I highly recommend Showroom Auto! I spoke to Chris before I came in and he was very honest in terms of what I could expect with my budget. He did his very best to keep me under budget and kept his word! It is very rare that you come across a dealer that remains honest and keeps their word all while keeping you under budget! Also a plus that we were in and out of the dealership and drove off with our car in under 2 hours. Excellent experience and highly recommended. Thank you Chris!!!

I am a single mother whom was in the market for a use car, so I went to a few places and was looking to buy something from $3-$5 thousand and the cars I was seeing in those price range were really crappy, so I called Showroom Auto, spoke to Chris and he told me to come in and see what I like. I told him that my credit was really crappy, he re-assured me that, that wouldn't be a problem, I like his confidence so I tooked the trip to Queens not really expecting anything good to happen, but to my surprise these guys got me into a 2015 nissan sentra with 10k miles at a great payment, they even helped me find an insurance company that I could afford. Showroom Auto definitely got my vote and definitely will retain my business. Thanks Guys!!

Let me start off by saying I rarely leave reviews. However this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I have dealt with nearly every type of car dealer from exotic to pre-owned and garage finds. The way this place is run and maintained is a boutique experience. Every car is incredibly prepared and ready to drive out the door. Which I did. The staff is unbelievable. You are acknowledged but not pounced upon. Chris and David are the most upfront, honest professionals I have ever encountered. I would also like to add that Juan is a magician when it comes to detailing these cars to be sold. I mean every car looks brand new. It's the only time I felt dealer prep was worth the money. They are very meticulous about the cars they select so every car is in impeccable shape. I believe almost all the cars are 1 owner no accidents. So you won't drive away disappointed. As I said, you will be very impressed.

Was in the market for a good used car so my wife and I pick out 5 dealers which are about 1 mile from our house. Showroom Auto was the first we visited and honestly we went in because they had an air conditioned indoor showroom and it was really hot outside, but when we got in we were approached by David who was really cool and layed back, then Chris the finance manager came out and started to talking to us, at first we didn't want to go to far with Chris cause we wanted to go to a few other dealers and didn't want to run our credit all over the place but after talking to this guy we knew he was the man and we decided the hell with those other guy we're gonna deal with Showroom Auto and Chris did the dam thing!! he worked almost the whole day but got us into a great car and got payments we can afford plus he was cool lay back not pushy and just very pleasant to be around. them dudes at Showrom Auto are really cool and they work hard for you so I really recommend if you need help buying a car this place will do all they can to help you! I live in Westchester so I was skeptical about taking the 45 minutes drive into Queens because sometime you go to these dealers and the vehicle are not what you think they are, but I was pleasantly surprise because Showroom auto cars are truly in Showroom condition. The facility was clean and all the cars were really clean. they all had plastic carpet protectors and some cars had bows on them. I give these guys credit, they really try to give the customers a good, pleasant experience. So, I did buy a 2013 Nissan Altima, it's been about 4 weeks now and so far so good, so I just wanted to take a moment to say Thanks, to the staff of Showroom Auto.

Jesus was amazing, he truly helped me a lot with helping me find a car. Although it did not work out, I appreciated his time and he was very kind and patient with us during the test drive and overall was friendly and I highly recommend him if you come to this car dealership.

Made an appointment to come see an SUV on Monday morning. Asked to be notified if the vehicle was sold over the weekend as we're traveling over 2 hours to keep our appointment. No call, so we drove to Queens to find the SUV was sold. While the customer service rep was embarrassed there was no apologies from the owner. We would definitely NOT recommend this dealer to anyone.

I called showroom auto and spoke with someone by the name of Candice. She was very pleasant and had great customer service skills. I was unable to schedule an appointment at that time but she allowed me to speak to one of the salesman named Aleem and he was very helpful as well. I am looking forward to doing business with them very soon

they will not provide u with a carfax, they'll tell you to go buy it by urself and that they have a carfax for their customers only ??? i think they have things to hide, untrustworthy, can't do business like this with dealers like this guy, Carfax is offered free from all dealers on cars.com, i really don't get it, these people made soo much money that they won't bother to deal with anyone they don't feel like. BAD car dealership.

My boyfriend finally got the car he wanted. Dewan went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we wanted ! Great place! I Highly recommend this Showroom!! All cars are in pristine condition and well kept! Can't thank the team at Showroom Auto enough and of course Dewan! I will see you guys soon for mine!

