I was able to browse vehicles at my leisure and didn't feel pressured to make a fast decision. This allowed me to get into a *new vehicle which I really enjoy and get the best value for my money.

Took our van in for routine service. Mike Tibone got us in right away. The tech did the oil change and vehicle inspection and we were on the road in less than 40 minutes! I always appreciate the professional, yet friendly, manner in which we're treated. I like to wander around the new car showroom and look at what's new while I wait for my vehicle. There's never any pressure, though the sales staff is always available if I have any questions. Siemans is a comfortable place to do business with.

Everyone we talked to seemed very well informed and knew their job. No one was pushy or trying to force us to buy a truck. Jon Weber was very patient with us and spent a great deal of time explaining things to my wife and I so we understood what we were buying. Even after we purchased the truck, he was willing to spend more time with us explaining the features. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them and recommend my friends to do the same..

This place clearly only cares about the customer during the sale and not after. I have been constantly calling my sales rep asking about my extended warranty after a minor accident. I'm very disaponited. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere since you clearly don't want it.

Our salesperson, Tim Place, was courteous and very straight-forward. He made the process very simple. He took the time to get us familiar and to explain the vehicle and its many options. Getting through the paperwork was also very straight-forward as well. There were no surprises.

Excellent service, friendly Personnel, Quick in and out. Visit for recall repair went very quick. Excellent visit this time. We are a satisfied customer of Sieman's in Bridgman, Mi. . Purchased our vehicle in 2012 and the salesman was excellent. Would buy again from this dealer.

We took our time picking out my next New Truck. We visited this dealer 4 days straight looking at our options. Finally Test drove 2 and made our decision the next day. Brian Wahl, our Sales Person, was extremely patient and didn't pressure us at ALL! The Check out / "Paying for it" process was extremely well organized and LIGHTNING FAST! My 2015 AWD Fusion was a difficult car to find, but Brian Wahl got the the job done and I love my new car. Siemans gave me more for my trade-in than I was expecting. Sandy made the lease process very easy and even surprised me with an extra $750 rebate the day I picked up my car. I have always had General Motor cars in the past, but Ford now has a new fan.

I came in concerned about my possible battery problems - Michael was my service technician who promptly got my car back in the service bay and within 1/2 hour told me that it was my battery and that my alternator was fine (I had been concerned about that possibility) - I told him to go ahead and replace the battery and do an oil change on it - within another 30-45 min my car was done (and washed) and ready for me to leave. I trust my dealership and it is the ONLY place I will take my car for service.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Siemans and they told me exactly how much I would be spending before doing anything to my vehicle. I was very pleased with the service. They even washed and vacuumed out my car!!!!!
