Honest to beans I never thought I’d say this about a dealership but I’m impressed with the customer service and the repair center. I work on all my cars myself so it’s unusual to be found at an auto shop let alone a dealership; however, one of our vehicles had a problem with a part that failed and was recalled and covered under extended warranty. So why not just let Ford do the job. Shultzzz fit me in within 48 hours and had the it all done in a quick afternoon. No hassles, gimmicks, extra “work/fees” ect. They also cleaned my car and topped off all fluids. Problem solved. It was so easy I almost don’t believe it - but I will for now! Good work.

Dropped off our F350 for Service and a Tire Rotation. Received Truck back and upon returning home found tire sensors were not calibrated to the correct tire (5 of 6 were incorrect), and our tires were at unsafe levels. Since debating new tires, any way, we didn't call Shults to remedy, but ended up taking the truck to Discount Tire, where the tires were replaced, filled to appropriate specs, and accurately calibrated. We hope they put quality controls in place, to avoid safety concerns in the future.

It the worst place I ever got a car all they do is lie to you tell you one thing then when you sign the papers. Your on your own tell you that they will fix things and they don’t when you call they just avoid you and never call back.

I took my Ford Escape to Shults for an ABS brake problem. They suggested I replace the transmission lines because they were starting to leak, I agreed, and when I picked my car up I had no reverse. The transmission had too much fluid, and visible contaminants that weren't there before. The transmission worked fine before I left my car with them, and the fluid level is checked regularly. I took it back to them and they said I needed a new transmission. They didn't test the transmission pressure, they didn't test the reverse servo, they didn't offer to flush the transmission, they just tried to get an extra $4,000 from me.

I bought my car back in June of this year at the Harmarville location but have always had it serviced at Wexford. 2016 Ford Focus with 5miles on it when I bought it. I have had so many issues with this car. The main issue I have is the car shakes from stop to go. I first reported it when I had 3,500 miles. They flashed the computer and told me it was fine. Then at 6,500 I reported the issue again. This time they put a new clutch pack in it. After putting 500miles on it I still could feel it shaking so I took it back. Currently its sitting at the dealer while everyone test drives it and I'm being told that its just the way the focus drives. My car has the auto shift in it and it supposedly drives like a manual. Every time I take it I get reminded that it drives like a manual and asked if I've ever driven a manual before. I have and even a manual doesn't drive like that unless there's something wrong. On top of this issue, the first time I brought it in was for an oil change I was given a hard time. I like to do the oil at every 3,000. Both times I brought it in for an oil change I was questioned because they only want it done every 5,000. Each time I've had the oil changed they also check the other fluid, the brakes, and the tires. I have the paperwork with everything being full and green. After not even 2 days of having it back my brake fluid light goes off. I take it back that night and have it checked. they fill the fluid and tell me everything is fine to drive after I questioned whether I should have it looked at or not. When I took it in this last time I had them check the brakes just to be safe while it was already there. Thankfully I did. My brake line was seeping and needed replaced. If they would have done their job and actually looked the car over they would've caught that or actually filled the other fluids that were just above the minimum line as well. Also when I complained about the service I was getting from my service advisor his manager called me and when I called him back and left a message. Never got a phone call back.

Had excellent purchasing assistance from the internet salesman. Would take that route again if needed.First service visit had two questions, one showed parts to be ordered for correction, second was brushed off (somewhat disappointed there).The parts came in but I was never notified, had to check with service desk and ask if they came in. Made an appointment with their service coordinator.Second service showed that I had no appointment (?) but was taken in for service anyway (must have been a mis-communication internally). Corrected one problem with the ordered parts. Other problem was addressed and corrected, much to my relief.Kudos to the service department all things considered. Got started on the wrong foot but things worked out well.

Mike McClemens this post is for you. I've had the fortune of working with Mike since day one when I first came in experiencing issues with my SYNC system and speaker issue in my 2013 F150, no questions asked service was completed and I was given a loaner until the Truck service was complete. Now this was the first and NOT the last Mike has personally assisted me with ALL of my malfunctions or concerns. Mike is a standout employee and deserves recognition for all of the attention to detail he places with a customer from start to finish he keeps you informed. I spoke with Bob Popson three times the same morning, making sure the car was on the lot and letting him know I was coming with a check in my hand to purchase it. Upon arriving he told me another person had sold the car an hour ago. No remorse or apology, just 'well I can't just hold it" -- I would expect that when communicating with a potential client, who has cash in hand, that you would be courteous enough to ask for a deposit or - like another local dealer - just hold it for an hour while I'm driving two hours out of my way to give you money. I will actively encourage everyone to go anywhere else.