I just purchased a 2011 S550. Dewan, Chris and the entire team were excellent. Chris worked hard to make the deal happen. All questions were answered and there was no pressure to buy. I've been buying cars for years, this is my 19th car purchase. But I have to say this was one of the easiest and best car purchases so far. Going back in a few months to buy another vehicle from this team

I would not recommend this place, sales rep was nice until I didn't want to do things his way,he kept asking me to put a downpayment before checking to see if I would be approved by a bank , I never been to a dealership that asked for a down payment before everything checked out after I told him I didn't want to do that he kept pestering me to do it couldnt even enjoy the test drive without him bringing it up, is whole attitude changed towards me when I didnt want to do it and he basically told me if I dont he won't help me so I left than was given 5 calls asking me to come back so we can give you a certain deal when I called back they wouldn't let me speak to the guy who left the message everyone giving different answers and when I brought up the csr had scratches I was told all black cars have scratches on it and I said the inside is a little scratched up and dirty I was told it's a used car what do you expect I did not enjoy the experience here would try a different place,if you do happen to go here inspect the car thoughly ,be aware that they will try to get money from you before anything gets processed

Just bought my very FIRST car and I'm sooooo glad I went to showroom auto. Not only was the staff amazing I got the car I wanted !!! Thanks to Cynthia and Dewan they both made sure I was able to go home with my Nissan Maxima. I would recommend this place to everyone. They aren't like just any ordinary dealer. I PURCHASED A 2012 BMW 528XI FROM SHOWROOM AUTO, I WENT TO 3 OTHER DEALERS BEFORE COMING TO SHOWROOM AUTO AND ALL 3 GAVE ME THE BRUSH OFF BUT THESE GUYS MADE IT HAPPEN! THEY WENT EXTREMELY ABOVE AND BEYOND, EVEN HELPING ME WITH INSURANCE AND EVERYTHING! I"VE BEEN DRIVING MY CAR FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW AND I COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER!! THANKS CHRIS, DEWAN!!!

I recently decided it was time for an upgrade and purchased my first BMW...I originally went in for a Nissan Maxima but once I saw the BMW 328i Coupe, it was love at first sight. I didn't think it could happen, but Chris made it happen! The amount of attention this car gets from family, friends to strangers has been amazing. The car was in fantastic shape and I could not have asked for a better deal. Thank you Chris and Dewan for your help I seriously never thought I would ever be able to buy my own BMW and you guys made it happen. I will definitely send ANYONE I know who needs a car over there. The members of Showroom Auto were some of the most unprofessional car salesmen I have ever met. I was looking to purchase a 2012 Volkswagen Passat at list price. I was unaware of the required vehicle reconditioning fee, however, when I asked what the final price would come out to be, they refused to even tell me a price. They claimed that they weren't allowed to sell any cars if there boss wasn't there, and that they were too scared to call him to see if he was on his way to the showroom. When I came back hours later, said boss still hadn't shown up, and the salesmen were even more unprofessional than before. Bottom line, I would hardly call this a professional dealership, and I am astonished that they even sell cars. If you're not allowed to do anything without the boss' approval, why open the doors when he's not there.

Today I was able to purchase my first car from Showroom Auto and it was a great experience. Dewan was my Salesman who took great care of my needs. He referenced all available options for me and when we settled upon a down payment I was able to give he landed me in my Camaro. After the test drive the rest was pretty much history. The cars they have available in their showroom are of fantastic quality and if you didn't know any better you would think they were new and not used. Chris my financial adviser gave me great knowledge and advice in regards to my loan and was able to get me a down payment I was comfortable with. He was also great help and extremely swift in regards to getting all the paperwork ready for the vehicle. I thank both Chris and Dewan for their great customer service. I will always come to Showroom Auto for any and all my vehicle needs and will recommend friends and family to do so as well. Thank you again for your service.

I have purchase many cars in my lifetime and I have to say Dewan and Chris at showroom have to be the best car "people" I have ever dealt with. They got me into the BMW that I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. No pressure and no hassle. Their facility was clean and they treated me well. I would recommend these fellas, and will definitely be back when I need another car.

My experience with Showroom Auto was very smooth - big thanks to Dewan and Chris for my first German car. Their cars are all personally hand picked out with the best prices and mileage in mint condition no accidents. Specifically, my car had also been certified pre-owned and it has been 4 months now with absolutely no problems. Not only has the car been great, but the service these two gentlemen provided were unlike any other used car dealers. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to check them out for their superior services.
