We have bought several vehicles and 9 of our friends and family members who we have referred to Kamran at Rosner have bought vehicle from him too. We took our vehicle in for just general oil change the other day and Kamran came to us to see how we were and asked about our family. We we not looking to buy anything and he still cares that much as a person to follow-up with you ANYTIME he see's you at the dealership. Working with Ray Harris was a great experience. Prior to arriving at Rosner Toyota, I made a number of visits to other dealerships trying to find the right car for me. I have precious little time to spare with work, kids, church, etc. and wanted to get in, see what they had and move on if nothing was of interest. Each ended up wasting my time by being unprepared to deal with a serious customer (couldn't find the key, ditched me for another customer, not knowledgeable about their vehicles, not knowledgeable of their inventory, vehicle wasn't ready as promise, etc.). It believe it may have been a ploy to minimize the number of dealers I could visit in an evening to just that one. Ray, on the other hand, was different. He was energetic and ready to work. He quickly found a vehicle of interest to my family and was very quick and professional in helping me take it for a spin. While I loved the vehicle, his positive and motivated attitude is what made the sale. It was a great experience.While I'm not sure I got the best deal as far as price (I'm not a good haggler), I was well and efficiently treated. If your time is as important as money, then start here, and ask for "Big Ray Harris.

My mom and sister both told me how nice they were and went the extra mile to ensure that everything meet my sisters needs that i decided myself to drive up there that weekend coming knowing i would be in need of a car very soon. As i arrived Kamran and his big smile meet me at my car greeting me hello and shook my hand very polite and full of excitement.I got out, looked at the lot of cars and Kamran asked me questions to help me determine what i was looking for and i found a car i liked. With the intent of just looking Kamran treated me as if i had said yes i want this car and im not leaving with out it. He ran all the numbers every which kind of way to try and fit my needs. After giving me the figures he did one thing that i truly appreciated he gave me my time to think, my space but at the same time he let me know that if i needed him he was there and was always in my sight. With every question i asked he never got impatient with me and he ensured that he would be with me evey step of the way. I cant put into words how great of a sales person he is but i can tell you i feel that i made a new friend and if i have any questions its a open door policy to call no matter what. So after realizing that no matter what other dealership i went to that i was not going to get this kind of great customer service and what i felt like a family environment I signed the paperwork and i am now a PROUND OWNER of a Toyota Camry 2012 LE!I would have walked away and never bought that car if it wasnt for the wonderful customer service i received from Kamran,Melissa,and staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kent Smith (sales) and Brian Sheffield (financial) were the reasons why we settled on leasing a 2012 Toyota Prius from Rosner Motors in Fredericksburg, VA. It was quite refreshing to see a car dealer not putting any pressure and giving you a honest and candid comparison of the Prius to the other available hybrids in the market.My wife and I have been buying cars since the mid '70s but it has been few and far inbetween that we have had enjoyable experiences while shopping for a new car. The experience was normally tainted by our perception that either the salesman or the manager were trying to 'nickel and dime' you to death. Note that, at one time, we had up to 5 cars in our household due to daughters going to college on our older cars and new cars being used by both my wife and I.I would highly recommend Rosner Motors Toyota to anyone who needs a solid and honest dealer to help them go through the numbers and in making the right choice for a new car. Their rewards program which include free oil changes, annual inspection, etc. is just an added bonus to their superb service department. Note that the service department manager (I forget the name) was very helpful and friendly as well.

Dealers matter. After a horrible experience earlier in the day at another Toyota dealer in the region (Lustine in Woodbridge), I ended up happily buying here.It was a fairly simple transaction. I had done my homework, knew the vehicle I wanted, and had a good sense of the price range to expect. I initiated contact via email and quickly settled on a price. When I got there, everyone was friendly and professional. No hassles, no heavy sales pitch, no surprises or hidden charges. In the Internet age, when so much information is available on-line before a consumer sets foot in a dealership, Rosner's willingness to deal straightforwardly with an informed customer was greatly appreciated.

I visited Rosner Toyota on the evening of 27 June 2011. During the visit, I test drove and attempted to place a Toyota Tacoma under a 72-hour contract. I informed the salesman that I did not want financing from Rosner; rather, I simply wanted a price for the vehicle so I could negotiate financing through my credit union. The salesman said he understood and that they would not be running a credit check. While filling out the paperwork to put this vehicle into a 72-hour contract, I asked the salesman how much I should expect the vehicle to cost. He told me that it would be no more than $32,000.00. Once the paperwork had been filled out, he went to speak to the sales manager to begin the process of deciding upon a price for the vehicle. When he returned, the price had jumped to $34,000.00. The salesman asked me for a counter-offer to take to his manager, so I looked up the price of an identical vehicle at another dealer in Arlington, VA and asked him to match that price. When the salesman returned from speaking with his manager the second time, he told me that they would not match that price and wanted me to explain a foreclosure on my credit history.I've pulled my credit report from Experian and have verified that Rosner did check my credit. Checking my credit and raising the price of a vehicle based on that credit check when they are not going to be financing the purchase appears to be, at best, unprofessional and rude. This was my first and last encounter with Rosner Toyota, so I cannot speak to whether this circumstance was an anomaly or common practice. Regardless, I would advise consumers to avoid this business.I've listed the person with whom I spoke as "Dodge Ram Owner" because I don't know his name, but that was his preferred topic of conversation throughout the test drive.

We were looking for a Toyota Sienna. We clearly explained our price target, requested options, etc. The salesman said that they were willing to work with us and showed us a vehicle in our price range. Everything went fine until the negotiation where they put the original sticker on the offer. They failed to explain that we didnt qualify for the "promotional discount price" until the negotiation. After some haggling, they attempted to put the cost back into their financing offer. After that point, I walked away and was extremely dissapointed. I would highly recommend to be very careful with the finance managers and general managers.

This is in reference to the excellent service I received from Mr. Adam Porter my sale person. Mr. Porter handled our deal in such a professional manner. He was very easy to talk to, a great sense of humor and was very courteous/friendly to my family (Wife and 3 Kids) as we made our decision to purchase the car. I was already approved for finance at 6.9 percent when I walk into the dealership. He encourage me, without any pressure to apply for the special financing that Toyota had going on. Not only did I get a lower rate at 1.9 percent, I also received allot of incentive from Toyota. Each incentive was explain to my wife and me in a language we can understand by Mr. Porter. That truly was a blessing. I can honestly say that we could have gone to the Toyota dealer in Woodbridge, but I know in my heart we would not have received the same outstanding service we received from Mr. Porter in Fredericksburg. We would not hesitate to return to Rosner Toyota in Fredericksburg to purchase another vehicle in the future. To top all that off, it was a pleasure to meet the owner Mr. Rosner himself as we left the dealership with our new vehicle. Thank you and God Bless you for a wonderful deal and experience.

Salesperson was rude and did not return calls promptly. Finally reached him through the main switchboard, and he made some flip comment about caller ID not working. Had no real interest in selling me a vehicle.