I think we all have a fear of entering a car dealership. the Shults dealership soon relieved any of my fears. They were very busy but took care of me quickly. It required that I leave my car for the repair. So they gave me a loaner car, a 2017 model with 200 miles on it. The repair was done on time and at no charge to me under the warranty. They even washed my car.

It was the end of the month and a Co-Worker recommended that I go to Shutls Ford as I was in the market for a Ford Edge Limited. I checked their website and found one that caught my eye. The next day I stopped by to assess the vehicle. To my surprise it was still there. I went on test drive and everything seemed copasetic. After returning from the test drive I sat down with a Sales Manager who began to asses my trade in and other financial terms. Everything was going smooth. I was handed to another individual as the Sales Manager had to attend a meeting. The new salesman who was taking over, got all paperwork together and signed to run my finance options so I could return to work and stop by later after finding out what interest I would qualify for. I never received a call. This is where things began to go down hill. I had to reach out to the salesman 3-4 times to get an answer. As my credit is very good, I finally got an answer on what the rate would be and was it was what I expected. I was even able to get my first payment pushed out 45 days as I was getting married the next month and the extra 15 days allowed a tremendous amount of flexibility for all the wedding expenses. Long story short in total it took ~5 hours to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle. As I was ready to leave the dealer ship I asked where the second set of keys were and they had no idea. Also there was an interior cover missing that was present that morning. They dealership could not locate the cover or the second key. After three days it was finally explained that a new key would be provided and a cover was on order. This took ~1 week to get solved. Now for the bigger issue... As I thought my first payment wouldn't be for 45 days, I received a statement from the bank stating my first payment was due in (you guessed it) 30 days. I reached out to Shults and the only means of rectifying the situation was to provide me a check for the first payment which I would have to repay by the 45 day period, which was what was initially anticipated. This took two sales managers, two finance managers, and approximately 30 calls. Yes.... 30 CALLS. Now my wedding is approaching and am forced to pay two payments in one month. The same month as my wedding. After a Customer Relations Manager reached out to me to try and rectify the situation so as I would be completely satisfied, I explained the situation and asked that repayment be waived for all of the frustration and inconvenience. The Customer Relations Manager higher up (General Manager) declined this offer. The Customer Relations Manager had no other options for rectifying the issue and I am left with an inconvenience due to a contract submission error by Shults Ford. HERE IS THE KICKER! They declined covering a 271 dollar payment for a customer that they put through major frustrations, for the sake of repairing a customer relationship. This decline came after the news stated that Richard Bazzy stepped in to shell out over 1200 dollars to a lady who was not Shult's customer, who didn't go to shults in the first place, who was experiencing a problem not caused by Shult's. As for me.... well Shult's caused my problem, and I was a customer of there's, who chose to give my business to Shult's and yet the company could not see paying for the mistake. Instead what I was left with was Shult's error becoming my problem, one that I am now left to deal with. It's a good thing I am able to cover this mistake with everything going on or I could be even worse off. While I am grateful for the attempt of Shult's rectifying my issue, Satisfaction was never gained. The Customer Relations Manager stated she was sorry that satisfaction could not be given. Overall all this issues totaled 100 CALLS.

We came to buy our 2010 F150 and I don't know what Tom is being paid but its not enough for the outstanding way he explained every little detail to me. He was very patient which I definitely appreciate and got us the greatest deal. And he was very upfront and honest wit us which means the world to me! I look forward to buying from him again soon! Ive had an oil change and had my emissions test done there and both were pleasant experiences! I have had a hard time finding a place in Pittsburgh to take my car to consistently without feeling like I will be taken advantage of in terms of prices/etc. However, after listening to Bubba show on 100.7 and hearing all the commercials and air time Richard Bazzi has on there, he seems like a really great guy so I was hopeful he runs his dealership in the same spirit. So far I have been satisfied with my service. Hopefully the feelings in this review wont change if I ever need repairs done there :)

We were very upfront with our salesman when we told him we were only looking to test drive one of the used cars on the lot (VW Passat TDI) and were not planning on making any purchases today. After we test drove the salesman sat us down and would not let us leave for 30 minutes while he tried convincing us we needed to buy today. Now, i'm a mid 20's female and I may not know a whole lot about cars but I do know that in order for me to make an informed decision I have to do research on the product i'm spending my hard earned money on. I am not an impulse shopper and was quite offended when he pulled his sales manager in to try and convince us to buy. I think we said no probably 10+ times. In hindsight we should have just gotten up and left but we were trying to be polite, something that obviously wasn't reciprocated to us. I will never step foot into a Shultz dealership again.

