Leticia was amazing! She took the time to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. She went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. So update! I forgot my password and had to make a new account but wanted to say I contacted Shift and they stated to me they would not fix the issues with my car unless my Google review was removed! I advised I was locked out of my account and could not remove it and they refused to fix the issues with the car they sold me due to my Google review! So now the car I bought for my son 2 weeks ago and it has to be fixed out of our own pocket! Be careful who you by your used car from people! They care more about their Google review then the quality of the car they are selling!

There are no words to express my gratitude towards Leticia at Shift Automotive. I have tried for years to get my credit good enough to be able to purchase a truck and Leticia made it happen. I live in Amarillo and Leticia made the process easy and soo fast. She found me the perfect truck at the perfect price. We did all the hard stuff via phone and email and were able to show up and sign and the deal the was done. My credit was not ran 1 million times. She gave me no runarounds and made the process easy and stress free. My first car buying experience was definitely one to remember. Leticia you are amazing and such a blessing.
