My husband & I went just to look at cars. For the next two days we purchased two new cars. At Shimkat everyone is wonderful. They will help any way they can. We had a wonderful experience. Dave & Tim went above and beyond to help us. Being new to the area, they left an impression on me. I will definately be back to see everyone. I would definately recommend Shimkat Motors to anyone I know. We love our new cars & are very happy with the service we recieved.

Even though I did not purchase a vehicle from them they were willing to help and they were quite honest with me in what they could and would not do so I knew where I stood right from the beginning. If the distance was not seven hours away maybe we could have worked out a deal.

Shimkats motors is an excellent dealer i bought my last Jeep liberty new from them. Salesman Rick Scott is an excellent salesman. I bought my last new car from him. I just bought a new2 2014 cherkee Sport. The dealership is a 5 star. I recomended it to my friends. When ever I have a problem with my vehicles i go there. The dealer is a 5 star in my eyes.

I had been searching for the right vehicle at a fair price for quite some time. I had wonderful customer service and the dealership worked quickly to satisfy any needs or requests I had. My purchase is all I could ask for and more! They went the extra mile to make sure I treated fairly! Would highly recommend.

Shimkat had a used challenger that I was very interested in, but because I live over 10 hrs. Away I asked many questions and had the salesman send me many pics of the car, this process took a couple of weeks. I wanted to make sure the car had not been in a accident. I told the salesman I was going to schedule some vacation and was going to come out to see the car that weekend, and I would have the money in hand. After I got out of work the same day I told the salesman this I had a text message that they had sold the car. I feel they should have contacted me to give me 1st chance. I would have given them a deposit to hold it for 2 day's until I got out there. Seems like very unethical business practice to me.

Ask them to for the old way of tuneup. They tried to hide the fact that they faild to put oil cap back on tightly. It sprayed oil over my car an it seemed to be burning ruber (it was oil). The boss in back coverded the cap fast he would detail my car to wash off the oil. I like the place an past service just not the quick an fast.

AMAZING! Everyone that i met that works there was very nice and knowledgeable. i called them up and told them i was coming to look at a car, when i got there it was clean and ready to go. during the paperwork they explained everything, so i could understand. wasn't very long before i was on the road with a car new to me! i got a really good price and a good interest rate. best experience anyone in my family has ever had! i recommend!

Being a woman, I always dread shopping for a car. I have been to other dealerships that have tried to take advantage but was pleasantly surprised..the sales rep at Shimkate was not only friendly and helpfull but took the time to explain everything and show me different options in both the new and used inventory. My experience at Shimkate was great and would recommend them to anyone!