My 17 year old Daughter and I visited many dealerships in order for her to find and purchase her first car (with her money). Needless to say we were less than enthusiastic after receiving so much poor service from most of the dealers but then we visited Shultz Ford in Wexford and were blown away by Bill Slattery! He was the only salesperson that actually addressed and listened to my daughter, the person that was purchasing the car, rather than me. It was a pleasant and welcome surprise! Bill continued to follow up with us while I was out of town for a week (only heard from two other salespeople out of a dozen or so) and we scheduled a time to come back so my daughter could test drive a few cars. She had already done a considerable amount of research so when it came time to purchase the car she knew exactly what they were worth. The rest of the transaction was easy and professional with no pressure. From our sales consultant Bill Slattery to the Manager Bob Saldutte to Cissy Doyle the business manager we truly enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you!

If I could give Schults Ford in Wexford negative 10 stars I would. Actually, Ford in general. After many many many problems with my 2013 Ford Escape and many many many visits to the dealership, Tim the manager, suggested I contact Ford to buy back my vehicle. A brand new car with less than 35,000 miles is rusting, has had all 4 shocks replaced at least once, springs replaced, the back hatch has been fixed twice and multiple recalls done. Not to mention the times I have had to go back for things like a broken seat belt, that was not broke when I dropped it off, low coolant levels after they did an overheat recall on the vehicle, and an oil change that should have been done while they had my car for 4 days. According to Tim the service advisers are scared of the mechanics and don't want to bother them, so there is a lack of communication between the two. 1 of the 4 visits to the ford in wexford over the course of October, the service adviser drove in the car with me to hear the noise I had been complaining about for over 3 months, again according to Tim they are not supposed to drive with the customers, only the mechanics or techs are. So again, a wasted trip, with nothing fixed on my vehicle! And finding out the advisers are just creepy men trying to take a ride with me!!! The last time I went my husband came with me and magically they fixed my car - although my husband had to tell " the best mechanic on the team" what was wrong with it!After starting the buy back process over a month ago I was just notified today that Ford does not see the car is WORTH buying back at this time. Julio, the regional manager is absolutely impossible to get a hold of. After messages being left every single day for him he called today and left a message. The communication with Ford in general is terrible. They do not care about their customers. If the aren't going to profit off of you then they will just ignore you until you give up. I am disgusted with the way I have been treated at Ford and will NEVER buy another vehicle for them again. I will also gladly post this review any where I can and let everyone how wonderful this business is!!

When buying a brand new truck you would expect things to be as you special ordered them, and they werent! Things were promised to us that we never got, Shults is full of broken promises. They told us the truck would be read at noon, we showed up at 1:30 figuring it would definitely be done nope! Wasnt done until after 3:30!! When we went and did all the paper work the payment was higher that what our sales guy said it would be, the finance guy said it was because the tonneau cover was added into the price. Yet when the truck shows up there is no tonneau cover! Not only that they said they would order one and we could just PAY for it! What wait? You said our payment was higher because the tonneau cover was added it, but clearly it wasnt! And they were going to charge us more for one then we were able to get at pep boys for the same exact cover! Not only that but when our first bill came in the mail it was even higher than what we had signed papers for! There were so many things wrong with our first purchase when we needed a second one just a few weeks later we thought if we went to them they would give us a good deal feeling bad for everything that had gone wrong with the first one..we wanted to trade in a lease early and buy a new truck, and when we talked to them about it they didnt even take the time to look into it and just said its ugly. Give us options and let us determine that! I will not be doing business with Shults again and I will not be recommending them to anyone!

I worked with Tom to purchase a new vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He's cocky because he is a man's man. If you can't handle the fact that he knows more about vehicles than you then go cry to your mama, Djj5002. Tom takes great pride at helping one customer at a time and not blowing rainbows up people's behinds. Get over it djj5002 and grow up. I was at my bank doing the loan documents on the vehicle I was purchasing from them at our agreed price and we needed the buyer's order from this dealership to complete the loan. I asked to put a deposit down while we were doing the loan documents and they wouldn't take it. They stated they knew I was doing what I needed to do to buy the vehicle so a deposit wasn't necessary. While the whole time they are telling me they cant fax the buyers order to my bank when in reality they were stalling so they could sell the truck at a higher price to someone else at the same time. Very bad business ethics. I can see now why people rate this dealership so low.

I just bought my first car this past weekend with Schults Ford in Wexford, and I couldn't be happier. Our salesperson (April) did a wonderful job of identifying our needs and wants and making sure she could get us in a car for our desired target price! The whole process was very relaxed and I didn't feel like anyone was pressuring me to make a purchase right then. They gave me a great trade in deal on my old car, helped me set up my bluetooth devices, and took time to show me all the different features of the car! Mike in financing helped us out greatly trying 18 different ways to get me the lowest possible interest rate! Even my dad (who has bought several cars by this point) said this was the best experience he has ever had at a car dealership. Thank you April, Mike, and the rest of Schults Ford!

Where do I start? I dealt with Tom Heffley ordering a new vehicle. After several cocky, smart xxx email replies I received from Tom, he apologized for his rudeness and expected to be given a second chacne, so I did - what a mistake! During the whole process Tom was very responsive to all e-mails, but his attitude turned on a dime and immedietly treated me like crap! I will NOT be taking my business to Shults ford or Tom ever. Avoid dealing with Tom as he feels entitled and makes the customer feel as though they should "cut him a break".

Not only did atShultsFordLincolnWexford # ShultsFordLincolnWexford insult my trade in value, but they lied about their online sales advertisement. You can't say something is on sale for a specific price and then try to deduct the trade in of the car as part of your sale without stating that originally. (Youre essentially penalizing someone for having a trade in!) I would NEVER buy a car from you. I feel the way you handled business with me was completely dishonorable and unprofessional. Your business is living up to the stereotype that car dealers attempt to take advantage of young women, whom you believe don't "fathom" how buying a car works. Unfortunately for you, I am an educated woman who does understand and knows when she is being deceived. I think it was also very inappropriate for your salesmen to directly offend my intellect by making out right rude comments to my family and myself when choosing not to accept this ridiculous offer. I dont have a problem telling EVERYONE I know exactly how you treated me.

My experience with this dealer has been 6 stars. I called to ask about several of their vehicles and they offered to let me borrow a vehicle to see how I liked it. they delivered it to me at my locations. The two guys I dealt with, Chris Bogdan and Tim Mitchell, were as good as it gets. Both know the vehicles inside and out and will do anything to assist a potential customer. I was particularly impressed with Tim's tech knowledge about MY FORD TOUCH, which I believe is the best of all the center console interactive systems in the industry

Horrible sales experience. They don't get back to you and basically leave you hanging AFTER they pull your credit. terrible communication, no level of customer service and frankly they act like they could care less about their customers and trying to help them. Tom was my sales rep, but after not getting back to me, basically pushed me off on someone else who didn't either. Typical sales reps who only care about making their commission off of people with perfect credit only.. Go elsewhere where they value your business!

Went to look at new Fusion, but they used the bait and switch to sell me a used fusion picked by them.. Once I got it home, I learned it had extensive body work, and was sold as Ford Certified Pre-owned, with Carfax Buyback Guarentee, which Im gonna try to use, though it entails alot of paperwork on my part.. Bottom line is, stay away from this dealership.. It'll save you alot of heartache in the long run....

I was in search of a specific vehicle over a couple months and found it at this dealership listed at already a competitive price to my search parameters. I drove over 4 hours with my pregnant wife to see the car in the beginnings of a snow storm not expecting that I would buy the car, previously similar attempts at other dealerships were met with less then accommodating sales staff and managers, and I was loosing hope that I could get this done. This dealership was rocking with people crawling all over it, but I was able to get a sales consultant to show me the car and I fell in love it. I dealt with Bob P. and really felt that throughout our interactions he was interested in making me feel good about our deal and addressing my concerns. In that respect, customer service was excellent and considering I had visited about 4 other dealerships, about similar vehicles, you could say that I know what Im talking about when I say I felt taken care of. When all said and done I bought the car with some help from Bob S. The wife agrees that it was worth the trip and would consider this dealership for another purchase in the future if a similar deal and need presented itself. The only complaint I would have is that paperwork seemed to take longer then anticipated but in my previous buying experiences the paperwork always seemed like a long wait so in comparison it was in-line with other vehicles I purchased and not exponentially longer. The 5 hour drive home, passing accidents and sketchy road conditions from the accumulating snow felt like the actions of a mad man, but looking in my garage today I feel satisfaction with the events of the day and would point any friends willing to drive the distance to talk with Bob P and Bob S. I noticed there weren't any reviews and thought that I should throw in my 2 cents, incase any discouraged buyers like me were considering giving up the hunt when so many trips returned 0 results.

the dealership made me a deal on a trade and we agreed on a price. the average person would think thats it but not at Shults Ford. they tacked on 2 percentage points to the loan amount the bank wanted. they say thats how they make money. NO KIDDING ! YOU JUST SCREW PEOPLE. i got one percent back but they still screwed me on the other. i took my certified ford car home and was washing it and looking under the hood and saw the battery terminals were coroded and decided to check the air filter all of which is part of the certified program and i found the air filter was clogged and there was a handful of leaves in the bottom of the air cleaner box. took pics! makes you wonder what else they didn't do to my certified auto. this dealership can't be trusted as they just screw you from the time you hit the door until you leave. ASK TO SEE THE LOAN APPROVAL DOC FROM THE LENDER SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU. DON'T GET SCREWED ! BETTER YET DON'T SHOP THERE , AND TELL THEM DAVE TOLD YA.
